对3例雄性毛脚鸟的卵巢结构进行组形态学研究。采用常规方法制片,H.E染色。结果显示卵巢分叶呈条索状,卵泡发育中没有出现卵泡腔,卵泡细胞始终为单层,卵泡膜随卵泡发育成熟由单层转变为多层,闭锁卵泡在卵泡发育的各个不同时期都有出现。  相似文献

本文报道不同季节的野外成体树鼩卵巢结构的观察和卵泡发育测定的结果。树鼩卵巢的间质腺组织稀少,但普遍有“睾丸索”型的髓质索结构。卵泡发育过程类似于大多数哺乳类和灵长类。近成熟卵泡的腔极大,内膜较窄并有插入的膜腺细胞层。孕期成熟黄体较大,中间有小腔,多角形的黄体细胞具圆形的核和富含脂滴的胞质。带退化透明带残体的付黄林结构偶尔可见,有的与孕期黄体同时出现。次级卵泡和中等囊状卵泡的发育未见有明显的季节性差别。但是,具生长活性的大囊状卵泡和近成熟卵泡的发育,在1、4月份更为明显,为卵泡前期和卵泡期的卵巢周期形态者较多。孕期黄体和付黄体结构见于7月份。10月份未见孕期卵巢结构,多数卵巢缺乏生长活性的大囊状卵泡的发育。这些结果表明,树鼩的卵巢活动同睾丸的精子发生一样,有季节性变化。  相似文献

南方鲶的卵巢滤泡细胞源于卵巢基质细胞,从发生到退化分为零散卵泡膜细胞期、单层扁平泡膜细胞期、多层扁平卵泡膜细胞期、立方形颗粒细胞期柱状颗粒细胞期、颗粒细胞分泌期和颗粒细胞退化期。精孔细胞中发育中滤泡细胞分化形成。初级卵精源于卵母细胞,次级卵膜由晚期滤泡细胞分泌形成。本文还对滤泡细胞和卵膜的作用进行了阐述。  相似文献

2000 年至2009 年,12 只固定于10% 福尔马林中非生殖系统疾病死亡的小熊猫卵巢组织,按常规组织学技术制作组织切片,HE 染色,光学显微镜观察。结果:(1)不同发情时期卵巢均有原始卵泡、初级卵泡和次级卵泡分布。发情期的卵巢未观察到典型的成熟卵泡和卵母细胞; (2)原始卵泡数量较少,初级卵泡数量较多,多数初级卵泡和大多数的次级卵泡都处在闭锁状态;(3)卵泡腔出现之前,卵母细胞的直径和卵泡直径同时增长;卵泡腔出现之后,卵母细胞直径增长较慢,卵泡直径增长较快; (4)不同发情时期的小熊猫卵巢均存在大量的间质腺细胞;(5)妊娠小熊猫和发情间期无妊娠小熊猫的卵巢均有发育正常的黄体;(6)卵泡细胞发育呈低柱状至柱状时出现透明带。结论:(1) 卵泡闭锁主要发生在初级卵泡阶段,仅少数卵泡能发育至次级卵泡;(2)卵母细胞和卵泡生长呈双相生长的趋势; (3) 不同发情时期的小熊猫卵巢间质腺都发达; (4)发情排卵后,非妊娠黄体与妊娠黄体维持的时间相似,证实了小熊猫存在假孕现象。  相似文献

对10月份意外死亡的2例东北虎(Panthera tigris altaica)雌性生殖系统进行了组织学研究。卵巢基质中分布着一定数量的有腔卵泡及闭锁卵泡。间质腺不发达,在闭锁卵泡上皮样细胞增殖,形成一定量的间质腺细胞。输卵管漏半斗部至峡部黏膜上皮由柱状逐渐转化炎立方,黏膜形成许多皱褶,皱褶以漏斗部和壶腹部最多,子宫内膜上皮为单层立方上皮。6岁个体子宫腺上皮为单层柱状上皮;2岁个体在子宫角处的子宫腺上皮为单层柱状上皮,在子宫体外多为单层立方上皮,子宫腺密度从卵巢端到子宫体端呈阶梯下降,阴道黏膜上皮大多为2-3层的复层扁平上皮。  相似文献

