利用透射电镜对采自东黄海海域典型站位的微型硅藻(nanodiatom,<20mm)进行了研究。观察到我国微型硅藻类的一个新记录属微舟藻属NanoneisR.E.Norris以及该属的一个新种长微舟藻Nanoneislongtasp.nov.。该属的主要特征是壳面两侧对称,具有不完全壳缝,壳面除中轴区外都有横肋纹或长室孔分布。本文描述该属的两个种,其中海斯微舟藻(NanoneishasleaeR.E.Norris)为我国的新记录种,长微舟藻为新种,两种之间主要的区别特征是壳面外形、长宽比例以及壳面横肋纹的密度。并较详细地描述了该属种类的分类特征、生态习性和分布。  相似文献

微型硅藻是海洋浮游植物的重要组成类群, 由于其个体微小, 在以往的研究中大多被忽略了。本文利用透射电镜(TEM)对若干采自我国沿海海域的样品进行观察, 经鉴定, 确认一个我国微型硅藻类的新记录属--微壳藻属Nanofrustulum Round, Hallsteinsen &; Paasche 1999。对该属及该属一个新记录种的主要形态学特征进行了描述, 提供了透射电镜下的照片, 并对相似属种进行了形态学比较研究。  相似文献

在大兴安岭沼泽硅藻生物多样性的研究过程中,对采自大兴安岭的600余号标本进行了详细的观察,共观察到舟形藻科中国新记录植物10个分类单位,隶属于4个属,其中类缝藻属1种:粗脉肋缝藻;长篦藻属3种:大长篦藻、细尖长篦藻、双型长篦藻;舟形藻属1种:乌普萨拉舟形藻;辐节藻属5种:两头辐节藻、河生辐节藻、细长辐节藻、豆形辐节藻、地中海辐节藻。本文对这些种类的分类学特征及生态分布特点进行了详细的描述。  相似文献

在对江汉平原钻孔中的化石硅藻进行鉴定时,发现1个新种类:江汉异极藻(新种)Gomphonema jianghanensis sp.nov.,该种的主要特征为:壳面狭披针形或线性披针形,端部和基部圆形,中轴区窄。中心区宽呈横矩形,在紧靠中心区的一侧具1条很短的线纹,另一侧有时有1条很短的线纹,有时没有线纹,无孤点。壳缝呈直线,在中央区附近略弯向一侧,在极节处折向另一侧。线纹轻微放射状,中部略弯曲,在近顶端处没有线纹,在10μm内,中部具6—13条。长20—30μm,宽4—7μm。4个中国新记录属:楔异极藻属Gomphosphenia Lange-Bertalot、楔月藻属(新记录属)Cymbopleura Krammer、优美藻属Delicata Krammer、尖月藻属Encyonopsis Krammer,8个中国新记录种:微小异极藻Gomphonema minutiforme Lange-Bertalot&Reichardt、较细楔异极藻Gomphosphenia tenerrima(Hustedt)Reichardt、舌状楔异极藻Gomphosphenia lingulatiforme(Hustedt)Lange-Bertalot、瑞克舟形藻Navicula rakowskae Lange-Bertalot、北方羽纹藻岛屿变种Pinnularia borealis var.islandica Lange-Bertalot,舟形盖斯勒藻Geissleria tectissima(Lange-Bertalot)Lange-Bertalot&Metaeltin、岩生楔月藻小变种Cymbopleura rupicola var.minor Krammer和法国尖月藻Encyonopsis falaisensis(Grunow)Krammer,1个种的补充说明:中华优美藻Delicata sinensis Krammer & Metzetin。  相似文献

利用透射电镜(TEM)对东海、黄海海域典型站位的微型硅藻进行了研究,观察到我国的一个新记录属——拟脆杆藻属Fragilariopsis Hustedt。该属的主要特征是:1.细胞以壳面全部或大部分相连成带状群体:2.壳缝靠近壳缘,强烈偏心;3.点条纹数目与船骨点大致相等;4.壳面纵轴通常异极;5.点条纹由两列孔纹组成,很少一列或两列以上的。对该属以及在东海、黄海海域发现的该属的两个种——克氏拟脆杆藻E kerguelensis(0’Meara)Hustedt和菱形拟脆杆藻Frhombica(0’Meara)Hustedt进行了较详细的分类特征、生态习性和分布的描述并配有相应的透射电镜照片。  相似文献

