通过藻细胞密度的测定,探讨了不同浓度(0.5、1.0和2.0g·L-1)红树植物秋茄(Kandelia candel)新鲜叶片水提物对球形棕囊藻(Phaeocystis globosa)和赤潮异弯藻(Heterosigma akashiwo)的化感抑制效应,研究了高温处理对秋茄提取物化感作用的影响.结果表明:秋茄叶片提取物对两种赤潮藻均具有显著的化感抑制作用,不同浓度提取物化感作用强度不同;5 d内,浓度为2.0g·L-1秋茄叶片提取物对球形棕囊藻和赤潮异弯藻的最大抑制率分别为91.6%和77.0%;球形棕囊藻和赤潮异弯藻对红树植物秋茄提取物的敏感性不同,提取物对球形棕囊藻的抑制效果要优于赤潮异弯藻;经高温处理后,秋茄提取物抑藻效果显著降低(P<0.05);秋茄叶片水提物影响藻细胞膜结构,使藻细胞体积增大、细胞破裂.  相似文献

通过测定藻细胞密度,研究了5种红树植物木榄、秋茄、海漆、海芒果、小花老鼠簕水提物对赤潮藻球形棕囊藻和赤潮异弯藻的化感抑制效应,探讨了高温处理对化感抑藻效应的影响.研究结果表明,红树植物干粉水提物和新鲜组织水提物对两种赤潮藻均显示出显著的化感抑制作用.第5 d,红树植物干粉水提物对2种赤潮藻的抑制效果依次为:海漆>秋茄>小花老鼠簕>木榄>海芒果.新鲜组织水提物抑藻效果最强的红树植物是木榄和秋茄.秋茄和海漆水提物中的抑藻化感物质对高温相对不稳定,木榄和小花老鼠簕水提物中的抑藻化感物质对高温相对比较稳定.  相似文献

本文用CCK-8法筛选了37种植物提取物对人乳腺癌细胞抑制作用。研究结果表明:黄山栾[Koelreuteriabipinnata Franch.var.integrifoliola(Merr.)T.Chen.]、南五味子(Kadsuralongipedunculata Finet et Gagnep.)、糙叶树[Aphanantheaspera(Thunb.)Planch.]、大血藤[Sargentodoxacuneata(Oliv.)Rehd.]和黄杜鹃[Rhododendron molle(Blum)G.Don.]5种植物提取物对人乳腺癌细胞具有显著抑制活性。在终浓度为100 mg/L时,其对肿瘤细胞的抑制率分别为76.68±0.16%、71.02±0.12%、62.70±1.26%、61.54±0.35%和55.79±1.71%。进一步筛选5种植物石油醚相、乙酸乙酯相、正丁醇相和水相的对人乳腺癌细胞及脂肪酸合酶(FAS)的抑制活性,其中黄山栾正丁醇相抗具有显著的细胞毒性,IC_(50)为19.93 mg/L;5种植物提取物不同溶剂部位对FAS均表现出一定的抑制活性,黄山栾的正丁醇相对FAS的抑制活性最强,在浓度100 mg/L下抑制率为84.32%。为进一步寻找高效、新型的抗肿瘤药物提供理论依据。  相似文献

野艾蒿及其有机提取物对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制作用   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过植物与藻共培养实验,比较3种常见陆生菊科植物野艾蒿(Artemisia lavandulaefolia)、小白酒草(Conyza canadensis)、杭白菊(Chrysanthemum morifolium)的抑藻能力。结果表明野艾蒿和小白酒草能够适应水培,野艾蒿和杭白菊(后期为残体)抑藻能力较强,10d后对起始藻浓度为2×106cells/ml的铜绿微囊藻(Microcystic aeruginosa)生长的抑制率分别为93.3%和90.8%,对4×106cells/ml铜绿微囊藻抑制率分别为89.3%和79.2%。利用3种极性不同的有机溶剂(乙醇、正己烷、乙酸乙酯)提取野艾蒿干粉中的抑藻活性物质并进行生物检测,结果显示挥干溶剂后3种提取物都有较强抑藻能力,其中乙酸乙酯提取物抑藻能力最强,用线性拟合得到0.83g/L提取物72h后抑藻率达100%。研究表明,陆生菊科植物具有抑藻效果,野艾蒿具有应用于水体富营养化的治理和开发新型抑藻剂的潜力。  相似文献

