广西苦苣苔科四种植物的染色体数目报道   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
首次报道了产于广西的苦苣苔科(Gesneriaceae)4属4种植物的染色体数目。其中,(1)单座苣苔属(Metabriggsia):单座苣苔(M.ovalifolia)的染色体数目2n=24;(2)异裂苣苔属(Pseudochirita):异裂苣苔(P.guangxiensis)的染色体数目为2n=28;(3)长蒴苣苔属(Didymocarpus):东南长蒴苣苔(D.hancei)的染色体数目为2n=20;(4)唇柱苣苔属(Chirita):弄岗唇柱苣苔(Ch.longgangensis)的染色体数目为2n=28。4种植物的染色体大多数为小型染色体。  相似文献

首次报道了产于云南的苦苣苔科Gesneriaceae2族7属10种植物的染色体数目。其中,1)芒毛苣苔属Aeschynanthus 2种:显苞芒毛苣苔A.bracteatus的染色体数目为2n=32,黄杨叶芒毛苣苔A.buxifolius2个居群的染色体数目不同,金平居群为2n=32,可能为二倍体,屏边居群的染色体数目为2n=64,可能为四倍体。2)吊石苣苔属Lysionotus 1种:吊石苣苔L.pauciflorus为2n=32。3)珊瑚苣苔属Corallodiscus 1种:石胆草 C.flabellatus的染色体数目为2n=40。4)唇柱苣苔属Chirita3种:圆叶唇柱苣苔Ch.dielsii,大叶唇柱苣苔Ch.macrophylla和美丽唇柱苣苔Ch.speciosa的染色体数目均为2n=18。5)半蒴苣苔属Hemiboea 1种:贵州半蒴苣苔H.cavaleriei为2n=32。6)马铃苣苔属Oreocharis 1种:黄马铃苣苔O.aurea为2n=34;7)石蝴蝶属Petrocosmea1种:髯毛胡蝶P.barbata为2n=32。  相似文献

异叶苣苔属(苦苣苔科)的核型研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
本文首次报道了中国特有异叶苣苔属的染色体数目及核型。该属所研究种类的染色体数目均为 2n=18,染色体长度在2.0µm以上,在尖舌苣苔族所报道的染色体中显示出较原始的性状。尖舌苣苔 族的染色体基数可能是x=9。异叶苣苔属的间期核均为复杂型;前期染色体呈渐变型。核型从对称型 向不对称型的演化主要表现在近中部着丝粒,尤其是近端部着丝粒染色体比例的增大。毕节异叶苣苔 W.bljieensis和峨眉异叶苣苔W.tsiangiana var.wilsonii的核型分别为2n=2m+8m+8sm(1sat)和 2n=2m+8m(1sat)+8sm(2sat),较为对称。紫红异叶苣苔W.purpurascens和白花异叶苣苔W. tsiangiana var. tsiangiana的核型分别为2n=4m+6sm+8st(1sat)和2n=4m+8sm(2sat)+6st,比较 特化。河口异叶苣苔W.hekouensis的核型是2n=4m+10sm(1sat)+4st,处于二者之间。峨眉异叶苣 苔和原变种白花异叶苣苔的核型差异较大,在外部形态方面二者之间的性状变异也间断较大。本文建 议将该变种从白花异叶苣苔W.tsiangiana中移出自成一种,并和毕节异叶苣苔近缘。  相似文献

本文报道中国云南的6种牛皮叶地衣,其中裂边牛皮叶(Stieta ptaetextata为中国新记录种,柄扇牛皮叶(S.gracilis),双缘牛皮叶(S.duplolimbata)和缘裂牛皮叶(S.weigelii)为云南首次记载,用TLC方法测定了每种地衣的地衣物质,并发现平滑牛皮叶(S.nylanderiana)除含三苔色酸(gyrophoric acid)外,还含有伴三苔色酸(congyrophoric acid);长期以来一般被认为不产生地衣物质的缘裂牛皮叶含有一未知物质,其斑点处于C溶剂系统的Rf3区,C+黄色KC+红色。  相似文献

