稻田蜘蛛优势种对飞虱对叶蝉控制力的分析   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
系统调查结果表明,长沙地区早稻田中,蜘蛛优势种相对稳定,在水稻各生育期内均为拟水狼蛛和食虫沟瘤蛛,并无更替现象,采用灰色关联分析法,研究了长沙地区稻田蜘蛛优势种群对飞虱,叶蝉种群数量的控制程度,结果表明拟水狼蛛和食品沟瘤蛛对飞 虱,叶蝉种 数量影响最大,其次为锥腹肖蛸和八斑鞘腹蛛,当拟水狼蛛与飞虱之比为1:20.2,食虫沟瘤蛛与飞虱之比为1:14.5以上时,蜘蛛对飞虱显示出明显的控制力。  相似文献

采用浸渍法测定了除草剂丁草胺对室内饲养的4种稻田蜘蛛拟水狼蛛(Pirata subpiraticus)、拟环纹豹蛛(Pardosa pseudoannulata)、锥腹肖蛸(Tetragnatha maxillosa)和食虫沟瘤蛛(Ummeliata insecticeps)的毒力,以及对拟水狼蛛生长发育的影响.结果表明,高剂量的丁草胺对稻田蜘蛛有较强的杀伤力,丁草胺对4种蜘蛛半致死浓度由高到低依次为:拟环纹豹蛛>拟水狼蛛>锥腹肖蛸>食虫沟瘤蛛,食虫沟瘤蛛对丁草胺最敏感,LC50为9.61605 mg/L.用2mg/L丁草胺溶液作为水源喂养的拟水狼蛛体重、雌雄性比(3:2)、幼蛛成活率(43.4%)均远小于对照组,其3~6龄总历期延长了10d,经统计检验与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),可见丁草胺对蜘蛛生长发育有显著影响.  相似文献

本文进行了稻田捕食性天敌与稻飞虱的栖境生态位调查,并应用正交试验设计、添加试验法和排除试验法研究了?物种的栖境生态位与各天敌捕食作用的关系,结果表明:在5种灭敌与2种害虫共存系统中,天敌对褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens Stal捕食量的正主效应大小依次为: 粽管巢蛛 Clubiona aponicola、青翅蚁形隐翅虫Paederus fuscipes、前齿肖蛸Tetragnatha praedonia、食虫沟瘤蛛 Ummeliata insecticeps,拟水狼蛛Pirata subpiraticus的负主效应值最大(随狼蛛密度增大捕食量下降);对稻纵卷叶螟Cnaphlocrcis medinalis Guenee捕食量正主效应大小依次为: 粽管巢蛛、肖蛸、青翅蚁形隐翊虫。多物种共存系统中,狼蛛、微蛛、跳蛛主要捕食飞虱;肖蛸主要捕食稻纵卷叶螟;管巢蛛对两种害虫均具有较好的控制作用。这与各物种的生态位宽度值相一致。当飞虱密度在每穴10一30头时,多物种共存系统优良的生物序是拟水狼蛛、食虫瘤胸蛛、青翅蚁形隐翅虫各为l头,棕管巢蛛2头,此时天敌的控制作用最大。添加法和排除法试验结果表明在具-定数量的多物种共存系统中,再增加天敌密度不一定能增加猎物的被捕食数,其直接的生物学原因是种间种内干扰(包括种间种内残杀)  相似文献

长沙望城县早稻田蜘蛛群落有9科20种,以微蛛科中的食虫沟瘤蛛所占比例最大,为第一优势种,其次是拟水狼蛛、锥腹肖蛸、八斑鞘蛛。八斑鞘蛛在早稻生长中后期发生量上升。综防田与化防田的优势种一致,施用化学农药对蜘蛛群落的丰富度、多样性有明显降低作用。稻田蜘蛛数量变动与白背飞虱及黑尾叶蝉的消长基本一致,稻田蜘蛛具有明显的控虫效应。综防田与化防田对照试验证明:现有化学农药用量减少是可行的。  相似文献

为褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stal)的绿色防控提供理论参考依据,于2011年和2012年在调查了浙江富阳不同品种稻田褐飞虱和蜘蛛的发生密度后,利用荧光定量PCR分子探针技术分析了9科27种3 807头蜘蛛对褐飞虱的捕食作用。研究结果表明,在水稻Oryza sativa L.不同生育期,稻田总的褐飞虱和蜘蛛密度等参数值均随调查时间呈规律性变化,且在调查时间点间出现了显著性差异(P<0.05);各科蜘蛛对褐飞虱的捕食阳性率均随水稻生育期的发展呈增加趋势,整体上,狼蛛科Lycosidae、皿蛛科Linyphiidae、球腹蛛科Theridiidae、肖蛸科Tetragnathidae、跳蛛科Salticidae和园蛛科Araneidae捕食率在DAT21,DAT35和DAT77,DAT91之间有显著性差异(P<0.05);2012年两品种稻田的褐飞虱和蜘蛛密度等参数值均显著高于2011年的值,两年间汕优63(SY63)稻田的褐飞虱和蜘蛛密度均显著高于IR64的密度;2012年各科蜘蛛对褐飞虱的捕食阳性率显著高于2011年的值(P<0.05),且狼蛛科和球腹蛛科对褐飞虱的捕食阳性率在两品种间存在显著性差异(P<0.05);稻田4种蜘蛛优势种拟环纹豹蛛Pardosa pseudoannulata (Bosenberg & Strand)、八斑球腹蛛Theridion octomaculatum (Boes. et Str.)、食虫瘤胸蛛Oedothorax insecticeps (Boes. et str.)和锥腹肖蛸Tetragnatha maxillosa (Thoren)的捕食阳性率均随褐飞虱种群密度的增加而增加,该捕食功能反应曲线可用非线性模型P=aN/(1+bN)拟合;除锥腹肖蛸外,其它3种的捕食功能反应曲线均呈饱和状态;拟环纹豹蛛捕食褐飞虱的DNA残留量显著高于八斑球腹蛛、锥腹肖蛸和食虫瘤胸蛛的残留量(P<0.05)。本研究结果充分说明稻田各蜘蛛类群对不同生育期、不同品种水稻的褐飞虱均具有较强的捕食作用,是生物防治策略中的重要因素,应加强田间蜘蛛的保护工作和增强自然天敌的控害功能。  相似文献

1999~2000年在广东、海南、福建3省的3个稻作亚区选取27个样地,调查早、晚稻田蜘蛛群落,分析各种蜘蛛的优势度。结果表明:食虫沟瘤蛛和拟水狼蛛是闽粤桂台平原丘陵双季稻亚区(Ⅰ_1)早稻田的优势种,四斑锯螯蛛、拟环纹豹蛛和一些地区的拟水狼蛛是晚稻田的优势种。江南丘陵平原双季稻亚区(Ⅱ_3)的食虫沟瘤蛛和拟水狼蛛是早、晚稻田的优势种,四斑锯螯蛛和锥腹肖蛸是部分地区的优势种。琼雷台地平原双季稻多熟亚区(Ⅰ_3)的拟环纹豹蛛、四斑锯螯蛛是晚稻田的优势种。  相似文献

讨论蜘蛛的主要种群拟水狼蛛、食虫瘤胸蛛、粽管巢蛛对稻纵卷叶螟、白背飞虱的选择捕食特性。由结果可见:猎物被捕食量与参试种群编码值(密度)的数量关系可由二次多项式模型技术。当取每科水稻上有稻纵卷叶螟5头,白背飞虱10头,拟水狼蛛2头,粽管巢蛛2头,食虫瘤胸蛛2头时,蜘蛛种群对白背飞虱有较大的选择捕食比率。  相似文献

应用荧光物质稀土元素铕示踪法对水稻褐飞虱拟水狼蛛食物链进行了定量分析研究。所施荧光物质的三种浓度20 mg/L、50 mg/L和100 mg/L 均为有效浓度,对水稻生长无可见的影响,孕穗期、抽穗期、乳熟期和黄熟期四个生育期水稻、褐飞虱和拟水狼蛛的荧光物含量均随所施荧光物质浓度的增高而增高。褐飞虱对不同生育期水稻的取食量依次为抽穗期>孕穗期>乳熟期>黄熟期,分别为每克褐飞虱生物量在24 h内摄食水稻17.5910 g, 17.4510 g, 13.8290 g和8.7070 g。拟水狼蛛对褐飞虱的捕食量为乳熟期>孕穗期>抽穗期>黄熟期,分别为每克拟水狼蛛生物量24 h捕食褐飞虱3.6380 g, 3.0830 g, 3.0770和2.8000 g。根据田间调查数据换算为每头拟水狼蛛捕食褐飞虱在孕穗期、抽穗期、乳熟期和黄熟期分别为11头、11头、13头和10头。  相似文献

