Energy budgets were calculated for the southern catfish, Silurus meridionalis, fed diets replacing 0%, 13%, 26%, 39%, 52% and 65% fish meal protein with soybean meal (SBM) protein with or without methionine supplementation to apparent satiation at 27.5 degrees C. With increasing dietary soybean protein levels (SPL), the feed energy lost in feces, excretion and metabolism increased, while that available for growth decreased (P<0.05). When 0.12% or 0.26% methionine at 39% SPL was added to reach that in body carcass or the control group (0% SPL), no significant differences were found in each component of energy budgets. When 0.21% or 0.33% methionine at 52% SPL was added to reach the content of methionine in body carcass or the control group, energy spent on growth increased, but that on excretion and metabolism decreased (P<0.05). These results suggested that the differences in growth rate among the southern catfish fed the diets with different SPL were due to decreasing absorption rate, increasing excretion and metabolism with increasing dietary SPL. The most important factor limiting the use of soybean protein was the imbalance of essential amino acids, which resulted in more energy spent on metabolism and excretion, less energy on growth. Supplementation of methionine produced a relatively better amino acid profile and subsequently improved the utilization of soybean protein at high SPL, which resulted in less energy used for metabolism or lost in excretion and more energy available for growth.  相似文献

Growth and digestibility trials were conducted using African catfish, Clarias gariepinus (Burchell 1822): (1) to obtain apparent digestibility coefficient (ADC) values for capelin fish meal, soybean flour and corn meal; (2) to formulate diets based on ADC values of the protein feedstuffs; and (3) to evaluate the effects of replacing 25%, 50% and 75% of fish meal in control diets with soybean flour on growth, feed utilization efficiency and carcass composition. Supplemental methionine was added to the diet formulation in which soybean flour replaced 75% of the diet. Diets were formulated (400 g digestible protein kg−1 and 15 kJ digestible energy g−1 dry diet) and fed to catfish fingerlings (13.1 ± 0.5 g) to apparent satiation twice daily for 70 days. The protein and energy digestibilities of fish meal and soybean flour were high (>90% and >80%, respectively; P < 0.05). At 75% fish meal replacement with soybean flour (without methionine supplementation), growth and feed utilization efficiency indicators were depressed compared with other diet treatments which had a similar (P > 0.05) growth and feed utilization efficiency to those fed the control diet. The carcass compositions of catfish in all diets were similar (P > 0.05) and the liver histology of catfish fed any of the diets showed no alterations. The results obtained indicate that 50% of fish meal protein in practical catfish diets can be replaced with soybean flour and that catfish can effectively utilize supplemental methionine, thereby allowing up to 75% of the dietary fish meal protein to be replaced by soybean flour.  相似文献

为了探究鱼溶浆、酶解鱼溶浆和酶解鱼浆完全替代鱼粉后对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)生长的影响, 在黄颡鱼实用型日粮配方模式下, 以28%的日本级蒸汽鱼粉为对照(FM), 按照FM组鱼粉蛋白质量的15%、30%和45%三个梯度, 分别添加鱼溶浆(SW15、SW30和SW45)、酶解鱼溶浆(SWH15、SWH30和SWH45)、酶解鱼浆(FPH15、FPH30和FPH45)完全替代鱼粉, 设计共10组等氮等能日粮, 每组设定3个重复, 在池塘网箱中养殖初始体重(18.68±0.10) g /尾黄颡鱼60d。结果显示: (1)以FM为对照, SW的3个试验组黄颡鱼的SGR降低9.89%—20.33%(P<0.05), FCR增加18.79%—44.85%(P<0.05); SWH试验组中SWH15和SWH45的SGR相对FM组分别降低8.79%和14.84%, FCR相对FM组增加16.97%和27.88%, 差异显著(P<0.05); FPH试验组中FPH15和FPH45的SGR相对FM组降低13.18%和15.38%, FCR相对FM增加30.30%和29.70%, 差异显著(P<0.05); (2)SWH30和FPH30组的SGR、FCR与FM组无显著差异(P>0.05); (3)相对于SW, 同等添加量SWH的SGR增加4.40%—9.39%, FCR降低9.81%—15.31%(P<0.05); (4)与FM组的FIFO值相比, SW30、SWH30和FPH30的FIFO值仅为0.67、0.61和0.60, 降低67.67%—70.15%(P<0.05)。结果表明: 在黄颡鱼日粮中, 8.5%添加量的酶解鱼溶浆(干物质)、8.2%添加量的酶解鱼浆(干物质)可以完全替代鱼粉(28%), 而相应的FIFO值分别比鱼粉组降低了69.95%和70.15%; 酶解鱼溶浆对黄颡鱼的生长效果优于鱼溶浆。日粮中过高或过低添加量的鱼溶浆、酶解鱼溶浆和酶解鱼浆都会导致黄颡鱼的生长速度和饲料效率下降。  相似文献

