为了探索不同光质配比对紫叶生菜生长发育的影响,本试验以‘中蔬紫生菜’紫叶生菜为研究对象,以LED智能调光台为人工光源,通过在白光的基础上添加不同比例的红蓝光(1:1、2:1、4:1和1:2),研究不同光质配比对紫叶生菜光合特性和品质的影响.结果表明: 红蓝光比例为4:1时,紫叶生菜叶片叶绿素含量、RuBP羧化酶活性最大,电子传递效率最高,净光合速率和生长量也显著高于对照和其他处理,且硝酸盐含量最低.而添加1:2的红蓝光时,叶片可溶性蛋白和维生素C含量最高,花青素、类黄酮、总酚等次生代谢物含量以及总抗氧化能力显著高于对照和其他处理.因此,在白光基础上增加适当比例的红蓝光可提高紫叶生菜的光合特性或改善产品品质.  相似文献

卷蛾分索赤眼蜂雌蜂的颜色偏好性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了确定卷蛾分索赤眼蜂Trichogrammatoidea bactrae Nagaraja 雌蜂的颜色偏好性, 在室内通过在培养皿底部黏贴彩纸的方法测定卷蛾分索赤眼蜂雌蜂对红、 黄、 黑、 紫、 绿、 白、 蓝7种颜色的行为趋性反应。结果表明, 卷蛾分索赤眼蜂雌蜂在红、 黄、 紫、 绿和蓝5种颜色上的滞留时间都极显著地高于对照(P<0.01), 在黑和白2种颜色上的滞留时间与对照没有显著差异(P>0.05); 对黄色的首次选择率极显著高于对照(P< 0.01), 对红、 紫、 绿和蓝色的首次选择率均显著高于对照(P<0.05), 对黑色和白色的首次选择率与对照没有显著差异。当雌蜂分别在黄与红、 紫、 绿和蓝两两颜色之间选择时, 雌蜂在黄色彩纸上的滞留时间显著长于其他4种颜色。当雌蜂对红、 紫、 绿、 蓝和黄色5种颜色一起选择时, 在首次选择率、 滞留次数上5种颜色间都没有明显差异(P>0.05); 但在红色和蓝色上的滞留时间显著长于紫色(P<0.05), 在这3种颜色上的滞留时间与在黄色和绿色上的滞留时间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。卷蛾分索赤眼蜂雌蜂在7种颜色卵卡上分别与透明纸(对照)上的米蛾卵的选择寄生时, 在黄色卵卡上的寄生卵量极显著多于对照(P<0.01), 黑色卵卡上的寄生卵量极显著少于对照(P<0.01), 其他5种颜色的卵卡上的寄生卵量与对照没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结果说明, 卷蛾分索赤眼蜂雌蜂对黄色最为偏好, 其次偏好红、 紫、 绿和蓝色, 较不喜好白色和黑色。  相似文献

以日光为对照,采用红色、黄色、蓝色和绿色4种滤光膜遮光处理温室栽培的黄檗幼苗100 d,测定了不同光环境下幼苗生物量、叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、硝酸还原酶(NR)活性及谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性的变化.结果表明,4种滤光膜处理均抑制黄檗幼苗的生长,黄檗幼苗的全株生物量与日光下的差异均达到显著水平(P<0.05).4种滤光膜对黄檗幼苗株高、茎径的影响与对全株生物量的影响相似;红膜和黄膜处理对黄檗幼苗根冠比影响不明显,蓝膜和绿膜处理明显抑制地下部分的生长(P<0.05);蓝膜、绿膜和红膜遮光的黄檗幼苗叶片叶绿素含量显著高于日光下的黄檗幼苗(P<0.05),以蓝膜处理最为突出;红膜处理增加了叶绿素a的比例,而蓝膜处理则使叶绿素a比例减少.经滤光膜遮光处理的黄檗幼苗可溶性蛋白含量均显著高于对照,且叶片NR和GS活性也显著高于日光下对照.  相似文献

