本研究以杭白菊为试验材料,分析茉莉酸甲酯对菊花抗蚜性的影响。供试幼苗叶面喷施不同浓度(0.01、0.05、0.1、0.5、1 mmol·L-1)茉莉酸甲酯后接种菊姬长管蚜,测定外源茉莉酸甲酯对蚜虫胁迫下菊花叶片的保护酶、防御酶活性、渗透性物质、次生代谢物和茉莉酸途径关键酶基因表达的影响,探究菊花抗蚜性与茉莉酸信号途径的关系。结果表明: 0.01、0.05、0.1、0.5、1 mmol·L-1浓度的茉莉酸甲酯均显著提高了杭白菊叶片的保护酶、防御酶活性及次生代谢物含量,降低了丙二醛和可溶性糖含量,外源茉莉酸甲酯处理诱导杭白菊CmAOSCmCOI1的表达,并使内源茉莉酸含量显著增加,杭白菊的抗蚜性增强。  相似文献

以‘寒富’苹果为试材,利用光学显微镜技术和气体交换等方法,研究了光照条件对盆栽和田间条件下‘寒富’苹果叶片结构和光合特性的影响.结果表明: 同种栽培方式下,与全光照条件相比,遮阴环境下‘寒富’苹果叶片的栅栏组织、海绵组织以及叶片总厚度均降低,其中,栅栏组织分别降低34.5%(盆栽)和25.0%(大田),叶片总厚度分别降低27.1%(盆栽)和18.3%(大田);遮阴环境下大田‘寒富’苹果叶片的光补偿点(LCP)最低,为(30.8±1.3) μmol·m-2·s-1,全光照比遮阴环境下叶片饱和光强分别高22.7%(盆栽)和48.2%(大田);盆栽不同光照环境下叶片对强光的适应能力不同,突然转入强光下,达到最大光合速率15.4 μmol·m-2·s-1(盆栽全光照)和12.7 μmol·m-2·s-1(盆栽遮阴)的光合启动时间不同,分别为23和33 min.表明长期遮阴影响‘寒富’苹果叶片质量及光合能力.  相似文献

为了探讨甘肃省胡麻高产栽培方案,以‘天亚9号’为试验材料,采用播种量(X1)、底施氮肥(X2)、底施磷肥(X3)、底施钾肥(X4)、叶面施钾肥(X5)、叶面施硼肥(X6)、生长调节剂(多效唑,X7)、生育期灌水量(X8)的8因素均匀设计,研究不同栽培因子对高产优质胡麻‘天亚9号’籽粒产量的影响,并对胡麻产量与各栽培因子进行相关性分析、通径分析及主成分分析.结果表明: 影响胡麻产量的因素为播量、底施氮肥、底施钾肥、生长调节剂、底施磷肥、叶面喷施钾肥;其相关性依次为播量>生长调节剂(多效唑)>底施氮肥>底施磷肥>叶面喷施钾肥>底施钾肥.进一步进行最高产量模拟寻优,采用频数分析法得到胡麻产量大于173.58 kg·hm-2的优化栽培因子为:播量4.68~4.92 kg·hm-2,底施氮肥11.59~14.75 kg·hm-2,底施磷肥17.26~21.95 kg·hm-2,底施钾肥7.00~12.50 kg·hm-2,叶面肥(磷酸二氢钾)1.41~1.81 kg·hm-2,生长调节剂(多效唑)751.74~954.04 g·hm-2.  相似文献

投喂频次对凡纳滨对虾行为及免疫功能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对凡纳滨对虾在每日不同投喂频次(1次/d、2次/d、6次/d),每次过量投饵条件下的行为、生长和免疫指标进行了研究.结果显示:随着投喂频次增加,凡纳滨对虾的活动水平和昼夜游走距离均呈逐渐升高的趋势,特定生长率显著升高.在白昼,6次·d-1组对虾的活动频率显著高于其它组(p<0.05);在夜间,2次·d-1组的活动频率显著高于其它组(p<0.05).1次·d-1组对虾的酚氧化酶PO、过氧化氢酶CAT和超氧化物歧化酶SOD活力下降,丙二醛MDA含量升高;2次·d-1组凡纳滨对虾的CAT活力、SOD活力和MDA含量在实验期间趋于稳定;6次·d-1组免疫酶活力呈缓慢升高的态势.  相似文献

