月桂叶精油成分及逐月动态变化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用毛细柱 GC-MS 和弹性石英毛细柱 GC Kovats 指数的鉴定方法,从月桂(Laurusnobilis L.)叶精油中鉴定出45个化合物,其中1,4-桉叶油素、水合桧烯等19个系该种植物中首次报道。系统地研究了月桂干叶与鲜叶、不同产地、当年生与多年生成分,首次报道月桂叶精油成分逐月动态变化,表明其得率和主成分1,8-桉叶油素含量均以7月最高。  相似文献

The essential oil of leaves and the absolute from flower of Tagetes erecta were analysed by GC, GC/MS, IR, column chromatography. About 50 compounds in the essential oil have been identified, most of then are terpenone. 28 compounds in absolute have been identified. γ-, △-cadinene, cis-caryophyllene and other sesquiterpenes are major constituents in absolute The essential oil has good antibiotic activity and no irritability to human skin. The chemical composition of the essential oils from leaves and wood of Ocotea brenesii Standl. growing wild in Costa Rica was determined by capillary GC/FID and GC/MS. From the leaves, 64 compounds were identified, corresponding to 85.9% of the oil, and from the wood 57 compounds were identified corresponding to 69.0% of the oil. The major constituents identified in the leaf oil were alpha-copaene (21. 1%), 8-cadinene (9.2%), spathulenol (7.3%), globulol (5.6%) and beta-caryophyllene (5.2%). The major constituents of the wood oil were alpha-copaene (6.6%), caryophyllene oxide (6.3%). beta-caryophyllene (6.1%) and humulene epoxide (4.6%).  相似文献

火筒树属(Leea L.)全世界约有70种,主产亚洲热带地区,中国分布有6种。火筒树属植物除了是很好的园艺和观赏植物外,许多种类可作药用,具有活血散瘀、愈溃生肌、清热解毒等功效,可用于治疗感冒发热、风湿痹痛、疮疡肿毒、咀嚼痛、跌打损伤、乳房肿痛、毒蛇咬伤,黄疸性肝炎等疾病。国内外对火筒树属植物的药理活性,特别是有关化学成分的研究报道很少。  相似文献

This paper reports chemical constituents of the essential oil from the leaves of Cinnamomum tenuipilis Kosterm. By applying PGC, GC/MS/DS, IR and other methods, 12 components have been identified. These components are: 3-hexen-l-ol, ocimene, L-linalool, geraniol, α-copaene, β-caryophyllene, t-β-farnesene, α-humulene, δ-cadinene, (Z)-β-farnesene, diphenylamine, farneol etc. The total content of the above 12 compounds is 99.94 percent of the essential oil. The headspace volatiles of the dry flowers of Aglaia odorata were trapped by a modified circulating adsorption method and were analyzed by GC/MS techniques after desorption by solvent. The components were identified by re, ass spectral and temperature-programmed retention index data on two types of glass capillary columns (OV-101 and PEG-20 M). 54 compounds have been identified from the volatiles, including 21 sesquiterpenes, 8 aldehydes, 7 alkyl benzenes, 6 alkanes, 6 other oxygen-containing compounds and I nitrogen containing compound. 29 compounds have not been reported in the studies on the constituents of the essential oil or absolute oil of the flowers.  相似文献

为了分析香叶蒿挥发油的化学成分和进一步开发利用香叶蒿提供科学依据,本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用气相色谱-质谱联用法对香叶蒿挥发油化学成分进行了分析,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对百分含量。经毛细管色谱分离出56个峰,并鉴定出各峰所对应的化合物.其主要化学成分为桉树醇(Euca-lyptol),樟脑(Camphor),孟烯醇-4(Menthen-4-ol),异丁酮-2-基-苯(2-Butanone,3-phenyl),对异丁基苯酚(Phe-nol,4-(2-methylpropyl)等。香叶蒿挥发油中化合物含量丰富,且药用,及香料工业用的化合物含量较高,因此香叶蒿有很好的开发利用价值。  相似文献

