香港巨牡蛎和长牡蛎幼虫及稚贝的表型性状   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了评估香港巨牡蛎和长牡蛎在北方沿海的早期表型性状,于2010年7月,以2009年6月在青岛繁育的两种牡蛎为材料,在大连研究了温度(Mt:(22±1.0)℃及Ht:(28±1.0)℃)、盐度(S20:20±1.0及S30:30±1.0)及中间育成环境(ID:室内及OD:室外)对两种牡蛎幼虫及稚贝表型性状的影响。结果表明:香港巨牡蛎壳宽显著大于长牡蛎(P<0.05),壳高及怀卵量显著小于长牡蛎(P<0.05),壳长、鲜重及壳重两者间无显著差异(P>0.05)。在温度和盐度相同情况下,长牡蛎卵径、受精率、孵化率及D形幼虫均大于香港巨牡蛎;香港巨牡蛎幼虫浮游前期生长较慢,而后快于长牡蛎。两种牡蛎幼虫存活能力在15日龄时高温组>中温组;相同温度下,香港巨牡蛎中盐组>高盐组,长牡蛎高盐组>中盐组。幼虫变态期间,较低的温度延迟了变态时间,降低了变态率,使得两种幼虫变态规格大型化。温度是影响幼虫生长、存活、变态的最主要因素,其次为盐度,交互作用几乎尚未起到作用。中间育成阶段,室外比室内培育效果更好,且香港巨牡蛎稚贝壳高在60日龄以后显著大于长牡蛎(P<0.05),环境是影响稚贝生长的最主要因素;无论室内还是室外两种牡蛎稚贝的存活率均在90%以上,且各实验组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。  相似文献

在人工培育条件下,对大竹蛏(Solen grandis)胚胎发生及稚贝发育进行显微观察,探究大竹蛏胚胎及幼虫发育规律。结果表明,大竹蛏胚胎及幼虫发育过程为:受精卵、卵裂、囊胚期、原肠期、担轮幼虫、D形幼虫、稚贝。在日平均水温为22.4℃时,受精后20~24 h发育成D形幼虫,5~7 d变态为稚贝,38 d稚贝已具备成贝形态,壳长壳高比为2.60。从受精卵到附着所需积温为3 088.79~5 005.19℃.h。稚贝先形成出水管,后形成进水管,最终形成"一管双孔"。壳长与壳高关系式为y=150.37e0.002 7 x,x为壳高(μm),y为壳长(μm),R2=0.985 5,P0.01;壳长与日龄关系式为y=143.38e0.091 6 x,x为日龄(d),y为壳长(μm),R2=0.979 5,P0.01;壳高与日龄关系式为y=33.979 x-15.450,x为日龄(d),y为壳高(μm),R2=0.987 3,P0.01。  相似文献

为揭示合浦珠母贝幼虫至稚贝生长发育过程中其外部形态变化及内部器官改变的内在规律, 掌握其形态和器官与运动和摄食行为之间的关联。在光学显微镜下对整个幼虫生长发育及变态过程中的外部形态、内部器官特征进行了系列观察和性状测量; 利用非线性回归参数拟合, 描述各形态性状生长特点及不同属性之间的联系; 观察不同发育阶段其运动与摄食过程。结果显示, 幼虫在正常生长过程中, 其壳长生长方式为加速正增长、壳高为减速正增长、绞合线长为加速负增长, 壳高相对于壳长的生长为快速生长、绞合线长相对于壳长为慢速生长。幼虫生长至壳长为(209.26±9.22) μm时, 内部器官发生改变, 面盘开始逐渐退化从而发育成鳃, 斧足逐渐形成; 壳长生长至(234.30±14.00) μm时, 次生壳开始长出, 外部形态逐渐向稚贝转变。稚贝阶段, 其鳃丝长、鳃丝间距和鳃丝数量相对于壳长的生长均表现为慢速生长。幼虫在水中的运动和摄食过程主要依靠面盘外周纤毛的摆动来完成, 俯视观幼虫绕不规则圆沿顺时针方向运动, 垂直观幼虫螺旋上升或下降。稚贝阶段, 依靠斧足的往复伸缩来完成爬行, 依靠鳃的过滤完成摄食。在幼虫变态过程中, 面盘退化至鳃具备滤食功能期间, 变态幼虫运动功能降低, 摄食能力丧失, 依靠自身能量储备来完成生长和器官发育, 这一过程是苗种培育中的重要关键点。  相似文献