新生小鼠卵巢移植雄鼠肾囊下卵泡的生长发育   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将1日龄小鼠卵巢移植入成年雄鼠肾囊下,分别于移植后18d、36d回收移植卵巢进行形态学、组织学观察,以评价卵巢移植体在成年雄性受体小鼠体内生长及卵泡发育潜能。结果表明:移植体生长增大,有各级生长卵泡发育;18日龄移植体平均直径为1881.1μm±204.7μm,与1日龄卵巢相比差异极显著(P<0.01),卵泡发育到有腔卵泡阶段;36日龄移植体平均直径达2575.3μm±466.4μm,显著大于18日龄移植体(P<0.01),有成熟卵泡出现,未观察到黄体;从移植体分离到GV期卵母细胞和卵丘卵母细胞复合体。研究表明1日龄小鼠卵巢移植体在雄性受体生理环境中具有正常生长发育和形成成熟卵泡的潜能。  相似文献

采集成年母牦牛卵巢,通过光镜和电镜对牦牛卵泡及其卵母细胞不同发育时期的结构变化进行了观察。结果发现当卵母细胞被单层立方卵泡细胞包围时,微绒毛开始出现,而皮质颗粒、透明带则在包被2-4层卵泡细胞时开始出现。随着卵母细胞的继续发育,透明带增厚,微绒毛由粗短变为细长,密度增加;皮质颗粒、线粒体、滑面内质网等细胞器的数目不断增加,并逐渐移行到质膜下;在移行的过程中,皮质颗粒成团存在。在囊状卵泡中,卵母细胞皮质颗粒呈线形分布于质膜下,线粒体、滑面内质网又移向胞质中央。卵母细胞借助微绒毛穿过透明带与卵泡细胞胞质突起相联系。结果证明牦牛卵泡和卵母细胞不同发育时期的结构变化与其它哺乳动物的基本相似。  相似文献

干扰素(interferon,IFN)在哺乳动物早期胚胎发育过程中具有重要的生理功能,但是其作用机制尚不清楚.通过筛选卵巢cDNA文库和5′-RACE方法,克隆了兔卵巢干扰素α应答基因(interferonresponsivegene,IFRG)的全长cDNA(登录号:AJ584672).利用RT-PCR证明IFRG在兔卵母细胞和植入前胚胎中均有表达,这将为深入研究IFN在早期胚胎中的作用机制提供理论参考,卵巢原位杂交表明IFRG在成熟卵泡(类型5)的颗粒细胞中有表达,在初级和次级卵泡的膜鞘细胞和粒层细胞中有很高的表达,鉴于这些细胞与卵泡的发育密切相关,推测IFRG在卵泡的发育、成熟和排卵中发挥重要作用.  相似文献

The majority of the Arabidopsis fruit comprises an ovary with three primary tissue types: the valves, the replum and the valve margins. The valves, which are derived from the ovary walls, are separated along their entire length by the replum. The valve margin, which consists of a separation layer and a lignified layer, forms as a narrow stripe of cells at the valve-replum boundaries. The valve margin identity genes are expressed at the valve-replum boundary and are negatively regulated by FUL and RPL in the valves and replum, respectively. In ful rpl double mutants, the valve margin identity genes become ectopically expressed, and, as a result, the entire outer surface of the ovary takes on valve margin identity. We carried out a genetic screen in this sensitized genetic background and identified a suppressor mutation that restored replum development. Surprisingly, we found that the corresponding suppressor gene was AP2, a gene that is well known for its role in floral organ identity, but whose role in Arabidopsis fruit development had not been previously described. We found that AP2 acts to prevent replum overgrowth by negatively regulating BP and RPL, two genes that normally act to promote replum formation. We also determined that AP2 acts to prevent overgrowth of the valve margin by repressing valve margin identity gene expression. We have incorporated AP2 into the current genetic network controlling fruit development in Arabidopsis.  相似文献

