秦岭北坡栓皮栎种群动态的研究   总被引:12,自引:1,他引:11  
对秦岭北坡栓皮栎种群动态进行了系统研究,分析了种群的年龄结构和分布格局。编制了静态生命表。绘制了存活曲线.结果表明,秦岭北坡栓皮栎种群年龄结构属于进展型,幼龄个体多。中老龄个体少;种群在I、Ⅱ龄级时死亡率最高.随着年龄增加,死亡率逐渐降低;到Ⅶ、Ⅷ龄级。由于生理衰老。死亡率回升;栓皮栎种群存活曲线属于DeeveyⅢ型;种群分布格局总体上的呈聚集型。随年龄增加,种群聚集强度降低。在高海拔地区,种群趋向随机分布.海拔800~1100m是栓皮栎种群较为适宜的生境.对于低海拔地区栓皮栎林要加强保护,减少人为干扰;中海拔地区应加强抚育管理和适时间伐,高海拔地区应加强目的树种的抚育.  相似文献

为了解珍稀濒危植物黄杉种群的生存现状和更新机制,对贵州省威宁县黄杉自然保护区内天然分布的黄杉(Pseudotsuga sinensis)群落的结构特征和空间分布格局进行了研究。结果表明,黄杉种群的中龄级个体数较多,幼龄级和老龄级个体相对较少,呈典型的“∩”型结构。种群结构动态指数V_(pi)(13.49%)和V′_(pi)(0.05%)均大于0,种群属于增长型,但增长幅度逐渐降低,对外界干扰敏感度较高。种群存活曲线趋于Deevey-II型,生命期望值单调下降,死亡率呈“V”型,有2个死亡高峰,第1个出现在I龄级,第2个出现在IX龄级。黄杉种群除部分样地(Q2和Q7)呈均匀分布外,大部分样地呈集群分布;随龄级的增加,空间分布格局由集群分布逐渐趋向于均匀分布。因此,黄杉种群濒危的主要因素是幼树个体无法及时补充种群,建议加强对幼苗的抚育和通过适度干扰,促进黄杉种群的更新。  相似文献

为研究千岛湖马尾松(Pinus massoniana)种群动态变化,在姥山岛上设置面积为5.76 hm2的固定样地,进行群落学调查。根据野外调查的数据,对马尾松种群的结构和分布格局进行分析。结果表明:马尾松种群1、2级个体数极少,仅占样地中马尾松个体数的0.06%和1.01%,幼苗、幼树储备严重不足,5级个体的比例最高,达到28.28%,马尾松种群径级结构为纺锤型;马尾松种群的存活曲线为凸型。这些均表明马尾松种群的年龄结构趋向衰退型。但马尾松种群中树个体很多,在较长的时期内马尾松还不会退出群落。马尾松种群静态生命表也可看出中一些小型径级的死亡率为负值,也说明马尾松种群幼苗严重缺乏,种群呈衰退趋势。马尾松种群各径级和总体的分布格局均呈聚集分布,从小树→中树→大树聚集指数逐渐减小,种群呈扩散趋势。  相似文献

白桦群落是乌拉山森林植被的主要类型之一,在高海拔阴坡、半阴坡以纯林形式分布.根据乌拉山自然保护区白桦林不同林龄结构设置3个典型样地,采用种群径级结构代替年龄结构、点格局分析(Ripley's K-Function)方法探讨了乌拉山白桦种群年龄结构、空间分布规律和种群动态.结果表明:(1)乌拉山自然保护区白桦种群径级结构呈典型的“金字塔”型,种群自然更新良好,属增长型种群;(2)由于种内不同个体间为争夺空间和资源,种群在第Ⅲ、Ⅳ径级死亡率较高,自疏作用明显;(3)白桦种群的存活曲线接近于Deevey Ⅰ型曲线;(4)在研究尺度内白桦种群以幼树、中龄树为主时呈聚集分布,而成龄树或老龄树占多数时呈随机分布,即随着种群年龄的增加,其分布格局逐渐由集群分布向随机分布转变.乌拉山白桦种群在小于1.5m的尺度呈聚集分布,即具有2株以上个体“丛生”现象.在环境条件相似的情况下,白桦种群自身的生物、生态学特性是影响其分布格局的最主要因素.  相似文献