在温度18.2~20.6℃,盐度23~25,pH 7.96~8.14 的条件下,研究了饥饿和再投喂对青蛤幼虫生长、存活及变态的影响.结果表明:在饥饿状态下,幼虫具有生长现象,且随着饥饿时间的延长,壳长逐渐接近一个常值而不再生长;幼虫可以由面盘幼虫发育到足面盘幼虫.随饥饿时间延长存活率下降;且足面盘幼虫及其变态规格、单水管稚贝规格随着饥饿时间延长而减小;幼虫的不可逆点(PNR)为12.48d;延迟变态时间长达12.7d.饥饿后再投喂相同的时间,幼虫能够恢复生长,存活的幼虫能够变态;稚贝表现出补偿生长现象,以壳长作为衡量标准,完全补偿生长能力依次为:S10>S11>S12>S1>S2>S3;超补偿生长能力依次为:S9>S8>S7>S6>S5>S4.  相似文献

在20±1℃条件下,研究了盐度(15、20、25、30、35和40)对宽壳全海笋(Barnea dilatata)稚贝存活与生长的影响。结果表明:盐度对宽壳全海笋稚贝存活、贝壳生长与软体部有机物积累影响显著;盐度15~40是稚贝的适宜生存盐度,28 d平均存活率为78.7%~91.3%;稚贝的最适生存盐度为20~30,平均存活率高于90.0%;稚贝湿重增长的最适盐度为20~35,平均特定生长率为2.963~3.028%·d~(-1);不同盐度下稚贝壳长和壳高的特定生长率变化相近,壳长和壳高生长的适宜盐度为25~35;其中盐度30条件下稚贝有机物与无机物比值最高,达4.396,盐度25次之,为3.375,均显著高于其他各组。研究结果可以为宽壳全海笋的资源保护与增养殖提供参考。  相似文献

在温度(29±1)℃、盐度28.5±0.5条件下,研究了卤虫、蟹类、虾类、贝类4种饵料单独及混合投喂20d后对方斑东风螺稚螺(壳高1.5~2.0 mm)生长及存活的影响。结果表明:单独投喂卤虫组(62.65%)存活率显著高于其它各组(p0.05),卤虫+贝类组(40.09%)存活率高于单独投喂贝类组(34.36%),但无显著性差异(p0.05)。单独投喂卤虫组壳高、壳宽最低,单独投喂贝类组壳宽、壳高特定生长率最高(6.02%/d,6.67%/d),但与卤虫+贝类组差异不显著。卤虫组壳高、壳宽变异系数低于其它各组,其中壳高变异系数显著低于其它各组,壳宽变异系数与其它各组无显著性差异(p0.05)。试验结果说明投喂卤虫有利于提高方斑东风螺稚螺存活率及个体大小整齐度。  相似文献

为探讨底物中钙含量对牡蛎幼虫附着的诱导效应,本研究设计2因子随机区组实验,检验底物碳酸钙含量(4个处理水平:5%、20%、40%和60%)和海水中牡蛎幼虫丰度(低处理组:1 ind·m L~(-1),高处理组:7~8 ind·m L~(-1))对实验底物上太平洋牡蛎(Crassostrea gigas)稚贝附着效果(密度和壳高)的影响。结果表明:钙含量和海水中牡蛎幼虫丰度均显著影响实验底物上附着牡蛎稚贝的密度(P0.05),钙含量对附着稚贝壳高的影响不显著(P0.05),幼虫丰度显著影响附着稚贝的壳高(P0.05);在相同牡蛎浮游幼虫丰度下,20%碳酸钙处理组对牡蛎幼虫附着的诱导能力最大,显著高于60%处理组(P0.05),5%和40%处理组的诱导能力介于中间;在碳酸钙含量相同情况下,高牡蛎幼虫丰度处理组中实验底物上牡蛎稚贝附着量显著高于低幼虫丰度处理组(P0.05),而平均壳高却表现为高幼虫丰度处理组低幼虫丰度处理组(P0.05)。  相似文献

研究以经过连续7代人工选育壳白长牡蛎品系为素材, 通过巢式设计, 成功构建了12个半同胞家系和29个全同胞家系, 同时以未经选育的个体子代为对照组, 评估了各家系和对照组幼体在不同日龄下的生长和存活差异。结果显示, 不同日龄, 壳白长牡蛎家系幼体生长和存活率均高于对照组, 壳高和存活率分别提高3.65%—14.58%和1.11%—19.26%; 生长和存活性状在不同壳白家系间差异显著(P<0.05), 其中G11、G15和G35家系在生长和存活率方面均有较大优势, 在19日龄, 与壳白家系平均值相比, 其壳高的累积生长量分别增加11.87%、17.03%和30.32%, 存活率分别提高38.35%、33.41%和51.07%; 与对照组相比, 其壳高的累积生长量分别增加34.09%、28.18%和49.31%, 存活率分别提高65.00%、59.11%和80.18%。同时对壳白长牡蛎幼体壳高和壳长的遗传参数进行了评估。壳白长牡蛎幼体壳高和壳长的遗传力变化范围分别为0.28—0.81、0.42—0.88, 均属于中高遗传力; 壳白长牡蛎幼体不同日龄壳高和壳长的遗传相关和表型相关均为正相关, 相关系数的范围分别为0.35—0.81、0.57—0.85。研究为培育生长性能优良和存活率高的壳白长牡蛎品系提供了基础资料。  相似文献

