本文在已有大量比较形态学研究和各科支序分析研究基础上,对缘蝽总科的科、亚科、族等亚群的系统发育关系作了支序分析研究,结果表明,缘蝽总科、蛛缘蝽科、姬缘蝽科的单系群地位得到证明。而缘蝽科由于其棒缘蝽亚科和希缘蝽亚科分别占据支序图的两个最低位置,它们在缘蝽总科中具有较多的原始特征,缘蝽亚科的Chariesterini族与南美缘蝽亚科互为姐妹群而与缘蝽亚科其它族差异较大;姬缘蝽科的红缘蝽亚科处在该分支的最高位置且与姬缘蝽亚科中的Harmostini族互为姐妹群,与姬缘蝽亚科其它族关系也较近,因而传统的缘蝽科、缘蝽亚科、姬缘蝽亚科为并系群。为使各分类单元为单系群即自然类群,使分类系统更忠实于系统发育关系,本文将棒缘蝽亚科和希缘蝽亚科分别提升为科,Chariesterini族提升为亚科;红缘蝽亚科降为族,姬缘蝽科不设亚科。据上述分类学变动提出了缘蝽总科族以上高级阶分类系统。  相似文献

鳃虱科(甲壳动物亚门,等足目)属间系统发育关系支序分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
选择鳃虱科Bopyridae的47个形态学性状,利用PAUP软件,以支序分析方法对中国海域鳃虱科24属进行属间系统发育关系研究.支序分析结果较好地反映了鳃虱科内姐妹群的关系.根据分析结果,假鳃虱亚科中的巨鳃虱属Gigantione是鳃虱科中较早分出的一支,而背腹虱亚科中的仿腹虱属Parathelges和腹虱属Athelges则为较晚分化出来的;褐虾鳃虱亚科的褐虾鳃虱属Argeia盖腹虾鳃虱属Stegoalpheon和真虾鳃虱亚科的深海鳃虱属Bathygyge聚为一支,成为一对姐妹群;蟹鳃虱亚科的单系性得到分析结果的支持,假鳃虱亚科的单系性则不被支持.  相似文献

通过线粒体matR基因序列分析探讨了山茶科的分类学范围和系统演化关系。结果显示,传统山茶科的两个核心——山茶亚科(Theoideae或Camellioideae)和厚皮香亚科(Ternstroemioideae)不构成姐妹群关系,山茶亚科是一个支持率很高的单系类群,厚皮香亚科没有形成单系;山茶亚科下可区分出3个明显的分支,基部的分支由紫茎属(Stewartia)和舟柄茶属(Hartia)组成,木荷属(Schima)、美洲荷属(Franklirda)和美国大头茶属(Gordonia)构成第2个分支,该分支与由山茶属(Camellia)、核果茶属(Pyrenaria)、多瓣核果茶属(Parapyrenaria)、石笔木属(Tutcheria)、大头荣属(Polyspora)和圆籽荷属(Aptersperma)组成的第3个分支互为姐妹群。研究结果很好地支持了Prince和Parks等学者提出的的狭义山茶科(仅含山茶亚科)和狭义大头茶属的概念以及科下3个族(紫茎族Stewartieae、大头茶族Gordonieae和山茶族Theeae)的划分。但本研究更为清晰地揭示了科下3个族间的系统关系,即紫茎族是最基部的分支,山茶族与大头茶族间有更近的亲缘关系。同时,本文认为,厚皮香(亚)科是否为单系类群值得进一步研究。  相似文献

本研究叙述了缘蝽科的基本特征以及缘蝽科中22个族或亚科级单元的比较形态学特征,特别是外生殖器的特征描述及其图解多为首次报道。认为瘤缘蝽族、喙缘蝽族、竹缘蝽族、沟缘蝽亚科、达缘蝽族、同缘蝽族、特缘蝽族及美洲各族(或亚科)为单系群;梭缘蝽族(包括唯一属梭缘蝽属)的族级地位成立;缘蝽族各属关系复杂;黛缘蝽族是一个复系类群,各属关系复杂,在头部、阳茎和雄虫生殖腔等方面的构造已呈明显差异,此族似不成立;岗缘蝽族应是一单系群,但Plinachtusbasalis似应独立成属并移出岗缘蝽族;曼缘蝽族、昧缘蝽族及鼻缘蝽族[仅1属1种,该属另外1种SinotngusrubromaculusHsiao被移到类缘蝽属中,即Anacanthocorisrubromaculus(Hsiao)(n.comb,新组合)为单属族,它们的系统学地位有待进一步研究;希缘蝽族(或亚科)身体构造很特异,是较原始的缘蝽类群;棒缘蝽亚科亦为较原始的类群,其中棒缘蝽属群各属组成一单系群,证明Stal(1873)将它们成立棒缘蝽族合理;其余棒缘蝽亚科各属虽在某些外部形态上表现出一定的亲缘关系,但属间特征交叉,且与棒缘蝽族有许多共同特征,若归为一族,则造成  相似文献

