对6种棘豆属植物(Oxytropis)的13个居群样进行细胞学研究,其中黄花棘豆(O.ochrocephala)、绢毛棘豆(O.tatarica)、甘肃棘豆(O.kansuensis)和铺地棘豆(0.humifusa)为首次报道染色体数目(2n=16)和核型;在胀果棘豆(O.stracheyana)中(2n=48)首次发现B染色体。现有的细胞学资料表明:棘豆属植物中多倍体占总报道数的58%,这说明多倍化在本属植物的进化过程中起着非常重要的作用,但青藏高原仅有一种植物发现多倍体,多倍化并不占主导地位,而主要表现为二倍体水平上的结构变异,即核型不对称性的变化。  相似文献

对产于中国西南部的鹿药属(Maianthemum)4种植物进行了细胞学研究,包括染色体数目,多倍化,非整倍性和随体染色体,以及核型不对称性和核型进化。结果表明:1)除了在云南丽江采集的Maianthemum tatsienensis染色体数目为2n=72之外,其余的居群全为2n=36;2)核型在居群间存在变异,特别是在具中部染色体和近中部染色体的数目以及随体染色体的数目和位置上。此外,M.nanchuanense和M.szechuanicum的核型是首次报道,B染色体也是首次在该属中发现。我们推测鹿药属的进化方式包括频繁的染色体畸变以及不同水平上的多倍化,而中国西南部是该属的分化中心。  相似文献

Cytological observations on eleven species of Ophioglossum revealed low gametic ( n ) chromosome numbers of 30, 34 and 60 in populations of O.eliminatum , contrasting with an earlier report of n = 90 in the same species. The rest of the species is based on n =120.Cytologically studied species of Ophioglossum exhibit a range of chromosome numbers from n = 30 in O.eliminatum to n =720 in O.reticulatum. The weighted highest common factor (HGF) from all the reported chromosome numbers in twelve species was found to be 30. This number is proposed as the palaeobasic chromosome number for the genuS. Reported chromosome numbers which are not multiples of 30 were subjected to sequential analysis, yielding three distinct ultimate base numbers, 4, 5 and 6, which can produce n = 30 in seven different ways. The neobasic number, n= 120, appears to have arisen through various combinations and permutations of these, theoretically 2401 routes; only a relatively few of these routes exist today, suggesting that extreme selection has been exerted against the majority, and further suggesting that Ophioglossum represents an evolutionary dead end through repeated cycles of polyploidy and is possibly at the verge of extinction. The stoichiometric model of evolution, which derives the various chromosome numbers possessed by the twelve species from the basic and ultimate basic chromosome numbers, is used to explain chromosomal evolution in the genus.  相似文献

The chromosome numbers, karyotypes and C values of 18 populations of Plantago depressa and 2 populations of Plantago major from the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, China, were reported in the present study. The results were as follows: the chromosome numbers of P. depressa populations from Yadong County and Nyingchi County of Tibetan Autonomous Region (TAR) were 2n=4x=24, other populations of Pdepressa and Pmajor were 2n=2x=12, and the basic chromosome number of all populations was x=6. All karyotype types were 1A, and the karyotype constitutions were not completely consistent with previous reported results. The 2C value of Pdepressa was reported for the first time, and the 1Cx vaule tended to decrease with increasing ploidy levels. Meanwhile, the 2C value of Pmajor was not identical with previous existing results. The results showed that the variation of 2C value occurred at the inter population level of Pdepressa and Pmajor, also flow cytometry couldn′t be used to estimate the ploidy of the genus Plantago Linn.  相似文献

Ligularia , a highly diversified genus in the eastern Qinghai–Tibet Plateau and adjacent areas, was chosen as a suitable subject in which to study speciation patterns in this 'hot spot' area at the chromosomal level. Chromosome numbers and karyotypes were studied in 23 populations of 14 species, most of which are endemic to this area. The basic number x  = 29 was confirmed for all species. Ligularia virgaurea was found to have diploid and triploid cytotypes, 2 n  = 58 and 87. Other species are only diploid, with 2 n  = 58. The karyotypes of all populations within any species, and all species spanning most sections and covering most of the morphological range in Ligularia , are very similar to each other, belonging to type 2A according to Stebbin's classification. This karyotype was also found in its close allies, e.g. Cremanthodium , Ligulariopsis , Parasenecio , and Sinacalia . Aneuploid reduction of chromosome number from 2 n  = 60 to 58 and karyotypic variation was found in Ligularia and its allies. Such a chromosomal pattern with few polyploids infers that variation of karyotype structure at the diploid level seems to be the predominant feature of chromosomal evolution in this group and sympatric speciation via hybridization and polyploidization has played a minor role in its species diversity.  © 2004 The Linnean Society of London, Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society , 2004, 144 , 329–342.  相似文献