水母旺发已成为一种新型海洋生态灾害,使海洋生态系统的结构和功能、海洋生态环境受到严重破坏.本文总结了水母旺发的可能诱因,重点探讨了水母旺发对海水生源要素、溶解氧、酸碱度以及生物群落的影响.结果表明: 水母旺发与其自身生理结构与生活史密切相关,其具有的身体结构简单、生长迅速、繁殖性强、世代间隔时间短及耐不良环境等特点,使其遇合适环境可迅速繁殖.水母旺发的主要直接诱因可能与海水温度变化有关,海水升温可导致水母食物增多,促进水母生殖,尤其对暖温性水母,更易引起水母聚集繁殖,形成旺发.富营养化、气候变化、过渡捕捞、生物入侵、栖息地改变也是水母旺发的重要影响因素.水母旺发可显著影响生源要素的形态和生物地球化学循环,水母排放NH4+和PO43-速率分别为59.1~91.5 μmol N·kg-1·h-1和1.1~1.8 μmol P·kg-1·h-1,可为浮游植物提供8%~10%和21.6%的N和P,释放溶解有机碳速率为1.0 μmol C·g-1·d-1.水母腐烂时总氮和总磷的释放速率可达4000 μmol N·kg-1·d-1和120 μmol P·kg-1·d-1,溶解有机碳的释放速率为30 μmol C·g-1·d-1;水母腐烂可影响水体的酸碱度与溶解氧含量,导致水体严重酸化与缺氧/无氧,pH降幅为1.3,平均耗氧量可达32.8 μmol·kg-1·h-1.水母旺发还可引起某些鱼类与浮游动物生物量的减少与重新分布,浮游微生物增加,间接导致浮游植物增加,引起海洋初级生产的异常.

以紫色马铃薯品种‘黑美人’为试材,采用水培法,分别用不同浓度(0、0.38、0.19和0.095 mmol/L)纳米硒溶液对紫色马铃薯进行叶面喷施处理,研究纳米硒对紫色马铃薯生长、矿质元素含量及品质特性的影响。结果表明:(1)与对照相比,各硒处理马铃薯的生物量与单株结薯数均显著增加,其中喷施0.095 mmol/L硒处理的生物量最高且增幅达1.5倍,喷施0.19 mmol/L硒处理的单株结薯数显著增加2.2倍。(2)纳米硒能够显著提高紫色马铃薯叶片、根系、块茎硒含量,各器官硒含量大小呈现:根系>叶片>块茎的特点,且喷施0.095 mmol/L硒处理块茎总硒含量达0.106 mg/kg,较对照显著提高0.65倍,达到了马铃薯块茎的富硒标准;同时纳米硒可在不同程度上调控K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Zn在马铃薯各器官中的分配。(3)随施硒浓度的增加,紫色马铃薯块茎中淀粉、可溶性蛋白及游离氨基酸含量呈先增加后降低的变化趋势,均在喷施0.19 mmol/L硒处理下达到最大值,且较对照分别显著增加56.33%、26.91%和27.89%;块茎中花青素、可溶性糖含量呈下降趋势,均在喷施0.095 mmol/L硒处理下达到最大值,且较对照分别显著提高24.73%、25.33%;而块茎中硝态氮含量呈上升趋势,在喷施0.095 mmol/L硒处理下最低并较对照显著降低34.82%。研究表明,叶面喷施0.095~0.19 mmol/L纳米硒溶液能够显著促进紫色马铃薯生长和单株结薯数,提高硒元素含量,调控矿质元素含量在器官中分配,有效改善其块茎品质特性。  相似文献