在对中国吉林长白山产苔类全萼苔科无齿全萼苔(Gynmomitrium uncrenulatum C.Gaoet K.C.Chang)和锐裂钱袋苔小叶变种(Marsupella commutata var.microfolia K.C.Chang)的模式标本进行了研究,对比发现无齿全萼苔和锐裂钱袋苔小叶变种与锐裂钱袋苔特征相一致,将其处理为锐裂钱袋苔的异名。  相似文献

报道了在广西发现的苦苣苔科异裂苣苔属一新变种,即粉绿异裂苣苔Pseudochirita guangxiensis (S. Z. Huang) W. T. Wang var. glauca Y. G. Wei & Yan Liu。它与原变种的区别在于叶近全缘或有不明显的钝锯齿,茎和叶背、叶面密被近贴伏的绒毛,花冠外疏被腺毛。  相似文献

本文报道了苦苣苔科直瓣苣苔属Ancylostemon、筒花苣苔属Briggsiopsis和吊石苣苔属Lysionotus 中4个种的染色体数目和核形态。凹瓣苣苔A.aureus的染色体数目为n=34,与其近缘种凸瓣苣苔 A.convexus的染色体数目相同。该种的核型公式为2n=20m(1sat)+14sm,核型类型属于2A。间期核 为复杂染色中心型(complex chromocenter type);细胞有丝分裂前期的染色体为近基型(proximal type) 我国特有单种属筒花苣苔属Briggsiopsis的间期核为简单—复杂染色中心型(simple-complex chromocenter type);细胞有丝分裂前期的染色体为中间—渐变型(interstitial—gradient type);核型公式为2n=34=25m +6sm+3st,与近缘类群——粗筒苣苔属Briggsia染色体数目2n=34,68相比,无论染色体数目还是核 型均显示比较原始的特征。吊石苣苔属的蒙自吊石苣苔L.carnosus和翅茎吊石苣苔L.serratus D. Don var.pterocaulis的核型公式分别是2n=30=21m+5sm+3st+1t和2n=32=21m+10sm+1t。核 型类型分别属于2A和2B。间期核均为简单—复杂染色中心型(simple-complex chromocenter type);细胞 有丝分裂前期的染色体为渐变型(gradient type)。  相似文献

为了完善有关裂叶苔科植物孢子、弹丝和油体的研究,为该科植物的分类提供详细的资料,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察裂叶苔科(Lophoziaceae)11种植物的孢子、弹丝和油体的形态特征,其中有6种具备了孢子和弹丝的形态特征,9种具备了油体的形态特征。结果表明:①裂叶苔科的6种植物的孢子为球形、近球形和椭圆形;颜色为褐色、红褐色和黄褐色;直径在10~16 μm,属于小型孢子(MI);近极面向内凹,纹饰为疣状、棍棒状、刺状、颗粒状和短棒状。②弹丝均为紧密双螺旋状,两端圆钝,表面平滑或具稀的颗粒2种。③裂叶苔科的9种植物的油体形状为球形、椭圆形、球形或卵形,直径在3~10 μm。本研究对这11种植物的孢子、弹丝和油体进行了详细的描述并附图示,为裂叶苔科植物的系统分类、演化研究提供基础资料。  相似文献

Abstract

Chromosome counts are reported from five species of Antarctic hepatics belonging to five genera and four families. The chromosome numbers in the genera Herzogobryum (H. teres n = 9) and Paehyglossa (P. dissitifolia n = 9) are reported for the first time. The first chromosome count from Lophozia excisa, n = 27, is the highest reported from Lophozia. A diploid number, n = 18, is reported for the first time from Barbilophozia hateheri; a second count, n = 9, agrees with earlier reports. The commonest Antarctic liverwort Cephaloziella cf. exili[lora has n = 18 and this agrees with earlier reports for the genus.  相似文献