荧光物示踪法测定除草剂对食虫沟瘤蛛摄食量的影响   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
采用一种全新的测定方法——荧光物示踪法,以稀土元素铕作为荧光示踪物质,以“水稻 白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera Horvath食虫沟瘤蛛 Ummeliata insecticeps Bosenberg et Strand”这一食物链中的水稻和白背飞虱作为铕的传递者,经萃取和反萃取等一系列化学分析方法,定量地测定了3种除草剂胁迫下食虫沟瘤蛛的摄食量。结果表明:施用除草剂西草净、使它隆和高效盖草能以后,食虫沟瘤蛛的存活个体12天内平均每天捕食白背飞虱分别为1.784、2.678和2.856头,均低于对照组的平均个体摄食量3.321头/d; 各组12天内个体摄食量的趋势线均为开口向上的抛物线,可用二次方程进行拟合; 同时除草剂的喷施亦对食虫沟瘤蛛造成一定的致死率,因而造成施药后食虫沟瘤蛛的种群摄食率减退,第2、5、8天的平均摄食率分别为对照组的52.11%、36.45%和50.27%; 药后第12天3个处理组的摄食量均超过了正常值,平均摄食率达到对照组的131.84%。因此在稻田中害虫大发生或天敌群落迁移时应慎用除草剂,以免食虫沟瘤蛛药后摄食量减少导致对目标害虫控制力减弱或由于除草剂的致死力而对食虫沟瘤蛛的群落重建构成威胁。  相似文献

为了科学施药,合理保护和利用自然天敌进行油桃害虫的综合防治,用灰色系统分析方法、生态位分析方法和空间格局聚集强度指数分析方法,对2008年及2009年春-夏季油桃园桃蚜、小绿叶蝉和山楂叶螨与其主要捕食性天敌在数量、时间和空间格局等方面关系进行分析,两年春-夏季综合排序的结果是,桃蚜主要捕食性天敌依次是黑带食蚜蝇、异色瓢虫、三突花蟹蛛;小绿叶蝉主要捕食性天敌依次为三突花蟹蛛、锥腹肖蛸和草间小黑蛛;山楂叶螨主要捕食性天敌依次为草间小黑蛛、八斑球腹蛛和三突花蟹蛛。2008年秋季桃蚜的主要天敌依次是八斑球腹蛛、中华草蛉和锥腹肖蛸;小绿叶蝉的主要天敌依次是草间小黑蛛、锥腹肖蛸和黑带食蚜蝇;山楂叶螨的主要天敌依次为八斑球腹蛛、异色瓢虫和中华草蛉。两年春-夏季之间3种害虫及天敌数量差异均不显著。  相似文献

初步调查香蕉园的蜘蛛约有20多种,是香蕉害虫的重要天敌,主要栖息于香蕉植株的上部和基部,中部则较少。狼蛛类、蚁蛛、蝇虎、沟瘤蛛等数量较多,常年均可见,而其余种类则在某些月份发生。与水稻田蜘蛛比较,发现蕉园中大多数蜘蛛种类与稻田的相似,仅少数种类是稻田中未有的。  相似文献

通过田间试验,研究了稻-鸭农作系统对稻田有关生物种群的影响.结果表明:稻鸭共育对稻田相关昆虫、杂草、病原菌等有害生物的发生和危害及天敌数量具有较大影响.与不养鸭相比,稻鸭共育后12 d和42 d, 水稻基部害虫飞虱及叶蝉的数量平均减少64.8%和78.5%;稻鸭共育后15 d和45 d,稻田杂草平均减少67.7%和98.1%;水稻分蘖高峰期和齐穗期的纹枯病病情指数分别降低了40.4%和62.0%.稻鸭共育还增加了稻田害虫天敌蜘蛛的数量,抑制了水稻害虫的危害.  相似文献