This study investigated the long-term effects of total and partial replacement of dietary fish meal (FM) by a mixture of agricultural products on sperm quality of African catfish Clarias gariepinus. Four isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated containing graded levels of either 50% FM and maize meal (diet 1); 25% FM mixed with crude sunflower oil cake (SFOC) and bean meal (BM) (diet 2); 12.5% FM mixed with sunflower oil cake, BM and ground nut oil cake (GOC) (diet 3) and 0% FM mixed with de-hulled sunflower oil cake (SFOCD), BM and ground nut oil cake (diet 4). Gonadosomatic index (GSI), sperm quality, plasma sex steroids (11-keto testosterone [11-KT]; testosterone [T]; estradiol-17beta [E2]) were evaluated on 10 to 24 fish fed on each diet. Sperm quality was assessed using computer-assisted sperm analysis (CASA). Total replacement of fish meal by plant products markedly increased sperm volume, spermatocrit, spermatozoa integrity, and sperm motility. Fish fed diet 3 (12.5% fish meal) provided intermediate results on sperm quality whereas the lowest values were obtained in fish fed diets 1 and 2. In fish fed 0% fish meal (diet 4), androgen levels were higher and estrogen levels were lower than in fish fed fish meal diets. Based on dietary lipid and fatty acid analyses, these results suggest a positive impact of short chain n-6 fatty acids on androgen synthesis and sperm quality. In conclusion, a combination of ground nut oil cake, bean meal and sunflower oil cake (preferably when the sunflower is dehulled) in African catfish diet improves the sperm quality.  相似文献

以初始平均体重(2.02±0.02)g的牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)为实验对象,进行为期70d的摄食生长实验,研究不同添加方式的植酸酶对牙鲆生长和饲料利用的影响。在5000.0g豆粕中添加2.5g植酸酶,然后用产朊假丝酵母(Candidautilis)进行发酵预处理,得到植酸酶预处理豆粕。共制作4种等氮等能(粗蛋白49.7%、总能20.9kJ/g)饲料,对照饲料主要以鱼粉为蛋白源;在对照饲料的基础上,用豆粕蛋白替代45%的鱼粉蛋白配制成豆粕组饲料;在每千克豆粕组饲料中添加1000IU植酸酶,配制成植酸酶组饲料;用植酸酶预处理豆粕蛋白替代45%的鱼粉蛋白配制成植酸酶预处理豆粕组饲料。结果表明,与对照组相比较,用豆粕蛋白替代饲料中45%的鱼粉蛋白,若不添加植酸酶则显著降低牙鲆的特定生长率(P0.01)、饲料效率、蛋白质效率和氮贮积率(P0.05);直接添加植酸酶组、植酸酶预处理豆粕组牙鲆的特定生长率、饲料效率、蛋白质效率和氮贮积率与鱼粉对照组相比较没有出现显著差异(P0.05);与不添加植酸酶的豆粕组相比较,在含豆粕饲料中添加1000IU/kg饲料的植酸酶显著提高牙鲆的特定生长率(P0.01)、氮贮积率(P0.05)和磷贮积率(P0.01),显著降低氮排放率(P0.05)和磷排放率(P0.01),但饲料效率和蛋白质效率没有显著变化(P0.05);在豆粕中添加植酸酶进行发酵预处理,降低了豆粕中植酸含量,在饲料中添加植酸酶预处理豆粕显著提高牙鲆的特定生长率(P0.01)、饲料效率、蛋白质效率和氮贮积率(P0.05),显著降低氮(P0.05)、磷和钙的排放率(P0.01)。    相似文献