本文用相容性分析方法(Compatability snalysis)分析了真正柑桔果树群(芸香科Rutaceae-柑桔亚科Aurantioideae-柑桔族(Citreae)-柑桔亚族(Citrinae)植物内各属间的分支学关系。给出了建立在7个相容性性状组成的最大族所决定的分支图。性状极性的确定使用了外群法。结果表明,柑桔属(Citrus L.)和多蕊桔属(Clymenia Swing)构成一个单系类群,他们的姐妹群是金柑属(Fortunella Swing.)。被认为起源于中国的3个属,柑桔属(Citrus)、金柑属(Fortunella)和积属(Poncirus Raf.)并未构成一个单系类群。本文还利用分支关系分析和讨论了真正柑桔果树群的种系发生关系。  相似文献

本文研究了半翅目长蝽科盐长蝽亚科(Henestarinae)的外部形态,希图为长蝽总科复合体的系统发育研究提供资料。材料选用盐长蝽HenestarisoschaniniBergroth1919和卤长蝽EngistussalinusJakovlev1874,分别作为该亚科3个成员属中两个属(即盐长蝽属HenestarisSpinola1839和卤长蝽属EngistusFieber1864)的代表。文章还初步提出了该亚科的一些共有新征,并作了有关讨论,认为此分类单元为一单系群。  相似文献

通过测定蚱科26种蚱的线粒体DNA细胞色素c氧化酶Ⅰ基因的部分序列,分析了蚱亚科、短翼蚱亚科、刺翼蚱亚科及股沟蚱亚科部分物种的系统发育关系。以蜢总科的Vandiemenella viatica和Proriferasp.作为外群,构建了MP树和Bayes树。在获得的598bp的序列中,有289个变异位点,253个简约信息位点; A、T、G和C的碱基平均含量分别为31.6% ,32.7% ,19.5% ,16.2% , A+T含量高于G+C含量。分子系统树显示:蚱亚科尖顶蚱属和该亚科其他属的亲缘关系较远,而与短翼蚱亚科的狭顶蚱属有较近的亲缘关系。尖顶蚱属的广西尖顶蚱聚在短翼蚱科内,与该亚科的尖翅狭顶蚱形成姐妹群且支持两者关系的置信度很高,广西尖顶蚱不应属于蚱亚科尖顶蚱属。龙滩柯蚱与蚱属的桂南蚱形成姐妹关系,而庭蚱属的细庭蚱聚在柯蚱属中,且蚱亚科柯蚱属的防城柯蚱与刺翼蚱亚科的二刺羊角蚱形成姐妹关系,因此柯蚱属不是单系群,作为一个单独的属是可疑的;蚱属不是单系群,日本蚱也不是蚱属中的原始物种,锯齿股蚱和粗体蚱碱基序列完全相同,再次证明二者为同一物种。  相似文献

为探究花椒属种水平系统进化关系以及为新品种培育研究奠定理论基础,该研究以芸香科物种的叶片为材料,采用改良CTAB法提取叶绿体DNA,利用BGISEQ-500平台进行叶绿体基因组测序,并对叶绿体基因组进行组装、注释,联合NCBI数据库数据,共获得芸香科19属49个物种的全叶绿体基因组序列。构建了芸香科属间系统进化关系。结果表明,(1)基于叶绿体基因组序列矩阵(总长196 641 bp),ML和BI 2种方法得到的系统发育树的拓扑结够基本一致,系统发育树各分支具有较强的支持率,叶绿体基因组数据可以解决芸香科属间的系统发育关系。(2)芸香科为单系类群,并进一步形成两大分支,其中柑橘亚科为单系,与芸香亚科内的芸香属聚为分支I,分支Ⅱ由芸香亚科和飞龙掌血亚科组成,两亚科均不是单系,其中飞龙掌血亚科的香肉果属,茵芋属与芸香亚科的白鲜属,臭常山属是最早分化出来的类群,其次是蜜茱萸属和山油柑属;黄檗属和吴茱萸属与花椒属类群形成姊妹群,飞龙掌血属的物种飞龙掌血嵌套于花椒属分支中,支持飞龙掌血物种并入花椒属的处理。  相似文献

