理解干旱与树木个体发育阶段或大小之间的相互作用关系是一个重要的优先研究方向,因为依赖于个体大小的特定死亡率分布格局对生态系统的结构和功能将产生重要的影响。以广泛分布于古尔班通古特沙漠南缘的主要建群种梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)为研究对象,通过测定越夏生长期间不同个体大小梭梭黎明前同化枝水势(Ψpd)、压力-容积(P-V)曲线、最大气孔导度(Gs)、叶绿素荧光(Fv/Fm),调查不同个体大小梭梭根系分布特征和根深,将越夏生长期间土壤水分状况、植物生理性状与根深相结合,分析不同大小梭梭对干旱胁迫的响应差异。结果表明:(1)夏季干旱胁迫显著降低了梭梭幼苗生理性状的特征值:同成年植株相比,梭梭幼苗黎明前同化枝水势(Ψpd)、PSⅡ反应中心最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、饱和膨压渗透势(π100)、膨压消失点渗透势(ΨTLP)显著降低;(2)梭梭生理性状与根深之间存在线性关系,根深决定不同大小梭梭的水分状况(Ψpd)进而主导了越夏生长期间的其他生理性状表达(Fv/Fmπ100ΨTLP);(3)不同大小的梭梭对干旱胁迫的响应差异是植物根系分布特征和生境相互作用的结果,根深在梭梭应对夏季干旱胁迫中起重要作用。总之,梭梭幼苗根系发育不完全(浅根系),只能利用降水带来的有限的浅层土壤水,对干旱胁迫响应敏感;而成年梭梭植株能最大限度的利用深层土壤水分,减少表层土壤干旱对其产生的不利影响。  相似文献

植物蒸腾导度是表征土壤-植物-大气连续体(SPAC)中植物-大气间水汽传导过程、反映植物水分调控能力的一类重要变量,常见有冠层导度(Gc)、冠层气孔导度(Gs)与叶片气孔导度(gs),明确三者在反映冠层蒸腾过程时的异同或关联性对于理解植物水分利用机制具有重要意义。本研究基于对黄土高原果园苹果树生长季内树干液流(Js)及环境因子的连续观测,计算了GcGs及脱耦联系数(Ω)等变量,并与短期连续观测的叶片气孔导度(gs)比较,分析了GcGsgs在反映冠层蒸腾特征方面的异同及其关系。结果表明,日变化过程中Gsgs呈"单峰"型曲线,而Gc则呈"先增后减,午后抬升"的"双峰"型曲线。gsGs存在较紧密的线性关系(R2=0.80),但与Gc的线性关系较弱(R2=0.02)。GcGs均随大气水汽压亏缺(VPD)的变化呈现确定的规律,其中,上边界函数呈递减的对数函数关系,平均值则符合先增后减的Log-Normal函数关系(R2>0.95),拐点对应的VPD值分别为1.33和1.16 kPa。在一日内,Gs对VPD变化的响应过程与gs对VPDL (基于叶片温度计算的水汽压亏缺)变化的响应过程总体一致,其一致性高于Gc对VPD变化的响应。整个生长季(4-10月)中果树的Ω平均值为0.12,随着Ω递减,GcGs的线性相关性愈趋紧密,其斜率呈递增趋势,Gc越来越趋近于Gs。研究结果表明,在北方地区,基于树干液流的监测能较准确的推导整株并估算林分的冠层蒸腾导度。与实测gs的变化过程比较,GsGc具有更高的一致性,Gs可以作为描述苹果树水分利用过程响应大气驱动的更为恰当的变量。  相似文献

Response of net photosynthetic rate (P N), stomatal conductance (g s), intercellular CO2 concentration (c i), and photosynthetic efficiency (Fv/Fm) of photosystem 2 (PS2) was assessed in Eucalyptus cladocalyx grown for long duration at 800 (C800) or 380 (C380) μmol mol-1 CO2 concentration under sufficient water supply or under water stress. The well-watered plants at C800 showed a 2.2 fold enhancement of P N without any change in g s. Under both C800 and C380, water stress decreased P N and g s significantly without any substantial reduction of c i, suggesting that both stomatal and non-stomatal factors regulated P N. However, the photosynthetic efficiency of PS2 was not altered. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