Five isonitrogenous and isocaloric diets [containing 54, 30, 15, 10, and 5% fishmeal crude-protein (CP), dry matter (DM) basis] were prepared by replacing fishmeal with poultry by-product meal plus soybean meal to feed juvenile largemouth bass (LMB, with an initial mean body weight of 4.9 g) for 8 weeks. All diets contained 54% CP and 13% lipids. There were four tanks of fish per treatment group (15 fish/tank). The fish were fed twice daily with the same feed intake (g/fish) in all the dietary groups. Results indicated that the inclusion of 15% fishmeal protein in the diet is sufficient for LMB growth. However, some of the fish that were fed diets containing ≤ 15% fishmeal CP had black skin syndrome (characterized by skin darkening and retinal degeneration, as well as intestinal and liver atrophies and structural abnormalities). The concentrations of taurine, methionine, threonine and histidine in serum were reduced (P < 0.05) in fish fed the diets containing 5, 10 and 15% fishmeal CP, compared with the 30 and 54% fishmeal CP diets. Interestingly, the concentrations of tyrosine and tryptophan in serum were higher in fish fed diets with ≤ 15% fishmeal CP than those in the 54% fishmeal CP group. These results indicated that 15% fishmeal CP in the diet containing poultry by-product meal and soybean meal was sufficient for the maximum growth and feed efficiency in LMB but inadequate for their intestinal, skin, eye, and liver health. A reduction in dietary methionine and taurine content and the possible presence of antinutritional factors in the fishmeal replacements diets containing high inclusion levels of soybean meal may contribute to black skin syndrome in LMB. We recommend that the diets of juvenile LMB contain 30% fishmeal CP (DM basis).

Dry diets containing either fish meal (C-FM) or dried fermented fish silage and soybean meal blend (1:1, ww−1) (C-FS) as the sole protein source, were fed to triplicate groups of juvenile Clarias gariepinus (10.8 ± 0.3 g) at 5% body weight per day for 70 days. Catfish fed the C-FS diet showed reduced (P < 0.05) growth rate, feed conversion, protein efficiency and digestibility. Lower amounts of available amino acids in the C-FS diet resulted in inferior nutritive value for catfish growth than in the C-FM diet. Postprandial changes in plasma amino acids showed similar patterns in both diet treatments, but the maximal mean levels attained for the C-FS diet were correspondingly lower and occurred earlier than with the C-FM diet. There were no effects of feeding C-FS diet on the hepatosomatic index but carcass analysis showed that body protein deposition was lower (P < 0.05). Differences in haematocrit, haemoglobin content and liver histology were demonstrated but were not pathological. Lower digestible energy of C-FS diet also contributed to the poor performance of catfish in this treatment. Results of this study indicate that C. gariepinus cannot metabolize protein from co-dried fish silage as efficiently as fish meal protein when used as the sole dietary protein.  相似文献

研究旨在评估蝇蛆粉(MGM)替代鱼粉(FM)对杂交黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)“黄优 1 号”幼鱼生长、体组成和抗氧化能力的影响。实验设计 6 组等氮(粗蛋白 42%)饲料, 分别使用蝇蛆粉替代 0、20%、40%、60%、80%和100%的鱼粉蛋白, 分别记为 G0、G20、G40、G60、G80和G100。将初始体重为(0.62±0.01) g的杂交黄颡鱼幼鱼随机分为 6 组, 进行为期 8 周的投喂实验。实验结束时测定其生长性能、全鱼体组成和肝组织与血清中的抗氧化酶活性(SOD、CAT、GR和T-AOC)。结果显示: (1)与 G0 相比, G20 与 G40 组杂交黄颡鱼幼鱼的特定生长率并未出现显著性差异(P>0.05), G60、G80 与G100组的幼鱼的特定生长率表现出显著的负面影响(P<0.05)。与 G0 相比, G20 与 G40 组的饲料系数并未出现显著性差异(P>0.05), G60、G80 与 G100 的饲料系数显著性升高(P<0.05)。不同替代组杂交黄颡鱼幼鱼的存活率没有显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)各替代组杂交黄颡鱼幼鱼的全鱼体组成与形体指标没有显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)G20 组杂交黄颡鱼血清与肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性略高于 G0 组, 但没有显著性差异(P>0.05), 肝脏 CAT 活性与总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)在 G40 中出现显著升高(P<0.05)。肝脏中 GR 与 SOD 活性、血清中 SOD 活性与 T-AOC 在 G80 组显著下降(P<0.05)。综上所述, 蝇蛆粉可以替代 40% 的鱼粉并不会对杂交黄颡鱼的生长性能、体组成和抗氧化能力造成显著的负面影响。  相似文献