Betaglycan was originally characterized as the type III receptor for TGFbeta, yet recent research has indicated that betaglycan can serve as an accessory receptor for inhibin. To understand better the action of inhibin in avian follicular development, we have investigated the expression of betaglycan in the pituitary gland and ovary of the hen. In experiments 1 and 2, betaglycan mRNA was detected at 6 kilobases (kb) by Northern blot analysis (n = 5) in chicken pituitary, granulosa, and theca layers and whole ovary. Expression of betaglycan was greatest in the pituitary gland in experiment 1 and greater in the granulosa layer of small yellow follicles (SYF) compared with the granulosa layer of larger follicles. In experiment 2, betaglycan mRNA was more abundantly expressed in the theca layer compared with the granulosa layer for all follicle sizes, although there was no significant difference in betaglycan expression in the theca layer among follicle sizes. In experiment 3, immunohistochemical analysis revealed betaglycan protein in the anterior pituitary as well as in the ovary (n = 4) and SYF (n = 4). Colocalization studies revealed a high abundance of cells within the anterior pituitary expressing both betaglycan and FSH (n = 4). Betaglycan protein was found in the granulosa layer; however, markedly enhanced staining was observed in the theca layer of ovarian follicles. Our results provide evidence for expression of betaglycan mRNA and protein colocalization with FSH in the anterior pituitary, consistent with known inhibin effects. Ovarian localization of betaglycan, particularly in the theca layer, suggests a paracrine role for inhibin in the hen.  相似文献

The ovarian surface epithelium (OSE) is a single layer of flattened or cuboidal cells covering the ovary. Ninety percent of all human ovarian malignancies arise from this layer of cells. Incessant ovulation, hyperovulation induced by infertility treatment, and hormone replacement therapy have been suggested as risk factors for ovarian cancer. In this study, two groups of rats, with and without surgically induced injury to the ovary, were treated with 17beta-estradiol, pregnant mare's serum gonadotropin (PMSG), human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), or the combination PMSG/hCG, and the proliferative response of the OSE cells was measured using bromodeoxyuridne (BrdU) and (3)H-thymidine. All hormones, alone or in combination with ovarian surgery, were found to increase significantly the rate of proliferation of the rat OSE. These data demonstrate that hormones associated with infertility treatments and hormone replacement therapy, as well as injury- or ovulation-induced rupture of the ovarian surface, stimulate the rat OSE, and hence could have a role in the development of ovarian cancer via proliferation-associated mutagenesis, or alternatively, by promoting the rapid selection of OSE cells with accumulated mutations.  相似文献

Each oocyte in the ovary of Acerentomon is surrounded by a layer of follicle cells (FC) and possesses a group of specialized, so-called chorion-producing cells (CPC). The FCs lying immediately under the CPCs form processes which make contact with the oocyte. Gap junctions occur at the points of contact between the oolemma and the membrane of the processes. 对垂花悬铃花雄配子体发育观察表明,其花药由表皮(1层)、药室内层(1层)、中层(2层)、绒毡层(1层)及造孢细胞组成,花药四室,药壁发育为双子叶型。雄配子体发育经由花粉母细胞减数分裂形成四分体,该四分体胞质分裂为同时型,四分体排列方式为四面体型,十字交叉型及左右对称型;小孢子再经有丝分裂形成营养核和生殖核,生殖核再经有丝分裂形成3-核花粉。花药壁层的变化,在单核小孢子期,表皮细胞解体,仅留下痕迹;中层在花粉母细胞期逐渐消失;药室内壁在单核小孢子期开始纤维化;绒毡层在单核小孢子期消失,属变形绒毡层。雌配子体发育观察表明,其子房上位,5室,每室1个胚珠,胚珠弯生,中轴胎座,大多数胚珠发育停留在珠心形成阶段,极少数珠心形成一群孢原细胞及单核、双核胚囊。  相似文献

The outer layer of the crinoid ovary consists of coelomic epithelium, smooth muscles, and nerve cell processes. The middle layer of the ovary contains non-germinal accessory cells, small germinal cells (either oogonia or pre-leptotene primary oocytes), and post-pachytene primary oocytes; all these cells are completely embedded in a haemal matrix of 200 A-diameter granules. The primary oocytes larger than 20mu in diameter have abundant invaginations in the plasma membrane, suggesting uptake of materials from the haemal matrix. The innermost layer of the ovary is a ciliated epithelium lining the cell-free ovarian lumen.  相似文献

