对秦巴山区野生金荞麦Fagopyrum cymosum营养成分和有效成分进行分析。结果表明,秦巴山区野生金荞麦营养丰富、有效成分(表儿茶素、芦丁等)含量较高。其中,粗蛋白含量较高,达20.03%,可作为高蛋白的金荞麦育种材料;金荞麦氨基酸总量为15.78%,其中必需氨基酸含量为5.54%,非必需氨基酸含量为10.24%,是一种氨基酸含量较丰富的资源植物。秦巴山区野生金荞麦可作为优良野生牧草资源与药用兼备的多用途植物,具进一步开发利用价值。  相似文献

测定了 6尾南美鲱鱼的含肉率及其营养成分 ,并对其营养价值进行综合评定。该鱼 (鲜样 )含肉率 83.6 5 % ;肌肉中含粗蛋白 1 7 74 % ,粗脂肪 5 2 5 % ,粗灰分 1 0 2 % ,水分 74 73% ,无氮浸出物 1 2 6 %。干物质中水解氨基酸总量 70 36 % ,其中必需氨基酸 2 7 90 % ,占氨基酸总量的 39 6 5 % ;游离氨基酸总量1 2 6 5 1 8mg 1 0 0g;必需氨基酸指数为 4 0 33;矿物质含量丰富 ,尤其是硒。认为南美鲱鱼是一种营养价值和养殖价值都比较高的淡水养殖新品种 ,具有良好的开发利用前景。  相似文献

测定了长江上游特有鱼类黑尾近红的含肉率及其肌肉生化成分和能值。结果表明 :黑尾近红的含肉率为 70 74 % ;其肌肉生化成分 (鲜重百分比 )水分含量为 80 97%、蛋白质 15 92 %、脂肪 1 11%、灰分 1 0 1%、无氮浸出物 0 99%、比能值 4 37kJ/g及E/P 2 7 4 5kJ/g。肌肉生化成分含量与体长变化无明显关系。肌肉中含有 17种氨基酸 ,总量为 6 9 0 7% (干重百分比 ) ;9种人体必需氨基酸总量是 34 81% ,必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量比例为5 0 39% ;四种鲜味氨基酸含量为 2 6 94 % ;必需氨基酸指数 (EAAI)是 6 3 6 4。缬氨酸 ,苏氨酸和异亮氨酸为限制性氨基酸。  相似文献

对刺猬肌肉营养成分测定及其氨基酸分析,评价其营养价值。结果表明,刺猬肌肉(鲜样)中粗蛋白含量丰富(20.92±0.14)%,肌肉中含18种氨基酸,占肌肉总量的80.13%(干样百分比),其中人体必需氨基酸8种,占氨基酸总量的46.88%,必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)为64.58,氨基酸构成比例符合FAO/WHO标准;鲜味氨基酸总量为30.82%;钙和铁的含量分别为33.8mg/100g和11.0mg/100g。说明其具有较高的营养和食用价值。  相似文献

测定了黄河中上游特有鱼类兰州鲇的肌肉生化成分并对其进行了营养学评价。结果表明,兰州鲇肌肉(鲜样)中粗蛋白质量分数(17.4±0.7)%,粗脂肪(2.22±1.09)%,粗灰分(1.12±0.09)%,水分(80.4±0.8)%。肌肉中含有18种氨基酸,总量为(71.29±3.71)%(质量分数,干样),其中含量最高的为谷氨酸(10.43±0.47)%,含量最低的为胱氨酸(0.663±0.040)%,8种人体必需氨基酸总量为(30.24±2.18)%,占氨基酸总量的42.38%,其构成比例符合FAO/WHO标准。兰州鲇肌肉中限制性氨基酸为缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸,必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)为69.3,4种呈味氨基酸总质量分数为24.62%(干样)。不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的65.21%,并以油酸(C18:1)和亚油酸(C18:2)为主。磷含量显著高于其余12种矿物元素 (p<0.05),锌在8种微量元素中含量(10.18 mg/kg,鲜样)最高,铁(8.31 mg/kg,鲜样)次之,硒含量(0.31 mg/kg,鲜样)丰富。从营养学角度,兰州鲇是一种营养价值较高的优质鱼类。  相似文献