The effects of moist extrusion processing of diets containing fish meal (FM) and conventional defatted soybean meal (SBM) or untoasted defatted soybean meal (white flakes [WF]) on amino acid composition, trypsin inhibitor activity (TIA), and apparent total tract digestibility of nutrients were studied. Three diets with the nutritional characteristics of feeds for salmonid fish were formulated: one control based on FM as protein source and two others where 40% of total amino acids from FM were substituted by either SBM or WF. Each diet was fed to mink either as an unextruded mixture of the ingredients or as extruded pellets in order to determine the effect of extrusion processing. Extrusion did not change the amino acid composition of the diets significantly, but reduced the TIA of both diets containing soy products by approximately 76%. Intake of the unextruded WF diet was only one-third compared with the other diets. The dry matter concentration in faeces from mink fed diets containing soy products was significantly lower than in mink fed the FM diet. Digestibility of crude protein, all amino acids and fat was lower, but starch higher, in the unextruded WF diet than in the FM and SBM diets, whereas no significant differences were found among the extruded diets. Extrusion of the WF diet increased digestibility of protein and all amino acids. The greatest increase in digestibility after extrusion of the WF diet was observed for cysteine followed by tryptophan. Extrusion of the FM and SBM diets had no significant effect on amino acid digestibility. Digestibility of starch was, in general, increased by extrusion. It is concluded that the heat treatment involved in typical moist extrusion processing used for fish feed may be sufficient to inactivate most of the TIA in unheated soybean meal, and to increase digestibility of the protein in WF to approximately the same level as found for SBM and FM. Still, extrusion is a lenient process with minor effects on nutrient digestibility of diets containing fish meal or toasted soybean meal as major protein sources.  相似文献

黄颡鱼饲料中添加谷胱甘肽降低藻毒素毒性作用的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过60d的生长实验研究饲料中不同含量的谷胱甘肽(GSH)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Richardson)摄食含蓝藻粉饲料后的毒性保护作用。共配制6种近似等氮等能(粗蛋白45%,总能19.5kJ/g)的实验饲料。以不添加蓝藻粉、不添加GSH的饲料组作为正对照,其他5种饲料均添加7.5%的藻粉,微囊藻毒素(Microc ystins,MCs)含量约为58μg/g,GSH添加量分别为:0(负对照)、200、500、800和1400mg/kg。实验结果表明,第1至第30天时,负对照组与正对照组实验鱼的摄食率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。第31至第60天时,负对照组实验鱼的摄食率显著高于正对照和其他GSH添加组(P0.05),但各GSH添加组肾脏中GSH显著低于正对照而高于负对照(P<0.05)。200、500和800mg/kg GSH添加组肝脏和肌肉中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于负对照(P<0.05)。在整个实验期间,随着饲料中GSH含量的增加,肝脏、肾脏、全肠和肌肉中微囊藻毒素含量先显著下降,当GSH添加量为500和800mg/kg时达到稳定,直至GSH添加量为1400mg/kg时显著上升。根据对黄颡鱼增重,肝脏和肌肉中MDA的含量以及组织中毒素的分析,在饲料中添加500-800mg/kg GSH可以有效缓解黄颡鱼饲料中微囊藻毒素的毒性。    相似文献

