探究植物分布规律和群落构建机制是揭示植物群落空间分布、群落物种多样性的形成、发展及其影响因素的重要途径。该文以华北地区胡桃楸(Juglans mandshurica)林为研究对象, 基于野外84个样方的调查数据, 通过径级分析、典范对应分析等方法研究了胡桃楸林的空间分布规律, 并通过亲缘关系指数计算、植物功能性状等方法研究了胡桃楸林的物种共存机制。结果表明, 华北地区胡桃楸的胸径相对较小(平均5.36 cm), 种群年龄较低; 海拔、坡度、坡位和人为干扰程度是影响华北地区胡桃楸分布的主要因子。研究区域内的胡桃楸大部分生长于山体中下部海拔较低的缓坡, 且人为干扰相对较少的区域, 各分布区域中胡桃楸林的分布规律各异。胡桃楸林物种的构建由生态位机制主导, 其中河北、陕西、天津的胡桃楸林物种共存过程主要受负密度制约的影响, 北京、山西的胡桃楸林的物种共存过程主要受环境选择驱动。  相似文献

目的 探讨胡桃楸提取物对白色念珠菌生长的抑制作用。方法 以NCCLS方案检测胡桃楸提取物和伊曲康唑(ICZ)、氟康唑(FCZ)、两性霉索B(AMB)和5-氟胞嘧啶(5-FC)对133株白色念珠菌体外生长抑制作用。结果 标准菌株JC1A的MIC结果表明胡桃楸提取物对白色念珠菌的抗菌作用相当于FCZ,略低于ICZ、AMB和5-FC;临床分离株对ICZ和FCZ的耐药率很高,对胡桃楸提取物的耐药率较低。结论 胡桃楸提取物对白色念珠菌生长有强力抑制作用。  相似文献

胡桃楸是东北东部山地阔叶红松林的重要组成树种。因其被大量采伐,资源日趋枯竭。体细胞胚胎发生是快速繁殖和人工种子研制的基础,对遗传改良有重要意义。为探讨不同外植体、植物生长调节物质种类及配比对胡桃楸培养物的影响,建立了胡桃楸体胚发生及再生植株体系。结果表明:合子胚为外植体时最易形成胚性愈伤组织,外植体最佳取材时期为5~6月。胡桃楸胚性愈伤组织最适诱导为MS+1.0mg·mL-12,4-D+0.5mg·mL-16-BA;体细胞胚的诱导、发育和分化的适宜的培养基为附加蔗糖60g.L-1、水解酪蛋白700mg·mL-1时不添加任何生长调节物质的MS培养基。  相似文献

目的研究胡桃楸提取物对白念珠菌生物膜形成的影响。方法采用甲基四氮盐(XTT)还原法评价胡桃楸提取物对白念珠菌的生物膜形成及黏附性的影响。镜下观察胡桃楸提取物对白念珠菌生物膜的形态学影响。结果胡桃楸提取物抑制白念珠菌生物膜50%及90%的最小抑制药物浓度(SMIC50、SMIC90)分别为15.2μg、23.4μg。胡桃楸提取物作用浓度大于20μg时对该菌细胞黏附有抑制作用。30μg胡桃楸提取物可完全抑制白念珠菌生物膜的形成。结论胡桃楸提取物对体外白念珠菌生物的膜形成有较强的抑制作用。  相似文献

研究了落叶松水浸液对胡桃楸种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,与对照相比,25 g ·kg-1浓度的落叶松根水浸液,125 g·kg-1浓度的落叶松皮、枝水浸液对胡桃楸种子发芽率、发芽指数均表现出显著的促进作用(P<0.05);12.5 g·kg-1和25 g·kg-1浓度的落叶松根水浸液、12.5 g·kg-1浓度的落叶松皮水浸液对胡桃楸幼苗苗高、地径生长的促进作用显著(P<0.05).高浓度的落叶松叶水浸液对胡桃楸种子萌发和幼苗生长具有明显的促进作用(P<0.05).而落叶松叶水浸液对胡桃楸种子发芽率、发芽指数、苗高以及地径的促进作用却随着水浸液浓度的降低,呈逐渐下降的趋势.施加落叶松水浸液对胡桃楸种子萌发以及幼苗生长的促进作用可能与树种间的化学相互作用有关.  相似文献

