余甘子果实的产地、特性、化学成份、药用以及栽培管理,《中国野生植物》1986年第2期已作介绍。本文着重叙述余甘子果实加工品的加工工艺及临床应用。一、加工蜜饯把余甘子鲜果加工成蜜饯是余甘子鲜果综合加工利用的一个主要产品。余甘子蜜饯基本上能够保持原有色、香、味,且有脆度。分析结果表明,余甘子蜜饯含有较多维生素 C 和其它营养成分,是一种比较好的蜜饯食品并保持药用功能。  相似文献

余甘果是亚热带植物余甘子的果实,含有丰富维生素C,民间广泛用作保健和医疗食品。国内最近的研究证明,余甘果能阻断强致癌物N-亚硝基化合物在动物、人体内外的合成,阻断率皆为90%以上余甘果含有对人体有益的活性物质——超氧物歧化酶(SOD),每克含SOD活力为482.14u。15名老年受试者,饮用余甘果汁后红细胞SOD活力明显高于服用前(P<0.01),上升率100%,血浆中脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量下降,下降率为73%。  相似文献

【背景】药食同源的余甘子果实在采后贮藏过程中极易软腐变质,严重影响其品质和经济价值。【目的】明确引起余甘子果实软腐病的病原菌种类及其生长特性和产细胞壁水解酶活性,为余甘子采后软腐病的控制及延长其贮藏期奠定基础。【方法】采用组织块分离法从采后发病的余甘子果实分离病原菌,按照科赫法则确定分离菌株的致病性;采用形态学特征结合rDNA-ITS序列分析对病原菌进行鉴定,测定病原菌菌丝生长和产孢特性,检测产胞外细胞壁水解酶活性。【结果】从具有软腐症状的余甘子果实中分离得到32株真菌,其中菌株DQ23是余甘子采后软腐病的致病菌,通过形态特征结合rDNA-ITS序列将其鉴定为Penicillium choerospondiatis。其菌丝在酵母膏葡萄糖琼脂培养基(YDA)上生长最快,在马铃薯蔗糖琼脂培养基(PSA)上产孢最多。该菌能有效利用多种碳、氮源,适宜产孢的碳源为蔗糖、葡萄糖,氮源为蛋白胨、牛肉膏、酵母膏。菌丝生长的最适温度和pH范围分别为25°C和3.0-5.0,产孢的最适温度和pH范围分别为25°C和4.0-7.0。光照均利于菌丝生长和产孢。该菌具有分解果胶、纤维素的能力,无分解蛋白质、鞣质的能力。【结论】Penicillium choerospondiatis是余甘子果实软腐病的病原菌,研究结果为该病害的防控奠定了基础。  相似文献

云南干热河谷地区余甘子居群的遗传多样性研究   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
余甘子(Phyllanthus emblica)是我国西南干热河谷地带的优势植物, 也是一种重要的药用经济植物, 对其遗传多样性进行研究对生态环境的建设和恢复有着重要意义。作者采用ISSR分子标记技术对分布于云南干热河谷地区的4个余甘子居群的遗传多样性水平进行了检测。12条引物共扩增出135条清晰、重复性好的DNA条带, 其中多态性条带为115条, 多态位点百分率(PPB)为85.19%。居群间的遗传分化系数(GST)为0.1222, 基因流(Nm)为1.7958。结果表明余甘子居群具有较高的遗传多样性水平, 而居群间存在较低的遗传分化, 这可能主要是由其繁育特性造成的。Mantel 检测表明地理距离和Nei’s遗传距离间无相关性(r = 0.19798, P = 0.6513 > 0.05)。当我们进行干热河谷地区生态恢复时,以上结果对于确定余甘子的取样策略具有指导意义。  相似文献

余甘子(Phyllanthus emblica L. )又名“余甘”、“油柑”、“油甘子”、“山油柑”、“庵摩勒”、“牛甘子”、“喉甘子”、“杨甘”。外国的油柑名称有:“emblic,emblic myrobalan,mirobalano,nelli,amla,aonla,awla,malacca tree,Indian gooseberry(印度猕猴桃)、makarn pom(圆形罗望子果)。余甘子为大戟科叶下珠属(油柑属)落叶乔木或灌木。它既是一种药用植物和粗生、高产、优质水果,又是一种水土保持、绿化荒山、荒地的优良树种和优美风景树。  相似文献