Karyotype studies in eight species of Dalechampia , including 10 natural populations, revealed chromosome numbers (2 n = 36, 46, 138 and 198) differing from two numbers cited in the literature (2 n = 44 and 72). The basic number x = 6, as in the genus Acalypha , may be considered ancestral in Dalechampia. Analysis of chromosome number, haploid chromosome length and karyotype symmetry suggests that the major chromosome mechanism acting in karyotype evolution of Dalechampia is polyploidy, but differences in chromosome morphology may be caused by chromosome rearrangements.  相似文献

The observation of remarkable karyotypic variation in owl monkeys (Aotus trivirgatus) stimulated us to study the chromosomal evolution of this New World genus. As an extension of this project, we examined the chromosome complement of a “phenotype-B” Aotus population from Peru. In addition to karyotype V(2n = 46), two new karyotypes with diploid numbers of 47 and 48 were identified. A G-band comparison of these karyotypes indicated that the chromosome number polymorphism in these Peruvian owl monkeys resulted from a single fusion or fission event involving a single metacentric and two acrocentric chromosome pairs. This mechanism is also known to be responsible for the chromosome number polymorphism in at least two other populations of phenotype B Aotus, one from Colombia and the other from Panama.  相似文献

首次报道了乐昌含笑(Michelia chapensis)的染色体数目和核型。核型公式为2n=38=28m+6sm+4st(2SAT)。与前人认为整个含笑属都为单一的2A型不同,乐昌含笑的核型属于Stebbins的2B型,具有2对近端着丝粒染色体。而且发现在第9对染色体上有小随体的存在。这些表明在含笑属内含有不同的核型。乐昌含笑在细胞学意义上可能是属内比较进化的类群。对染色体结构的细微改变在木兰科植物的种属进化上的作用进行了简要讨论。  相似文献

Chromosome number reflects strong constraints on karyotype evolution, unescaped by the majority of animal taxa. Although there is commonly chromosomal polymorphism among closely related taxa, very large differences in chromosome number are rare. This study reports one of the most extensive chromosomal ranges yet reported for an animal genus. Apiomorpha Rübsaamen (Hemiptera: Coccoidea: Eriococcidae), an endemic Australian gall-inducing scale insect genus, exhibits an extraordinary 48-fold variation in chromosome number with diploid numbers ranging from 4 to about 192. Diploid complements of all other eriococcids examined to date range only from 6 to 28. Closely related species of Apiomorpha usually have very different karyotypes, to the extent that the variation within some species-groups is as great as that across the entire genus. There is extensive chromosomal variation among populations within 17 of the morphologically defined species of Apiomorpha indicating the existence of cryptic species-complexes. The extent and pattern of karyotypic variation suggests rapid chromosomal evolution via fissions and (or) fusions. It is hypothesized that chromosomal rearrangements in Apiomorpha species may be associated with these insects' tracking the radiation of their speciose host genus, Eucalyptus.  相似文献

本文对采集于新疆、青海和四川等地的小麦族(Triticeae Dumortier)10属、52种、370份种子材料进行了细胞学观察。该地区小麦族各属种的染色体数目变化范围是从2n=14到2n=84,前者主要存在于大麦属(Hordeum)、新麦草属(Psathyrostachys)和黑麦属(Secale),而后者全部集中于赖草属(Leymus)。其中染色体数目为2n=28和2n=42的类型出现的频率很高,大多存在于鹅观草属(Roegneria)和披碱草属(Elymus)。除个别种内存在不同倍性的细胞型外,绝大多数种的染色体数目非常稳定。在所有的样本中均没有观察到具非整倍体和B-染色体的材料。  相似文献