银鲳4野生群体肌肉营养成分的比较分析与评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
4个野生银鲳(Pampus argenteus)群体样本于2008年5月分别采集于河北黄骅、江苏连云港、浙江舟山、广东惠来4地沿海海域,分别对其肌肉的主要营养成分进行了分析和评价.结果表明,浙江舟山与河北黄骅银鲳群体肌肉的粗蛋白含量差异显著(P<0.05),其他各群体银鲳肌肉间粗蛋白含量差异不显著.肌肉粗脂肪含量在4群体银鲳间无显著性差异(P>0.05).氨基酸及必需氨基酸总量以江苏连云港群体肌肉中含量最高,分别占干重的65.14%和27.32%,浙江舟山群体(64.31%和26.42%)其次,河北黄骅群体(60.32%和25.47%)最低,4群体间差异显著(P<0.05).江苏连云港及浙江舟山群体银鲳肌肉的必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)、氨基酸评分(AAS)和化学评分(CS)均高于另外2群体.4群体银鲳肌肉间饱和脂肪酸及不饱和脂肪酸总量呈现显著性差异(P<0.05).江苏连云港及浙江舟山群体银鲳肌肉的多不饱和脂肪酸含量要高于另外2群体.综合比较,江苏连云港及浙江舟山群体银鲳肌肉的营养价值要优于河北黄骅和广东惠来群体.从银鲳4野生群体的聚类分析结果可以看出:就氨基酸含量来说,浙江舟山与江苏连云港群体差异最小,与广东惠来群体差异最大;就脂肪酸差异来讲,浙江舟山与河北黄骅群体相似性较高,与广东惠来之间的差异最大.  相似文献

为从天然植物中寻找富硒食品 ,分析了西双版纳地区常用的 6 8种野生蔬菜的硒含量。结果表明 ,6 8种野生蔬菜中硒平均含量为 0 0 85 3mgkg-1(干物质 ) ,低于栽培蔬菜中硒含量 ,其中富硒的 8种 ,低硒的 34种 ,极度低硒的 2 6种。 8种富硒含量为 0 84± 0 0 2 5— 0 37± 0 0 2 2mgkg-1(干物质 ) ,平均硒含量高于其它 6 0种野生蔬菜平均硒含量 35倍  相似文献

研究了长江上游特有鱼类厚颌鲂的含肉率及其肌肉生化成分和能值。结果表明 :厚颌鲂的含肉率为72 72 % ;其肌肉生化成分 (鲜重百分比 ) :水分含量为 79 2 6%、蛋白质 16 82 %、脂肪 2 10 %、灰分 1 0 8%、无氮浸出物 0 73 %、比能值 4 93KJ/g及E/P2 9 3 3KJ/g。肌肉生化成分含量与体长变化无明显关系。经单因素方差分析 5— 6月份样品与 10月份样品在脂肪和无氮浸出物含量上有显著差异 (P <0 0 5)。肌肉中含有 17种氨基酸 ,总量为69 54% (干重百分比 ) ;9种人体必需氨基酸总量是 3 3 0 7% ,占氨基酸总量比例为 47 55% ;必需氨基酸指数 (EAAI)是 61 75。缬氨酸和异亮氨酸为限制性氨基酸 ;四种鲜味氨基酸含量为 5 85% (鲜重百分比 )。  相似文献

Effects of NaOH treatment on the crude protein (CP), condensed tannin (CT) and in vitro gas production kinetics of leaves of Arbutus andrachne, Glycyrrhiza glabra L. and wheat straw were determined. Wheat straw, which is tannin-free, was used as the standard. The NaOH treatment was completed by pulverization of samples with 0, 20, 40, 60 and 80 g/L of NaOH solution in the proportion of 1 L of solution to 1 kg of sample. Gas production was determined at 3, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 and 96 h of incubation. NaOH treatment linearly decreased (P<0.001) the CT contents of leaves of Arbutus andrachne and Glycyrrhiza glabra L. whereas NaOH treatment had no effect on the CP contents of Arbutus andrachne, Glycyrrhiza glabra L. and wheat straw. The 80 g/L NaOH treatment reduced the CT content of leaves of Arbutus andrachne and Glycyrrhiza glabra L. by 59.6% and 86.7%, respectively. NaOH treatment linearly decreased (P<0.01) gas production rate of Arbutus andrachne although it linearly increased (P<0.01) gas production rate of wheat straw. In contrast, NaOH treatment had no effect on gas production rate of leaves of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. NaOH treatment linearly decreased (P<0.001) potential gas production of leaves of Arbutus andrachne and Glycyrrhiza glabra L. whereas NaOH treatment linearly increased (P<0.001) potential gas production of wheat straw. Treatment with NaOH can be used to improve the nutritive value of tannin-free forages such as straw, but not for tannin-containing leaves.  相似文献