Within species, individuals with different sexes, morphs and age classes often show spatial segregation. Both habitat selection and social processes have been proposed to explain intraspecific spatial segregation, but their relative importance is difficult to assess. We investigated spatial segregation between age classes in the cave salamander Hydromantes (Speleomantes) strinatii, and used a hypothetico-deductive approach to evaluate whether social or ecological processes explain segregation pattern. We recorded the location and age class of salamanders along multiple caves; we measured multiple microhabitat features of different sectors of caves that may determine salamander distribution. We assessed age-class segregation, and used generalized mixed models and an information-theoretic framework, to test if segregation is explained by social processes or by differences in habitat selection. We found significant age-class segregation, juveniles living in more external cave sectors than adults. Multiple environmental features varied along caves. Juveniles and adults showed contrasting habitat selection patterns: juveniles were associated with sectors having high invertebrate abundance, while adults were associated with scarce invertebrates and low temperature. When the effect of environmental features was taken into account, the relationship between juveniles and adults was non negative. This suggests that different habitat preferences, related to distinct risk-taking strategies of age classes, can explain the spatial segregation. Juveniles require more food and select more external sectors, even if they may be risky. Conversely, adults may trade off food availability in favour of safe areas with stable micro-climate.  相似文献

半日花是国家二级珍稀濒危植物,其种群数量日益减少,分布区破碎化。以宁夏新记录物种半日花为研究对象,分析在沙地和砾石质两种生境下半日花种群结构、各龄级的空间分布格局及关联性。结果表明: 宁夏青铜峡地区半日花个体主要集中在龄级Ⅲ,种群年龄结构呈倒三角形,种群正在衰退。种群空间分布格局与不同龄级间空间关联性受生境条件的影响较大,并且对空间尺度表现出很强的依赖性,与沙地生境相比,砾石质生境中半日花种群更趋向于聚集分布,各个龄级之间的正相关性也更明显,这种差别与两种生境的环境条件和群落结构有关。半日花种群中幼龄个体(龄级Ⅰ和龄级Ⅱ)具有相互依赖的生态关系。  相似文献

秃杉是一种珍稀濒危植物,以斑块状分布于雷公山东南面斜坡海拔800-1300 m之间的沟谷两侧。从年龄结构、生命表特征、存活曲线以及种群不同龄级个体空间分布格局等方面研究了雷公山秃杉种群生活史特征与空间分布格局。研究结果表明:秃杉的种群结构存在波动性,成年阶段个体较丰富,幼苗与老龄数目相对较少,秃杉自身的生物学特性及环境因素是形成这种现象的主要原因;秃杉种群存活曲线趋于DeeveyⅡ型,出现2个死亡率高峰,一个出现在第6龄级阶段,另一个出现在第12龄级阶段,期望寿命单调下降;秃杉种群空间分布格局总体上为聚集分布,处于不同发育阶段的秃杉种群,其分布格局随时间而发生变化,从幼龄期到中龄期再到老龄期,种群分布格局由聚集分布逐渐变为随机分布,秃杉种群在不同发育阶段的空间分布格局差异与其生物学和生态学特性密切相关,同时受群落小环境的影响。  相似文献