采用常规压片法,对13种(含1变种)21居群葱属(Allium L.)植物进行了细胞分类学研究。结果表明:所研究类群的染色体基数为7、8和11,核型的类型为2A、2B和3A型,并且存在2倍体、3倍体和4倍体。主要讨论了葱属根茎组(Sect.Rhizirdium G.Don)部分类群的核型分化和进化机制,高山韭(A.sikkimense Baker)和多星韭(A.wallichii Kunth)的细胞地理学,以及B染色体的多态性及其在生境上的适应意义。最后在本研究的基础上,结合前人的细胞分类学研究结果,对葱属植物的核型进化形成了如下认识:(1)该属植物的原始染色体基数为8,其他基数的类群是由基数为8的类群进化而来的;(2)葱属植物在核型类型的进化上存在两条路线:基数为7的类群核型进化趋势为2A→2B→2C,而基数为8的类群的核型进化趋势为1A→2A→2B→2C;(3)多倍化是葱属植物进化的重要机制之一。  相似文献

This paper is a cytological part of biosystematic studies on Adenophora Fisch. in Heilongjiang, China. Chromosomal numbers and karyotypes of 10 spp. and 1 var. are reported. The results are summarized in Table 1. The chromosomal numbers and karyotypes of 6 spp. and 1 var. are first reported, including tetraploid species (2n=68) (A. pereskiifolia var. alternifolia, A. amurica and A. gmelinii). The basic number of chromosomes in the genus is mainly 17 (x=17), but that of A. trachelioides and A. remotiflora (2n=36) is 18 (x=18), an unique one in the genus. The karyotypes of all the species examined are relatively uniform, which means that they are derived from a common ancestral type. The chromosomes are smaller, varying between 2-4 μm. The majority of chromosomes are m and sm ones. And a pair of sat-chromosomes and a pair of st chromosomes are always present. The centromeric terminalization value of chromosomes is 57.5-61.9%, showing higher symmetry of karyotypes in the genus. The karyotype of A. tetraphylla (2n=34) is the most symmetrical among these species. Based on its morphological characters and distribution, the species may be considered as a relatively primitive member of the genus. The results show two revolutionary trends in karyotypes of the genus: number variation (including polyploidy and aneuploidy) and structural variation. The polyploidy is one of the principal patterns of speciation in the genus. Combined with the other characters, these species are taxonomically discussed, and two new taxa (A. amurica Fu et Liu and A. pereskiifolia ssp. alternifolia (Fuh ex Y. Z. Zhao) Fu et Liu) are confirmed. A. trachelioides and A. remotiflora (both 2n=36) with obvious petioles seems more advanced than the other species (2n 34).  相似文献

The haploid DNA content and karyotypes of eight species of Blennius are studied. Six species had 2n=48, two had 2n=46.The karyotypes of these species have been compared with those of related species of the genus and it was suggested that pericentric inversions played an important role in the evolution of their karyotypes. No sex chromosomes were morphologically identifiable in these gonochorist species. The data are discussed in connection with possible lines of evolution within the genus.  相似文献

This is the first karyotype characterization of Brachiaria species. Twelve accessions belonging to five species were analysed. The basic chromosome number was x = 9 and 7, the same reported for the tribe Paniceae. Variations in the chromosome number were observed in B. decumbens (2n = 18; 36) and B. humidicola (2n = 36; 42; 54). Chromosome numbers of 2n = 18 in B. ruziziensis and 2n = 36 in B. brizantha and B. jubata were recorded. Inter- and intraspecific karyotype differentiation of the accessions analysed was facilitated by variations in karyotypic symmetry. The karyotypes were generally considered symmetrical, with a tendency to asymmetry in the direction of the polyploids. It is suggested that addition, deletions and mainly polyploidy have been the most direct causes involved in the chromosome evolution of this genus.  相似文献

Karyotypes of four Chinese species of field mice of the genus Apodemus were examined, including Apodemus chevrieri(diploid chromosome number,2 n=48, fundamental number of autosomal arms,FNa=56), A. draco(2 n=48, FNa=48), A. ilex(2 n=48, FNa=48), and A. latronum(2 n=48, FNa=48).Karyotypes of A. chevrieri, A. draco, and A. ilex are reported here for the first time, providing useful information for their species taxonomy. Determining the karyotypes of all species of Apodemus in Asia,both in this and previous studies, provides a solid overview of the chromosome evolution and species differentiation of the genus in East Asia. In addition to allopatric speciation, chromosome rearrangements likely played an important role in the formation of the four Apodemus species groups as well as speciation within each group in East Asia. For example, increased centromeric heterochromatin in A. latronum may have contributed to the post-mating reproductive isolation from the A. draco-A. ilex-A. semotus clade.  相似文献