为探讨江西铅山红芽芋的耐盐机制,以其组培移栽驯化苗为材料,研究了盐胁迫对其生物量积累、光合特性、荧光特性等抗逆生理特性的影响。结果表明:(1)红芽芋幼苗生物量和根冠比在低盐胁迫下(50 mmol·L-1)得到显著促进,而在高盐胁迫下(100~250 mmol·L-1)受到显著抑制。(2)低盐胁迫幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、气孔限制值(Ls)、水分利用效率(WUE)和瞬时羧化效率(CUE)比对照(0 mmol·L-1)显著增加,细胞间CO2浓度(Ci)比对照显著下降,蒸腾速率(Tr)与对照无显著差异;高盐胁迫幼苗的PnLsWUECUEGs较对照显著下降,Ci比对照显著增加。(3)低盐胁迫幼苗的最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ潜在光化学效率(Fv/F0)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)比对照显著增加,初始荧光(F0)较对照显著下降,PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、开放的PSⅡ反应中心捕获激发能效率(Fv′/Fm′)和非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)与对照无显著差异;而高盐胁迫幼苗的F0FmFv/FmFv/F0、ΦPSⅡFv′/Fm′和qP均较对照显著下降,NPQ比对照显著增加。(4)各盐胁迫幼苗叶片的可溶性蛋白含量以及过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性与对照相比先升后降,并以低盐下最高;可溶性总糖和脯氨酸含量均比对照显著增加;丙二醛含量和质膜透性相对值在低盐胁迫下无显著变化,而在高盐下显著增加;叶绿素含量和根系活力在低盐胁迫下无显著变化,而在高盐胁迫后开始显著下降。研究发现,江西铅山红芽芋移栽驯化苗的耐盐阈值为 50 mmol·L-1,其能够诱导提高叶片可溶性蛋白含量和主要保护酶活性,稳定质膜透性、叶绿素含量和根系活力,增加PSⅡ潜在光化学效率,提高PSⅡ的电子传递活性,维持PSⅡ实际光化学效率,有效启动非辐射热能量耗散机制来保护了光合机构,最终提高净光合速率,增加生物量。  相似文献

气孔调节是植物适应水分条件变化的关键途径,研究多变生境中植物气孔行为对认识植物的适应具有重要意义。洪水漫溢新形成的河漫滩是胡杨更新的自然生境,其土壤质地和地下水埋深具高度时空异质性。已有研究主要集中于胡杨对地下水埋深变化的生理生态响应,而对土壤质地与地下水变化交互作用影响植物水分关系的认识不足。通过设置土壤质地(砂土(S1)、砂壤土(S2)、黏壤土(S3)与地下水埋深(W1(30 cm)、W2(60 cm)、W3(90 cm))交互试验模拟幼龄胡杨自然生境,观测分析了不同条件下胡杨气孔导度(Gs)、气孔导度斜率(g1)、光合的气孔限制(Ls)的变化。研究结果表明:(1) 胡杨气孔行为对地下水变化的响应受土壤质地影响;(2) 相同地下水埋深时不同土质间Gs具显著差异,W1时S2与S3Gs显著高于S1;W2时S1与S2明显低于S3;W3时S3最大,S2次之,S1最小;(3) 相同地下水埋深处理下,g1在S1最大,S3次之,S2最小;(4) 相同地下水埋深处理下,W1时S2与S3Ls显著高于S1,W2与W3Ls在S2最大,S3次之,S1最小。综上所述,幼龄胡杨气孔行为对地下水埋深变化的响应因土壤质地而异,这可能归因于土壤质地影响根系结构和土壤水的垂直分布,对胡杨早期植物水分关系具有重要影响。  相似文献

Kandelia candel (L.) Druce is the dominant mangrove species on the west coast of northern Taiwan. We have measured the net photosynthetic rate (P N) and chlorophyll (Chl) a fluorescence of seedlings grown at combinations of two nitrogen (0.01 and 0.1 mM) and two NaCl (250 and 430 mM NaCl) controls. With the same nitrogen level, seedlings grown at higher salinity (HS) had a significantly lower P N and stomatal conductance (g s) than those at lower salinity (LS). An increase in nitrogen availability significantly elevated P N and g s of the LS-grown seedlings. Compared to dark adapted leaves, the maximum quantum yield of photosystem 2 (PS2) (Fv/Fm) of leaves exposed to PFDs of 1200 and 1600 μmol m-2 s-1 for 2 h was significantly reduced. The degree of Fv/Fm reduction differed among leaves of the four types of treated plants. Chl fluorescence quenching analysis revealed differences among the examined plants in coefficients of non-photochemical and photochemical quenching. 油松是黄土高原重要的造林树种,模拟其冠层气孔导度和蒸腾对区域水量平衡计算和人工林可持续经营具有重要意义。基于2015-2018年TDP (Thermal dissipation probes)方法所测得液流数据,分析了黄土高原地区油松冠层平均气孔导度(gc)与冠层蒸腾(Tr)的变化特征与影响因素,并采用Penman-Monteith公式和Jarvis型气孔导度模型模拟了其gcTr的变化过程,结果表明:(1)该地区油松gcTr日内变化均呈现单峰型,日均蒸腾耗水量为(1.25±0.57) mm/d,生长季(4-10月)总蒸腾耗水量均值为195.47 mm。(2)gc的日内变化受太阳辐射(Rad)驱动(偏相关系数为0.65),当Rad高于300 W/m2时,驱动作用减弱;gc的日内变化受水汽压亏缺(VPD)控制(偏相关系数为-0.41),随VPD的增加而降低;gc的日际变化受土壤水分限制(偏相关系数为0.46),当根区相对有效含水率(REW)低于0.45时,限制作用明显。(3)结合Penman-Monteith公式与Jarvis型模型能有效模拟黄土高原油松gcTr变化,小时尺度gcTr模拟的纳什效率系数(NSE)分别为0.80和0.78,日尺度Tr模拟的NSE为0.76。  相似文献