Competition over spatial niche utilisation is one of most common competitive interactions between species in sympatry. Moreover, competitive interactions may involve age classes, and can fluctuate temporally. Consequently, evasive strategies that enable co-existence are likely to be important in the evolution of species assemblages. Here we investigate a system of two co-existing species of temperate geckos with similar ecologies (the house gecko, Hemidactylus turcicus and the wall gecko, Tarentola mauritanica), providing an opportunity to study the effect of species interactions. Juveniles and adults of both species were investigated throughout their daily and annual cycle to explore the effect of inter- and intra-specific interactions on microhabitat use. The two species showed differences in habitat use for both age classes in sympatry. In sympatry, T. mauritanica uses more open habitats and is more active. In contrast, H. turcicus is found in more closed habitats, closer to the ground and to vegetation cover. In allopatry, H. turcicus was observed in more open habitats, closer to the ground, and to vegetation cover, when compared to the population in sympatry with T. mauritanica. These differences in habitat usage were significant for both age classes. Moreover, there were differences, both in sympatry and in allopatry, between age classes that were dependent on season. In conclusion, the presence of a competitor induces a spatial shift in individuals of both age classes of H. turcicus. Observed plasticity in habitat utilisation in both age classes of H. turcicus is used to argue for the invasive potential of this species.  相似文献

In this study we compared population structure, genetic diversity and fine-scale spatial genetic structure (SGS) in four Bignoniaceae tree species, Handroanthus chrysotrichus, H. impetiginosus, Tabebuia roseoalba and H. serratifolius in a remnant of seasonally dry tropical forest in Central-West Brazil, based on polymorphisms at six microsatellite loci. All species, except T. roseoalba, presented the inverted ‘J’ population structure indicating recruitment of juveniles. Juveniles presented a clumped distribution suggesting limitation in dispersal or patchy distribution of suitable microhabitat for recruitment. All species showed high levels of polymorphism and genetic diversity but without a clear pattern of distribution among life stages. The SGS was significant for all species, except T. roseoalba, but the pattern and strength of the spatial genetic structure differed among species. Handroanthus serratifolius had stronger SGS with significant kinship until 77 m. For H. impetiginosus and H. chrysotrichus, kinship was significant just until 23 and 6 m, respectively. Despite the high genetic diversity, all species showed low number of adults and high fixation indices suggesting that habitat fragmentation and disturbance have been affecting these populations in Central-West Brazil.  相似文献

基于野外样地调查数据,通过分析静态生命表、存活曲线、动态指数等参数,结合时间序列模型,研究了人工梭梭种群年龄结构动态,旨在预测人工梭梭种群演替趋势,为退化人工梭梭种群恢复与重建提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)民勤绿洲荒漠过渡带人工梭梭种群的年龄结构近似于“金字塔”型,幼龄林个体占总物种数的90.1%;(2)人工梭梭种群存活曲线趋近于Deevey-Ⅱ型,为稳定型种群。不同区域人工梭梭种群的第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ龄级个体死亡率和消失率最高;(3)动态量化结果显示人工梭梭种群总体均表现为增长型,对外界干扰敏感性较强;(4)时间序列预测分析表明,在未来2、4个龄级时间后,种群Ⅱ、Ⅳ龄级个体数量大幅度增加,人工梭梭种群发展趋势较好。民勤绿洲荒漠过渡带人工梭梭种群为稳定增长型种群,种群具有一定的自然更新能力。针对该种群幼龄个体死亡率较高的问题,未来建议加强对第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ龄级幼株的精准抚育管理,通过人为辅助措施提高幼苗的保存率,促进人工梭梭林的可持续发展。  相似文献

