运用自动生化分析仪测定了21只野生成年灰胸竹鸡的血液生化参数,结果表明:雌性在总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白水平,以及谷丙转氨酶活性均高于雄性(P>0.05),雌性白蛋白/球蛋白却较雄性低;同样,雌性个体的总胆红素、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量分别较雄性高8.33%、23.08%和15.38%(P>0.05).提示雌性个体的代谢较雄性个体要强,可为深入探讨竹鸡的机体代谢规律提供资料.  相似文献

深水网箱养殖卵形鲳鲹血液指标   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
对深水网箱养殖卵形鲳鲹(Trachinotus ovatus)成鱼的部分血液性状和血清生化指标进行测定比较.结果显示,雌、雄成鱼红细胞数量(RBC)、白细胞数量(WBC)、血细胞比容(Ht)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)等血液性状不存在显著性差异.血清指标中雌、雄成鱼血糖(GLU)的含量分别为(10.24±1.25)mmol/L、(17.36±1.34)mmol/L,存在极显著差异;雌鱼血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、钾离子(K+)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)浓度大于雄鱼(P<0.05);雄鱼血清中肌酐(CREA)、钠离子(Na+)浓度大于雌鱼(P<0.05);尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、白蛋白/球蛋白(ALB/GLB)、钙离子(Ca2+)、氯离子(Cl-)、无机磷(PO43-)等指标,雌雄差异不显著.卵形鲳鲹部分生化指标存在雌雄差异,可能与个体的生理状况有关.结果可为卵形鲳鲹血液生理研究提供基础资料.  相似文献

笼养绿尾虹雉血液生理生化指标分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了解人工饲养绿尾虹雉(Lophophorus lhuysii)血液生理生化指标及特点,以四川宝兴蜂桶寨国家级自然保护区笼养的9只成年非繁殖期绿尾虹雉为研究对象,测定了34项血液生理生化指标,按性别分组统计进行差异显著性检验。结果表明,绿尾虹雉血液生理指标不同性别间无显著差异(P0.05)。血液生化指标中的血液总蛋白雄性显著低于雌性(P0.05),血清尿素雄性显著高于雌性(P0.05),但血液中的其他有机物(白蛋白、球蛋白、肌酐、葡萄糖、尿素、酶、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等)及无机离子(钾、钠、镁、氯、钙、磷、铁)不同性别之间无显著差异(P0.05)。说明本实验条件下,笼养绿尾虹雉非繁殖期血液生理指标与性别没有相关性,血清总蛋白、血清尿素含量可能与性别有关。  相似文献

2004年11月至2005年9月,采用自动生化分析仪对扎龙自然保护区10只雌性成体丹顶鹤在越冬期、繁殖期和迁徙期的20项血液生化指标(总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、总胆红素、血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、肌酸肌酶、羟丁酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、钙离子、无机磷和镁离子)进行了分析.结果表明:除总蛋白、球蛋白和血糖外,研究区雌性丹顶鹤血液中的其他指标均在不同时期之间表现出显著(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01).说明总蛋白、球蛋白和血糖可作为雌性丹顶鹤血液生化指标的可靠参考值,其他17项血液生化指标的年变化动态体现出雌性丹顶鹤在不同生理时期的生理特征和生态适应性.如果以这17项血液生化指标作为雌性丹顶鹤血液生化指标的参考值,就必须考虑不同生理时期对其含量的影响.  相似文献

对尖吻蝮Agkistrodon acutus血液11项牛化指标进行了测定,并对其测定结果进行了t检验.结果显示,尖吻蝮血液生化指标中葡萄糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清钠(Na)、血清氯(C;)、m清钙(Ca)、血清磷(P)、血清镁(Mg)的生化指标在雌雄之间差异不显著(P>0.05);总蛋白(IP)为雌、雄之间差异显著(P<0.05);总胆固醇(CHO)、白蛋白(ALB)、血清钾(K)在雌、雄之间差异极显著(P<0.01).从测定结果可看出尖吻蝮雌雄间血液生化值筹异不大.  相似文献