In order to determine how environmental and physiological factors affect leaf gas exchange in a 9-year-old clonal eucalypt plantation (Eucalyptus grandis Hill ex. Maiden hybrids) in the State of Espirito Santo, Brazil, the diurnal patterns of predawn leaf water potential (Ψpd), and leaf gas exchange were monitored from November 1995 to August 1996. Soil water content (Θ) and microclimatic variables were also recorded. Most of the rainfall during the experimental period occurred from October to December 1995 and from March to April 1996, causing a significant variation in Θ and Ψpd. A high positive correlation (r 2=0.92) was observed between Ψpd and Θ measured at 0.3 m depth from the soil surface. During conditions of high soil water availability, the maximum values of stomatal conductance for water vapor (g s) and net photosynthetic rate (A) were over 0.4 mol m–2 s–2 and l5 μmol m–2 s–1, respectively. The results showed that Ψpd and leaf gas exchange of the examined trees were susceptible to changes in the water content of the upper soil layers, where the major concentration of active roots occur. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that photosynthetic active radiation (Q), vapor pressure deficit (VPD), atmospheric CO2 molar fraction (C a), and Ψpd were the most important factors controlling g s whereas Q and VPD were the main microclimatic variables controlling A. Leaf Photosynthesis of the Mangrove Avicennia Germinans as Affected by NaCl   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
In leaves of the mangrove species Avicennia germinans (L.) L. grown in salinities from 0 to 40 ‰, fluorescence, gas exchange, and δ13C analyses were done. Predawn values of Fv/Fm were about 0.75 in all the treatments suggesting that leaves did not suffer chronic photoinhibition. Conversely, midday Fv/Fm values decreased to about 0.55-0.60 which indicated strong down-regulation of photosynthesis in all treatments. Maximum photosynthetic rate (P max) was 14.58 ± 0.22 μmol m-2 s-1 at 0 ‰ it decreased by 21 and 37 % in plants at salinities of 10 and 40 ‰, respectively. Stomatal conductance (g s) was profoundly responsive in comparison to P max which resulted in a high water use efficiency. This was further confirmed by δ13C values, which increased with salinity. From day 3, after salt was removed from the soil solution, P max and g s increased up to 13 and 30 %, respectively. However, the values were still considerably lower than those measured in plants grown without salt addition. Clover seedlings were grown at different nitrogen concentrations (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 mM NO3 , i.e. N5 to N25) and two irradiances, I (200 and 400 μmol m−2 s−1 of photon flux density, i.e. I 200 and I 400). Net photosynthetic rate (P N), photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE), leaf chlorophyll (Chl) content, maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), and actual photochemical efficiency of photosystem 2 (PS2) (ΦPS2) increased from N5 to N15 and decreased with N15 to N25. P N, PNUE, and ΦPS2 were higher at I 400 than at I 200, but Fv/Fm and leaf Chl contents at I 400 were lower than at I 200. The effects of the N and I on specific leaf area (SLA) and N contents per unit dry mass (Nm) were similar, the SLA and Nm increased from N5 to N25 and they were higher at I 200 than at I 400. The nitrogen contents per unit area (Na) increased from N5 to N20, but decreased from N20 to N25. The Na was higher at I 200 than at I 400 when Trifolium repens grew at N5 and N10, but it was higher at I 400 than at I 200 at N15 to N25.  相似文献

目的系统评价国内双歧杆菌制剂临床预防小儿继发性腹泻的效果。方法按照系统评价的要求检索CBMd isc、VIP、CNK I以及万方数据库等,获得18篇符合纳入标准的文献,共计患儿4050例,对其进行M eta分析,并评价M eta分析结果的稳定性和发表偏倚。结果异质性检验χ^2=34.60,P=0.007〈0.05,采用随机效应模型进行M eta分析,合并RR=0.41,95%C I为0.35~0.49,总体效应检验,Z=10.39,P〈0.00001,差异具有非常显著性,固定效应模型RR值和95%C I与随机效应模型完全一致,剔除小样本报道后的合并RR=0.42,95%C I为0.35~0.50,与剔除前的结果基本一致,且本研究的发表偏倚得到了很好地控制。结论从现有的临床证据来看,双歧杆菌制剂能降低小儿继发性腹泻的发生率,对预防小儿继发性腹泻起到了满意的效果。  相似文献