Camellia rhytidophylla is endemic and endangered and with important economic species, from the ⅢD10d in eastern Asia, which distributed at 573-920m in evergreen broad leaved deciduous mixed forest in Luowang river valley of Kaiyang county. So, it is significant to study the population characteristics, conservation and utilization. We took general survey in suspected distribution area about 6 square kilometers, set up plots in dense area, and analyzed the population structure, development and spatial distribution pattern. The results showed that the structure of Crhytidophylla populations were increasing and the proportion of young tree in population was 4638%. The size of population density was young shrubs>middle aged shrubs>adult shrubs. The survival curve of population was Deevey Ⅲ model. There were 2 peaks in the Ⅰand Ⅳ age classes on the mortality rate curve and disappearance rate curve respectively, then there are 2 troughs in the Ⅲ and Ⅵ age classed at the same time. The spatial distribution pattern of Crhytidophylla significantly differentiated at different stages of development, the young individuals were aggregated at all spatial scales while the middle aged individuals were aggregated at small spatial scales and randomly distributed at larger scales. Differences in the distribution of adult individuals could be attributed to artificial disturbance and habitat heterogeneity. The spatial pattern was not close in different stages of development, which all showed negative or no correlation. The spatial distribution pattern of Crhytidophylla was the interaction of the factors, such as its biological characteristics,habitat heterogeneity, and artificial disturbance, etc.. The key factor limiting population development was low natural reproduction rate; the primary factors causing its endemic distribution mainly included habitat heterogeneity, topographical constraints on seed dispersal and artificial disturbance.  相似文献

Abundance, spatial distribution, population structure and growth of non-native Eurasian perch (Perca fluviatilis) were examined in the Lake Skadar, a large, unstratified lake in the Mediterranean region inhabited by several endemic, rare and threatened fish species. Fish were caught in the infra-littoral and littoral habitats of the northern and central parts of the lake using multi-mesh gill nets over three consecutive years. Eurasian perch was among the most dominant species in both habitats. The mean relative abundance is - NPUE (0.556 individuals m?2) and relative biomass is - WPUE (23.56 g m?2) (years and habitats combined). Its population consisted primarily of individuals in first, second and third year of life span (0+???2+ age classes). The youngest fish in first and second year showed low mortality rates, older fish in third, fourth, fifth and sixth year of life span (age classes 2+???5+) experienced great losses, with mortality rates ranging from 0.6–1.0. The von Bertalanffy growth curve formula, expressing the expected total length L t ?=?36.98 (1-e-0.23 (t?+?1.018)) with growth performance value Φ ?=?2.50, revealed fast growth-in-length. Length-to-weight relationship was Wt?=?6.2?×?10?3 L t 3.27, indicating positive growth-in-weight. It has been concluded that 35 years after the first finding in the Lake Skadar, Eurasian perch adapted well to local conditions in this Mediterranean environment, with the life span changed in favor of fast growth and early maturation.  相似文献

采用径级结构代替年龄结构以及方差均值比率法对木兰科(Magnoliaceae)木莲属(Manglietia Bl.)濒危植物大果木莲(Manglietia grandis Hu et Cheng)种群的年龄结构和种群格局进行了研究,并编制了大果木莲种群的特定时间生命表和存活曲线;结合生殖生物学特征以及遗传多样性研究结果,分析了导致大果木莲濒危的主要原因.根据株高和胸径可分别将大果木莲种群的年龄结构分为5级、高度结构分为6级;在大果木莲的5个年龄结构分级中,成年个体较多,幼年个体较少;其高度结构完整,个体高度主要在20 m以下.种群的方差均值比率为0.838 3,其空间分布格局属于随机分布.根据特定时间生命表可将大果木莲种群的发育分为3个阶段:幼树阶段(年龄级为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级)、成树阶段(年龄级为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级)、老树阶段(年龄级为Ⅳ~Ⅴ级),其中成树阶段个体死亡率最低.大果木莲种群存活曲线接近Deevey Ⅰ型,属于衰退型种群.种群自我更新能力差、种子生产力低下、有性生殖困难、生境片断化导致的基因流受限以及人为干扰是大果木莲濒危的主要原因.针对大果木莲濒危现状和致危原因,提出了相应的保护对策和建议.  相似文献