对采自海南岛的淡水硅藻进行了分类学研究,共观察到曲壳类硅藻40个分类单位。其中11个分类单位为中国新记录,分别为岛曲壳藻Achnanthes islandica、阿奇长曲壳藻Achnanthidium archibaldianum、高尔夫长曲壳藻Achnanthidium caledonicum、弯曲长曲壳藻Achnanthidium deflexum、河流长曲壳藻Achnanthidium rivulare、极常见平面藻Planothidium frequentissimum、皮亚夫平面藻Planothidium piaficum、短肋片状藻Platessa brevicostata、胡斯特片状藻Platessa hustedtii、山地片状藻热带变种Platessa montana var.tropica、扁圆卵形藻尖细变种Cocconeis placentula var.acuta。文章对这11个分类单位的形态特征及生境分布特点进行了描述,讨论了同相近种类的区别特征。对片状藻属Platessa的分类特征进行了中文描述。  相似文献

科氏杜氏藻是一种泥生或附沙生硅藻。该文对最近刚确立的一个硅藻属——杜氏藻属进行了介绍,利用光学和扫描电子显微镜对2019年4月20日采自东洞庭湖国家级自然保护区的科氏杜氏藻标本进行了观察研究。结果表明该标本具有以下主要形态特征:(1)壳面椭圆披针形。(2)中央区为蝴蝶结形,没有延伸至壳缘。(3)线纹在壳面大部分区域呈辐射状排列,在两端近平行排列,中部线纹密度20~22条/10μm。(4)孔纹圆形或近圆形,在内壳面被圆顶状的孔膜覆盖。(5)在壳面两端存在假隔片。该文调查采集的科氏杜氏藻种群的形态特征与模式种群相吻合,该属在中国是首次报道,为中国新记录属。  相似文献

对大兴安岭硅藻进行了形态分类学研究, 发现了部分中国新记录属及中国新记录种。研究共报道大兴安岭硅藻10属10种, 对这些属、种的形态学特征进行了详细的描述, 并提供了图片资料。其中3个属为中国新记录属, 分别为: 北方藻属Boreozonacola Lange-Bertalot、Kulikovskiy Witkowski、矮羽纹藻属Chamaepinnularia Lange-Bertalot Krammer、微肋藻属Microcostatus Johansen Sray。本文给出其余7个属的详细特征描述, 为其他相关研究提供参考。观察到中国新记录种9种1变种, 分别为: 胡斯特北方藻Boreozonacola hustedtii Lange-Bertalot, Kulikovskiy Witkowski、海塞矮羽纹藻Chamaepinnularia hassiaca (Krasske) Cantonati Lange-Bertalot、墙生微肋藻Microcostatus maceria (Schimanski) Lange-Bertalot、异辐节卡维藻Cavinula heterostauron (Germain) Van de Vijver、类印加等列藻Diadesmis ingeaeformis Hamilton Antoniades、沼地盖斯勒藻Geissleria paludosa (Hustedt) Lange-Bertalot Metzeltin、忽视蹄形藻Hippodonta neglecta Lange-Bertalot, Metzeltin Witkowski、沙拉泥生藻Luticola charlatii (Peragallo) Metzeltin, Lange- Bertalot、原子麦尔藻特许变种Mayamaea atomus var. permitis (Hustedt) Lange-Bertalot、莱维迪细篦藻Neidiopsis levanderi (Hustedt) Lange-Bertalot Metzeltin。    相似文献