余甘子天然居群果实形态变异研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了从数量性状上分析余甘子天然居群果实表型性状在居群间和居群内的变异,在云南省选取了6个余甘子天然居群,分别测量了其8个果实表型性状并作比较分析。结果显示:(1)余甘子果实表型性状在居群间和居群内存在着较丰富的变异,8个果实性状在居群间的F值为20.17~35.21,部分差异达到显著水平;居群内的F值为1.27~3.07,差异均达到极显著水平。(2)余甘子居群内的平均表型变异接近90%,是余甘子果实表型遗传变异的主要来源。(3)余甘子表型性状的变化与生态和地理因子显著相关;主成分分析结果显示,单果重、果实横径、外果皮重、果核宽、果核重等5个表型性状指标是反映滇西北余甘子果实表型差异的主要因素。  相似文献

为全面了解余甘子转录组SSR位点的分布特征和变异规律,本研究利用Illumina Hiseq 4000平台对余甘子叶片转录组进行测序,通过MISA软件对获得的Unigenes进行SSR位点搜索和统计分析。结果发现9 538条包含SSR位点的Unigenes,共检测到9 991个SSR位点,平均每5.49 kB出现1个SSR。单碱基和二碱基为余甘子转录组SSR主要重复类型,分别占SSR总数的42.3%和30.79%。位于基因编码区的SSR位点共有1 731个,出现频率为0.039 SSRs/kB,优势重复类型为三碱基重复。余甘子转录组SSR中共有169种重复基元,其中所占比例最高的是A/T(42.10%),其次是AG/CT(22.91%)和AAG/CTT(5.02%)。SSR各基元的重复次数波动于4~75次,且多数集中于4~20次。重复片段长度≥ 20 bp的SSR占21.20%,且SSR发生频率与片段长度呈显著负相关(P<0.01),相关系数为-0.561。本研究获得的余甘子转录组SSR位点出现频率较高、分布密度较大、低级重复基元较多,重复次数较高、长片段较多,大多数SSR位点的多态性潜能较高,用于余甘子遗传多样性分析的潜力较大,为下一步余甘子转录组SSR标记的大规模开发和群体遗传学研究提供了重要的数据信息,进而为余甘子野生资源的保护和合理开发利用提供了参考依据。  相似文献

以余甘子干粉为材料,利用超声波辅助提取余甘子总黄酮。单因素试验分析液料比、乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声功率对余甘子总黄酮提取率的影响,在此基础上,利用响应面分析法对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,余甘子总黄酮最佳提取条件为:液料比82:1(V/W)、乙醇浓度45%、超声时间41 min、超声功率210 W,在此条件下余甘子总黄酮的实际提取率为6.12%。  相似文献

余甘子(Phylanthus emblica)是干热河谷植被的重要特征种和建群树种。本文通过模拟金沙江干热河谷典型地区元谋盆地4月气候条件下,研究了余甘子种子的活力散失机制及其有关生理生化变化情况,并对余甘子天然群落的自然更新状况进行了调查。结果表明: 随着高温干旱处理时间延长,种子活力不断降低,相对电导率、Pro含量和MDA含量呈持续上升趋势;呼吸强度、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、可溶性糖含量呈单峰曲线变化;膜保护酶系统活力降低和保护性物质含量减少是造成种子活力下降的主要因素;实验处理的第18天至第24天是余甘子种子抵御逆境的临界期;每年3月下旬至4月上、中旬,应采取人工辅助措施来提高其种子的天然更新能力。  相似文献

In this review, we provide an overview of the role of glucosinolates and other phytochemical compounds present in the Brassicaceae in relation to plant protection and human health. Current knowledge of the factors that influence phytochemical content and profile in the Brassicaceae is also summarized and multi-factorial approaches are briefly discussed. Variation in agronomic conditions (plant species, cultivar, developmental stage, plant organ, plant competition, fertilization, pH), season, climatic factors, water availability, light (intensity, quality, duration) and CO2 are known to significantly affect content and profile of phytochemicals. Phytochemicals such as the glucosinolates and leaf surface waxes play an important role in interactions with pests and pathogens. Factors that affect production of phytochemicals are important when designing plant protection strategies that exploit these compounds to minimize crop damage caused by plant pests and pathogens. Brassicaceous plants are consumed increasingly for possible health benefits, for example, glucosinolate-derived effects on degenerative diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases. Thus, factors influencing phytochemical content and profile in the production of brassicaceous plants are worth considering both for plant and human health. Even though it is known that factors that influence phytochemical content and profile may interact, studies of plant compounds were, until recently, restricted by methods allowing only a reductionistic approach. It is now possible to design multi-factorial experiments that simulate their combined effects. This will provide important information to ecologists, plant breeders and agronomists.  相似文献

常见的沉水植物(苦草、狐尾藻、金鱼藻、黑藻)对水体中的砷(As)有着较强的富集能力,研究沉水植物对As的富集特征对利用沉水植物控制水体As污染及保护人体健康有着重要意义。沉水植物对As的富集能力与水环境中As的浓度、形态、共存离子如磷酸盐、Zn离子等因素相关,其对As的耐受性及富集能力可以通过合适的化学、生物方法得到增强,从而提高沉水植物对含As污水的修复能力。但由于植物基因多样性及水环境因素复杂性,沉水植物对As的运输和解毒机制,以及沉水植物后期的处理和管理技术,仍是今后该领域需要重点关注的问题。  相似文献