为了探求不同光环境对胡桃楸幼苗生长的影响,对全光照(100%光照)、中光照(60%光照)、低光照(30%光照)3种光环境下胡桃楸幼苗的生长、形态特征、生物量分配和水分特征开展研究。结果表明:胡桃楸幼苗的形态在不同光环境下存在明显的可塑性变化,生物量分配和水分特征均表现出不同程度的差异。低光照条件下,胡桃楸幼苗生长快,株高、地径分别为全光照的1.14、1.18倍;冠幅大,是全光照的1.40倍;叶片宽大,叶长和叶宽分别是全光照的1.25和1.36倍;分枝数明显少于全光照。3种光环境下胡桃楸幼苗地上部分生物量存在显著差异,地下部分差异不显著。叶片相对含水量随着光照的降低呈现逐渐增加的趋势;全光照条件下叶片饱和持水量与叶片干鲜比明显大于遮阴条件;3种光照条件下叶绿素含量差异显著。胡桃楸幼苗为适应不同光环境,在形态和生理方面都做出适应性调整,适当的遮阴处理有利于胡桃楸幼苗生长。  相似文献

地形是影响植物种群分布格局、维持群落多样性的重要因子。以东灵山20hm2暖温带落叶阔叶林动态监测样地内的2个优势种群——辽东栎(Quercus wutaishanica)与胡桃楸(Juglans mandshurica)为研究对象,对比分析2种群同物种不同生长阶段、不同物种相同生长阶段群体的地形生境差异性。结果表明,样地内辽东栎种群主要分布在坡度大、南坡、西坡、凸出及高海拔的位置上,成年树比幼树更偏好凹地形;胡桃楸种群集中分布在坡度大、北坡、东坡、凹陷及低海拔的地形上,成年树相比幼树偏好分布在南坡、东坡及凹陷的位置。每个种群的幼树与成年树群体的地形因子之间差异都不显著(P>0.05),地形特征的分布范围一致;2物种成年树群体的海拔因子差异显著(P<0.05),幼树群体除了海拔外,南北坡向也表现了明显的差异(P<0.05)。同种群不同生长阶段地形因子的选择显示了物种地形生境的限制及保守性,不同种群同生长阶段地形因子的选择显示了物种间空间分布格局及多样性的维持。这对于理解暖温带森林的物种共存及生物多样性维持具有重要的意义。  相似文献

通过比较西双版纳植物园内雨树和甜菜豆不同大洲来源种群间的物候期,本研究探讨了两种植物种群间的物候分化现象及其与气候因子的关系。结果发现:(1)两种植物不同来源地种群间物候期相似,但是同步性不高,呈现明显的分化现象,且不同种群间萌叶起始期先后顺序差异显著;(2)不同种群间物候期同步系数与气候因子相关,尤其干季气候因子。因此可以认为:不同的生境气候因子是导致两种植物不同种群间出现物候变异的重要因子,并且这种关系可能会影响不同种群对气候变化的响应。  相似文献

目的考察胡桃楸提取液对Hela和K562细胞周期的影响。方法用流式细胞仪分析胡桃楸提取液对Hela、K562细胞细胞周期的影响。结果胡桃楸提取物体外作用于Hela细胞可引起细胞周期在S期的停滞,这种效果随药物浓度和作用时间的增加而增加,胡桃楸提取物体外作用于K562细胞,可引起细胞周期在G1期的停滞,随药物浓度的增加而增加。结论胡桃楸提取液对Hela细胞的生长抑制作用可能通过S期阻滞实现,对K562细胞抑制作用可能通过G1期阻滞实现。  相似文献