对2年生银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)苗进行遮荫和光膜处理,测定光合速率及碳水化合物,银杏黄酮苷与萜类内酯的含量。光合速率在自然光下测定时从大到小依次为:黄膜>蓝膜和红膜>绿膜>紫膜和白膜,在光膜下测定时为:黄膜>红膜>蓝膜、紫膜和白膜>绿膜。光强和光质对碳水化合物含量有显著影响。光质对萜类内酯的生物合成和积累有影响,紫膜处理的银杏萜类内酯含量最高,为3.89mg/g,比白膜(对照) 高85.23%,其次是绿膜,为2.80mg/g。覆膜和蔗荫显著减少银杏黄酮苷含量,这可能与紫外辐射强度减弱有关。  相似文献

【目的】明确青斑蝶Tirumala limniace雌、雄成虫对颜色的偏好性,可以为此蝴蝶人工饲养时的合理环境条件设定提供必要的理论支持。【方法】本研究通过在室内和野外对青斑蝶成虫对6种颜色(白色、红色、绿色、黄色、蓝色和紫色)光源的选择行为进行观察,明确青斑蝶成虫对不同颜色的偏好性。【结果】(1)在室内和在野外雌、雄成虫均优先选择黄色。(2)雌雄成虫在野外无其它光源干扰下对黄色的选择性强于室内。(3)单色光源照明和多种不同颜色光源同时存在下,成虫对颜色的偏好程度存在差异:当只有单色光源照明时,成虫对颜色的偏好程度为黄色>绿色=红色≥蓝色≥紫色;当不同颜色光源同时存在时,成虫对颜色的偏好程度则为黄色>蓝色≥绿色=红色≥紫色。(4)在不同颜色光源同时存在时,配对后的雌成虫表现出了比雄成虫更强的颜色选择性:雌成虫对黄色光源的选择性强于雄成虫,且其未产生颜色选择的成虫数量也少于雄成虫。【结论】青斑蝶成虫存在对黄色选择的颜色恒常性,野外成虫对颜色的选择性强于室内,雌、雄成虫对偏好颜色选择性存在性别差异。  相似文献

以自然光为对照(CK),探讨了LED红光(R)、蓝光(B)和红蓝组合光(RB)对不同品种生菜生长与品质的影响.结果显示:(1)不同光质处理的4个品种生菜的根长、株高及生物量积累等形态及生长指标具有相同的变化规律.(2)植株干鲜重、叶面积及根系活力在R和RB处理下都较大,而在B处理下较小;金祥、高华和永荣的B处理植株可溶性蛋白含量较高;联记、金祥和高华植株的淀粉含量在RB处理下较多,而永荣在R处理下较多;各品种植株可溶性糖含量在R和RB处理下较高,而永荣植株RB处理蔗糖含量较高,其余品种蔗糖含量在R处理下较高;金祥、高华和永荣VC含量在B和RB下较高,联记在RB下较高,各品种在R下均较低;植株总酚含量在各光质处理间无显著差异.(3)联记的硝态氮含量及亚硝酸还原酶对光质敏感,B处理能降低其硝态氮含量及亚硝酸还原酶活性,其他品种的硝态氮含量及亚硝酸还原酶活性在光质处理间无显著差异.研究表明,相同光质下品种间生长无显著差异,而各品种生菜植株在红光和红蓝组合光下生长较好,在红蓝光处理下品质较优,红蓝光是设施栽培生菜的良好光源.  相似文献

为了研究不同光质对甜椒植株干物质生产与分配指数的影响,以甜椒茎有限生长品种"苏椒13号"为试验材料,于2010年计不同种彩色塑料薄膜(红、黄、蓝、绿、紫,白色为对照)试验。结果表明:不同光质处理的甜椒单位面积干物质生产量(Wt)与冠层截获的太阳光合有效辐射日积分(daily photosynthetic active radiation integral,PARi,MJ·m-2)之间的模型为Wt=22.07×e0.0054λPARi;单位面积植株总干重、果实的干物质分配指数、果实采收指数和单位面积果实产量均以红膜最高,紫膜最低;蓝膜的茎干物质分配指数最高,红膜最低;蓝膜、绿膜和紫膜的植株叶片干物质分配指数明显高于红膜和黄膜;不同光质处理对甜椒植株地上部分干物质分配指数的影响差异不显著;研究认为红膜和黄膜能够促进甜椒植株的干物质积累和果实发育,紫膜和蓝膜则有明显的抑制作用,该研究结果可为温室甜椒栽培的光质选择和环境调控提供决策依据。  相似文献