利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对采自湖南省绥宁县巫水水域的硅藻标本进行了观察研究,鉴定出其中一种为硅藻中国新记录种——泉生平片藻[Tabularia fonticola (Hustedt) C.E. Wetzel & D.M. Williams],该种具有以下鉴别特征:(1) 壳面轮廓为线形披针形,中央胸骨宽,线纹短且宽。(2) 横主肋和纵细肋硅质化增厚。(3) 孔纹开口被数条横向硅质条组成的筛板所遮拦。(4) 每个壳面仅在其一端着生一个唇形突。(5) 壳套顶孔区孔纹有序排列。(6) 第一环带开放。该研究首次报道了泉生平片藻的前正常营养期细胞的超微结构特征,研究结果不仅增加了对泉生平片藻的超微结构认识,而且扩展了其地理分布区域。  相似文献

本文描述了我国首次记录的小盘藻属Minidiscus硅藻四种。主要特征是壳缘无环突起,壳面上 的支持突和1个唇形突均远离壳缘。小盘藻M.trioculatus,奇特小盘藻M.comicus和智利小盘藻M.chilensis为我国的新记录;细弱小盘藻M.subtilis为新种。它们的主要区别在于壳面花纹及支持突和唇形突排列方式的不同。  相似文献

A mature male pelagic stingray Pteroplatytrygon violacea (99 cm total length, 33·5 cm disc length and 42 cm disc width; 2·5 kg) was caught by commercial Nephrops trawl in the North Sea (at c . 54º49' N; 0º57' W) on 14 November 2005. Records of P. violacea in the north-east Atlantic are reviewed, with only two vagrant specimens known from the North Sea, representing the most northerly records of this species in the Atlantic Ocean.  相似文献

A new benthic freshwater diatom, Achnanthidium dolomiticum sp. nov., was identified from light and scanning electron micrographs. The most characteristic morphological features are a narrow, but distinctive fascia; a filiform raphe with narrowly spaced central ends and a very narrow and straight axial area on the raphe valve; a convex‐shaped rapheless valve; the length/width ratio; and valve outline. The new species, has been found so far to be mainly epiphytic on bryophytes and aquatic vascular plants in carbonate springs and lakes of the Italian Alps. The environmental preferences of the new species, as assessed by the comparative analysis of these sites, appear to be quite distinctive. These freshwater habitats are fed by drainage basins dominated by dolomite lithology with medium mineralization, are oligotrophic, and are affected by seasonal desiccation.  相似文献

Surirella cf. fastuosa is an apparently isopolar elliptic marine raphid diatom. We observed cells before and after sexual reproduction in monoclonal cultures using light and scanning electron microscopy (LM and SEM). After sexual reproduction cells were approximately twice as large as before, in valve length and width. The stria and infundibula densities were stable during the life cycle. Subtle morphological differences were detectable between the two poles of the frustule. One pole (pole A) was characterized by endings of the external raphe fissure that turned toward the valve face, continuity of the domed wall of the raphe canal externally, an elliptic chamber visible internally, a shallow nick in the interior of the valvocopula. The other pole (pole B) was with the following: straight endings of the external raphe fissures, a dent in the domed wall of the raphe canal externally, a double chamber internally, presence of the open ends of the valvocopula nearby, a deep nick in the valvocopula. Furthermore, at pole A virgae developed at an early stage in morphogenesis, whereas at pole B they were not formed. In the auxospores, pole A was situated beneath the primary transverse perizonial band. Pole A is suggested to be homologous with the head pole in heteropolar Surirella and is the “protopole” likely equivalent to the central nodule in naviculoid taxa. Pole B is homologous with the foot pole in heteropolar Surirella and is the “synaptic pole” formed by fusion of components equivalent to both poles of naviculoid taxa.  相似文献

A new triundulate naviculoid diatom genus is described from the Western Ghats of Peninsular India and Hainan Province, China. The new taxon, Kulikovskiyia gen. nov. has robust conical spines along its margin and at the apices and the external valve face has longitudinally‐oriented siliceous slat system extending the length of the valve. The external distal raphe ends bifurcate and terminates on the valve face. There appear to be superficial similarities between this Asian genus and species and Playaensis, a genus comprised of two species found only in the western USA. The systematic position of Kulikovskiyia is discussed, and other than noting its similarities to other biraphid naviculoid diatoms due to symmetry features and the position of the raphe, we are uncertain about its systematic placement at finer levels of classification.  相似文献