对胡桃楸树根、树皮(茎皮)、枝皮、树枝(当年生枝条)、树叶5个营养器官过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行生长期动态测定比较,结果显示:胡桃楸POD同X-.酶表达具有发育阶段性和器官特异性;胡桃楸不同器官共有酶带B1,该酶带可能是胡桃属的特征性酶带;胡桃楸pod同工酶分析宜采用根、茎皮、枝皮部。试验结果为胡桃楸进一步食药用开发利用、引种栽培提供生化水平参考。  相似文献

Summary Chamaedorea bartlingiana is a dioecious palm that grows in the cloud forest understories of the Venezuelan Andes. Age and sexual differences in phenology and reproductive patterns were studied in labelled individuals of all age categories. This species has long-lived leaves and low leaf production, both characteristic of understory plants. Growth rates are lower in juveniles than in adults and in females than in males, as in other palms. Male and female individuals show different reproductive patterns. Male inflorescences are always produced at the same rate and the probability of surviving until anthesis is constant. Females produce reproductive buds at the same rate as males, but these buds have a 35% probability of becoming a ripe infrutescence if the plant has infrutescences already growing, and 70% if it does not. This pattern and the slow growth of inflorescences (1 year for males from bud to flowers, 2 years for females from bud to ripe fruits) cause a pluriannual reproductive pattern at the population level. Field germination does not follow this pattern, but shows one annual peak probably related to environmental conditions.  相似文献

BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Heterodichogamy differs from normal dichogamy, in that it involves two mating types (protogyny and protandry) that occur at a 1 : 1 ratio in a population. Flowering phases of the two mating types are synchronized and reciprocal, which was considered to ensure between-type outcrossing. This study aims to quantify the flowering pattern and pollination efficacy in Juglans mandshurica, a wind-pollinated heterodichogamous tree. METHODS: The pattern of flowering phenology was monitored within individual trees and pollen traps were used to measure air-borne pollen loads during the spring in 2003 and 2004. Pollen longevity was determined by staining technique. Also a pollen supplementation experiment was performed in 2004 to assess pollen limitation of fruit production. KEY RESULTS: There was no overlap between sexual functions within individual trees. Flowering periods of the two mating types were reciprocal and synchronous in both 2003 and 2004. Air-borne pollen loads were large, and protogynous and protandrous individuals each produced a high pollination peak, consistent with the two blooming periods. Maximum pollen longevity was about 4 h for protandrous individuals, and 3 h for protogynous individuals. Pollen supplementation did not increase fruit production in either protogynous or protandrous individuals. CONCLUSIONS: Heterodichogamous flowering in Juglans mandshurica effectively avoids selfing, promotes between-type outcrossing, and leads to efficient pollination in a natural population.  相似文献

Ecological restorations often require removal of invasive species. The abundance of invasives has tended to catalyze research emphasizing removal, not broader understandings, of species mechanisms for persistence in the landscape (e.g. reproductive output and seed dispersal). Asiatic shrub honeysuckles (Lonicera spp.) are pernicious invaders throughout eastern North America. Heavy tree canopy cover apparently reduces growth and reproductive output in Lonicera maackii, which is widespread through the lower Midwestern United States. To help focus control efforts more effectively, we quantified the effect of tree canopy cover on vegetative growth, flowering, and fruit production under three canopy densities. Mean vegetative growth of flowering shoots was not affected by canopy cover. All aspects of sexual reproduction (flower production, fruit set, fruit number, fruit mass, seed number, and seed size) were strongly reduced by moderate shade. Although all individuals modify community and ecosystem properties, a limited number of high light individuals might also provide the greatest proportion of the seeds. Through model simulation of honeysuckle population structure in relation to canopy cover, we argue that it can sometimes be more efficient to initially target reproductive individuals in the high light edge and interior gap environments than to immediately focus on all individuals in the forest interior.  相似文献