In previous growth experiments with carnivorous southern catfish (Silurus meridionalis), the non-fecal energy lose was positively related to dietary carbohydrate level. To test whether metabolic energy expenditure accounts for such energy loss, an experiment was performed with southern catfish juveniles (33.2-71.9 g) to study the effect of dietary carbohydrate level on fasting metabolic rate and specific dynamic action (SDA) at 27.5 degrees C. The fasting metabolic rate in this catfish was increased with dietary carbohydrate level, and the specific dynamic action (SDA) coefficient (energy expended on SDA as percent of assimilated energy) was not affected by dietary carbohydrate level. The results suggest that in southern catfish, carbohydrate overfeeding increases metabolic rate to oxidize unwanted assimilated carbohydrate. A discussion on the poor capacity of intermediate metabolism for adapting dietary carbohydrate in carnivorous fish and its possible relationship with facultative component of SDA was also documented in this paper.  相似文献

为比较斑点叉尾鲖(Ictalurus punctatus)对不同形式赖氨酸的利用效果, 设置了鱼粉含量5%、豆粕含量15%的正对照饲料, 及鱼粉含量2.5%、豆粕含量0的负对照饲料, 在负对照饲料基础上, 分别添加晶体赖氨酸盐酸盐、晶体赖氨酸硫酸盐以及微囊赖氨酸盐酸盐, 使其赖氨酸含量达到与正对照饲料一致的水平, 共配制5组等氮等能饲料, 饲养平均体重为(54.40.1) g的斑点叉尾鲖60d, 考察不同形式赖氨酸对斑点叉尾鲖生长、血清生化指标和蛋白质消化酶活性的影响。结果表明, 与负对照组相比, 添加晶体赖氨酸盐酸盐和晶体赖氨酸硫酸盐对斑点叉尾鲖的生长性能影响不显著(P0.05), 而添加微囊赖氨酸盐酸盐提高斑点叉尾鲖增重率20.7% (P0.05), 降低饲料系数16.0% (P0.05), 在增重率与饲料系数方面达到与正对照组基本一致的水平(P0.05)。与负对照组相比, 在饲料中添加晶体赖氨酸盐酸盐、晶体赖氨酸硫酸盐以及微囊赖氨酸盐酸盐对血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶及肠蛋白酶活性的影响均不显著(P0.05), 但显著提高了胃蛋白酶活性(P0.05)。此外, 添加微囊赖氨酸盐酸盐还显著提高了肝胰脏蛋白酶活性(P0.05)。上述结果表明, 在低赖氨酸实用饲料中补充晶体赖氨酸盐酸盐或赖氨酸硫酸盐对斑点叉尾鲖的生长性能改善作用不显著(P0.05), 而补充微囊赖氨酸盐酸盐则能显著提高斑点叉尾鲖增重率, 降低饲料系数。  相似文献

为探讨鱼溶浆(SW)对黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)胆汁酸代谢的影响, 以30%鱼粉日粮为对照(FM), 在无鱼粉日粮中分别添加约8% (SW8)、17% (SW17)和25% (SW25)的鱼溶浆(干物质), 设计4组等氮等能日粮, 在池塘网箱中养殖黄颡鱼[初始体重(15.67±0.11) g] 60d。结果显示: 与FM组相比, SW25组黄颡鱼全鱼脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05), SW17、SW25组肝胰脏脂肪含量显著降低; 同时, SW17、SW25组血清胆固醇降低11.9%—16.6%, 甘油三酯降低32.5%—47.9% (P<0.05)。SW25组肝胰脏胆汁酸水平比FM组降低了76.3% (P<0.05), 而在血清、肠道中胆汁酸水平升高了125.7%和123.3% (P<0.05)。黄颡鱼肝胰脏CYP7A1基因的mRNA表达量没有显著变化(P>0.05), BSEP、ABCC4、NTCP 基因的表达量随鱼溶浆添加量增加而呈现上升趋势, SW25组的表达量比FM组高16.9%、68.2%和222.8%, ABCC4、NTCP表达量变化显著(P<0.05)。结果表明: 在无鱼粉日粮中添加25%的鱼溶浆(干物质), 不影响黄颡鱼肝胰脏胆汁酸的合成作用, 但促使胆汁酸向血液、肠道中转移, 增强了脂肪的能量代谢作用, 减少鱼体脂肪沉积。  相似文献