为探讨外源亚精胺(Spd)对盐碱胁迫下番茄根系线粒体功能的影响,采用水培法,以耐性不同的两个番茄品种‘金棚朝冠’(耐盐型)和‘中杂9号’(敏感型)为试材,通过模拟盐碱生态条件(NaCl∶Na2SO4∶NaHCO3∶Na2CO3=1∶9∶9∶1),结合叶面喷施外源0.25 mmol·L-1Spd,研究盐碱胁迫8 d后Spd对番茄幼苗根系形态和根系线粒体功能的影响.结果表明: 盐碱胁迫下,两个品种番茄根系线粒体内H2O2和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,线粒体膜通透性明显增大,流动性降低,膜电位、线粒体内细胞色素c/a(Cyt c/a)吸光度比值、膜H+-ATPase活性显著下降,使线粒体受到不同程度的损伤,从而抑制根系生长,且‘金棚朝冠’的上述指标变化幅度均小于‘中杂9号’.盐碱胁迫下,喷施外源Spd处理的两个品种根系线粒体H2O2和MDA含量显著降低,膜通透性减小、流动性增加,膜电位、线粒体内Cyt c/a吸光度比值、膜H+-ATPase活性显著提高,可有效缓解盐碱胁迫对番茄幼苗根系线粒体的伤害作用,且这种缓解作用在‘中杂9号’上的表现效果更佳.  相似文献

采用盆栽试验,以耐盐黄瓜品种‘津绿5号’和盐敏感品种‘津优1号’为试材,研究了NaCl(585 mg·kg-1土)胁迫下不同浓度苯丙烯酸对黄瓜幼苗-土壤系统内苯丙烯酸积累的影响.结果表明: 苯丙烯酸施用浓度是影响土壤和黄瓜植株中苯丙烯酸含量的主要因子;除最高浓度(200 mg·kg-1土)外,其他处理的黄瓜植株苯丙烯酸含量均随处理浓度的增加而增加.盐分胁迫使苯丙烯酸的毒性作用增强,在中低浓度处理下,黄瓜植株中苯丙烯酸含量升高;在高浓度处理下,黄瓜幼苗生长量下降并导致植株中苯丙烯酸含量降低;‘津绿5号’在最高浓度(200 mg·kg-1土)处理时苯丙烯酸含量下降,而‘津优1号’从100 mg·kg-1土浓度就开始下降,反映出两个黄瓜品种的耐盐性差异.在黄瓜植株各部位中,苯丙烯酸主要在叶片中积累;而在黄瓜植株-土壤系统内,苯丙烯酸主要在土壤中积累.  相似文献

在“高油115”玉米幼苗地下部施用4种不同浓度(10、50、100、200 μmol·L-1)的茉莉酸3~48 h后,采用生化成分分析和基因表达分析方法,检测了处理部位(根系)和非处理部位(叶片)中防御物质及防御相关基因的表达,以探讨茉莉酸诱导玉米地下部对化学防御反应影响的时间和浓度效应.结果表明:茉莉酸处理玉米地下部对处理部位(根系)和非处理部位(叶片)化学防御反应的影响均与茉莉酸作用的时间和浓度相关.茉莉酸处理玉米地下部后,在3~12 h内就能直接诱导处理部位(根系)Bx9、PAL、PR-2a、MPI和FPS基因的表达,使得根中的丁布含量增加而总酚含量下降,其中100 μmol·L-1茉莉酸处理浓度产生的诱导作用最强,其次是50 μmol·L-1,再次是10 μmol·L-1;后期诱导作用则逐渐减弱.另外,茉莉酸处理玉米地下部还能间接影响到非处理部位(叶片)的化学防御反应,50 μmol·L-1茉莉酸在处理后3 h就能系统诱导叶片中Bx9和FPS基因的表达,使叶片的丁布含量增加;在6~24 h内则使叶片Bx9、PAL、PR-1、MPI和TPS基因表达量增加,丁布和总酚含量降低.可见,对于大部分检测指标来说,茉莉酸处理玉米地下部对地上部的间接诱导作用不如对地下部的直接诱导作用强,根系启动防御反应的时间较叶片早,同时,随着处理浓度的增加,茉莉酸对根系和叶片防御反应的诱导作用有增强趋势.  相似文献

