辽宁晚侏罗世~早白垩世一长颈双弓类爬行动物(英文)   总被引:8,自引:2,他引:6  
初步记述了采自辽西凌源地区晚侏罗世~早白垩世义县组一新的双弓类水生爬行动物化石材料,并确立其为、新属新种──凌源潜龙(Hyphalosaurus lingyuanensisgen.et sp.nov.)。化石产于凌源大王杖子乡范杖子村义县组合火山灰的灰白色湖相页岩中,与狼鳍鱼(Lycoptera)共生。 凌源潜龙的正模是一具几乎完整、保存完好的化石骨架,包括近乎完整的头骨、下颌骨和头后骨骼,仅尾椎有少量丢失,标本上主要显露腹面骨骼(中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所标本编号V11705)。其与水生爬行类Choristoderes共有特征包括平凹型脊椎,3个荐椎,背肋肿大,肢骨下节远短于上节,腕骨和跗骨弱骨化。凌源潜龙主要鉴别特征为:相对身体比例,头骨较小;颈部大大加长,颈椎19个;显著肿大的背肋呈S型;超过20组腹肋,每组由3段组成,而对应每一椎体有2~3组腹肋;第Ⅲ、Ⅳ 骨长度基本相等,第V 骨不为钩状。 凌源潜龙所具有的异乎寻常的长颈与三叠纪海相幻龙类(Nothosaurs)有相似的特征。其所具有的相对小的头骨,尖的吻部,似针状的牙,特殊的长颈及其埋藏特征反映该动物为适应湖泊环境的食鱼性动物。 凌源潜龙是迄?  相似文献

采用透明骨骼染色法,观测了荒漠麻蜥Eremias przewaskii比较完整的骨骼系统,对其各部分骨骼组成、形态和位置作了详细的描述,为麻蜥属的分类及演化提供骨骼方面的基础资料。其骨骼可分为中轴骨骼(包括头骨、脊柱、胸骨和肋骨)和附肢骨骼(包括肩带、腰带、前肢骨和后肢骨)。其头骨呈三角形,眼窝与颞窝相通,不完整。颈椎8枚,胸椎5枚,腰椎13枚,荐椎2枚,尾椎44~45枚。与已报道的蜥蜴物种骨骼特征相比较,发现其前肢腕骨部位、尺骨和桡骨远端中间具1枚骨化不完全的籽骨——介间骨;在前肢腕骨与掌骨的腹面,有2块平面不规整四方形的掌籽骨,位于连接腕骨与各掌骨的韧带中间;在后肢股骨远端的关节内侧与髌骨相对的位置存在1粒籽骨,为股腓侧豆状骨;跗骨腹面下方有1枚三角形籽骨——跗籽骨。  相似文献

短吻贫齿龙是根据一保存较完整的头骨和下颌标本建立的;标本采自贵州关岭地区三叠系法郎组灰岩。对其头后骨骼进行了详细描述。短吻贫齿龙在肩带的乌喙骨和间锁骨及腰带的肠骨显示了与众不同的特征,例如:紧靠肩臼后方乌喙骨有一明显的凹,间锁骨后半部比前部要窄很多,及肠骨背突末端加宽等。头骨进一步细修表明,其中一些部位需要进行重新记述。依据头后骨骼和头骨中的新信息,对短吻贫齿龙的特征作了修订。系统关系分析表明,贫齿龙是个askeptosaurid,其下颌宽大于长的反关节突和肱骨缩小的三角-胸大肌嵴表明它与产自瑞士和意大利的Askeptosaurus关系最近。  相似文献