The female genital system of the oviparous peripatopsid Ooperipatellus decoratus consists of an ovary, oviducts equipped with receptacula seminis and additional pouches, uteri, and a vagina. It is examined using transmission and scanning electron microscopy. The ovary is made up of paired ovarian tubes united anteriorly and posteriorly and differentiated into a sterile dorsal part and a fertile ventral part with exogenous oocytes. Fertilization presumably occurs in the oviducts once the oocytes pass the receptaculum seminis. Although the receptacula seminis have been reported to occur in juvenile O. decoratus females only, the present study reveals that they are present in adult females as well. Their wall consists of a cuboidal epithelium covered with a thin collagen-muscle layer. The additional pouches are projections of the oviducts facing the receptacula seminis. They are distally closed to the haemocoel by a flattened epithelium and lack external muscle cells. A thin collagen layer is only found proximally. The uteri are characterized by a columnar epithelium with folded cell membranes allowing extension of the uteri, thus facilitating the passage of the large uterine eggs towards the vagina. Another dominating feature of the uteri is a distally increasing secretory production, which probably contributes to chorion development. Cilia occurring along the entire length of the uteri are considered to assist in the transport of eggs towards the vagina.  相似文献

InMazus pumilus, all the floral appendages are initiated in acropetal sequence in the second cell layer (except stamens) of the floral primordium by periclinal divisions. The actinomorphic calyx tube is formed due to zonal growth. The zygomorphy in corolla is evident from the inception of petal primordia which arise sequentially as independent units in order of one anterior, a pair of anterio-lateral followed by a pair of posterio-lateral. Later these primordia exhibit differential growth because of which zygomorphy becomes more pronounced. The upper corolla tube is formed by interprimordial growth and lower corolla tube by zonal growth. Stamens are initiated in the third layer of the floral apex. Unlike sepals and petals, in the development of stamens (4) underlying cells of corpus also contribute. Posterior stamen is absent. The stamens become epipetalous because of interprimordial and zonal growth in the common region below the bases of petals as well as stamens. The two carpel primordia arise as crescent shaped structures which become continuous due to interprimordial growth. The ovary is formed by a ring of zonal meristem. The style develops later between stigma and ovary because of intercalary growth. The residual apex grows vertically along with the ovary and forms the septum of the ovary. All the floral appendages exhibit similar pattern of histogenesis and early growth suggesting thereby the appendicular nature of these appendages.  相似文献

The flowers of mangrove Rhizophoraceae (tribe Rhizophoreae) are adapted to three different pollination mechanisms. Floral development of representative species of all four genera suggests that the ancestral flower of the tribe was unspecialized, with successively initiated whorls of separate sepals, petals, antisepalous stamens, and antipetalous stamens; at its inception, the gynoecium had a united, half-inferior ovary and separate stigmatic lobes. This developmental pattern is found in Rhizophora mangle (wind-pollinated) and Ceriops decandra (insect-pollinated). In Kandelia, all floral organs distal to the sepals are initiated simultaneously, and there has apparently been an evolutionary amplification in the number of stamens to about six times the number of petals. Explosive pollen release evolved independently in C. tagal and in Bruguiera. In the former, all stamens belong to one whorl and arise simultaneously upon a very weakly differentiated androecial ring primordium. In Bruguiera, the androecial ring is pronounced, and two whorls of stamens arise upon it; the primordia of the antisepalous whorl arise first but are closer to the center of the apex than the antipetalous stamen primordia. The antisepalous stamens bend toward and are enclosed by the petals early in development. In all genera, the inferior ovary develops by zonal growth of receptacular tissue; additional intercalary growth above the placenta occurs in Bruguiera. In general, floral specialization is accompanied by an increase in the width of the floral apex compared to the size of the primordia, increasing fusion of the stylar primordia, and decreasing prominence of the superior portion of the ovary. Apparent specializations of petal appendages for water storage, including the presence of sub-terminal hydathodes (previously unreported in any angiosperm), were found in two species in which flowers remain open during the day but were absent from two species normally pollinated at night or at dawn. Distinctive tribal characteristics that may aid in phylogenetic analysis include the mode of development of the inferior ovary; the aristate, bifid, usually fringed petals that individually enclose one or more stamens; the intrastaminal floral disc; and the initially subepidermal laticiferous cell layer in the sepals and ovary.  相似文献