企鹅珍珠贝(Pteria penguin)是我国最具潜力培育大型海水珍珠的优质母贝,其贝壳色泽及珍珠层颜色与黑色素(melanin)的合成水平有关。为了筛选安全有效的企鹅珍珠贝黑色素抑制剂和增强剂,探讨其有效使用浓度和作用时间,分析其毒副作用,实验分别采用不同浓度的熊果苷(arbutin)和丙戊酸(valproic acid)浸泡1月龄稚贝不同时间,观察3月龄,5月龄和7月龄幼贝壳色,并统计熊果苷和丙戊酸的使用对幼贝变色率、存活率、壳长、壳高、壳宽的影响。结果显示,2 mmol/L熊果苷处理稚贝1h或5 mmol/L丙戊酸处理1h即可显著提高壳色变异的比率(p0.05),且幼贝变色率随熊果苷和丙戊酸的浓度和作用时间的增加而增加。对熊果苷和丙戊酸的毒性检测发现,熊果苷达到10 mmol/L处理8h时,仍不会影响幼贝的存活率、壳长、壳高、壳宽(p0.05);但丙戊酸在浓度为5 mmol/L处理4h时,幼贝的存活率即显著下降,壳长、壳高和壳宽亦显著低于对照(p0.05)。研究表明,熊果苷和丙戊酸对企鹅珍珠贝幼贝而言分别是有效的黑色素抑制剂和增强剂,熊果苷在10 mmol/L处理8h以下都未检测到毒副作用,丙戊酸在5 mmol/L处理4h时即存在一定毒性。  相似文献

2012年4月,利用马氏珠母贝全同胞家系进行家系内与家系间交配组合构建了近交家系(A与D)与杂交家系(B与C)。贝龄2龄时,比较家系生长性状差异,利用甲基化敏感多态性扩增技术(MSAP)检测了4个家系甲基化水平的差异,估计了甲基化比例与生长性状平均值相关性系数。结果表明,家系杂交子代的平均壳长、平均壳高、平均壳宽与平均体重均值大于近交家系,性状优势率为8.5%~24.7%;近交家系与杂交家系的总条带数和甲基化比例均存在显著性差异(p0.05)。近交家系A和D获得的总条带数分别729.0±19.6与717.3±28.2,甲基化水平分别为(10.0±0.9)%与(8.5±0.4)%;杂交家系B和C获得的总条带数分别为703.0±10.7与726.3±18.8,甲基化比例分别为(5.9±0.7)%与(5.7±0.9)%;家系的平均壳长、平均壳高、平均壳宽与平均体重性状与甲基化均存在明显负相关,相关系数分别为-0.849、-0.751、-0.674和-0.652。  相似文献

通过对6种藓类植物,即褶叶青藓(Brachythecium salebrosum(Web.et Mohr.)B.S.G.)、湿地匐灯藓(Plagiomnium acutum(Lindb.)Kop.)、侧枝匐灯藓(Plagiomnium maximoviczii(Lindb.)Kop.)、大凤尾藓(Fissidensnobilis Griff.)、大羽藓(Thuidium cymbifolium(Doz.et Molk.)B.S.G.)和大灰藓(Hypnum plumaeforme Wils.)嫩茎和老茎的石蜡切片和显微观察发现,同一藓类植株的嫩茎和老茎,茎结构稳定,不同种藓类植物茎横切面具有不同特征.植物体茎横切面形状、表层细胞的层数、细胞大小和细胞壁厚薄、皮层细胞大小和形状、中轴的有无以及比例等特征可以作为藓类植物的分科分类依据之一.  相似文献

Seed germination of an aurea mutant of tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) is promoted by continuous irradiation with red, far-red or long-wavelength far-red (758 nm) light as well as by cyclic irradiations (5 min red or 5 min far-red/25 min darkness). Far-red light applied immediately after each red does not change the germination behaviour. Seed germination of the isogenic wild-type, cv. UC-105, is promoted by continuous and cyclic red light while it is inhibited by continuous and cyclic far-red light and by continious 758 nm irradiation. Far-red irradiation reverses almost completely the promoting effect of red light. The promoting effect (in the aurea mutant) and the inhibitory effect (in the wild-type) of continuous far-red light do not show photon fluence rate dependency above 20 nmol m−2 s−1. It is concluded that phytochrome controls tomato seed germination throgh low energy responses in both the wild type and the au mutant. The promoting effect of continuous and cyclic far-red light in the au mutant can be attributed to a greater sensitivity to Pfr.  相似文献