研究在湖南洞庭湖及沅江水域内开展中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)种质资源调查,发现中华鳖中存在“九肋鳖”,为了解其资源分布、形态特征以及遗传特性,从形态指标、线粒体DNA及骨骼发育基因多态性入手,比较研究九肋鳖(9对肋骨,简称R9)与八肋鳖(8对肋骨,简称R8)的形态及分子遗传特性。结果显示:(1)从湖南省沅江、益阳、常德和岳阳地区的12222只人工养殖中华鳖群体中共筛选出331只九肋鳖,其在养殖中华鳖群体中占比为2.2%—3.1%。(2)九肋鳖背甲内胸椎数为11枚,肋骨9对,比八肋鳖多1枚胸椎和1对肋骨。(3)九肋鳖背甲宽/背甲长、后侧裙边宽/背甲长显著小于八肋鳖,体高/背甲长显著大于八肋鳖。(4)九肋鳖CO I、Cytb、12S rRNA基因与中华鳖序列的同源性达到99%以上,进化树分析显示九肋鳖与中华鳖群体聚为一支,与中华鳖地理群体间均存在共享单倍型,未找到群体特异性标记。(5)九肋鳖与八肋鳖的RUNX2和VRTN基因外显子上共检测到4处突变位点,即g.977380 C>T、g.6014427C>T、g.6015734A>C及g.6015864A...  相似文献

根据头骨和下颌建立了海龙一新属新种——短吻贫齿龙(Miodentosaurus brevis gen.et sp.nov.)。其正型标本是采自贵州三叠纪法郎组的一具骨架(台中自然科学博物馆标本编号NMNS-004727/F003960)。虽然头后骨胳还没有修理,但是几近完好的头骨和下颌显示出许多与众不同的特征,足以确定该标本代表了一新的海龙属种。短吻贫齿龙是个体较大的海龙,其全长超过4 m,头骨背部最长约为33 cm。吻直且极短是其最显著的特征之一。其他主要特征有:前颌骨沿前背中央有一隆嵴;上颌仅前颌骨有6枚圆锥形齿,无上颌骨齿;上颌骨沿前腹侧缘有一沟槽;下颌齿骨齿都集中在前端且至多不超过6枚。依据上述这些特征很易把短吻贫齿龙与其他已知海龙相区别。短吻贫齿龙头骨顶面松果孔大且很前位,头骨腭面的锄骨和翼骨均无齿,它的颈较长(至少可以辨认出13个颈椎)。这些特征显示短吻贫齿龙可能与包括中国安顺龙属(Anshunsaurus)在内的Askeptosauroidea超科有相近的系统关系。  相似文献

用透明骨骼标本染色法制作变色树蜥的骨骼标本,并对其骨骼系统进行了全面的描述.其骨骼可分为中轴骨骼(包括头骨、脊柱、胸骨、肋骨)和附肢骨骼(包括肩带、腰带、前肢骨、后肢骨).其头骨呈梨形,眼眶完整.颈椎8枚,胸椎4枚,腰椎11枚,荐椎2枚,尾椎多于34枚.有颈肋4对,胸肋4对,腰肋11对.表现出了一系列进化特征,如前颌骨愈合成1块,额骨也愈合成1块,颧骨消失,鳞骨变小,犁骨薄弱,下颌夹板骨与齿骨、冠状骨及隅骨之间的骨缝不明显,愈合程度较高.  相似文献

采用透明骨骼染色法,观测到了青海沙蜥红原亚种雌体比较完整的骨骼系统,为沙蜥属的分类及演化提供骨骼方面的资料.其特征是高颅型头骨,眼窝完整;颈椎8枚,躯椎13枚,荐椎2枚,尾椎多于21枚.我们第1次详细描述了眶间隔,鼻甲软骨,耳柱骨软骨部分等结构,并且在硬骨系统中也对以往的沙蜥骨骼系统有所补充:在前肢肱骨与尺骨间的韧带内,存在1块小骨,这块骨对应于后肢髌骨的位置,我们暂时称之为肘骨.在前肢腕骨与掌骨的腹面,有1块平面方形的骨骼,位于连接腕骨与各掌骨的韧带中间,我们暂时称之为垫骨.  相似文献