球形棕囊藻(Phaeocystis globosa)是近年来北部湾常见的有害藻华原因种,涠洲岛海域作为广西沿海藻华的高发区之一,目前仍缺乏关于该海域球形棕囊藻藻华过程的相关研究。为探究涠洲岛海域球形棕囊藻藻华过程中营养盐的状况及藻华的发生对浮游植物群落组成的影响,对2017年3月下旬涠洲岛周边发生的球形棕囊藻藻华区域进行取样调查。结果表明,藻华期间水体中溶解有机磷含量与细胞及囊体密度呈显著正相关。本次藻华主要受水体中溶解态无机氮含量影响,多个调查站点的无机氮/无机磷(DIN/DIP)<10,且硅酸盐/无机氮(SiO32–/DIN)>1,表明这些站点存在氮限制现象,而氮限制可能是本次藻华消亡的主要因素。调查区域共鉴定出浮游植物4门58种,球形棕囊藻细胞密度最高可达1.04×108 cells/L,占浮游植物总细胞密度的98.28%。球形棕囊藻细胞密度与物种多样性指数存在显著的负相关关系。在营养缺乏条件下,有利于球形棕囊藻成囊的链状硅藻种类具有相对较大的细胞密度。  相似文献

凤眼莲根系分泌物对塔玛亚历山大藻的化感作用(英文)   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
以塔玛亚历山大藻香港株(Alexandriumtamarense,HKstrain)为材料,研究了凤眼莲(Eichhorniacrassipes)根系分泌物及其丙酮、乙酸乙酯提取物对塔玛亚历山大藻的化感作用(Allelopathic effect)。凤眼莲根粉末的用量为0.1g/L、0.5g/L、1.0g/L、1.5g/L和2.0g/L;丙酮、乙酸乙酯提取物的用量为0.01g/L、0.03g/L、0.05g/L和0.07g/L。由于凤眼莲根系丙酮、乙酸乙酯提取物水溶性比较低,实验中,溶剂提取物置于盖玻片上。培养体系中溶剂提取物的实际浓度通过实验前后盖玻片的差值获得。实验结果表明,凤眼莲根粉末用量大于1.5g/L,对塔玛亚历山大藻抑制率100%,0.5g/L和1.0g/L4d后开始有促进生长的作用。凤眼莲根系丙酮、乙酸乙酯提取物的实际浓度达到0.038g/L、0.022g/L时,对塔玛亚历山大藻抑制超过50%。凤眼莲作为杀藻剂的材料有一定的应用前景。    相似文献

考查了秸秆及其浸出液对球形棕囊藻(Phaeocystis globosa)生长的影响,分析了秸秆附着微生物及秸秆物理吸附作用对秸秆抑藻活性的影响,观察了稻杆浸出液对藻细胞形态的影响。结果显示,一定量的物理破碎稻杆、麦杆及其浸出液均可有效抑制棕囊藻的生长,灭菌与未灭菌秸杆之间抑藻效果相差不大。不同条件处理的秸杆浸出液总酚含量与抑藻作用间均存在很大差异,但两者之间并无明显相关性。原子力显微镜观察发现,秸秆处理组细胞膜破裂、细胞塌陷,结构不完整,细胞粗糙度明显增加。这些结果提示微生物和物理吸附对秸杆抑藻作用的贡献很小,秸秆中存在的或降解产生的抑藻活性成分是秸秆抑藻的主要原因;除了酚酸类物质外,秸杆中可能存在其他可以显著抑制藻类生长的物质;秸秆通过破坏藻细胞的膜结构,导致藻细胞出现空洞,细胞内容物流出,从而抑制或杀灭藻细胞。  相似文献