水蛇亚科属于游蛇科,包含10个属。其中7个属为单型属。选取水蛇亚科14个形态学特征进行支序分析,并利用计算机软件Hennig86对水蛇亚科中8个属之间的系统发育关系进行初步探讨,结果显示水蛇亚科分为两支Gerarda和Fordonia两个属构成姊妹群,Cerberus、Erpeton和Homalopsis三个属也构成单系群,与Vorisetal(2002)的分子系统树相同,但Cantoria属的地位则与Vorisetal(2002)的明显不同。  相似文献

本研究选取优茧蜂亚科Euphorinae(膜翅目Hymenoptera:茧蜂科Braconidae)的8族19属23种作为内群,茧蜂其它6个亚科的8属8种作外群,首次结合同源核糖体28S rDNA D2基因序列片段和41个形态学特征对该亚科进行了系统发育学研究。利用"圆口类"的内茧蜂亚科Rogadinae、茧蜂亚科Braconinae、矛茧蜂亚科Doryctinae的3个亚科为根,以PAUP*4.0和MrBayes3.0B4软件分别应用最大简约法(MP)和贝叶斯法对优茧蜂亚科的分子数据和分子数据与非分子数据的结合体进行了分析;并以PAUP*4.0对优茧蜂亚科的28S rDNA D2基因序列的片段的碱基组成与碱基替代情况进行了分析。结果表明:优茧蜂亚科的28S rDNA D2基因序列片段的GC%含量在40.00%~49.25%之间变动,而对于碱基替代情况来讲,优茧蜂亚科各个成员间序列变异位点上颠换(transversion)大于转换(transition);不同的分析和算法所产生的系统发育树都表明目前根据形态定义出的优茧蜂亚科Euphorinae不是一个单系群,而是一个与蚁茧蜂亚科Neoneurinae和高腹茧蜂亚科Cenocoelinae混杂在一起的并系群;在优茧蜂亚科内部,悬茧蜂族Meterorini和食甲茧蜂族Microctonini(排除猎户茧蜂属Orionis)为单系群,而宽鞘茧蜂族Centistini、大颚茧蜂族Cosmophorini、优茧蜂族Euphorini、瓢虫茧蜂族Dinocampini为并系群;悬茧蜂族Meterorini在优茧蜂亚科Euphorinae内位于基部位置的观点得到部分的支持,同时食甲茧蜂族Microctonini被判定为相对进化的类群。此外对于优茧蜂亚科内各属之间的相互亲缘关系,不同算法所得到的系统发育属的结果不完全一致,这表明优茧蜂亚科内(属及族)的系统发育关系还有待于进一步研究。  相似文献

This study was performed to ascertain the relationships among clionid and spirastrellid species from the Mediterranean Sea, based on phylogenetic criteria. A matrix of 34 taxa and 20 characters was analysed. Cladistic analysis using PAUP produced 12 equally parsimonious trees of 54 steps (CI=0.648, RI=0.865). Resolution was high in all parts of the strict consensus tree except in those which involved relationships among the most characteristic clionid species: those having only tylostyles as megascleres and, if microscleres are present, these being spirasters. Six monophyletic groups, three of them represented by monospecific clades, appear in the totally resolved part of the trees, which supports their separation into different genera. On the basis of the results obtained, the species at present within the genus Cliona have been allocated to five different genera: Scantilletta, Pione, Volzia, Bernatia and Cliona , while Dotona and Cliothosa are maintained as separate genera. Scantilletta and Pione are genera erected by de Laubenfels (1936 Pap. Tortugas Lab. 30 , 1–225) and Gray (1867 Proc. Zool. Soc. Lond. XXXII , 492–558) respectively, and whose diagnoses are amended here. Volzia and Bernatia are proposed as new genera to include Cliona albicans and Cliona rovignensis , and Cliona vermifera , respectively. Thus, the genus Cliona clearly appears in our analysis as a polyphyletic group. It is only maintained provisionally to harbour species whose position cannot be clearly ascertained from the information at hand. Skeletal characters such as spicule types and skeletal arrangement have proven to be useful in discriminating some genera and families but they do not completely resolve the phylogeny of this group of species. Biochemical, genetic, cytological or reproductive information, when available, may help in the resolution of the phylogenetic tree.  相似文献

