从化工厂污泥中分离到 4个对蒽醌染料中间体溴氨酸有显著降解和脱色作用的菌株。经鉴定 ,4株菌均为假单胞菌属 (Pseudomonassp )。脱色效果最好的N1菌株能以溴氨酸为唯一碳源生长 ,其脱色效果受温度和 pH影响较大 ,最佳生长条件是 30℃ ,pH7 2。  相似文献

从印染废水活性污泥中分离到一株高效染料脱色菌,经鉴定该菌株为希瓦氏菌属的一个新种,命名为脱色希瓦氏菌(Shewanelladecolorationis)S12T。该菌株在偶氮染料浓度为50mg/L的培养基中培养4h后,染料去除率达到96%,对偶氮染料的最高脱色浓度达到2000mg/L。在浓度为500mg/L的偶氮染料平板上生长4d后,可观察到明显的脱色圈。全波长光谱扫描的结果表明希瓦氏菌S12T以生物降解的方式对偶氮染料进行脱色。希瓦氏菌S12T的脱色酶为组成型的胞内酶。  相似文献

从土壤中分离得到1株对阳离子蓝染料SD-GSL具有高效脱色能力的菌株ZHT-3,通过16S r DNA测序分析进行鉴定。以脱色率为指标,研究菌株ZHT-3对阳离子蓝SD-GSL的脱色性能,并考察pH、温度、振荡转速等因素对脱色率的影响,以及菌株的连续脱色能力。结果表明,菌株ZHT-3属于蜡状芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。该菌在对数生长阶段即可完成对阳离子蓝染料的快速脱色,8 h脱色率为76. 3%。对初始浓度100~500 mg/L阳离子蓝SD-GSL的36 h内脱色率高达95%以上。在pH5~8,温度30~40℃范围内脱色性能良好。  相似文献

为了消除或降低孔雀石绿染料的污染,从50余种野生大型真菌中筛选到3种对孔雀石绿染料有较强脱色作用的菌株即落叶松附毛孔菌、粘小奥德蘑和皱盖囊皮菌。采用单因素和正交设计试验探索了优选菌株落叶松附毛孔菌的培养基组成和脱色条件。结果显示其最佳发酵培养基组成为马铃薯20%、玉米汁2%、KH2PO4 0.3%、MgSO4?7H2O 0.15%;最佳脱色条件为染料初始浓度100mg/L、发酵液用量6mL、Mg2+浓度6mmol/L、pH6.0、温度50℃、摇床振荡速度150r/min。此条件下对孔雀石绿染料脱色1h,脱色率可达92.6%,其中Fe2+对脱色有很强的抑制作用。发酵液脱色受热、pH和Fe2+影响,推测,落叶松附毛孔菌对孔雀石绿脱色的活性成分可能是漆酶。  相似文献

通过对兔眼蓝莓幼果组织中分离得到的内生真菌G18进行形态特征、ITS序列和系统进化分析鉴定菌株G18为裂褶菌Schizophyllum commune。同时,对菌株G18产生的3种木质素降解酶进行监测,发现G18菌株可以分泌漆酶、木质素过氧化物酶和锰过氧化物酶。为明确裂褶菌G18对染料的脱色能力,利用裂褶菌G18对固体条件下8种染料进行脱色能力的检测,筛选出较易脱色的染料后,对该染料的脱色条件进行优化。结果表明,裂褶菌G18对8种染料均可以脱色,对孔雀石绿染料的脱色效果最好。裂褶菌G18对孔雀石绿的脱色优化结果为pH 7.0、20.0g/L淀粉、1.0g/L尿素、1.0g/L硫酸锌、接菌量9片(d=5.0mm)。  相似文献

从印染废水中分离得到了一株具有染料脱色功能的希瓦氏菌脱色新种。该菌能在厌氧条件下利用Fe^3+作为末端电子受体获得能量,支持细胞生长。在pH8.0.温度30℃。柠檬酸铁800mg/L,乳酸钠2g/L,酵母抽提物0.5g/L的条件下,培养8h的过程中,菌体细胞量的增长完全与Fe^3+的还原发展趋向一致。同时考察了碳氮源、乳酸钠、酵母抽提物、pH值和温度等方面对该菌株的生长和铁还原特性的影响。结果表明,菌体生长以LB为最好,以葡萄糖和乳酸钠为碳源时对铁还原有利。在酵母抽提物浓度4g/L范围内,菌体生长量和铁还原率随着酵母抽提物浓度的提高而提高。当乳酸钠为6g/L时,S12菌体生长量和铁还原率达到最佳。柠檬酸铁浓度为800mg/L时菌体生长量和铁还原率最高。在起始pH6-8的范围内,菌株S12的生长随着pH升高而升高,这也是菌株S12进行铁还原的最佳pH范围。菌株S12在温度范围20℃-40℃内均可生长和进行铁还原,而以30℃时最佳。  相似文献

通过对红皮云杉 (PiceakoraiensisNakai) 4种外生菌根菌的生物学特性的研究 ,确定 4种外生菌根菌的生长所需最适温度、最适碳源、最适氮源以及最适pH值 ,以便应用于菌种的大量生产。试验结果表明 :林地蘑菇 (AgaricussilvaticusSchaeff.)和菌株L15生长最适温度相对较高 ,均为 30℃ ,属于耐高温菌 ;而菌株 0 31和菌株 0 0 9生长最适温度分别为 2 5℃和 2 0℃ ,属于中温菌。各菌株生长所需最适pH值均为 6 5。林地蘑菇生长所需最佳碳源为麦芽糖和蔗糖 ;菌株 0 0 9生长所需最佳碳源为蔗糖 ;菌株L15和菌株 0 31生长所需最佳碳源为葡萄糖。除菌株 0 0 9生长所需最佳氮源为硝酸钠外 ,其余菌株生长所需最佳氮源均为天门冬酰氨。  相似文献

从养殖池污泥中分离了6株对孔雀石绿具有脱色能力的菌株, 经过进一步在孔雀石绿营养肉汤中富集培养及其脱色率的比较, 筛选出对孔雀石绿具有较强脱色能力的优良菌株M6。菌株M6在30°C、150 r/min条件下对孔雀石绿的脱色率为97.14%, 通过革兰氏染色、电镜对其形态进行了观察, 用ATB细菌鉴定仪对其进行了生理生化鉴定; 通过对其16S rDNA序列进行PCR扩增和测序, 与NCBI中收录的与其同源性较高的菌株进行了聚类分析并构建了系统发育树。此外, 对其生长特性也进行了研究。实验结果表明, 菌株M6革兰氏染色阴性, 杆形, 端生一根鞭毛, 大小约为0.45 mm×0.84 mm, 在孔雀石绿营养琼脂平板上形成的菌落特征为圆形、浅蓝色、粘稠、不易挑取; 菌株M6的16S rDNA序列与GenBank基因库中假单胞菌属的细菌菌株的16S rDNA序列有98%~99%的高度同源性, 菌株M6与恶臭假单胞菌OW-16(登录号:DQ112328.1)的亲缘关系最近。结合传统的形态与生理生化特性鉴定以及16S rDNA序列分析鉴定的结果, 判定菌株M6为恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)(登录号:EU348741.1)。此外, 菌株M6在30°C、150 r/min条件下摇床振荡培养的生长曲线为:0 h~4 h为生长延迟期, 4 h~64 h为对数生长期, 64 h~80 h为稳定期, 80 h以后为衰亡期; 其最适生长pH值为7, 最适生长温度为30°C, 在转速为50 r/min~250 r/min条件下, 其浓度随转速的增加而增大。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