研究了不同浓度的小珊瑚藻组织4种不同极性有机溶剂(甲醇、丙酮、乙醚、氯仿)提取物对赤潮异弯藻的生长抑制作用.结果表明:小珊瑚藻组织甲醇提取物对赤潮异弯藻的生长抑制活性最强,并且在较高浓度下能使赤潮异弯藻完全死亡,其他3种有机溶剂提取物对赤潮异弯藻的生长无明显影响.表明小珊瑚藻组织中含有的对赤潮异弯藻有抑制作用的活性物质具有较高的极性.对小珊瑚藻的甲醇提取物进行液液萃取,将其分离为石油醚相、乙酸乙酯相、正丁醇相和蒸馏水相, 并对赤潮异弯藻进行生物活性检测.结果发现石油醚相和乙酸乙酯相具有较强的杀藻活性,表明脂肪酸可能是小珊瑚藻组织内抑制赤潮异弯藻生长的化感物质的重要组成成分之一.  相似文献

为了评价人面果叶子、根部、果实提取物体外抗糖尿病活性,相应测定了其石油醚提取物(PFr.)、乙酸乙酯提取物(EFr.)、正丁醇提取物(BFr.)、水提取物(WFr.)的α-葡萄糖苷酶与α-淀粉酶抑制活性,以及HepG2细胞的促葡萄糖消耗能力。果实乙酸乙酯提取物(IC50=17.81±1.09μg/mL)、叶子乙酸乙酯提取物(IC50=18.60±1.56μg/mL)、根部乙酸乙酯提取物(IC50=14.05±0.24μg/mL)、根部正丁醇提取物(IC50=13.01±0.38μg/mL)显示了较好的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性(acarbose IC50200μg/mL)。而根部乙酸乙酯与正丁醇提取物在600μg/mL的浓度下就显示了90%的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率,在1.5 mg/mL的浓度下显示了90%的α-淀粉酶抑制率。在促葡萄糖消耗试验中,果实乙酸乙酯提取物在浓度为7.5~30 mg/mL时显示了很好的促HepG2细胞葡萄糖消耗能力(P0.001),叶子乙酸乙酯提取物、根部正丁醇与乙酸乙酯提取物的促葡萄糖消耗率达到了3.08、3.12、1.93,仅次于果实乙酸乙酯提取物(3.91)。此次研究为人面果抗糖尿病活性开发提供一定理论基础。  相似文献

以我国南海海域分离的赤潮原因种——球形棕囊藻(Phaeocystis globosa)为材料, 研究了不同硝酸盐浓度下藻细胞生长及硝酸还原酶活性的变化。当培养基中不含硝酸盐时, 藻细胞内硝酸还原酶的活性保持在非常低的水平, 藻细胞的生长受到限制, 不能形成正常的生长曲线: 当培养基中硝酸盐浓度为3.62 mmol.L-1时, 藻细胞的硝酸还原酶活性和比生长速率达到最大。在含有硝酸盐的培养基中, 接种培养后第9天藻细胞硝酸还原酶活性达到最大值, 并且在4种不同硝酸盐浓度下, 藻细胞硝酸还原酶活性的差异性达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。在接种培养第16天藻细胞密度达到最大值, 并且4种不同硝酸盐浓度培养的藻细胞密度之间的差异性也达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。实验结果表明, 在培养基中添加不同浓度的硝酸盐, 对球形棕囊藻细胞硝酸还原酶的活性和藻细胞的生长有极显著的影响, 含有较高硝酸盐的富营养化海域有利于球形棕囊藻细胞的持续生长。  相似文献

为了评价外来入侵杂草薇甘菊Mikania micrantha在害虫综合防治方面的潜力,为椰心叶甲Brontispa longissima的防控提供参考,测定了薇甘菊提取物对椰心叶甲室内生物活性和田间防治效果。结果表明:不同极性溶剂对薇甘菊活性物质提取率中,以甲醇和乙醇的提取率最高(甲醇、乙酸乙酯、正己烷、石油醚、三氯甲烷、蒸馏水、乙醇的提取率分别为10.54%,7.17%,6.22%,6.28%,8.67%,8.62%和10.36%);薇甘菊甲醇和乙醇提取物均对椰心叶甲表现出一定的生物活性,且乙醇提取物对各龄幼虫及成虫的活性均高于甲醇提取物,其中乙醇提取物对椰心叶甲1~5龄幼虫和成虫LC50分别为7.09,7.88,8.93,11.88,13.26和17.46 mg/g,而甲醇提取物相应LC50值分别为12.36,14.85,15.89,17.46,19.91和27.81 mg/g;两种提取物均能造成椰心叶甲蛹的羽化延迟、成虫畸形、卵孵化时间延迟等情况。大田试验结果表明,薇甘菊乙醇提取物对椰心叶甲表现出显著的防治效果,其中100和20 mg/mL处理组在处理后的第7天其虫口减退率均达到80%以上。结论:薇甘菊提取物对椰心叶甲具有一定的生物活性和防控潜力。  相似文献