目的比较西藏小型猪与高原藏猪的血液生理、生化指标的差异。方法采用全自动血液细胞和生化分析仪测定21个血液生理生化指标。结果藏猪与西藏小型猪之间,红细胞、白细胞、血小板计数、总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯指标的测定差异有显著性,谷草转氨酶、血清总蛋白、血清清蛋白、葡萄糖、肌酸激酶指标的测定差异极显著。其中红细胞、白细胞、谷草转氨酶、肌酸激酶的值藏猪高于西藏小型猪,而血小板计数、血清总蛋白、血清清蛋白、葡萄糖、总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯的值藏猪低于西藏小型猪。结论不同的生活环境、气候条件和营养水平会对动物的血液生理、生化值的测定造成一定的影响。  相似文献

用HITACHI 7600-20全自动生化分析仪对13只东北虎幼体进行了总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、前白蛋白及胆汁酸5项生化指标的测定,实验数据经SPSS软件统计分析.其结果为:总蛋白含量66.06±6.80 g/L,白蛋白含量34.19±2.51 g/L,球蛋白含量31.89±4.46 g/L,前白蛋白含量13.22±11.64 g/L,胆汁酸含量4.48±3.89 μmol/L.东北虎幼体雌雄个体间5项生化指标均无显著差异(P0.05).东北虎幼体与成体间,总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量均呈极显著差异(P<0.01).东北虎幼体与华南虎幼体间,总蛋白、球蛋白含量呈显著差异(P<0.05);白蛋白含量无显著差异(P0.05).  相似文献

目的:研究分析溶血反应对临床生化检测结果的影响。方法:收集我院2015年1月至12月120例正常人体检血液标本资料,采用控制变量法,在试管1中放入正常血液,试管2中放入发生溶血反应血液,分别检测两组血液临床生化指标,并比对变化数据。结果:在检测的17项数据中,血糖、总胆红素、直接胆红素、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、总蛋白、甘油三酯、尿酸、总胆固醇、乳酸脱氢酶等11项数据在试管1与试管2中,检测指标变化大,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。白蛋白、肌酐、尿酸氮、血钙、酸性磷酸酶、血磷等六项指标在试管1与试管2中,含量检测基本无变化(P0.05)。结论:溶血反应的发生对临床生化检测结果影响很大,发生溶血反应会直接影响到酶类等指标的检测结果的准确性,临床检测中应尽量避免溶血反应。  相似文献

目的对普通级豚鼠进行剖宫产,培育无菌豚鼠模型,并比较无菌豚鼠和普通级豚鼠的血液学参数。方法行子宫摘除术摘除子宫,在无菌隔离器中将子宫剥离取仔,用人工哺乳的方法将仔豚鼠培育成无菌豚鼠,并在固定的周期检测豚鼠的无菌情况。采用全血细胞计数分析仪、全自动血液生化分析仪测定无菌豚鼠、普通豚鼠的血常规和血生化参数。用SPSS12.0进行统计分析。结果无菌豚鼠和普通豚鼠在白细胞(WBC)、嗜碱性粒细胞数(BA#)、单核细胞百分比(MO)、血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、中性粒细胞数(NE#)、嗜酸性粒细胞数(EO#)、淋巴细胞数(LY#)七个血常规指标上有差异显著性,其他指标没有显著性差异;谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(CHO)、总胆红素(TBIL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、球蛋白(GLO)、A/G、K、Na、谷酰转肽酶(GGT)15个指标上差异有显著性,其他指标差异无显著性。结论通过规范的子宫摘除术和人工喂养的方法获得符合标准的无菌豚鼠,与普通豚鼠在多项血液学指标上差异有显著性。  相似文献

为了揭示丹顶鹤(Grus japonensis)不同年龄和性别个体之间血液生理生化指标的差异性,对沈阳动物园42只笼养丹顶鹤(成体24只,亚成体18只)的15项血液生化指标和13项血液生理指标进行了比较。所测得的血液生理生化指标在不同性别之间不存在显著差异(P0.05)。血清肌酐成体(37.05±17.03)mmol/L、亚成体(22.57±11.68)mmol/L,血清尿酸成体(878.22±514.41)mmol/L、亚成体(426.17±207.74)mmol/L,血清甘油三酯成体(7.73±4.75)mmol/L、亚成体(3.51±4.07)mmol/L,这3项指标均为成体高于亚成体,差异性显著(P0.05)。这几项指标的变化表明,丹顶鹤在成体和亚成体时期采取了相同或不同的生态适应策略。  相似文献