The effect of partial or total dietary substitution of fishmeal (FM) by vegetal protein sources on growth and feed efficiency was carried out in on-growing gilthead sea bream (mean initial weight 131 g). The Control diet (FM 100) contained FM as the primary protein source, while in Diets FM 25 and FM 0 the FM protein was replaced at 75% and 100%, respectively, by a vegetable protein mixture consisting of wheat gluten, soybean meal, rapeseed meal and crystalline amino acids. Diets FM 25 and FM 0 also contained krill meal at 47 g/kg in order to improve palatability. At the end of the trial (after 158 d), fish survival was above 90%. Final weight and the specific growth rate were statistically lower in fish fed the Control diet (361 g and 0.64%/d), compared with 390–396 g and 0.69–0.70%/d after feeding vegetal diets. No significant differences were found regarding feed intake and feed conversion ratio. The digestibility of protein and amino acids (determined with chromium oxide as indicator) was similar in all diets. The blood parameters were not significantly affected by treatments. The activity of trypsin and pepsin was significantly reduced after feeding Diet FM 0. In the distal intestine, the villi length in fish fed Diet FM 25 was significantly longer and the intestine of the fish fed the FM 100 diet showed a smaller number of goblet cells. In conclusion, a total FM substitution by a vegetal mix supplemented with synthetic amino acids in on-growing sea bream is feasible.  相似文献

为考察正常及氧化鱼油、豆油、混合油脂(鱼油﹕豆油=1﹕1)对斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)生长性能、体色和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响, 设计6组等氮等脂饲料, 分别添加6%鱼油、6%豆油、3%鱼油+3%豆油、6%氧化鱼油、6%氧化豆油、3%氧化鱼油+3%氧化豆油, 饲喂6组初始体重(150.5±4.2 g)的斑点叉尾鮰8周, 每组3个重复, 每个重复14尾鱼。结果表明, 摄食6%鱼油、6%豆油、3%鱼油+3%豆油饲料的斑点叉尾鮰在增重率、饲料系数、肌肉组成、体色和肝脏抗氧化指标上均无显著差异(P>0.05); 摄食3组氧化油脂饲料后, 鱼体增重率和肌肉粗脂肪含量降低(P<0.05), 饲料系数和背部、尾部皮肤b*(黄度值)增加(P<0.05), 肝脏丙二醛(MDA)和血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)和直接胆红素升高(DBIL)(P<0.05), 肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、还原型谷胱甘肽降低(GSH)(P<0.05), 而肌肉色度值(L*、a* 、b*)和肌肉水分、粗蛋白质、灰分含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上结果表明, 6%氧化油脂(鱼油、豆油或混合油脂)导致斑点叉尾鮰生长性能下降、皮肤黄度增加、肝脏抗氧化能力受损; 豆油可替代斑点叉尾鮰饲料中鱼油的使用, 而不会对生长产生负面影响。  相似文献

本试验比较研究了不同蛋白源(鱼粉,FM;大豆分离蛋白,SPI)基础饲料中添加大豆低聚糖(SBOS)对牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)消化道(胃、幽门盲囊、前肠、中肠和后肠)和肝脏消化酶活性、饲料表观消化率和消化道(胃、小肠)组织结构的影响。分别以FM、SPI作为主要蛋白源,配制了4种等氮等能饲料。其中,饲料FM、SPI分别以FM、SPI作为主要蛋白源;饲料FMO、SPIO分别在饲料FM、SPI基础上添加10%SBOS(水苏糖:2.61%;棉籽糖:0.61%)。试验表明:①饲料中添加SBOS普遍降低了牙鲆消化道和肝脏蛋白酶活性,但差异均不显著(p > 0.05)。FM基础饲料中添加SBOS显著降低了肝脏脂肪酶活性(p < 0.05),而对消化道脂肪酶活性无显著影响;SPI基础饲料中添加SBOS显著提高了前肠脂肪酶活性,降低了胃和中肠脂肪酶的活性,而对幽门盲囊、后肠和肝脏脂肪酶活性均无显著影响。FM基础饲料中添加SBOS显著降低了中肠淀粉酶活性,提高了胃淀粉酶活性(p < 0.05),而对幽门盲囊、前肠、后肠和肝脏淀粉酶活性无显著影响;SPI基础饲料中添加SBOS显著提高了胃和前肠淀粉酶活性,降低了中肠脂肪酶活性(p < 0.05),而对幽门盲囊、后肠和肝脏淀粉酶活性无显著影响;②FM基础饲料中添加SBOS显著降低了饲料干物质表观消化率(p < 0.05),而对粗蛋白、粗脂肪和能量表观消化率均无显著影响(p > 0.05)。SPI基础饲料中添加SBOS对干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和能量表观消化率均无显著影响;③饲料中添加SBOS对牙鲆胃和小肠组织结构均无明显负面影响。试验结果表明,饲料中添加SBOS对牙鲆消化道和肝脏消化酶活性、饲料表观消化率和消化道组织结构均没有表现出明显的负面效应;大豆蛋白源中含有的SBOS不是影响牙鲆对其利用率差的主要因素。  相似文献

