机械通气救治4例银环蛇咬伤急性呼吸衰竭   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1  
目的 探讨机械通气救治银环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭的治疗效果。方法 院前正确清创急救处理,及时行机械通气救治4例银环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭患者。结果 气管内插管是最佳的气道开放方法,气管插管者辅助通气4~6h后撤机及拔管可获得成功。结论 正确急救和清创,气管内插管及机械通气是救治银环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭的最有效的方法。  相似文献

目的观察抗银环蛇毒血清和机械通气对银环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法应用抗蛇毒血清和机械通气救治23例银环蛇咬伤致急性呼吸衰竭患者。结果银环蛇咬伤患者及早应用抗银环蛇毒血清,毒蛇咬伤后发生急性呼吸衰竭时间为2.5~16h。当患者出现睁眼困难、吞咽困难、呼吸节律改变或呼吸困难时,即予气管插管行机械通气,可获得较好的疗效。结论机械通气辅助抗蛇毒血清是救治银环蛇咬伤致呼吸衰竭有效的方法。  相似文献

目的观察抗蛇毒血清和机械通气对银环蛇咬伤致呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法应用机械通气和抗蛇毒血清救治16例银环蛇咬伤致呼吸衰竭患者。结果16例病人全部救活。患者出现眼睑下垂,呼吸节律改变或呼吸困难时,及早予经鼻气管插管行机械通气和应用抗蛇毒血清,能有效地抢救蛇伤致呼吸衰竭患者生命。结论机械通气辅助抗蛇毒血清是救治银环蛇咬伤致呼吸衰竭的有效方法。  相似文献

目的总结分析80例神经毒类毒蛇咬伤的流行病学特点及急诊救治经验。方法收集80例神经毒类毒蛇咬伤的临床资料,分析其临床特点并总结救治经验和体会。结果 80例神经毒类毒蛇咬伤抢救成功率100%,痊愈率100%,总有效率100%。结论综合治疗神经毒类毒蛇咬伤的疗效显著。早期使用氧疗和机械辅助呼吸以及抗蛇毒血清等治疗方法是神经毒类毒蛇咬伤呼吸衰竭抢救成功的关键。  相似文献

目的探讨急救护理路径在银环蛇咬伤患者急救护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1月~2019年11月收治的银环蛇咬伤患者60例,按随机表法分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予毒蛇咬伤常规护理干预,研究组给予急救护理路径,观察比较两组患者入院处置时间、机械通气时间与住院时间,并对预见性气管插管、紧急气管插管、肺部感染与意外拔管等指标进行比较。结果两组患者经不同急诊护理干预后,研究组患者在入院处置时间、机械通气时间与住院时间方面均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P0.05);而且研究组患者在预见性气管插管、紧急气管插管、肺部感染与意外拔管等指标上均显著优于对照组(均P0.05)。结论急救护理路径应用于银环蛇咬伤患者急救护理中的效果显著,可缩短救治时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