Date palm is one of the most important products in Iran. Kerman province is one of the most important producers of this crop. Major areas of date palm cultivation in the province involve Bam, Jiroft and Shahdad. Date palm acreage of Shahdad is over 3500 hectares. Date palm varieties in Shahdad are Ghasb, Shamsaee and Bazmani. Ghasb date palm is most important in Shahdad that is classified as dry product. Date Palm trees have many pests such as the horned beetle dates, spider mite, leafhopper and moths; and according to the studies done in 2008–2009, Ephestia figulilella is the most important pest on fruit dates in Shadad, sometimes 90% of product is contaminated by this pest. Cicindela (Calochroa) whithilli (Hope) and Cicindela (Calochroa) flavomaculata Hope (Cicindelidae: Coleoptera) are seasonally dominant predatory insects in the cultivated, and irrigated rice paddy fields of the South Indian peninsula. While studying the feeding ecology of these tiger beetles in rice paddy agro‐ecosystems in Sringeri area of the central Western Ghats, we examined their potential as biocontrols on the major rice paddy pest populations available in this region. Earthworms and tadpoles were significant prey organisms during the early cultivation period, while other traditional prey organisms like ants and spiders (mainly wolf and jumping spiders) were more common as prey organisms toward the mid‐season. The results showed that the feeding fauna of tiger beetles can extend to prey items beyond arthropods, to include vertebrates. Cicindela (Calochroa) duponti Dejean is another common species that occurs abundantly in the Areca orchards and on the bunds that separate rice paddy fields from adjacent uncultivated lands. We performed laboratory tests to determine the feeding guild of these beetles, and to investigate their possible role as a predator of the rice paddy pests. Although preliminary in nature, the results suggest that both C. whithilli and C. flavomaculata are ineffective as biocontrol agents of rice paddy agro‐ecosystems. They appear to have only a marginal impact on the larvae of Leptocorisa acuta, a major insect pest of paddy rice, but further experimental and observational studies are needed to firmly establish the significance of this observation.  相似文献

【目的】探索生境高异质度对稻田捕食性天敌及水稻害虫的生态调节有效性,了解这种策略是否会引起其他植食性昆虫成为水稻重要害虫的风险。【方法】2017-2018年连续2年种植单季稻,在稻田边缘种植花生与大豆,构建高异质性边缘生境稻田(rice paddy with high heterogeneous marginal habitats, HHR),调查HHR稻田与简单低异质性边缘生境稻田(rice paddy with low heterogeneous marginal habitats, LHR)中捕食性天敌与水稻害虫功能团的发生规律与相关性,计算益害比。【结果】2017年在HHR稻田中采集到捕食性天敌40种,1 667头;在LHR稻田中采集到捕食性天敌30种,991头。2018年在HHR稻田中采集到捕食性天敌33种,1 384头;在LHR稻田中采集到捕食性天敌34种,1 031头。HHR与LHR两类稻田中获得的捕食性天敌群落重要值Pi≥0.01的物种相似度很高,优势种相似。2017年HHR稻田的捕食性天敌物种丰富度明显高于LHR稻田,这种差异主要由群落重要值Pi<0.01的种类引起。2018年两类稻田的捕食性天敌物种丰富度没有差异。单位样方面积内的捕食性天敌个体数量,HHR中明显高于LHR,这种差异在2017年的分蘖期与成熟期达显著水平(P<0.05),在2018年的开花期极显著(P<0.01)。2017年在HHR中采集到水稻害虫22种,637头;在LHR中采集到水稻害虫19种,743头;物种相似性系数0.88。2018年在HHR中采集到水稻害虫16种,1 011头;在LHR中采集到水稻害虫16种,2 014头;物种相似性系数0.75;主要害虫物种组成结构相同。水稻害虫数量发生的时间动态分析表明,在分蘖期,虽然HHR稻田中的水稻害虫数量明显高于LHR(P<0.05),但此期害虫的数量不多,发生较轻。在孕穗期、开花期与成熟期,HHR稻田中的水稻害虫数量明显低于LHR稻田,这种差异在2017年的成熟期与2018年的孕穗期极显著(P<0.01),在2018年的成熟期差异显著(P<0.05)。2017年HHR和LHR中个体数量益害比Npi值分别为2.62和1.33;2018年分别为1.37和0.51。【结论】具有高异质性边缘生境的稻田,能提高系统对捕食性天敌物种的涵养潜力,显著提高稻田捕食性天敌个体数量,提高益害比,具有更好的控制害虫的物质基础,促进捕食性天敌对水稻害虫的生态控制效能,不会引起其他植食性昆虫演变为水稻重要害虫风险,可为保护稻田生态系统天敌发挥生态效能提供可借鉴的策略与方法。  相似文献