This study involved the use of terrestrial plant extracts as substitutes for toxic chemicals to control the major fouling organisms of mangroves, the barnacles. In terms of the solvents used to obtain the plant crude extracts, ethyl acetate was best, ethyl alcohol next and pure water worst, except in the case of Allium cepa (AC), where pure water was better than ethyl alcohol. For different plants, different solvents resulted in different poisonous effects, and plants belonging to different classes showed different levels of activities. In particular, using ethyl acetate crude extracts, Allium sativum (AS), AC and Capsicum annuum (CA) caused massive death of barnacle larvae at a low concentration in the shortest time. The less poisonous organic solvents were able to extract more active materials, and this was advantageous in enhancing the effect. For pure water crude extracts, AC and Zingiber officinale were best, but for 95% ethyl alcohol crude extracts, AS and AC were best. For ethyl acetate crude extracts, the effects of AS, AC and CA were better. Different solvent extracts of AC with 12 h of exposure all had LC50 values <100 mg/L. The concentrations of the effective plant crude extracts used were close to, or even lower than, those used for pesticides referred to in the literature.  相似文献

【目的】为研究苦瓜(Momordica charantia L.)叶正丁醇萃取物对亚洲玉米螟Ostrinina furnacalis(Güenée)生长发育及生殖力的影响,并探讨其作用机理。【方法】采用饲料混药法测定了苦瓜叶正丁醇萃取物对亚洲玉米螟幼虫存活率、发育历期和雌成虫产卵量的影响。【结果】用0.025%、0.1%和0.2%浓度的苦瓜叶正丁醇萃取物混合饲料饲喂亚洲玉米螟2龄幼虫3 d后,幼虫存活率明显降低,校正死亡率分别为27.43%、39.23%和54.93%,且发育历期明显延长,雌成虫产卵量与对照相比分别下降了12.63%、22.74%和37.27%。进一步的研究结果表明,苦瓜叶正丁醇萃取物对斜纹夜蛾卵巢细胞(SL)的形态、增殖和生长密度有明显的抑制作用。处理后的SL细胞皱缩变圆,细胞核偏移甚至消失,胞质外泄。处理24、48和72 h后,对SL细胞增殖的IC50值分别为180.96、158.54和122.87μg/mL;处理6~72 h后,SL细胞相对生长密度随药剂浓度和处理时间的增加而明显下降;用125μg/mL浓度处理SL细胞2、3、4和5 d后,SL细胞对葡萄糖吸收的抑制率分别为7.66%、13.97%、19.45%和27.30%。【结论】苦瓜叶正丁醇萃取物对SL细胞表现出的较强毒杀作用可能是其导致亚洲玉米螟生殖能力降低的主要作用机制之一。  相似文献

为探讨飞机草提取物对红脉穗螟Tirathaba rufivena Walker的防控潜力,采用室内生物测定法,研究了飞机草提取物对红脉穗螟的产卵忌避作用和杀卵活性。结果表明,飞机草乙酸乙酯提取物对红脉穗螟的忌避效果最好,选择性和非选择性忌避率分别为41.85%和46.84%;不同提取物处理红脉穗螟的卵后,均造成卵孵化率降低和初孵幼虫的死亡,其中乙酸乙酯提取物对红脉穗螟卵的影响最大,孵化率和1龄幼虫死亡率分别达到65.89%和40.37%。对飞机草乙酸乙酯提取物进行分级萃取测试各萃取物的活性发现,正己烷萃取物对红脉穗螟的产卵忌避作用和杀卵活性最强。田间试验表明,采用正己烷萃取物稀释50倍和100倍浓度进行田间喷雾,药后15 d对红脉穗螟的种群控制率可达到50%以上。  相似文献