The terrestrial diatom Microcostatus schoemanii sp. nov. is described from dry soils of the Faan Meintjies Nature Reserve (North‐West Province, South Africa). Microcostatus cholnokyi sp. nov. and Microcostatus angloensis sp. nov. are described from sandy soils at a colliery near the town of Kriel (Mpumalanga Province, South Africa). The morphology of these taxa is examined using both light and scanning electron microscopy and new taxa are compared with similar species. In M. schoemanii the density of the striae combined with the valve outline and the distance between the central raphe endings are the main distinguishing morphological features. M. cholnokyi is differentiated by the presence of a conopeum and the distinct structure of the microcostae. M. angloensis is similar to M. schoemanii but differentiated by the shape of the cell and the apices, the angle of striation and the distance in between the proximal raphe endings.  相似文献

Each valve of the araphid pennate diatom Diatoma has a labiate process (LP) at one end; in a frustule, the LPs are at diagonally opposite ends. After mitosis is over, an elongated dense body detaches from the spindle pole and migrates to one end of the daughter cell, always diagonally opposite the LP of the parental valve. This dense body trails a cone-shaped array of microtubules (MTs). Meanwhile, the new valve has begun to form within the Silica Deposition Vesicle (SDV). Having reached the end of the cell, this dense body moves back slightly and then settles onto the SDV, developing a layered substructure as it does so. Immediately beneath it, the LP of the new daughter valve differentiates. This dense object is clearly the homologue of the fibrous Labiate Process Apparatus (LPA) involved in the differentiation of the LP in several centric diatoms. In a few cases, these LPAs also hair been shown to originate from some component of the spindle pole. Thus, the homologue of the LPA of centric diatoms has now been found in an araphid pennate diatom; in each case, the LPA apparently comes from the pole of the spindle and presumably uses a cytoskeleton of MTs to locate the LP in its correct position. These observations support the possibility that the raphe evolved from the LP.  相似文献

Valve morphogenesis in two Surirellae (S. ovalis Brebisson and S. robusta Ehrenberg) is described. Mitosis takes place at the broad end of the cell. After cleavage, a new Microtubule Center (MC) arises near each spindle pole and moves to the adjacent plasmalemma. Soon, a specific group of microtubules (MTs) extends from very near the MC around the periphery of the cell. Concurrently, the new tubular Silica Deposition Vesicle (SDV) grows around the periphery of the cell close to these MTs. A double rib of silica is rapidly formed inside the SDV; the space between the ribs becomes the raphe. Mitochondria line up along the MTs, and the SDV may be molded around these to create the canal raphe. Soon, the SDV expands in two directions to create the face and the mantle of the new valve. Meanwhile, each daughter nucleus, accompanied by the MC, moves to its interphase position at the center of the cell; this movement is colchicine-sensitive. As in several other pennate diatoms, an interruption in the raphe of the mature valve coincides with the initial position of the MC. The canal raphe thickens rapidly around the mitochondria; a rudimentary raphe fiber may be associated with the creation of a tiny curvature at the inner raphe fissure. As the SDV expands in the large S. robusta, the daughter cell protoplasts slowly shrink by plasmolysis, thereby creating the complex curved surface of the new valve surmounted by the arching canal raphes which are now quite rigid. In S. ovalis, the daughter cell protoplasts remain appressed and therefore the new valve surface is basically flat. The symmetry of Surirella is quite different from that of other pennate diatoms. However, the cytoplasmic events accompanying valve morphogenesis are similar in all important respects to those described in other raphid pennate diatoms, and clearly supports a naviculoid origin for this genus.  相似文献

A new diatom genus, Brevilinea gen. nov., is described from an acidic freshwater lake situated on the Atlantic Coastal Plain of North Carolina, USA. The type for the genus, Brevilinea pocosinensis sp. nov., differs from other diatoms by the presence of a unique and reduced raphe that is restricted to the central portion of the valve. The new taxon has large and distinctive areolae that also serve to separate it from existing genera. The taxonomic placement of the new organism relative to other diatoms possessing a reduced raphe is discussed. Although Brevilinea may eventually be placed into a new family, given the current dynamic state of diatom systematics, it is premature to do so at this time.  相似文献
