目的探讨南蛇簕抗眼镜蛇毒的作用。方法抗眼镜蛇毒采用鲎试剂试验法。结果眼镜蛇毒与0.5EU/ml鲎试剂产生凝集反应的浓度在7.81μg/ml以上;南蛇簕提取液(含生药)为0.5g/ml浓度时可抗10倍量眼镜蛇毒的凝集反应。结论草药南蛇簕有较强的抗眼镜蛇毒作用。  相似文献

目的探讨蛇伤药酒抗五步蛇、竹叶青蛇、眼镜蛇、蝰蛇、蝮蛇蛇毒的效果。方法采用鲎试剂试管凝集反应法。结果蛇伤药酒浓度为1.0 ml/ml时,对5种蛇毒均有破坏产生凝胶反应的作用;浓度为0.5ml/ml时,对五步蛇、竹叶青蛇、眼镜蛇蛇毒有破坏产生凝胶反应的作用;浓度为0.3 ml/ml时,仅对五步蛇毒有破坏产生凝胶反应的作用;浓度降至0.1 ml/ml时,对5种蛇毒均无破坏产生凝胶反应的作用。结论蛇伤药酒有较好的抗蛇毒作用,且对五步蛇毒作用最强。  相似文献

目的探讨金枝蛇伤药酒抗5种蛇毒与4种细菌的效果。方法采用鲎试剂试管凝集反应法检测金枝蛇伤药酒对蝰蛇、竹叶青蛇、五步蛇、眼镜蛇、蝮蛇蛇毒的抗毒效果,采用滤纸片法检测金枝蛇伤药酒对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、粪肠球菌的抑制效果。结果金枝蛇伤药酒浓度为1.0ml/ml时,可抑制以上5种蛇毒;浓度为0.5ml/ml时,可抑制五步蛇、竹叶青蛇、眼镜蛇蛇毒;浓度为0.3ml/ml时,仅能抑制五步蛇蛇毒;浓度为0.1ml/ml时,无抑制作用。金枝蛇伤药酒对金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌抑制作用较强,对大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌也有一定的抑制作用。结论金枝蛇伤药酒有较好的抗蛇毒与抗菌的作用。  相似文献

目的探讨黑皮蛇、山白菜的抗细菌内毒素作用。方法采用鲎试剂凝胶法对黑皮蛇、山白菜抗细菌内毒素作用进行实验研究。结果在灵敏度为0.5EU/ml鲎试剂试验中,黑皮蛇、山白菜药液浓度1g/ml,均有抗细菌内毒素作用;不同药液浓度试验,抗细菌内毒素最低药液浓度:黑皮蛇为0.1g/ml,山白菜为0.05g/ml。结论黑皮蛇、山白菜均有较强的抗细菌内毒素作用。  相似文献

目的 探讨中华眼镜蛇咬伤致局部组织损伤的最佳治疗方法。方法 对蛇伤患者分别采用蛇伤药酒外敷、胰蛋白酶或糜蛋白酶局部封闭、抗眼镜蛇毒血清局部封闭共3种处理方法进行局部治疗,观察其疗效。结果 3种治疗方法从优到劣依次是:抗眼镜蛇毒血清局部封闭、胰蛋白酶或糜蛋白酶局部封闭、蛇伤药酒外敷。结论 中华眼镜蛇咬伤致局部组织损伤的治疗方法应首选抗眼镜蛇毒血清局部封闭,其次是胰蛋白酶或糜蛋白酶局部封闭,最差的是采用蛇伤药酒外敷。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

传染性法氏囊病(Infection bursal disease, IBD)是由鸡传染性法氏囊病毒(Infectious bursal disease virus, IBDV)引起的鸡和火鸡的一种高度接触性传染病,给世界各国的禽养殖业带来了巨大损失.自IBDV发现至今新的变异株不断出现,分子结构的改变导致病毒致病力的改变及宿主对疫苗应答的改变,使得传统的疫苗已不能控制其流行,因此各国学者对其基因组结构和功能进行了广泛深入的研究,并积极研制新型有效的疫苗以达到防治的目的.  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献