以汽雾法栽培方式为基础,建立根际气体环境研究系统,研究了根际不同CO2浓度连续处理36d对马铃薯植株生长的影响.结果表明,随着根际CO2处理时间的延长,根际380~920 μmol·mol-1 CO2处理和380 μmol·mol-1CO2处理之间马铃薯植株的株高、茎粗、叶面积、鲜重、根系长度、匍匐茎和块茎等生育指标生长变化比较一致,呈现明显的二阶段增长特点;与3 600 μmol·mol-1高CO2处理的根际比较,前2个处理植株生长发育旺盛,块茎产量明显增加,说明根际一定浓度CO2富积,对马铃薯生长有促进作用,而根际过高浓度CO2环境,则对马铃薯生长有抑制作用.根际3 600μmol·mol-1高CO2处理与沙培处理植株的地上茎粗和叶面积、地下匍匐茎和块茎数量等非常接近,表现在植株生长矮小,块茎产量较少,说明沙培处理植株生长发育比较弱,其原因可能与根际较高浓度CO2的影响有关.  相似文献

Jasmonates control diverse plant developmental processes, such as seed germination, flower, fruit and seed development, senescence and tuberization in potato. To understand the role of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) in potato tuberization, the Arabidopsis JMT gene encoding jasmonic acid carboxyl methyltransferase was constitutively overexpressed in transgenic potato plants. Increases in tuber yield and size as well as in vitro tuberization frequency were observed in transgenic plants. These were correlated with JMT mRNA level––the higher expression level, the higher the tuber yield and size. The levels of jasmonic acid (JA), MeJA and tuberonic acid (TA) were also higher than those in control plants. Transgenic plants also exhibited higher expression of jasmonate-responsive genes such as those for allene oxide cyclase (AOC) and proteinase inhibitor II (PINII). These results indicate that JMT overexpression induces jasmonate biosynthesis genes and thus JA and TA pools in transgenic potatoes. This results in enhanced tuber yield and size in transgenic potato plants.  相似文献

Paclobutrazol enhances minituber production in Norland potatoes   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The effect of two plant growth regulators, paclobutrazol and kinetin, on minituber yield in greenhouse-grown Norland potatoes was investigated. Plants were treated with paclobutrazol at 450 mg/L, kinetin at 10 mg/L, or a combination of paclobutrazol at 450 mg/L + kinetin at 10 mg/L as single foliar applications at early stolon initiation. A set of plants sprayed with water served as the control. The experiment was conducted twice. In both cases, paclobutrazol nearly doubled the number of usable tubers/plant without affecting total tuber yield. Kinetin had no effect either on tuber number or tuber weight. Kinetin applied as a combination with paclobutrazol decreased the effectiveness of paclobutrazol on tuber number by 13–20%. Paclobutrazol treatments prolonged tuber dormancy by approximately 3 weeks. The results suggest that paclobutrazol treatment would be effective in enhancing potato minituber production under greenhouse conditions.Abbreviations PTZ paclobutrazol - KIN kinetin  相似文献

以‘辽园多丽’番茄幼苗为材料,研究了经钙(Ca)、钙螯合剂(EGTA)和茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理后接种番茄灰霉病幼苗叶片的病情指数、活性氧(H2O2、O2.-)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。结果显示:(1)Ca、MeJA、MeJA+Ca处理番茄幼苗的灰霉病发病率分别比对照显著降低32.5%、38.0%和54.5%,而MeJA+Ca处理又显著低于Ca、MeJA处理32.6%和15.3%;MeJA+EGTA处理高于MeJA处理30.3%,但低于EGTA处理13.1%;Ca处理低于EGTA处理34.2%。(2)Ca、MeJA及MeJA+Ca处理番茄幼苗叶片中活性氧积累量高于对照,MeJA+Ca处理又高于Ca、MeJA处理;但MeJA+EGTA处理活性氧积累量低于MeJA处理,而高于EGTA处理;Ca处理的活性氧含量高于EGTA处理。(3)Ca、MeJA及MeJA+Ca处理幼苗叶片的SOD、CAT、POD的活性均比对照提高,且以MeJA+Ca处理最高;而MeJA+EGTA处理抗氧化酶活性低于MeJA处理,但高于EGTA处理;Ca处理抗氧化酶活性高于EGTA处理。研究表明,钙在茉莉酸甲酯诱导番茄抗灰霉病过程中具有重要调节作用,这种作用与钙促进茉莉酸甲酯诱导番茄活性氧积累和抗氧化酶活性有关。  相似文献