Gender expression, flowering phenology, reproductive performance and factors affecting fruit set (i.e., flowering synchrony, size and distance to the nearest pollen donor) were investigated in a cultivated population of a wind-pollinated self-compatible heterodichogamous Juglans regia (Juglandaceae). Four flowering morphs, (i.e., protandrous, protogynous, male and female) were observed. The sexual functions of the protandrous and protogynous morphs were almost synchronous; however, they were not reciprocal, and the separation of male and female flowering within most monoecious individuals was not complete. Thus, within-morph mating and geitonogamous pollination may be common. The ratio of protandrous versus protogynous morphs was biased towards the protandrous morph, but the fruit set did not differ between the morphs, suggesting that the fruit set of the protandrous morph could be partly compensated by within-morph pollination. The ratio of the female flower number or fruit number to the total male catkin length was higher in the protogynous morph than in the protandrous morph and did not vary with plant size, suggesting that gender variation was not size dependent and that the sexual function of protandrous morphs was more male biased. Fruit set depended on plant size only for protandrous morphs. The fruit set of individual plants decreased with increasing distance to the nearest pollen donor regardless of morph, possibly because of pollen limitation. The fruit set of individual plants increased with flowering synchrony, indicating that flowering synchrony could affect reproductive success.  相似文献

Studies evaluating flowering phenology and reproductive success are necessary when we want to direct a domestication project in a species with a potential productive value. We studied flowering phenology and reproductive success of Berberis darwinii growing under different light conditions in its native distribution area in the Andean Patagonian forests of Argentina. We test the hypothesis that plants grown under conditions of high-light availability exhibit advanced phenology and higher reproductive success than those grown under conditions of lower light availability. Phenology and reproductive success were determined in three contrasting light conditions at two forest sites, which were, canopy, gap and forest edge. Plants did not bloom under the forest canopy. Flowering and fruiting period lengths were similar in both sites and light conditions of gap and forest edge during spring and summer. Although gap plants had more racemes per shoot, racemes of edge plants had more flowers, fruits and a higher proportion of flowers producing ripe fruit. We show that B. darwinii reproduction studied in the Andean Patagonian forests is conditioned by the canopy openness. Regarding reproductive success, edge plants invest less resources in flower production than gap plants to have similar fruit production.  相似文献

Background and AimsUnderstanding how plant allometry, plant architecture and phenology contribute to fruit production can identify those plant traits that maximize fruit yield. In this study, we compared these variables and fruit yield for two shrub species, Vaccinium angustifolium and Vaccinium myrtilloides, to test the hypothesis that phenology is linked to the plants’ allometric traits, which are predictors of fruit production.MethodsWe measured leaf and flower phenology and the above-ground biomass of both Vaccinium species in a commercial wild lowbush blueberry field (Quebec, Canada) over a 2-year crop cycle; 1 year of pruning followed by 1 year of harvest. Leaf and flower phenology were measured, and the allometric traits of shoots and buds were monitored over the crop cycle. We hand-collected the fruits of each plant to determine fruit attributes and biomass.Key ResultsDuring the harvesting year, the leafing and flowering of V. angustifolium occurred earlier than that of V. myrtilloides. This difference was related to the allometric characteristics of the buds due to differences in carbon partitioning by the plants during the pruning year. Through structural equation modelling, we identified that the earlier leafing in V. angustifolium was related to a lower leaf bud number, while earlier flowering was linked to a lower number of flowers per bud. Despite differences in reproductive allometric traits, vegetative biomass still determined reproductive biomass in a log–log scale model.ConclusionsGrowing buds are competing sinks for non-structural carbohydrates. Their differences in both number and characteristics (e.g. number of flowers per bud) influence levels of fruit production and explain some of the phenological differences observed between the two Vaccinium species. For similar above-ground biomass, both Vaccinium species had similar reproductive outputs in terms of fruit biomass, despite differences in reproductive traits such as fruit size and number.  相似文献