The levels of endogenous phytohormones and respiratory rate in nine sorts of flowers such as Cymbidium faberi Rolfe, Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth and others were investigated both at full bloom and senescence and meanwhile the effect of exogenous phytohormones on prolonging the blossoms and promoting ethylene production were tested. There is a high content of endogenous ethylene in all the long-lived flowere, about 3–16 folds higer than the short-lived ones. There is a high level of ABA at full blooming flowers of short-lived flowers, in which there is no or only some cytokinins in it, but the ratio of CTK (6BA+zeatin)/ABA is smaller(l.7). The endogenous ABA reached a much higher level at senescence in all nine sorts of flowers, so it is reasonable to consider that it is ABA which plays an important role of regulation in controlling flower's senescence. There is a much higher level of GA3 and zeatin in the long-lived flowers which is not demonstrated in the shortlived ones. The respiratory rate is one of the factors controtling the longevity of flowers, but it does not play a decided role. Application of 6BA and zeatin prolongs distinctly orchid’s longevity, however exogenous IAA through the promotive action on ethylene production, evidently extends the longevity of the flowers of the Nopalxochia ackermannii Kunth.  相似文献

A complex analysis of seasonal fluctuations of the mean group parameters of the system of regulation of lipid peroxidation has been performed in liver of Balb/c mice. Association of lipid characteristics and morphophysiological parameters is studied in the Balb/c mouse liver. An inter-connection is revealed between the liver index and the amount of lysoforms of phospholipids, the scale and character of the interconnection differing essentially depending on proportion of phos-phatidylcholine in mouse liver phospholipids.  相似文献

Seven strains of aerobic carbon monoxide-oxidizing bacteria (carboxydebacteria) when growing on CO as sole source of carbon and energy had doubling times which ranged from 12–42 h. The activity profiles obtained after discontinuous sucrose density gradient centrifugation indicated that the CO-oxidizing enzymes are soluble and the hydrogenases are membrane-bound in all strains examined. The CO-oxidizing enzymes of Pseudomonas carboxydohydrogena, Pseudomonas carboxydoflava, Comamonas compransoris, and the so far unidentified strains OM2, OM3, and OM4 had a molecular weight of 230,000; that of Achromobacter carboxydus amounted to 170,000. The molecular weights of the CO-oxidizing and H2-oxidizing enzymes turned out to be identical. The cell sonicates were shown to catalyze the oxidation of both CO and H2 with methylene blue, thionine, phenazine methosulfate, toluylene blue, dichlorophenolindophenol, cytochrome c or ferricyanide as electron acceptors. Methyl viologen, benzyl viologen, FAD+, FMN+, and NAD(P)+ were not reduced. The spectrum of electron acceptors was identical for all strains tested. Neither free formate, hydrogen nor oxygen gas were involved in the CO-oxidation reaction. Methylene blue was reduced by CO at a 1:1 molar ratio. The results indicate that CO-oxidation by carboxydobacteria is catalyzed by identical or similar enzymes and that the reaction obeys the equation CO+H2OCO2+2H++2e- as previously shown for Pseudomonas carboxydovorans.Dedicated to Otto Kandler remembering almost three decades of enjoyable cooperation  相似文献

Since the introduction of the concepts of allostery about four decades ago, much advancement has been made in elucidating the structure-function correlation in allostery. However, there are still a number of issues that remain unresolved. In this review we used mammalian pyruvate kinase (PK) as a model system to understand the role of protein dynamics in modulating cooperativity. PK has a triosephosphate isomerase (TIM)(α/β)8 barrel structural motif. PK is an ideal system to address basic questions regarding regulatory mechanisms about this common (α/β)8 structural motif. The simplest model accounting for all of the solution thermodynamic and kinetic data on ligand-enzyme interactions involves two conformational states, inactive ET and active ER. These conformational states are represented by domain movements. Further studies provide the first evidence for a differential effect of ligand binding on the dynamics of the structural elements, not major secondary structural changes. These data are consistent with our model that allosteric regulation of PK is the consequence of perturbation of the distribution of an ensemble of states in which the inactive ET and active ER represent the two extreme end states. Sequence differences and ligands can modulate the distribution of states leading to alterations of functions. The future work includes: defining the network of functionally connected residues; elucidating the chemical principles governing the sequence differences which affect functions; and probing the nature of mutations on the stability of the secondary structural elements, which in turn modulate allostery.  相似文献