Six isonitrogenous (crude protein content: 38%) and isoenergetic (gross energy content: 17 kJ g?1) diets were formulated to investigate the effects of inclusion of blue‐green algae meal on gibel carp (Carassius auratus gibelio). In each diet, 15% of the protein was supplied by fishmeal; the remainder was supplied by soybean meal and blue‐green algae meal. Diet 1 was used as control with no blue‐green algae meal whereas the content in diets 2–6 was 15.15, 29.79, 44.69, 59.58 and 74.48%, respectively. Each diet was fed to five groups of gibel carp for 12 weeks in a flow‐through system. Final body weight and specific growth rate (SGR) of fish fed diet 5 were significantly lower than the control diet (P < 0.05). Mortality of gibel carp increased with increase in algae meal inclusion (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between fish fed diets 3–6 (P > 0.05). Feed conversion efficiency (FCE) decreased with the increase in algae meal inclusion (P < 0.05). Fish‐fed diet 6 showed the highest feeding rate (P < 0.05), while there were no significant differences among the other groups (P > 0.05). Apparent digestibility coefficient of dry matter, protein, and energy decreased with increasing algae meal inclusion in the diets (P < 0.05). Aspartate aminotransferase (GOT) activity in the liver was not significantly different among groups (P > 0.05). Liver alanine aminotransferase (GPT) activity of fish‐fed diets 4, 5 and 6 was significantly lower than the control diet (diet 1; P < 0.05). 为了筛选适宜于养殖中华绒螯蟹幼蟹的饲料植物蛋白源,探究不同植物蛋白源饲料对幼蟹生长性能、氨基酸沉积率和抗氧化性能等方面的影响,以50%的鱼粉配制基础饲料(记为FM),分别采用30.5%发酵豆粕、32.5%豆粕、28%棉粕和39%菜粕替代基础饲料中鱼粉总量的50%,配制成4种等氮等能的饲料(分别记为FSBM、SBM、CSM和RSM),投喂初始体重为(0.249±0.003)g的中华绒螯蟹幼蟹8周。结果表明:(1)与FM组相比,FSBM、SBM和CSM组的增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数、蛋白质效率和蛋白质沉积率均没有显著性差异;RSM组的增重率与FM组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著低于SBM组(P < 0.05),而其饲料系数则显著高于FM、FSBM及SBM组(P < 0.05),蛋白质效率显著低于其他各组(P < 0.05),蛋白质沉积率显著低于SBM和CSM组(P < 0.05)。(2)不同植物蛋白组的总必需氨基酸沉积率和FM组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),而RSM组总必需氨基酸沉积率显著低于FSBM和CSM组(P < 0.05)。(3)与FM组相比,不同植物蛋白组蟹的血清和肝胰腺中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和肝胰腺丙二醛(MDA)含量并没有显著的影响,而RSM组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著的高于其他各组(P < 0.05)。结果表明,在幼蟹饲料中,豆粕、发酵豆粕和棉粕替代基础配方中鱼粉的50%后并未对幼蟹的生长性能、氨基酸沉积率及抗氧化能力造成负面的影响,发酵豆粕、豆粕和棉粕可以作为替代鱼粉的适宜蛋白源,且添加水平约在30%左右。菜粕替代后降低了饲料的利用和氨基酸沉积效率,这可能是由于菜粕的蛋白质消化率低、含有相应的抗营养因子和添加水平过高所致,建议使用前应适当进行脱毒处理,并与或和其他植物蛋白配伍使用。  相似文献