基于SAFLP的我国常见索线虫科昆虫病原线虫亲缘关系分析   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
本研究建立并优化了索线虫科(Mermithidae)SAFLP体系,构建了我国常见索线虫科昆虫病原线虫6属11种/亚种的指纹图谱。采用EcoRⅠ和MseⅠ两种限制性内切酶单酶切,结果显示EcoRⅠ酶更适合作为索线虫科线虫SAFLP的内切酶。3个带有3个选择性碱基的EcoRⅠ引物进行扩增共得条带225个,片段大小为250~1 650 bp。通过NTsys-PC2.1软件计算了索线虫科6属11种/亚种的Nei-Li遗传距离(0.1980~034554)和相似系数,利用NTsys-PC2.1软件中的UPGMA方法构建其聚类图。索线虫科这6属11种/亚种从属级阶元可以分为两大类群:罗索属Romanomermis和八腱索属Octomyomermis聚为一支构成第一大类群;六索属Hexamermis与卵索属Ovomermis先聚在一起然后与多索属Agamermis聚在一起,再与两索属Amphimermis聚在一起构成第二大类群。在八腱索属和两索属中属内不同种/亚种间线虫采集地相距较近的其遗传距离较近。优化的索线虫科线虫SAFLP体系能够反映索线虫科线虫种属间的亲缘关系,并与形态学的研究结果基本相符,可以用于属种的分类和亲缘关系的研究。  相似文献

根据琵甲族Blaptini11属 5 8种防御腺的着生位置、形状、长度、宽度、囊袋距离、表面花纹等特征归纳出属级和族级特征。每属选 1代表种 ,各选 6个典型特征 ,组成特征矩阵 ,用Hennig 86 (1 5版 )软件初步确定了琵甲族各属的系统发育关系 ,得出琵甲族属级进化趋势为 :宽琵甲属Blaptogonia >侧琵甲属Prosodes>异琵甲属Thaumatoblaps>琵甲属Blaps>亚琵甲属Asidoblaps>齿琵甲属Itagonia >贞琵甲属Agnaptoria >小琵甲属Gnaptorina >地琵甲属Dila >新琵甲属Neoblaps >乾琵甲属Coelocnemodes。所有研究标本保存在河北大学博物馆。  相似文献

We analyzed the phylogeny of the Neotropical pitvipers within the Porthidium group (including intra-specific through inter-generic relationships) using 1.4 kb of DNA sequences from two mitochondrial protein-coding genes (ND4 and cyt-b). We investigated how Bayesian Markov chain Monte-Carlo (MCMC) phylogenetic hypotheses based on this 'mesoscale' dataset were affected by analysis under various complex models of nucleotide evolution that partition models across the dataset. We develop an approach, employing three statistics (Akaike weights, Bayes factors, and relative Bayes factors), for examining the performance of complex models in order to identify the best-fit model for data analysis. Our results suggest that: (1) model choice may have important practical effects on phylogenetic conclusions even for mesoscale datasets, (2) the use of a complex partitioned model did not produce widespread increases or decreases in nodal posterior probability support, and (3) most differences in resolution resulting from model choice were concentrated at deeper nodes. Our phylogenetic estimates of relationships among members of the Porthidium group (genera: Atropoides, Cerrophidion, and Porthidium) resolve the monophyly of the three genera. Bayesian MCMC results suggest that Cerrophidion and Porthidium form a clade that is the sister taxon to Atropoides. In addition to resolving the intra-specific relationships among a majority of Porthidium group taxa, our results highlight phylogeographic patterns across Middle and South America and suggest that each of the three genera may harbor undescribed species diversity.  相似文献