Nuclear ITS1-2 and chloroplast trnL-F were sequenced for 21 taxa of Lophozia s. str., two species of Protolophozia, five species of Schistochilopsis, three species of Barbilophozia and Obtusifolium obtusum. The topologies of phylogenetic trees for 49 taxa constructed from combined sequences of these regions by maximum parsimony, maximum likelihood and Bayesian methods are similar. The species of Lophozia s. str., excluding Lophozia sudetica, combine into two main clades and these contradict subdivisions of Lophozia s. str. based on morphology. The species status of Lophozia lantratoviae is confirmed, whereas Lophozia austro-sibirica is almost identical to Lophozia ventricosa var. guttulata. The genus Schistochilopsis is paraphyletic and occupies basal position to Lophozia s. str., while O. obtusum is clearly separated from Schistochilopsis. A low level of divergence was found between L. sudetica and Protolophozia debiliformes, which are closer to Barbilophozia than to Lophozia s. str. Molecular divergence between geographically remote populations of L. sudetica, Lophozia silvicoloides and Protolophozia debiliformis are low as opposed to those of Lophozia polaris, Lophozia pellucida or Lophozia excisa. Consideration of the trnL intron P8 region indels alone can adequately assign some clades revealed by tree building. A consensus secondary structure of the trnL intron P8 region could not be inferred for taxa studied mainly due to high sequence length diversity originated from deletions.  相似文献

Chromosome numbers of several hepatic species collected in Poland are published. Polymorphism in chromosome numbers was discovered in Jungermannia leiantha Grolle: most Polish populations showed n = 9 and only two n = 18; chromosome number n = 9 in Jungermannia subulata was confirmed. For Lophozia hyperborea Schust. & Dams. (n = 9) and for Lophozia kunzeana (Hüb.) Evans (n = 1*) the chromosome numbers are published for the first time.  相似文献

Two cytological races of Aster which morphologically resemble A. ascendens but differ from it in chromosome number are found in the Transverse and Peninsular ranges of southern California. One of these races is relatively common, can usually be separated morphologically from A. ascendens, and has a somatic chromosome number of 36; it corresponds to the endemic species A. bernardinus. The other race is rare and localized, is morphologically almost indistinguishable from A. ascendens, and has a somatic chromosome number of 42. The chromosome numbers and karyotypes of the two races suggest that they originated through backcrosses of A. ascendens (x = 13) to its respective parent taxa, A. falcatus (x = 5) and A. occidentalis (x = 8).  相似文献

Maximum parsimony and maximum likelihood phylogenetic trees were constructed for 21 taxa of Lophozia s. str. and the related genera, Schistochilopsis (5 species), Protolophozia elongate, and Obtusifolium obtusum based on pooled nuclear ITS 1-2 and chloroplast trnL-F DNA sequences. The trees were characterized by similar topology. It was demonstrated that the genus Lophozia s. str. was monophyletic, excluding L. sudetica, which deserved isolation into a distinct cryptic genus. The species distribution among the clades disagreed with the sections distinguished based on anatomical and morphological data. The relationships within the genus Schistochilopsis were consistent with the sectioning of the genus, based on morphological characters. Analysis of molecular data provided more precise definition of the systematic position of a number of taxa. Small genetic divergence of geographically distant forms was demonstrated.  相似文献

2. The species is described and figured, and its relationship to its nearest neighbour, L. ventricosa, discussed, with special reference to oil-bodies.

报道了芦荟属14种2变种植物的核型,实验结果表明所研究种类的体细胞染色体基数均为X=7,二倍体,由4对长染色体和3对短染色体组成。根据Stebbins(1971)的核型分类标准,Aloeaffinis Berger等3种芦荟的核型为“3B”型,Aloe graciliflora Groenewald等3种芦荟的核型为“4B”型,A.mitriformis Mill等3种2变种芦荟的核型为“3C”型,A.saponaria(Air.)Haw等5种芦荟的核型为“4c”型。其中有6种1变种芦荟的核型为首次报道。另外,还对芦荟的系统分类进行了讨论。  相似文献