Experimental and correlative evidence has steadily mounted over the past 30 years implicating spiders in the suppression of insect herbivore pests in crop fields. A large body of evidence has also shown that increasing agroecosystem vegetation diversity often influences the abundance of herbivores and their natural enemies. In previous experiments, the abundance of several species of spiders on grapevines in a raisin grape vineyard was twofold enhanced in vineyard plots vegetationally diversified with a cover crop. A concomitant reduction in the abundance of the leafhopper pest Erythroneura variabilis Beamer was observed on grapevines in the diversified plots, but a causal relationship was not established. In the present study, we simultaneously manipulated spider densities (in open‐vine spider exclusion and vine‐shoot enclosures) and ground cover to determine their relative impact on E. variabilis population dynamics. Open‐vine spider exclusion resulted in an average 35% increase in the density of E. variabilis the greatest effect with occurring during the first and second leafhopper generations. The negative impact of spiders on E. variabilis densities was corroborated with vine‐shoot enclosure experiments. Under the conditions of the present study, the cover crop per se did not affect the dynamics of E. variabilis populations on grapevines, despite a 1.6‐fold increase in spider densities on vines in cover crop plots, compared with vines in bare ground plots, probably due to insufficient spider enhancement and low overall E. variabilis abundance during the summer months. The cover crop had little effect on vine macronutrient status (and presumably vine water status). While this study provided further support for the hypothesis that vegetation diversity can enhance spider abundance, this enhancement does not always lead to lower pest densities, thus underscoring the complexity and variability that exists in interactions involving cover crop, spiders, and crop plants and their herbivore pests.  相似文献

We examined the effects of environmentally friendly (EF) farming and landscape factors on the abundances of major spider guilds and a rice pest, the small brown planthopper (SBPH), Laodelphax striatellus (Fallén), in a Japanese rice paddy ecosystem. The abundances of all spider guilds increased by EF farming, whereas different spider guilds showed contrasting responses to the size of the forest within 200 m of the fields. The abundances of ground spiders and horizontal web weavers increased with increasing forest area, unlike small ground spiders, whose abundance decreased. The abundances of SBPH nymphs and adults decreased by EF farming but responded differently to landscape: nymphs decreased with increasing forest area, but adults did not. Further analysis indicated a potential negative relationship between web-weaving spiders and SBPH nymphs. Our findings suggest that the size of the forest adjacent to fields is an important determinant of spider guild composition and pest abundance.  相似文献

Fairyfly egg parasitoids (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae) of rice leafhoppers and planthoppers (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae and Delphacidae) known from Taiwan are identified taxonomically, keyed, and illustrated. Their host associations are determined by rearings using sentinel eggs of mainly four key pest species. The previously published records of such egg parasitoids in Taiwan are critically analyzed in the unfortunate absence of almost any voucher specimens. Three species of Mymaridae are shown to be the predominant egg parasitoids of one leafhopper and three planthopper major pests of rice in Taiwan: Anagrus (Anagrus) incarnatus Haliday of the green rice leafhopper Nephotettix cincticeps (Uhler) and the delphacids Laodelphax striatella (Fallén) (small brown planthopper), Nilaparvata lugens (Stål) (brown planthopper), and Sogatella furcifera (Horváth) (whitebacked planthopper), as well as Gonatocerus aegyptiacus Soyka and Mymar taprobanicum Ward of N. cincticeps. The zig-zag leafhopper Maiestas dorsalis (Motschulsky), which is also common in paddy fields, is newly recorded as a host for A. incarnatus, G. aegyptiacus, Lymaenon litoralis (Haliday), and M. taprobanicum. Additional new records of some other Mymaridae in Taiwan, mostly from the rice field agroecosystems, are indicated. Litus assamensis Rehmat and Anis, syn. nov. from India, is synonymized with L. sutil Triapitsyn and Berezovskiy from Thailand, which is also newly recorded from Taiwan.  相似文献

稻飞虱是缅甸水稻种植区常见且分布广泛的一类害虫,可造成农作物不同程度的减产.稻飞虱的爆发与高产品种的大规模推广种植具有一致性,同时其种群变化也与天气条件有关.近年来,缅甸中部部分省份稻飞虱大量孳生,在一定程度上,这与氮肥施用水平有关.雨季稻飞虱种群增加,7月和8月为高峰期.在缅甸,主要通过培育抗虫、抗旱、抗逆等水稻品种来防控稻飞虱.同时用诱虫灯进行早期入侵的虫源的监测,必要时,采用化学杀虫剂防治.缅甸部分农场还采用了病虫害综合管理系统(IPM),以建立健康、安全、可调节的水稻生态系统及可持续的病虫害管理.  相似文献