以狭叶黄芩为试验材料,测定了不同浓度(0.1、0.5、1、2 mmol·L^-1)茉莉酸甲酯对干旱胁迫下(15%,PEG-6000)狭叶黄芩表型特征、光合以及生理特性的影响。结果外源施加茉莉酸甲酯增强了狭叶黄芩的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率。有效降低了狭叶黄芩受伤害等级。可以有效缓解降低了胞间CO2浓度,其中施用2 mmol·L^-1茉莉酸甲酯9 d后对狭叶黄芩的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度的影响最为显著。处理组的游离脯氨酸含量低于CK。可溶性蛋白含量在前6 d的处理中低于CK,而在6 d以后的处理中显著高于CK。外源施加茉莉酸甲酯能够提高SOD、POD、CAT活性。对狭叶黄芩的光合参数和生理指标的研究结果表明,经外源施加的茉莉酸甲酯处理能够有效减缓干旱胁迫对狭叶黄芩的不良影响。  相似文献

Effects of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) on floret opening were investigated in male-sterile and male-fertile rice ( Oryza sativa subsp. indica ). Excised or intact panicles with several top florets flowered one day before the experiments were soaked in MeJA, salicylic acid (SA), 24-epibrassinolide (24-epiBL) or control solution for 2 min. MeJA at the concentration of 4 mmol/L significantly promoted rice floret opening; the response of floret opening of male-sterile rice to MeJA was more sensitive than that of male-fertile rice (such as maintenance line and conventional variety). The percentage of finally opened-floret per panicle of Zhenshan 97A (cytoplasmic male sterile line) or Pei'ai 64S (thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line) treated with MeJA was over 40% in the day of experiment, that of Zhenshan 97B (maintenance) and Pei'ai 64 (conventional variety) was (21±1.5)% and (25±2.1)%, respectively; floret opening of intact Pei'ai 64S panicles in the field could also be induced by 2-mmol/L MeJA. The percentage of opened floret in all control panicles was 0% or less than 5% in the day of experiment. The percentage of fertilized-grain of Zhenshan 97A and Longtepu A could be increased over 24% by spraying panicles with 2-mmol/L MeJA solution (circa 6.0 μmol per panicle). The lag time (time from the finishing of treatment to first floret opening) of male sterile line responsing to MeJA was 10 min shorter than that of male fertile line. MeJA induction on the rice floret opening could markedly be inhibited by SA solution at the concentration of 1 mmol/L, and the inhibition of SA on MeJA induction on floret opening of male-sterile rice could be nullified by MeJA treatment again. MeJA effect on floret opening of male-sterile rice could be clearly synergized by pretreatment with 24-epibrassinolide (24-epiBL).  相似文献

Endogenous cytokinins (CK) were measured in Cucurbita pepo L. (zucchini) cotyledons after spraying 7-day-old seedlings with methyl jasmonate (MeJA) to examine whether the senescence-promoting action of MeJA is associated with changes in metabolic regulation of CK levels. MeJA promoted senescence as estimated by the loss of chlorophyll and injury to chloroplast ultrastructure. This was already detected one day after treatment. The contents of physiologically active CKs determined by high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (CK bases: trans -zeatin, dihydrozeatin and isopentenyladenine and their ribosides), especially trans -zeatin and its riboside declined considerably. CK nucleotides and physiologically inactive CK 7- and 9-glucosides were also markedly decreased whereas the content of storage CK O -glucosides as well as cis -isomers of zeatin declined only slightly. Chlorophyll content and the normal chloroplast structure recovered 5 days after the MeJa treatment. The process of photosynthetic apparatus recovery correlated with an increased concentration of physiologically active CKs, especially Z. In contrast, the content of CK nucleotides and storage CK O -glucosides decreased further. We suggest that the ability of MeJA to promote some aspects of senescence in intact zucchini cotyledons is at least partially due to down-regulation of endogenous CK levels and their interconversion between active and inactive forms.  相似文献