The enteric flora of captive whooping cranes (Grus americana) and sandhill cranes (Grus canadensis) has not been well described, despite its potential importance in the understanding of both the normal condition of the intestinal physiology of these animals and the altered colonization within disease states in these birds. Nineteen whooping cranes and 23 sandhill cranes housed currently at the Calgary Zoo or its affiliated Devonian Wildlife Conservation Centre (DWCC) in Calgary, Alberta were sampled from October 2004–February 2005 by collecting aerobic and anaerobic cloacal swabs from each bird. There were seven major groupings of bacteria isolated from both species of crane. Gram‐positive cocci, coliforms, and gram‐negative bacilli were the most prevalent types of bacteria isolated for both crane species, with Escherichia coli, Enterococcus faecalis, and Streptococcus Group D, not Enterococcus the bacterial species isolated most commonly. There was a significant difference in the average number of isolates per individual between the two crane species but no differences between age or gender categories within crane species. Campylobacter sp. were isolated from five whooping cranes. The potential zoonotic pathogen Campylobacter jejuni was isolated from one whooping crane and C. upsaliensis was isolated from a second. Three other isolates were unspeciated members of the Campylobacter genus and likely belong to a species undescribed previously. The evaluation of the enteric cloacal flora of whooping cranes and sandhill cranes illustrates that differences exist between these two closely related crane species, and highlights the potential implications these differences may have for current practices involving captive wildlife. 胡列也吐位于内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔盟陈巴尔虎旗境内 ,地理位置在东经 4 9°4 8′,北纬 1 1 8°2 7′ ,总面积为 4 0km2 。 1 998年笔者对本区的鹤类资源进行了为期一年的调查。本区共有 5种鹤栖息 ,本次共记录到 4种鹤计 78只。其中白头鹤 52只 ,丹顶鹤 1 1只 ,白枕鹤 4只 ,蓑羽鹤 1 1只。灰鹤在本区有分布 ,但本次调查未见。此外还记录到我国最大的白头鹤夏季集群。  相似文献

The IUCN Species Survival Commission recently published The Cranes: Status Survey and Conservation Action Plan. Prepared over the past three years by the IUCN Crane Specialist Group, the document reviews the status of the world's cranes (Family: Gruidae) and their habitats, summarises recent crane conservation actions, and specifies priority measures for the future. Eleven of the 15 crane species are now proposed for inclusion on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Animals, and several subspecies and populations are critically endangered. Africa supports six species of cranes in 39 countries. The Black Crowned Crane Balearica pavonina, national bird of Nigeria, is resident in western and central Africa. The Grey Crowned Crane B. regulorum, national bird of Uganda, spans eastern and southern Africa. The Wattled Crane Bugeranus carunculahrs, largest and. rarest of Africa's cranes, ranges from Ethiopia to South Africa. The Blue Crane Anthropoides paradiseus, national bird of South Africa, is endemic to South Africa and Namibia. The Demoiselle Crane A. Virgo and Eurasian Crane Grus grus are winter visitors. Cranes have been the focus of intensive captive propagation and reintroduction programs as well as extensive habitat protection efforts. They are also excellent umbrella species for ecosystem-level conservation efforts. Wetlands that provide a home for cranes include the floodplains of the great river systems of Africa, such as Kafue Flats and Zambezi Delta of the Zambezi River system, the Okavango River Delta, the Sudd of the Upper Nile River, the Bangweulu Basin and swamps of the Zaire River system, the Senegal River Delta, and the Inner Niger River Delta, and the wetlands of Lake Chad. Small, isolated wetlands provide vital breeding habitat. This presentation will provide an overview of the action plan for those interested in cranes in particular, as well as those working in ecosystems and regions where cranes occur.  相似文献