In the present study, in vitro anticariogenic potential of ethyl acetate, hexane and methanol and aqueous extracts of plant leaves of Eucalyptus globules Labill. were evaluated by using four cariogenic bacteria, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus mutans. Agar well diffusion method and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) were used for this purpose. The ethyl acetate extracted fraction of plant leaves showed good inhibitory effects against all selected bacteria. In Eucalyptus globules, hexane and ethyl acetate extracts found highly effective against, Lactobacillus acidophilus with MIC value of 0.031 and 0.062 mg/mL, respectively. Qualitative phytochemical investigation of above extracts showed the presence of alkaloids, phenolic compounds, steroids, cardiac glycosides and terpenes. Based on the MIC value and bioautography, ethyl acetate of plant leaf was selected for further study. Further investigation on the structure elucidation of the bioactive compound using IR, GC-MS and NMR techniques revealed the presence of alpha-farnesene, a sesquiterpene. Eucalyptus globules plant leaf extracts have great potential as anticariogenic agents that may be useful in the treatment of oral disease.  相似文献

Kinetic characteristics of n-butyl alcohol and iso-butyl alcohol in a composite bead biofilter were investigated. The microbial growth rate of n-butyl alcohol was greater than that of iso-butyl alcohol in the average inlet concentration range of 50-300 ppm. The microbial growth rate was inhibited at higher inlet concentration, and the inhibitive effect in the concentration range of 50-150 ppm was more pronounced than that in the concentration range of 150-300 ppm. The degree of inhibitive effect for n-butyl alcohol was more sensitive than that for iso-butyl alcohol in the concentration range of 50-150 ppm. The zero-order kinetic with the diffusion rate limitation could be regarded as the most adequate biochemical reaction model. The biodegradation rate of n-butyl alcohol was greater than that of iso-butyl alcohol in the average inlet concentration range of 50-300 ppm. The biochemical reaction rate was also inhibited at higher inlet concentration, and the inhibitive effect for iso-butyl alcohol was more pronounced than that for n-butyl alcohol. The factor of the chemical structure of compound was more predominant in the microbial growth and biochemical reaction processes. The maximum elimination capacity of n-butyl alcohol and iso-butyl alcohol were 55.7 and 34.8 g C h(-1)m(-3) bed volume, respectively. The compound with no side group in the main chain would be easier biodegraded by the microbial.  相似文献

Artemisia annua L. (Asteraceae Family) is an important plant in Asia that has been used for treating different diseases, including fever due to malaria, wounds, tubercolisis, scabues, pain, convulsions, diabetes, and inflammation. In this study we aimed to evaluate the effects of different polarity extracts (hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, ethanol, ethanol/water (70 %) and water) from A. annua against the burden of inflammation and oxidative stress occurring in colon tissue exposed to LPS. In parallel, chemical composition, antiradical, and enzyme inhibition effects against α-amylase, α-glucosidase, tyrosinase, and cholinesterases were evaluated. The water extract contained the highest content of the total phenolic with 34.59 mg gallic acid equivalent (GAE)/g extract, while the hexane had the highest content of the total flavonoid (20.06 mg rutin equivalent (RE)/g extract). In antioxidant assays, the polar extracts (ethanol, ethanol/water and water) exhibited stronger radical scavenging and reducing power abilities when compared to non-polar extracts. The hexane extract showed the best AChE, tyrosinase and glucosidase inhibitory effects. All extracts revealed effective anti-inflammatory agents, as demonstrated by the blunting effects on COX-2 and TNFα gene expression. These effects seemed to be not related to the only phenolic content. However, it is worthy of interest to highlight how the higher potency against LPS-induced gene expression was shown by the water extract ; thus suggesting a potential phytotherapy application in the management of clinical symptoms related to inflammatory colon diseases, although future in vivo studies are needed to confirm such in vitro and ex vivo observations.  相似文献
