| Abstract: | The background and situation during the development of industry of butterfly in China are briefly introduced in this paper. A series of problems such as the aim and the train of thoughts, policy and laws, scientific research and technology, person with ability and cultivation during the development of this industry are elaborated. Besides, the paper also pertinently brings forward the ways and means to resolve these problems. |