在武夷山自然保护区对米槠种群数量动态进行了系统研究,编制了静态生命表,分析了存活曲线和死亡曲线,同时应用谱分析方法分析种群数量的动态变化。结果表明,武夷山自然保护区米槠种群基本属于进展型或稳定型,幼龄级个体多,中老龄级个体少。不同海拔的种群密度存在差异,其中C种群密度最大;静态生命表显示,种群在Ⅰ、Ⅱ径级时死亡率较高,随着年龄增加,死亡率逐渐降低,但到了Ⅳ、Ⅴ径级,由于生理衰老死亡率又上升;种群期望寿命在Ⅰ、Ⅱ径级较高,随着年龄增加,期望寿命逐渐下降;不同海拔的米槠种群的存活曲线均接近于Deevey Ⅲ 型。米槠种群自然更新过程存在明显的周期。  相似文献

The abundance of many reef fish species varies with depth, but the demographic processes influencing this pattern remain unclear. Furthermore, while the distribution of highly specialized reef fish often closely matches that of their habitat, it is unclear whether changes in distribution patterns over depth are the result of changes in habitat availability or independent depth-related changes in population parameters such as recruitment and mortality. Here, we show that depth-related patterns in the distribution of the coral-associated goby, Paragobiodon xanthosoma, are strongly related to changes in recruitment and performance (growth and survival). Depth-stratified surveys showed that while the coral host, Seriatopora hystrix, extended into deeper water (>20 m), habitat use by P. xanthosoma declined with depth and both adult and juvenile P. xanthosoma were absent below 20 m. Standardization of S. hystrix abundance at three depths (5, 15 and 30 m) demonstrated that recruitment of P. xanthosoma was not determined by the availability of its habitat. Reciprocal transplantation of P. xanthosoma to S. hystrix colonies among three depths (5, 15 and 30 m) then established that individual performance (survival and growth) was lowest in deeper water; mortality was three times higher and growth greatly reduced in individuals transplanted to 30 m. Individuals collected from 15 m also exhibited growth rates 50% lower than fish from shallow depths. These results indicate that the depth distribution of this species is limited not by the availability of its coral habitat, but by demographic costs associated with living in deeper water.  相似文献

了解种群的生存现状与动态趋势对濒危植物的保护至关重要。为了更好地保护濒危海南龙血树种群,对海南岛不同生境的11个海南龙血树(Dracaena cambodiana)种群进行了调查;并利用个体基径数据建立各种群的年龄结构和静态生命表,得到种群年龄结构动态指数,绘制种群存活曲线和生存函数曲线,从而获得海南龙血树的种群结构与动态。结果表明:海南龙血树种群年龄结构与种群所处的生境关系密切,海边的NS和YL种群结构为衰退型,LN和CH居群为稳定型,而非海边种群为增长型,没有老龄个体;11个种群中,EXL种群显示出最高的增长趋势和最好的种群稳定性,NS和YL种群稳定性最差,种群抗干扰能力极低;11个种群的存活曲线均属于Deevey-Ⅰ型,但生存函数分析显示海南龙血树种群生活史早期和晚期脆弱,中期稳定,这表明海南龙血树种群所处的生境更适合成年个体生存,现有的生境对幼龄个体的环境筛作用较强。海南龙血树属于退偿物种,针对其种群的生存现状,应采取多种方法相结合的方式进行保护与复壮。  相似文献

采用相邻格子样方法对南京方山国家地质公园朴树种群结构和分布格局进行了研究。结果表明:(1)各样地朴树种群的年龄结构基本相似,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级幼苗普遍较少,幼苗贮备严重不足。种群个体分布多集中在Ⅲ级,Ⅳ级以上种群个体分布渐趋减少。(2)从静态生命表可以看出,由于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级幼苗、幼树数量偏少,导致种群Ⅰ、Ⅱ龄级的死亡率为负值,而Ⅶ、Ⅷ龄级的死亡率最大。部分龄级存在着不同程度的个体缺失,存活曲线呈明显下凹和断点波折,种群整体呈衰退趋势。(3)利用负二项参数(K)、扩散系数(C)、扩散型指数(Iδ)、Cassie指标(Ca)、丛生指数(I)、平均拥挤度指数(m*)和聚块性指标(m*/m)等参数对种群的空间格局进行了研究,表明朴树种群的空间分布格局为集群分布,但不同样地种群的集聚程度存在一定差异。  相似文献