根据发现于辽宁省西部下白垩统九佛堂组的—小型翼手龙类骨架,建立一新种:谷氏中国翼龙Sinopterus gui sp.nov.。它的吻端直而尖锐,其下颌发育—明显的脊突。肱骨的三角脊发育,其末端没有扩展,呈四边形。翼掌骨的长度稍微短于飞行指第一指节的长度。股骨与胫骨之比率小,乌喙骨短于肩胛骨,联合背椎只有椎体相互愈合。虽然它与董氏中国翼龙相似,但是存在明显区别,比如个体较小,而大多数背椎椎体相互愈合等。谷氏中国翼龙是目前在辽西及其周边地区所发现最小的没有牙齿的翼手龙类。  相似文献

一小的甲龙,作为甲龙科(Ankylosauridae)中一新属新种,明星天池龙(Tianchisaurus nedegoapeferima gen. et sp. nov.)被记述。化石是1974年,新疆大学地质地理系的师生在新疆阜康县三工河地区作野外实习时采得,其产地的地层层位经新疆石油管理局东疆石油指挥部彭希龄核对为中侏罗世头顿河组。化石包括破的头骨碎片,五个颈椎,六个背椎,一个完整荐部(由七个椎体组成),三个尾椎,和许多膜质的甲胄,甲板,以及一些四肢骨。标本编号:V.10614,新属新种的特征是:一个小的,原始的,体长约三米的甲龙;头骨较高,有小的膜质的甲片复盖;下颚高,外侧无甲片复盖,有纵的饰纹,环椎与枢椎不愈合;颈椎椎体短,双凹型;背椎椎体较长,双平型,横突与背肋不愈合;荐部由七个愈合脊椎组成:前两个是背椎,形成一个荐前棒(presacral rod),最后的一个是尾椎,四个荐椎的椎体是整个椎柱中最大的,荐椎的神经棘愈合,形成一个纵的板状脊,远端的尾椎愈合形成小的,扁的尾锤。股骨直,骨干上有饰纹,第四转子呈嵴状。蹠骨和趾骨为甲龙型,与晚期甲龙的蹠骨和趾骨比较显得瘦小。在肩部有一个由四对大的膜质的甲板愈合形成肩甲带,甲板厚有发育的中嵴。在身体覆盖着许多大小不同,形状各异的甲片。Tianchisaurus nedegoapeferima的种名是应著名科幻电影导演Steven Splelberg之约请赠送给大型科幻电影片-侏罗纪公园之明星们:Sam Naill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Richard Attenborough, Bob Peck和Martin Ferrsro.我们称之明星天池龙(Tianchisaurus nedegoapeferima gen. et sp. nov.)。Tianchisaurus nedegoapeferima是目前甲龙亚目在亚洲的最早纪录。它的发现将甲龙的化石记录推到中侏罗世。  相似文献

为揭示新疆北鲵(Ranodon sibiricus)骨骼系统特征及骨骼发育时序规律,采用“软骨-硬骨”双染色法对2月龄、3月龄、4月龄、6月龄、1龄、2龄、3龄和9龄8个不同年龄段新疆北鲵骨骼系统进行详细观察和对比分析。结果表明新疆北鲵骨骼系统分为头骨、脊椎骨和附肢骨三大部分,共(217±1)块骨,其中头骨骨骼53块脊椎骨(48±1)块,附肢骨116块。此外,新疆北鲵头颅外形宽扁,犁骨齿排列幼体呈“/”型,成体则呈“■”型颅顶同时具有额顶囟和前颌囟,且前颌囟长与鼻骨长之比达或大于1/2,翼骨前端与上颌骨后端较接近等显著区别于其他小鲵科物种的骨骼特征,可作为种间分类重要依据。基于骨骼发育时序和骨化时间特征对比分析,北鲵骨骼数量和形态发生重大改变主要在6月龄幼体和2龄幼体两个时期。6月龄幼体的骨骼变化主要体现在头骨:新生出上颌骨、泪骨和前额骨,前颌囟形状逐渐清晰,腭骨退化,翼骨向后回缩,鳞骨向外延展。此外,腰带新生出前耻骨,暗示其进入骨骼变态发育阶段。2龄幼体的骨骼变化主要体现在舌器:第三、第四鳃弓退化,外鳃消失,暗示其变态发育接近尾声或结束。研究结果表明新疆北鲵变态发育时期从6月龄起至2...  相似文献