Several rhizobacteria play a vital role in plant protection, plant growth promotion and the improvement of soil health. In this study, we have isolated a strain of Lysobacter antibioticus HS124 from rhizosphere and demonstrate its antifungal activity against various pathogens including Phytophthora capsici, a destructive pathogen of pepper plants. L. antibioticus HS124 produced lytic enzymes such as chitinase, β-1,3-glucanase, lipase, protease, and an antibiotic compound. This antibiotic compound was purified by diaion HP-20, silica gel, sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The purified compound was identified as 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid by gas chromatography-electron ionization (GC-EI) and gas chromatography-chemical ionization (GC-CI) mass spectrometry. This antibiotic exhibited destructive activity toward P. capsici hyphae. In vivo experiments utilizing green house grown pepper plants demonstrated the protective effect of L. antibioticus HS124 against P. capsici. The growth of pepper plants treated with L. antibioticus culture was enhanced, resulting in greater protection from fungal disease. Optimum growth and protection was found when cultures were grown in presence of Fe(III). Additionally, the activities of pathogenesis-related proteins such as chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase decreased in roots, but increased in leaves with time after treatment compared to controls. Our results demonstrate L. antibioticus HS124 as a promising candidate for biocontrol of P. capsici in pepper plants.  相似文献

Searching and study on regulatory proteins, which can keep under control the scope of important processes as like as cell adhesion, proliferation, differentiation and morphogenesis, is an actual aim of the current biochemistry. Recently we have identified S-100 proteins in plants of following species: plantain (Plantago major L.), aloe (Aloe arborescens L.), and bilberry (Vaccinum myrtillus L.). Extraction and purification of S-100 proteins gotten from these plants were performed by the method we developed earlier for adhesion proteins of animal tissues. Homogeneity of the studied plant proteins was evaluated and confirmed by HPLC and SDS-electrophoresis in PAAG. Both, plant and animal proteins have appeared to be biologically active at extremely low doses. The tests were performed by adhesiometrical method in short-term tissue culture of mouse's liver in vitro. As a result it was established that the plant proteins insert a membranotropic effect being added in extremely low doses, corresponding to 10(-10)-10(-13) mg/ml. Keeping in mind that the plantain is well known remedy for wound protection and healing, in several experiments we studied the biological effect of plant S-100 proteins on animal cells. It was found that S-100 proteins obtained from plantain influences proliferation of human fibroblasts in vitro. It was found that after the treatment with this protein in low doses the cell growth rate increases essentially.  相似文献

A regulatory hrpL non-virulent mutant of Erwinia amylovora is effective in controlling fire blight disease when inoculated on apple seedlings simultaneously with the pathogenic parental strain. Mechanisms involved in this protective effect were investigated. The use of two marker genes, uidA and lacZ, expressed in the hrpL mutant and the pathogenic strain, respectively, allowed to localize simultaneously the two inoculated strains in plant tissue. An anti-β-glucuronidase antibody was also used to detect the hrpL mutant. Both techniques indicated that the two strains localized mainly in separate areas of the leaf tissue. In addition, leaves infiltrated with the hrpL mutant exhibited a significant increase in peroxidase activity in contrast to a hrp secretion mutant known to be less effective in the protection. It is suggested that protection obtained with the hrpL mutant relies on the physical separation between the mutant and the parental strain after co-inoculation and the rapid and sustained activation of plant defense mechanisms in reactive tissue, i.e. not invaded by the virulent strain.  相似文献

Changes of ultrastructural organization of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L. cv. Samsun) chloroplasts associated with plant protection from oxidative stress during hypothermia were studied. It was found that the chilling hardening (6 days at 8°C) was accompanied by the significant reduction in the number of grana in a chloroplast simultaneously with area reduction of a granum that led to 30% decrease in the total area of grana in tobacco chloroplasts. In the course of tobacco plant hardening, approximately twofold decrease in generation rate of superoxide anion radical and 30% decrease in content of hydrogen peroxide occurred, which indicates retardation of oxidative processes in plant cells during the cold exposure. It is suggested that the ultrastructural changes in chloroplast organization that were found may prevent an overreduction of an electron-transport chain under hypothermia, when the ability of the Calvin cycle to utilize ATP and NADP·H is significantly reduced. The balanced work of components of light and dark photosynthetic phases may prevent the excessive generation of reactive oxygen species and render formation of tobacco plant tolerance to hypothermia.  相似文献