The clongation of the first internode of fully greenVigna sinensis L. is inhibited by white light (W). This inhibition is fluence-rate dependent between 0 and 70 Wm–2. The kinetics of elongation rate in the light after darkness were investigated with linear displacement transducers. The internode elongation rate does not exhibit any endogenous rhythm. A rapid inhibition occurs during the first 2 or 3 h after the onset of light, and a second type of inhibition (slow reaction) increases from the beginning to the 8th hour of light. The rapid inhibition is not fluence-rate dependent between 20 and 70 Wm–2, but the slow reaction is. There is no rapid inhibition in a low fluence rate white light to high fluence rate white light transition, only the slow reaction is observed. The responses to different wavebands, i.e., blue light (B), yellow and green light (YG), and red light (R), are the same for the two inhibition reactions. Each waveband used separately does not reproduce the full effect observed in W. Results show a stimulation with B, a greater inhibition activity with YG than with R, and a synergistic action of B and R which when given together lead to an inhibition similar to that obtained in W. Plants returned from the light to darkness progressively recover a high elongation rate without any latent period. 以六斑月瓢虫Menochilus sexmaculata Fabricius和狭臀瓢虫Coccinella transversalis Fabricius为例,研究了瓢虫对不同光质(波长)的趋光性反应。在室内分别测定了六斑月瓢虫和狭臀瓢虫对5种发光二极管(LED)光波的趋性,以及在田间挂板(佳多)测定了瓢虫对色板的选择趋性。室内测定结果表明,瓢虫对黄色和白色LED光波的选择趋性显著高于与其它颜色;田间挂板试验表明,黄色对瓢虫的诱杀作用最强。综合分析,黄色对瓢虫有强烈的吸引作用,建议在使用黄板进行田间监测和防治时应考虑对天敌瓢虫的诱杀作用。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of different light quality of light emitting diode (LED) on the growth, concentration of chlorophyll and chlorophyll biosynthesis precursors of non-heading Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L.). Seedlings of the cultivar Te Ai Qing were cultured for 28 days under 6 treatments: red light (R), blue light (B), green light (G), yellow light (Y), red plus blue light (RB) and dysprosium lamp (CK). Lighting experiments were performed under controlled conditions (photon flux density 150 μmol m?2 s?1; 12 h photoperiod; 18–20 °C). The fresh and dry mass were the greatest under RB, which were significantly higher than other light treatments. The fresh mass under RB was almost twice higher compared to other light treatments. Plant height was highest under R treatment and was lowest under B. RB treatment also lowered the plant height significantly. The highest soluble sugar concentration was observed under B. The soluble protein concentration was the greatest under RB. The R treatment was adverse to pigment accumulation. The concentration of photosynthetic pigments and chlorophyll biosynthesis precursors were higher under RB. The RB treatment was beneficial to pigment accumulation.  相似文献

The housefly, Musca domestica L. (Dipetera: Muscidae) transmits disease, contaminates laboratories, hospitals, equipment and can be annoying to people and animals. They are considered a serious urban pest worldwide. An important tool used to control houseflies is baiting. This study was undertaken to review the preference of housefly for different colored baits. Various colored baits were prepared and evaluated under laboratory conditions. These were colored blue, white, yellow, red, purple and green. Among the different colored baits used, the blue bait was preferred the most by the houseflies, followed by the white and yellow baits, and the red, purple and green baits were least attractive to the houseflies. Similarly, the blue bait was detected faster by the houseflies and was consumed significantly more than the red, purple or green baits. Also, the blue bait attracted a significantly higher number of flies than the red, purple and green baits.  相似文献

The oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel (Diptera: Tephritidae), is an invasive pest of orchards around the world, particularly in Asian countries such as China. Light traps offer a potential means for pest monitoring and management. This study aimed to evaluate the sensitivity of the fly to light and investigate the impact of monochromatic light in the sensitivity spectrum on B. dorsalis. Six light wavelengths in LEDs – green (522 nm), yellow (596 nm), blue (450 nm), red (633 nm), purple (440 nm), and white (compound light) – were adapted to test responses of 5‐, 10‐, and 20‐day‐old B. dorsalis adults kept in laboratory conditions. We also tested the effects of green and red lights on pupal development and adults’ life activities. The results indicated a phototaxis preference rank in B. dorsalis adults to monochromatic LEDs with, in decreasing order, green, yellow, purple, blue, and red. Moreover, positive phototaxis significantly increased with age. Male adults are more sensitive than female adults to test lights, mainly at the age of 10 and 20 days. Emergence rates of pupae exposed to 12 and 24 h green light daily were 42 and 67%, respectively, whereas controls held in red light emerged at 33 and 37%, respectively. Furthermore, body weight, female fecundity, and mortality of B. dorsalis in night‐time exposure of green light (from 21:00 to 09:00 hours; during daytime flies were illuminated by white LED light) were significantly higher than in red‐light test groups and dark controls. In conclusion, B. dorsalis displayed preference toward green light, and fly age and gender seemed to significantly impact the phototactic behavior. Green LED light exposure during nighttime remarkably improved the emergence rates of B. dorsalis, and it enhanced growth, development, and ovipositing peak period, but decreased adult lifespan. This research lays a foundation for the development of new trap models, e.g., with green sticky cards or green light, for monitoring and control of B. dorsalis in the field.  相似文献

以辣椒叶色黄化突变体yl1及其野生型6421为试材,用白光、蓝光、红光、绿光、紫光、黄光和远红光不同光质进行处理,考察其表型、生理及光合特性的变化特征,探究光质对黄叶辣椒植株生长发育的影响。结果显示:(1)蓝光与红光对辣椒幼苗的生长有促进作用,黄光和远红光则会显著抑制幼苗生长,6421生长受不同光质的抑制影响比yl1更大。(2)两个辣椒材料光合色素含量在不同光质下均不同程度降低;6421叶绿素总含量和类胡萝卜素含量在不同光质下均高于yl1,yl1和6421叶片的光合色素含量分别在紫光和黄光下最低。(3)蓝光和绿光能显著提高yl1的净光合速率(Pn),而不同光质处理均显著降低了6421的Pn。(4)紫光处理使yl1的PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)和最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)值均显著降低且显著低于6421,但升高了光化学猝灭系数(qP)和非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)。(5)蓝光、红光和绿光均能提高辣椒的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(...  相似文献

罗汉果试管苗在不同波长的LED(半导体)蓝(475±5nm)、黄(585±5nm)、红(660±5nm)及普通日光灯下培养,25d后观测发现,其外观的优劣依次为:蓝光>白光>红光>黄光;植株重量:蓝光>红光>黄光>白光;蓝光和白光下的植株叶大、色绿,植株矮壮,侧芽多;红光和黄光下的植株叶小、色黄绿,植株高、细、弯曲、节间长。测定罗汉果成熟叶片的吸收光谱,发现在波长380~500nm及660~680nm处有较强吸收。不同的光质下测定成熟叶片光合速率,大小依次为:红光>蓝光>白光>黄光。上述的各项试验表明,蓝光对罗汉果幼苗生长发育最好;红光和蓝光为成熟叶片光合作用的最佳光源。  相似文献

采用发光二极管调制光谱能量分布,以荧光灯为对照,研究不同光质(红光、蓝光、黄光、绿光)下番茄幼苗生理特性及内源性GA和IAA水平与其生长的关系。结果表明:(1)红光和蓝光有利于番茄幼苗茎的伸长和叶面积的增加。(2)除蓝光处理下可溶性糖含量和SOD活性与对照无显著性差异外,各单色光质处理下番茄幼苗根系活力、色素含量、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量、SOD活性较对照均显著降低。(3)与对照相比,各单色光质处理下番茄幼苗叶片中GA含量显著降低,IAA含量在红光下显著升高,在黄光和绿光下显著降低,且叶面积与IAA含量呈显著正相关关系。(4)番茄幼苗茎中GA和IAA含量在红光和蓝光处理下显著高于对照和黄、绿光处理,且株高与茎中GA和IAA含量呈正相关关系。  相似文献