为探究GHSR基因多态性对中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)生长相关性状的影响,采用直接测序法在GHSR基因5'侧翼和3'侧翼上筛选SNPs位点,共检测到5个单核苷酸多态性位点:A335T、G397T、A527G、A13482C和T13526A。随机选取同批繁殖的1冬龄200只中华鳖用直接测序法进行SNPs位点的分型,并分析与生长性状的相关性。检测结果显示,所有SNP位点均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(p>0.05)。方差分析显示,A336T位点的AT、TT基因型的体重、背甲长、背甲宽和裙边宽4项生长数据均显著高于AA基因型。A13482C位点的AC基因型的体重、背甲长、背甲宽和裙边宽4项数据均显著高于AA基因型(p<0.05)。研究表明,本实验在GHSR基因上获得的这些SNP位点可能影响着中华鳖的生长性状或与之紧密连锁,可为中华鳖分子辅助育种提供助力与参考。  相似文献

SUMMARY Paleontologists and neontologists have long looked to development to understand the homologies of the dermal bones that form the "armor" of turtles, crocodiles, armadillos, and other vertebrates. This study shows molecular evidence supporting a dermomyotomal identity for the mesenchyme of the turtle carapacial ridge. The mesenchyme of the carapace primordium expresses Pax3 , Twist1 , Dermo1 , En1 , Sim1 , and Gremlin at early stages and before overt ossification expresses Pax1 . A hypothesis is proposed that this mesenchyme forms dermal bone in the turtle carapace. A comparison of regulatory gene expression in the primordia of the turtle carapace, the vertebrate limb, and the vertebral column implies the exaptation of key genetic networks in the development of the turtle shell. This work establishes a new role for this mesodermal compartment and highlights the importance of changes in genetic regulation in the evolution of morphology.  相似文献

A new, thin-shelled fossil from the Upper Triassic (Revueltian: Norian) Chinle Group of New Mexico, Chinlechelys tenertesta, is one of the most primitive known unambiguous members of the turtle stem lineage. The thin-shelled nature of the new turtle combined with its likely terrestrial habitat preference hint at taphonomic filters that basal turtles had to overcome before entering the fossil record. Chinlechelys tenertesta possesses neck spines formed by multiple osteoderms, indicating that the earliest known turtles were covered with rows of dermal armour. More importantly, the primitive, vertically oriented dorsal ribs of the new turtle are only poorly associated with the overlying costal bones, indicating that these two structures are independent ossifications in basal turtles. These novel observations lend support to the hypothesis that the turtle shell was originally a complex composite in which dermal armour fused with the endoskeletal ribs and vertebrae of an ancestral lineage instead of forming de novo. The critical shell elements (i.e. costals and neurals) are thus not simple outgrowths of the bone of the endoskeletal elements as has been hypothesized from some embryological observations.  相似文献

The Chinese soft-shelled turtle (Pelodiscus sinensis) is one of the most important economical chelonians in the world. To understand the genetic variations of the Chinese soft-shelled turtle in China, 62 individuals were sampled from three localities and 18 polymorphic microsatellite loci tested were used to detect genetic diversity and population structure. Results showed that the genetic diversity of the wild P. sinensis was high. Except for the Wuhu populations, the majority of microsatellite loci are not deviation from Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium in the other two populations. AMOVA analysis indicated that genetic variations occurred mainly within populations (97.4%) rather than among populations (2.6%). The gene flow estimates (Nm) among three geographic populations demonstrated that strong gene flow existed (Nm > 1, mean 6). The present study supported that different habitats, breed turtles escaped, multiple paternity and long evolutionary history may be responsible for the current genetic diversity and differentiation in the wild Chinese soft-shelled turtle.  相似文献