Analysis of a natural fertility agrarian society with a multi-variate model of population ecology isolates three distinct phases of population growth following settlement of a new habitat: (1) a sometimes lengthy copial phase of surplus food production and constant vital rates; (2) a brief transition phase in which food shortages rapidly cause increased mortality and lessened fertility; and (3) a Malthusian phase of indefinite length in which vital rates and quality of life are depressed, sometimes strikingly so. Copial phase duration declines with increases in the size of the founding group, maximum life expectancy and fertility; it increases with habitat area and yield per hectare; and, it is unaffected by the sensitivity of vital rates to hunger. Transition phase duration is unaffected by size of founding population and area of settlement; it declines with yield, life expectancy, fertility and the sensitivity of vital rates to hunger. We characterize the transition phase as the Malthusian transition interval (MTI), in order to highlight how little time populations generally have to adjust. Under food-limited density dependence, the copial phase passes quickly to an equilibrium of grim Malthusian constraints, in the manner of a runner dashing over an invisible cliff. The three-phase pattern diverges from widely held intuitions based on standard Lotka-Verhulst approaches to population regulation, with implications for the analysis of socio-cultural evolution, agricultural intensification, bioarchaeological interpretation of food stress in prehistoric societies, and state-level collapse.  相似文献

采用空间自相关分析方法对浙江天台山亚热带常绿阔叶林优势种甜槠种群全部个体及不同年龄级个体的小尺度空间遗传结构进行了分析,以探讨甜槠种群内遗传变异的分布特征及其形成机制。根据11个ISSR引物所提供的多态位点,经GenAlEx 6软件计算地理坐标和遗传距离矩阵在10个距离等级下的空间自相关系数。在样地内,甜槠种群内个体在空间距离小于10 m时存在显著的正空间遗传结构,其X-轴截矩为9.945。甜槠种群的空间遗传结构与其种子短距离传播和广泛的花粉传播有关。Ⅰ年龄级、Ⅱ年龄级和III年龄级个体在空间距离小于10 m时存在显著的正空间遗传结构,其X-轴截矩分别为11.820、9.746和9.792。当距离等级为5 m时,其空间自相关系数r分别为0.068、0.054和0.070。Ⅳ年龄级个体在所有空间距离等级中均不存在显著的空间遗传结构。甜槠是多年生、长寿命植物,自疏作用是导致IV年龄级个体空间遗传结构消失的主要原因。  相似文献

云南是毒药树(Sladenia celastrifolia)的分布中心,日益严重的人为干扰不可避免地影响毒药树种群的数量特征。基于毒药树年龄与胸径之间的关系,初步分析了受人为干扰程度不同的两个种群的年龄结构、静态生命表和存活曲线,并对这两个种群进行了比较。严重受干扰的种群的幼苗库相对不足,Ⅰ龄级个体数比例为12.7%,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ龄级个体数所占比例为80.3%,种群衰退趋势明显;未受干扰的种群幼苗库相对充足,年龄结构呈现稳定种群的特征。这两个种群的生命表也存在差异,其中最明显的就是严重受干扰的种群的Ⅰ龄级和Ⅱ龄级的死亡率为负,这是幼苗库不足的一个直接反映。两个种群的存活曲线都表现出低龄级个体死亡率高的特征,但未受干扰的种群各龄级个体的死亡率的变化幅度较小。毒药树种群的各项特征与鹅掌楸(Liriodendron chinense)及其它几种濒危植物的相关特征相似。虽然毒药树还未被列为受威胁的物种,但它已具备IUCN所定义的受威胁物种的特点,因此,对它的保护已十分必要,除了在野外建立相应的毒药树保护点之外,在植物园中培植人工种群也是必须的。  相似文献