用毛细管气相色谱——质谱——计算机联用技术、毛细管气相色谱保留指数和毛细管标准品叠加法分析了油樟Cinnamomum lonoepaniculatum叶芳香油的化学成分。从分离出来的49个色谱峰中鉴定出了28个成分,其中主要成分是1,8—桉叶脑(58.55%)、α—萜品醇(15.43%)、香桧烯(14.16%)等。  相似文献

The methods of GC with fused silica capillary column, its Kovats retention index of GC and GC-MS-DS etc. We were used to study the aromatic compounds of the peel essential oil of Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck and aromatic concentrates of fruit flesh. 29 chemical constituents from the peels and 40 chemical constituents from the fruit flesh were identified. The trace constituents α-sinensal 0.01% and β-sinensal 0.01% are the special aroma ones for Citrus sinensis. At the same time, the changes flavor components in Citrus sinensis peels and fruit flesh during storage were also explored.  相似文献

将锦鸡儿属(Caragana)植物分布区划分成13个。在分支系统学基础上,进行了分布区的成分分析。以种类和系为分布特征,进行分布区的聚类分析和最小生成树分析。分布区分支图、表征图和最小生成树从不同方面表达了分布区的关系。锦鸡儿属的分布区被分成东亚和古地中海两大部分。其中分别来自这两部分的前苏联远东-我国东北与阿尔泰-萨彦岭分布区有密切关系。基于分布区分支图,属的分布区分别由这两个分布区衍生,同时结合属的种系发生关系,推断本属可能起源于东西伯利亚,时间为第三纪中新世末-上新世。生态适应上,分类群是由东部温带中生性类型向西部旱化和寒化方向发展的。  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取中草药贯叶连翘(全草)挥发油。通过气相色谱/质谱联用技术测定了挥发油的化学成分,从中鉴定出75种化合物,其中百里香酚、桉油精、丁香油酚等酚类物质为首次检出。结果表明,贯叶连翘因产地不同、部位不同,其挥发油的成分有较大的差别。  相似文献

Oil quantity and quality were measured for the cotyledon leaves of the commercial terpinen-4-ol chemical variety of Melaleuca alternifolia. Oil yield obtained by ethanolic extraction was 3.8 micrograms per leaf or 2.6% (dry weight basis). The major components of the oil were alpha-pinene (7.4%), beta-pinene (12.0%) and terpinolene (27.3%). The non-commercial terpinolene chemical variety was found to be rich in 1,8-cineole (12.5%) and terpinolene (25.4%). The non-commercial 1,8-cineole chemical variety was rich in 1,8-cineole (37%) with significant quantities of alpha-pinene (15.5%), beta-pinene (23.3%) and terpinolene (10.9%). The cotyledon leaf composition, when compared with that of mature leaf from the same chemical variety, was found to be biased toward pinene and terpinolene biogenetic pathway constituents and hence not a good indicator of mature tree quality especially for the commercial terpinen-4-ol chemical variety. The implications of these analyses for the determination of M. alternifolia plantation quality and the understanding of oil formation, are discussed.  相似文献

利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对喜光花叶挥发油成分进行了分析,结果分得19个化合物,占挥发油总量的95.35%。含量最高的是n-棕榈酸(37.61%),其次为3,8-二甲基-十二烷(7.28%)、四十四烷(5.07%)、溴二十二烷(4.55%)和1,54-二溴五十四烷(4.30%)。  相似文献

毛细管气相色谱/质谱/计算机联用仪器分析结果表明,在四川省成都市一人工种植的银木(Cinnamomumseptentrionale)种群中,其枝叶精油主要化学组成在各植株间存在很大差异,发现精油存在1,8-桉叶油素,樟脑,异丁香酚甲醇和9-氧代橙花叔醇等四个化学类型.除异丁香酚甲醚类型外,其余类型均为第一次报道.综观樟属其它种的化学类型研究可见,化学类型在樟属植物中普遍存在种内多型性和种间共性.  相似文献