Shell bone histology indicates terrestrial palaeoecology of basal turtles   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The palaeoecology of basal turtles from the Late Triassic was classically viewed as being semi-aquatic, similar to the lifestyle of modern snapping turtles. Lately, this view was questioned based on limb bone proportions, and a terrestrial palaeoecology was suggested for the turtle stem. Here, we present independent shell bone microstructural evidence for a terrestrial habitat of the oldest and basal most well-known turtles, i.e. the Upper Triassic Proterochersis robusta and Proganochelys quenstedti. Comparison of their shell bone histology with that of extant turtles preferring either aquatic habitats or terrestrial habitats clearly reveals congruence with terrestrial turtle taxa. Similarities in the shell bones of these turtles are a diploe structure with well-developed external and internal cortices, weak vascularization of the compact bone layers and a dense nature of the interior cancellous bone with overall short trabeculae. On the other hand, 'aquatic' turtles tend to reduce cortical bone layers, while increasing overall vascularization of the bone tissue. In contrast to the study of limb bone proportions, the present study is independent from the uncommon preservation of appendicular skeletal elements in fossil turtles, enabling the palaeoecological study of a much broader range of incompletely known turtle taxa in the fossil record.  相似文献

Dietary lipids containing equal portions of soybean oil and fish oil were fed to juvenile Chinese soft-shelled turtle, Pelodiscus sinensis, at supplementation level of 0 to 15% for 8 weeks. Tissue fat contents of turtles increased when dietary lipid concentration increased. Fatty acid profiles for turtles fed diets supplemented with 6% or higher levels of lipids were similar to those in dietary lipids. On absolute value basis, fatty acids of 14-, 16-, and 18-carbons in muscle of turtles fed diet without lipid supplementation were higher than those in the initial turtle muscle. Among them, C16:1 and C18:1 was approximately 4 and 2 fold higher, respectively, than that of the initial turtles. By contrast, absolute amounts of C20:5 and C22:6 in muscle of turtles fed diet without lipid supplementation were slightly less than those in the initial turtles. For turtles fed lipid supplemented diets, tissue C20:5 and C22:6, however, increased when dietary lipid level increased. These results suggest that soft-shelled turtles are capable of synthesizing fatty acids up to 18 carbons from other nutrients and that they may have limited or no ability to synthesize highly unsaturated fatty acids. Lipid peroxidation measured by thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances in tissues of turtles fed 12% and 15% lipids was greater (p<0.05) than that in turtles fed 3% to 9% lipids. This could be due to high lipid and unsaturated fatty acid content in these tissues. On lipid basis, lipid peroxidation in turtles fed diet without lipid supplementation was the highest among all groups suggesting the existence of antioxidant factors in the dietary lipids.  相似文献

结果显示:当年草鱼种和中华鳖脾细胞培养上清液中能检测出IL-2活性,而且1龄以上草鱼、中华鳖的IL-2活性高于当年孵化的草鱼和中华鳖.草鱼、中华鳖脾细胞在25℃培养温度条件下,其上清液中IL-2活性最高,35℃次之,15℃最低.因此,草鱼、中华鳖IL-2活性在一定范围内是随着年龄增加而增强和依赖温度的.通过小鼠胸腺细胞增殖和对小鼠L929细胞杀伤率的实验表明37℃比25℃检测温度下所测的IL-2活性高,而中华鳖胸腺细胞增殖实验却显示25℃检测温度下IL-2活性高于37℃.本文讨论了年龄、温度对免疫反应影响的机理.    相似文献