目的:以心率(HR)、心指数(CI)、体循环阻力(SVR)作为效应指标,明确右美托咪啶(Dex)用于SICU 镇静时年龄和血流动 力学效应的关系。方法:选择2014 年3 月~7 月间在我院SICU 接受普胸或者普外科手术后需要短期镇静患者38 例,各年龄段分 布相对均匀。在病人术后Ramsay评分≤ 3 分时给予右旋美托咪啶6.0 ug/kg/h,连续静脉输注10 min 后停药,应用脉搏指示连续 心输出量监测技术(PICCO)记录用药前及用药后3 min、5 min、8 min、10 min、15 min、20 min、30 min、45 min、60 min、90 min、120 min 的11 个时间点的HR、CI 和SVR。结果:HR、CI 和SVR 的EMAX 随着年龄的增加而增大,可以通过数学模型表示:E= (P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪啶用于SICU 镇静时,患者HR、CI和SVR的EMAX 呈 年龄依赖性变化。  相似文献

We have established xeroderma pigmentosum group A (XPA) gene-knockout mice with nucleotide excision repair (NER) deficiency, which rapidly developed skin tumors when exposed to a low dose of chronic UV like XP-A patients, confirming that the NER process plays an important role in preventing UVB-induced skin cancer. To examine the in vivo mutation in the UVB-irradiated epidermis, we established XPA (−/−), (+/−) and (+/+) mice carrying the Escherichia coli rpsL transgene with which the mutation frequencies and spectra in the UVB-irradiated epidermal tissue can be examined conveniently. The XPA (−/−) mice showed a higher frequency of UVB-induced mutation in the rpsL transgene with a low dose (150 J/m2) of UVB-irradiation than the XPA (+/−) and (+/+) mice, while, at a high dose (900 J/m2) they showed almost the same frequency of mutation as the XPA (+/−) and (+/+) mice, probably because of cell death in the epidermis of the XPA (−/−) mice. However, CC→TT tandem transition, a hallmark of UV-induced mutation, was detected at higher frequency in the XPA (−/−) mice than the XPA (+/−) and (+/+) mice at both doses of UVB. This rpsL/XPA mouse system will be useful for further analyzing the role of NER in the mutagenesis and carcinogenesis induced by various carcinogens.  相似文献

Role of Hrs in maturation of autophagosomes in mammalian cells   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved system responsible for the degradation of cellular components and contributes to the increasing of amino acid pool, organelle turnover, and elimination of intracellular bacteria. The molecular process of autophagy is still unclear. Here we demonstrate that Hrs, a master regulator in endosomal protein sorting, plays critical roles for the autophagic degradation of non-specific proteins and Streptococcus pyogenes. We found that Hrs containing FYVE domain is localized to autophagosomes. Hrs depletion resulted in a significant decrease in the number of mature autophagosomes (autophagolysosomes) detected by the co-localization of autophagosome marker LC3 and lysosome marker LAMP-1. In contrast, formation of the primary autophagosome, detected by LC3 immunoblotting and lysosomal degradation of non-specific proteins, were not significantly altered by Hrs depletion. Based on these results, we propose a novel function of Hrs, as a crucial player in the maturation of autophagosomes.  相似文献

Background & objectivesAn assessment of transition of cancer in India during the past 30 years, according to changes in demographic and epidemiologic risk factors was undertaken.Materials & methodsCancer registry data (http://www.ncdirindia.org), (population coverage <10%), was compared with transition in life-expectancy and prevalence on smoking, alcohol and obesity. We fitted linear regression to the natural logarithm of the estimated incidence rates of various cancer registries in India.ResultsBurden of cancer in India increased from 0.6 million in 1991 to 1.4 million in 2015. Among males, common cancers are lung (12.0%), mouth (11.4%), prostate (7.0%), and tongue (7.0%) and among females, they are breast (21.0%), cervix-uteri (12.1%), ovary (6.9%), and lung (4.9%) in 2012. Increased life-expectancy and population growth as well as increased use of alcohol and increased prevalence of overweight/obesity reflected an increase in all cancers in both genders except a reduction in infection-related cancers such as cervix-uteri and tobacco-related cancers such as pharynx (excludes nasopharynx) and oesophagus.Interpretation & conclusionTransition in demographics and epidemiologic risk factors, reflected an increase in all cancers in both genders except a reduction in a few cancers. The increasing incidence of cancer and its associated factors demands a planned approach to reduce its burden. The burden assessment needs to be strengthened by increasing the population coverage of cancer registries. Continued effort for tobacco prevention and public health efforts for reducing obesity and alcohol consumption are needed to reduce the cancer burden.  相似文献