本试验采用发光二极管(LED)精准调控光源环境,以‘改良大龙茄’为试材,在前期探明红/蓝组合光(R/B)=3/1有利于培育茄子壮苗基础上,以R/B=3/1(9/3,CK1)和LED白光(W,CK2)为对照,分别设定LED红蓝白组合光为: R/B/W=3/1/1(9/3/3,T1)、R/B/W=9/3/8(T2)、R/B/W=3/1/6(9/3/18,T3)和R/B/W=3/1/16(9/3/48,T4),研究其对茄子幼苗生长、根系发育及定植后茄子产量和品质的影响,以期为茄子集约化高效育苗和设施生产补光提供理论依据和技术指导.结果表明: R/B/W=9/3/8组合光处理下,茄子幼苗株高、茎粗、壮苗指数、地上部干重、根干重、根系发育,以及定植后茄皮花青素、类黄酮含量和前期产量均较高;R/B/W=3/1/1组合光处理下,幼苗根冠比、定植后茄皮总酚和果肉中可溶性糖含量较高;而R/B/W=3/1/6组合光处理下,全株叶面积及定植后茄子果肉中游离氨基酸含量较高;R/B/W=3/1/16组合光处理下,定植后茄子果肉中可溶性蛋白含量较高.不同红蓝白组合光可不同程度提高茄子幼苗质量及定植后茄子前期产量和品质,以R/B/W=9/3/8组合光效果最显著.  相似文献

[目的]为不产氧光合细菌光合色素研究提供可行的较系统规范的研究方法和数据,揭示固氮红细菌(Rhodobacter azotoformans 134K20)光合色素光氧适应性机制.[方法]采用光谱法和色谱法对光和氧调控下的类胡萝卜素和细菌叶绿素合成代谢进行了研究.[结果]134K20菌株光照好氧时细胞得率最高.光照厌氧时主要合成3黄、1红、1紫、2绿、2蓝9种色素,黄色素大量表达.有氧时红色素大量表达,且启动2种新的红色素和1种新的紫色素表达,而黄色和蓝绿色素则受氧抑制.黑暗好氧主要合成2黄、3红、2紫、1绿、1蓝9种色素,但不同于光照厌氧.光照好氧时黄色素减少到1种,紫色素含量增加,其余同黑暗好氧.[结论]固氮红细菌(Rhodobacter azotoformans 134K20)是通过PpsR调节途径来调节光合基因表达的.黄色和红色素属于类胡萝卜素.黄色素1属于球形烯系列,其余两种黄色素是新的类胡萝卜素组分.红色素为新的球形烯酮组分,3种红色素极性、峰形和峰位差别显著,正己烷能显示其精细结构.紫色为极性较大的细菌脱镁叶绿素,绿色和蓝色为4种极性不同的细菌叶绿素a中间产物.乙醚甲醇法适合类胡萝卜素的提取,丙酮甲醇冰冻研磨法能快速有效完全提取光合色素.溶剂效应可有效鉴别细菌叶绿素a中间产物.  相似文献

Summary Green, blue, yellow, red and white light all support spore germination whereas vegetative growth occurs only in red, yellow or white light. This indicates a requirement of nonphotosynthetic light for spore germination and of photosynthetic light for growth and cell divisions. The green or blue light is neither inhibitory to vegetative growth nor to sporulation of red, yellow or white light grown filaments. The growth promoting effect of white light is greater than that of red or yellow light. Whereas spore germination is not affected by the intensity of white light, vegetative growth increases linearly with increase in white light intensity.  相似文献

通过对烟草植株覆盖白、红、黄、蓝、紫色滤膜获得不同光质,研究了光质对烟叶生长及光合作用的影响。结果表明,与白膜处理相比,红膜与蓝膜处理下的烟草叶片较厚,比叶面积较小,叶绿素a/b比值、净光合速率、可变荧光强度(Fv)和最大荧光强度(Fm)的比值Fv/Fm(PSⅡ最大光化学量子效率)、PSⅡ实际光化学量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光饱和点和CO2饱和点均较高。黄膜处理下的叶片较白膜处理的更薄,净光合速率、Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ、光饱和点、CO2饱和点均较低。紫膜处理的叶片比叶面积比白膜处理的小,净光合速率和Fv/Fm比白膜的大。实验结果表明红光、蓝光和紫光促进了烟叶的生长,这种促进作用是与其高光合效率紧密相连的;而黄光对烟叶的生长有一定程度的抑制作用。  相似文献