本文以森林类型为基础,利用数值分析法对东北地区珍贵阔叶树种适地适树进行了研究。白石砬子自然保护区可划分为3个森林类型组和8个森林类型,用逐步回归和立地指数法进行树种立地生产力评价,结果表明A层土厚、坡向、坡度、土壤湿度等是影响人工林生长的主导因子。在阔叶红松混交林,造林树种选择顺序为紫椴、裂叶榆、黄波罗、胡桃楸、水曲柳;而在阔叶杂木林,则是紫椴、胡桃楸、裂叶榆、黄波罗、水曲柳。  相似文献

通过野外定枝追踪,对乌丹地区文冠果年生长周期的物候、生殖过程进行连续观测,研究了文冠果的果实生长进程与有效积温的关系、数量动态和落花落果率.结果表明:文冠果物候变化与有效积温之间存在极显著的线性函数关系;雄花花丝的伸长和花药的开裂在时间上具有先后性;文冠果果实生长发育过程中经历3次落果,授粉率为26.4%,落花率达73.6%,落果率可达92.9%,落花、落果现象十分严重;6月上中旬果实的纵径生长较快,6月中下旬果实横径生长较快,纵横径比可达2.17;个体间物候有一定的差异,不利于文冠果异株授粉和授粉率的提高.  相似文献

该研究利用谱系独立比较法(Phylogenetically Independent Contrasts,PIC)和Wilcoxon秩和检验法,分析中国科学院植物研究所植物园(39°54'N,116°12'E)中的84个物种170株个体的传粉方式和果实类型对木本开花时间和结实时间的影响,其中Wilcoxon秩和检验法检验的结果作为PIC检验结果的参考。结果表明:(1)传粉方式显著影响植物开花和结实时间,风媒花植物比虫媒花植物开花和结实早;(2)果实类型对结实时间的影响在考虑和不考虑物种间系统发育关系时表现不同,当不考虑物种间系统发育关系时,肉质果实植物结实时间比非肉质果实植物早;(3)不同的传粉方式间以及不同的果实类型间植物的花果间隙期无显著差异,但本研究结果显示肉质果实植物结实时间比非肉质果实植物大约早20d。由此推论:(1)植物固有属性,如传粉方式和果实类型,会影响植物繁殖物候,且不同的属性影响强度不同;(2)与某一特定物候期或繁殖器官相关性大的属性对该物候期的影响可能更大,如传粉方式对开花时间的影响可能大于其对结实时间的影响,而果实类型对结实物候期的影响更大。  相似文献

Reproductive strategies, sexual selection, and their relationship with the phenotype of individuals are topics widely studied in animals, but this information is less abundant for plants. Variability in flowering phenology among individuals has direct impact on their fitness, but how reproductive phenology is affected by the size of the individuals needs further study. We quantified the flowering intensity, length, and reproductive synchronization of two sympatric dioecious Wild Nutmeg tree species (Virola, Myristicaceae) in the Brazilian Atlantic forest, and analyzed its relationships with tree size. Two distinct strategies in flowering timing and intensity were found between species (annual versus biennial flowering), and among individuals in the annual flowering species (extended versus peak flowering). Only for the annual flowering species the reproductive output is related to tree size and large trees present proportionally higher flower coverage, and lower synchronization than smaller ones. Flowering is massive and highly synchronized in the biennial species. Sex ratios are not different from 1:1 in the two species, and in the two segregated reproductive subgroups in the biennial flowering species. The biennial flowering at individual level is a novelty among reproductive patterns in plants, separating the population in two reproductive subgroups. A proportional increase in the reproductive output with size exists only for the annual flowering species. A biennial flowering can allow resource storage favouring massive flowering for all the individuals diluting their relationship with size.  相似文献