采用常规染色体制片方法对雏蝗属的褐色雏蝗Chorthippusbrunneus(Thunb .) ,异色雏蝗C .big uttulus(Linnaeus) ,小翅雏蝗C .fallax(Zub .) ,青藏雏蝗C .qingzangensis(Ying)的染色体核型进行分析 ,结果 :染色体数目均为 2n(♂ ) =1 7=1 6+XO ;常染色体类型为两类 ,中着丝点染色体 (m ,6条 )和端着丝点染色体 (T ,1 0条 ) ;性染色体类型为端着丝点。褐色雏蝗、异色雏蝗和青藏雏蝗的核型公式和染色体的相对长度组成为K( 2n ,♂ ) =1 7=6m +1 1T =6L +6M +4S +XO ,K( 2n ,♀ ) =1 8=6m +1 2T =6L +6M +4S +XX ;小翅雏蝗的为K( 2n,♂ ) =1 7=6m +1 1T =6L +4M +6S +XO ,K( 2n ,♀ ) =1 8=6m +1 2T =6L +4M +6S+XX。褐色雏蝗性染色体中部有次缢痕。染色体臂数 4种均为NF =2 3(♂ ) ,2 4 (♀ )。  相似文献

The Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau is biologically diverse, with 9556 species of vascular plants in the 2,500,000 km2 plateau area. We focused on seed plants from the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau. A total of 9321 species in the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau were recorded. Sixty-one of these genera are Chinese endemics. Our results suggested that the flora of the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau was characterized by relatively few polyploids, and aneuploidy was also considered as relatively rare. We inferred that aneuploidy may be affected by environmental factors and the addition or loss of centromeres. Furthermore, the highest frequency of polyploids was found among perennial herbs. Annuals had low polyploidy, and perennials had high polyploidy. Species richness was correlated with the incidence of polyploids, environmental conditions, and reproductive isolation.  相似文献

对青藏高原长花马先蒿9个居群的核型及细胞地理学进行研究,所有居群的染色体数目均为2n=16,染色体基数为x=8。现有的细胞学资料表明:分布于云南中甸的居群可能为较原始的类群,而分布于西藏日土和青海门源的居群较为进化。长花马先蒿的9个居群均为二倍体,并未出现多倍化现象,可能是由于在末次冰期青藏高原存在广泛的避难所,二倍体得到很好的保存,冰期对它们的影响不是很大; 也可能是对环境的选择压力造成的。  相似文献

采用常规压片法对大戟科野桐属4种(含变种)6个居群进行了体细胞染色体数目和核型研究。研究结果显示其染色体数目为2n=22或2n=44,核型均为1A。核型公式分别为:绒毛野桐2n=4x=44m;白背叶2n=20m 2sm或2n=2x=22m或2n=20m(2sat) 2sm;广西白背叶2n=2x=22m;毛桐2n=2x=22m。其中白背叶[Mallotus apelta(Lour.)Muell.-Arg.]、广西白背叶[M.apelta(Lour.)Muell.-Arg.var.kwangsiensisMetic.]和毛桐[M.barbatus(Wall.)Muell.-Arg.]的染色体数目和核型均为首次报道。根据野桐属细胞分类学资料推测,多倍化和异基数变异是野桐属属内物种形成的重要方式。  相似文献

We studied karyotypes and other chromosomal markers such as C-banded heterochromatin and Ag-stained nucleolus organizer regions (Ag-NORs), in seven Centropyge fishes (Pomacanthidae, Perciformes). These results revealed diversified chromosomal characteristics in Centropyge species. Three species had 2n = 48 chromosomes, whereas four species had 2n = 52 chromosomes. Fundamental numbers showed a large variation from 48 to 82, particularly in the species with 2n = 52 chromosomes. In all the species, Ag-NORs were located in a single chromosome pair and C-bands were mainly distributed in the centromeric regions of most chromosomes, as commonly seen in teleostean fishes. However, these chromosomal markers showed species-specific variations and provided us with useful information that could help us in understanding chromosomal evolution. On the basis of these chromosomal characteristics, we infer the process of chromosomal evolution, which according to us involves an increase in chromosome number from 2n = 48 to 2n = 52 through centric fission or other mechanisms, and in fundamental number through pericentric inversion.