Coccidial oocysts were observed in 6 of 19 fecal samples from free-ranging whooping cranes (Grus americana) and 4 of 16 samples from captive whooping cranes. Eimeria gruis occurred in four free-ranging whooping cranes and E. reichenowi in two free-ranging and two captive whooping cranes. Fecal samples from two captive cranes contained oocysts of Isospora lacazei which was considered a spurious parasite. Oocysts of both species of Eimeria were prevalent in fecal samples collected from three free-ranging Canadian sandhill cranes (G. canadensis rowani) from whooping crane wintering grounds in Texas. These coccidia were prevalent also in fecal samples from 14 sandhill cranes (of 4 subspecies) maintained in captivity at the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center in Maryland.  相似文献

While the microbial water quality in the Platte River is seasonally impacted by excreta from migrating cranes, there are no methods available to study crane fecal contamination. Here we characterized microbial populations in crane feces using phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene fecal clone libraries. Using these sequences, a novel crane quantitative PCR (Crane1) assay was developed, and its applicability as a microbial source tracking (MST) assay was evaluated by determining its host specificity and detection ability in environmental waters. Bacteria from crane excreta were dominated by bacilli and proteobacteria, with a notable paucity of sequences homologous to Bacteroidetes and Clostridia. The Crane1 marker targeted a dominant clade of unclassified Lactobacillales sequences closely related to Catellicoccus marimammalium. The host distribution of the Crane1 marker was relatively high, being positive for 69% (66/96) of the crane excreta samples tested. The assay also showed high host specificity, with 95% of the nontarget fecal samples (i.e., n = 553; 20 different free-range hosts) being negative. Of the presumed crane-impacted water samples (n = 16), 88% were positive for the Crane1 assay, whereas none of the water samples not impacted by cranes were positive (n = 165). Bayesian statistical models of the Crane1 MST marker demonstrated high confidence in detecting true-positive signals and a low probability of false-negative signals from environmental water samples. Altogether, these data suggest that the newly developed marker could be used in environmental monitoring studies to study crane fecal pollution dynamics.  相似文献

Health surveys and hematologic and plasma biochemical analyses were conducted in 52 free-ranging and 51 captive Morelet's crocodiles (Crocodylus moreletii) in Campeche, Mexico, March-September 2007. Blood samples from 92 crocodiles (45 free-ranging and 47 captive) were collected for hematologic and plasma biochemical analyses. Average values of erythrocytes of free-ranging crocodiles were 1,046,166 cells/μl, and total white cells were 1.03 × 10(4) cells/μl. Captive crocodiles had erythrocyte and leukocyte values of 1,100,416 cells/μl and 8.51 × 10(3) cells/μl, respectively. There were no significant differences in values of erythrocytes or in hematocrit between free-ranging and captive crocodiles, or between sexes, or among size classes. Counts of leukocytes in free-ranging crocodiles were significantly higher than in captive individuals. The mean values of plasma analytes were 69.55 mg/l (glucose), 250.14 mg/l (cholesterol), 3.04 mg/l (uric acid), 2.70 mg/l (creatinine), and 20.20 IU/l (alanine aminotransferase). There were significant differences in cholesterol between free-ranging and captive crocodiles and between sexes.  相似文献

Complete medical examinations were performed on 11 wild ruffed lemurs (Varecia variegata and V. rubra) from three sites in Madagascar. Each animal received a complete physical examination, several physiological parameters were analyzed (complete blood count, serum biochemical profile, and fecal bacterial culture), and the animals were examined for endo-, ecto-, and hemoparasites. Additional tests were performed as samples were available, including fat-soluble vitamin analysis, trace mineral analysis, toxoplasmosis serology, and viral serology. We found that the ruffed lemurs were in good health, harbored a low endoparasite load, and frequently had external parasites (e.g., ticks (Haemophysalis lemuris)). Statistically significant differences between captive and wild lemurs were found for the following serum biochemical and blood count parameters: alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total protein (TP), albumin, blood urea nitrogen, cholesterol, glucose, amylase, band neutrophil count, and eosinophil count. Low blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum cholesterol values in wild lemurs (compared to those of North American captive zoo ruffed lemurs) may suggest differences between diets in the wild and captivity.  相似文献