为探讨鳞翅目中绢丝昆虫之间的系统发育关系和分子进化特征,本研究测定了中国柞蚕Antheraea pernyi野生型和放养型的线粒体12S rRNA基因的部分序列,结合来自GenBank数据库的17条序列,对总共9种绢丝昆虫(2科3属)的12S rRNA基因序列进行了分析。利用软件MEGA 3.1进行碱基组成、变异位点的统计和分子进化分析,分别用类平均聚类法(UPGMA)、邻接法(NJ)、最小进化法(ME)、最大简约法(MP)重建系统发生树。测定的中国柞蚕野生型的12S rRNA基因序列(427 bp)与放养型“豫早1号”的序列完全一致。序列对齐后共鉴定80个变异位点,50个简约信息位点。碱基组成分析显示在科属间具有明显差异,AT含量蚕蛾科高于大蚕蛾科;在A和T碱基的使用上,大蚕蛾科偏好使用T,而蚕蛾科则偏好使用A。与动物中常见的以转换为主的碱基替换模式不同,所分析的9种昆虫中除桑蚕属内部为转换与颠换基本一致外,其余物种间均是颠换多于转换。进化分析支持柞蚕属、樗蚕属和桑蚕属的单系。基于UPGMA法的进化树支持琥珀蚕是柞蚕属的较原始类型,而NJ、ME和MP法则支持印度柞蚕是较原始的类型,因此,柞蚕属种间的进化关系尚需进一步研究。  相似文献

Phylogenetic relationships among three genera, Gluconobacter, Acetobacter, and Gluconacetobacter, of acetic acid bacteria (AAB) are still unclear, although phylogenetic analysis using 16S rRNA gene sequence has shown that Gluconacetobacter diverged first from the ancestor of these three genera. Therefore, the relationships among these three genera were investigated by genome-wide phylogenetic analysis of AAB. Contrary to the results of 16S rRNA gene analysis, phylogenetic analysis of 293 enzymes involved in metabolism clearly showed that Gluconobacter separated first from its common ancestor with Acetobacter and Gluconacetobacter. In addition, we defined 753 unique orthologous proteins among five known complete genomes of AAB, and phylogenetic analysis was carried out using concatenated gene sequences of these 753 proteins. The result also showed that Gluconobacter separated first from its common ancestor with Acetobacter and Gluconacetobacter. Our results strongly suggest that Gluconobacter was the first to diverge from the common ancestor of Gluconobacter, Acetobacter, and Gluconacetobacter, a relationship that is in good agreement with the physiologies and habitats of these genera.  相似文献

Although Codfishes are probably one of the most studied groups of all teleost fishes worldwide owing to their great importance to fisheries, their phylogeny and classification are still far from being firmly established. In this study, we present phylogenetic relationships of 19 out of 22 genera traditionally included in the Gadidae based on the analysis of entire cytochrome b and partial cytochrome oxidase I genes (1530 bp). Maximum Parsimony, Maximum Likelihood, and Bayesian analyses all recovered five main clades that correspond to traditionally recognized groupings within Gadoids. The same clades were recovered with MP analysis based on 30 morphological characters (collected from the literature). Given these findings, we propose a revised provisional classification of Gadoids: one suborder Gadoidei containing two families, the Merlucciidae (1 genus) and the Gadidae (21 genera) distributed into four subfamilies: the Gadinae (12 genera), the Lotinae (3 genera), the Gaidropsarinae (3 genera), and the Phycinae (3 genera). Lastly, nuclear inserts of mitochondrial DNA (Numts) were identified in two species, i.e., Gadiculus argenteus and Melanogrammus aeglefinus.  相似文献

Tonoplast intrinsic proteins (TIPs) play a vital role in water transport across membranes. In the present study, we performed a comparative analysis of TIP genes in ten plant species including both monocots and dicots. A total of 100 TIP aquaporin genes were identified, and their relationships among the plant species were analyzed. Phylogenetic analysis was performed to evaluate the relationship of these genes within the plant species. Based on the phylogenetic analysis results, TIPs were classified into five distinct arbitrary groups (group I to group V), which represented TIP2, TIP5, TIP4, TIP1, and TIP3, respectively. Group I represented the largest arbitrary group, followed by group IV, in the phylogenetic tree. The result clearly indicates that TIP2 and TIP1 are abundant aquaporins and highly related among the species. In the present review, a comparative study of gene structure analysis between dicots and monocots has been performed to analyze their structural variation. Most of the predicted motifs are conserved among the species, signifying an evolutionary relationship. The gene expression analysis indicated that the expression of TIP genes varies during different developmental stages and also during stressed conditions. The results indicated a great degree of evolutionary relationship and variation in the expression levels of TIPs in plants.  相似文献