为探讨茉莉酸甲酯(Methyl Jasmonate,MJ)对木豆不定根影响,研究了茉莉酸甲酯的不同浓度及处理时间对木豆不定根中染料木素的含量及抗氧化系统的影响。研究结果表明,诱导子的浓度和处理时间对不定根中染料木素的含量有重要影响。在MJ浓度为100μmol·L-1,处理时间为48 h时,染料木素的含量最高,为1.38 mg·g-1,是对照组的4.03倍。在此基础上,研究了100μmol·L-1的MJ处理对木豆不定根抗氧化系统的影响,结果表明,MJ处理的木豆不定根明显发生了氧化胁迫,O_2^-速率、H_2O_2和MDA含量明显升高,同时不定根中SOD和POD活性明显升高,但是抗氧化酶活性的提高并未消除不定根的氧化胁迫,这种氧化胁迫导致了木豆不定根次生代谢产物合成能力提高。  相似文献

化学农药仍是目前蔬菜烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci防控的重要措施,研发有效的非化学措施防控烟粉虱是蔬菜绿色生产亟待解决的问题。本文以苏椒15号(感性品种)和新苏椒五号(抗性品种)辣椒Capsicum annuum L.为对象,通过在辣椒上喷施茉莉酸甲酯,研究外源茉莉酸甲酯对烟粉虱发育历期、存活率、消化酶活性和田间烟粉虱种群动态的影响。研究发现,取食茉莉酸甲酯处理的辣椒后烟粉虱的发育历期显著延长、存活率明显下降。其中取食感性品种辣椒和抗性品种辣椒的烟粉虱发育历期分别延长7.66 d和9.66 d,存活率分别下降10.5%和9.89%;取食感性品种辣椒的烟粉虱主要是延长卵期、4龄若虫期和伪蛹期,而取食抗性品种辣椒的烟粉虱各历期均延长。外源茉莉酸甲酯对烟粉虱体内消化酶的活性也有明显的影响,取食茉莉酸甲酯处理的辣椒后烟粉虱的消化酶活性显著下降,取食感性品种辣椒和抗性品种辣椒24 h后,胰蛋白酶活力分别较对照下降了61.86%和45.0%,糜蛋白酶活性分别较对照下降了47.29%和40.11%。大田辣椒上喷施茉莉酸甲酯后,烟粉虱的种群数量迅速下降,但在抗性品种和感性品种上烟粉虱的校正虫口减退率没有明显的差异。研究发现,外源茉莉酸甲酯处理,可以延缓烟粉虱的发育速率,降低胰蛋白酶和糜蛋白酶的活性,对田间烟粉虱种群也有较好的控制作用。  相似文献

To create a metabolic sink in the jasmonic acid (JA) pathway, we generated transgenic Nicotiana attenuata lines ectopically expressing Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) jasmonic acid O-methyltransferase (35S-jmt) and additionally silenced in other lines the N. attenuata methyl jasmonate esterase (35S-jmt/ir-mje) to reduce the deesterification of methyl jasmonate (MeJA). Basal jasmonate levels did not differ between transgenic and wild-type plants; however, after wounding and elicitation with Manduca sexta oral secretions, the bursts of JA, jasmonoyl-isoleucine (JA-Ile), and their metabolites that are normally observed in the lamina, midvein, and petiole of elicited wild-type leaves were largely absent in both transformants but replaced by a burst of endogenous MeJA that accounted for almost half of the total elicited jasmonate pools. In these plants, MeJA became a metabolic sink that affected the jasmonate metabolic network and its spread to systemic leaves, with major effects on 12-oxo-phytodieonic acid, JA, and hydroxy-JA in petioles and on JA-Ile in laminas. Alterations in the size of jasmonate pools were most obvious in systemic tissues, especially petioles. Expression of threonine deaminase and trypsin proteinase inhibitor, two JA-inducible defense genes, was strongly decreased in both transgenic lines without influencing the expression of JA biosynthesis genes that were uncoupled from the wounding and elicitation with M. sexta oral secretions-elicited JA-Ile gradient in elicited leaves. Taken together, this study provides support for a central role of the vasculature in the propagation of jasmonates and new insights into the versatile spatiotemporal characteristics of the jasmonate metabolic network.  相似文献