Various combinations of a low-tannin herbaceous legume (Vigna unguiculata) and foliage of tanniniferous shrub legumes (Calliandra calothyrsus, Flemingia macrophylla and Leucaena leucocephala) or a low-tannin shrub legume (Cratylia argentea), all mixed together with a low-quality tropical grass (Brachiaria humidicola), were tested in vitro for differences in the effects on ruminal fermentation. Two experiments with the gas transducer technique were carried out, where each forage mixture was tested either with or without polyethylene glycol in order to be able to identify tannin-related effects (n = 3). In Experiment 1, a stepwise replacement of V. unguiculata by C. calothyrsus (5:0, 4:1, 3:2, 2:3, 1:4, 0:5) at a legume proportion of 1/3 or 2/3 in the mixture was evaluated. Together with two grass-alone and four pure legume treatments this added up to 30 treatments. In Experiment 2, V. unguiculata was gradually replaced by each of the four shrub legumes (3:0, 2:1, 1:2, 0:3) in grass–legume ratios of 2:1, adding up, together with two grass-alone treatments, to 28 treatments. When added alone, V. unguiculata resulted in high fermentative activity as measured by gas production and kinetics as well as low proportion of undegraded crude protein. When V. unguiculata was replaced by the low-tannin C. argentea in Experiment 2, there was no noticeable difference (P>0.05) in fermentative activity. In both experiments, the effect of the substitution of V. unguiculata by tanniniferous shrub legumes resulted in a declining gas production and an increasing proportion of undegraded crude protein (P<0.001). However, the extent of these changes depended on the level of replacement and the shrub legume species (P<0.001). The results of Experiment 2 illustrate that this was the consequence not only of different tannin contents (less adverse effects with L. leucocephala than with C. calothyrsus) but also differences in the chemical properties of the tannins present in these shrub legume species (much less adverse effects with L. leucocephala than with F. macrophylla despite similar tannin contents). Furthermore these results indicate that, once the extent of the effects of a tanniniferous legume is known, one may calculate the maximal level of replacement of a low-tannin legume in a grass diet possible without negative effects on ruminal fermentation. This allows to improve dry season grass-based diets with as few as possible of the expensive and less well growing low-tannin legume.  相似文献

为评估陕西黄河湿地大鸨越冬期营养状况,于2012年1~2月收集大鸨新鲜粪便并对粪便中的蛋白质、灰分和氨基酸含量等做了测定.结果显示,粪便中粗蛋白、粗灰分含量分别为40.25%、19.81%.谷氨酸含量最高,为0.55%,组氨酸含量最低,为0.10%.粪便中豆苗、豆瓣、麦苗、麦粒、玉米、杂物的干物质比重分别为0.47%、4.05%、84.80%、6.75%、2.86%、1.07%.结果表明,麦苗是粪便干物质的主要成分,但相对大鸨越冬食性而言,麦苗粗蛋白含量偏低.粪便中谷氨酸、甘氨酸、天门冬氨酸和丙氨酸含量较大,这对优化大鸨对食物的选择方面起一定作用.  相似文献

Digestive strategies have been recognized to be a key factor for healthy growth in juvenile Galapagos giant tortoises (Geochelone nigra). The aim of present study was to investigate digestive coefficients with special regard to fiber fractions. Four captive bred Galapagos giant tortoises 4–5 years of age were fed a controlled diet for 32 days. The diet consisted of 77% hay, 15% tortoise pellets, and 8% apples on a dry matter basis. On a dry matter basis diet analysis showed: 95.7% organic matter, 11.3% crude protein, 20.5% crude fiber, 22.6% acid detergent fiber, 5.0% acid detergent lignin, and 17.6% cellulose. Based on total fecal collection during 7 days average dry matter digestibilities were calculated: 65% for dry matter, 67% for organic matter, 63% for crude protein, 55% for crude fiber, 49% for acid detergent fiber, 41% for acid detergent lignin, 54% for cellulose. An increase in crude fiber content resulted in a reduced digestibility in comparative evaluations of data for different tortoise species, and in a comparison of tortoises and mammalian hindgut fermenters. Compared to some mammalian hindgut‐fermenting herbivore species (domestic horses, Asian elephants, Indian rhinoceroses) on a diet of hay and concentrates, the juvenile Galapagos giant tortoises showed a digestion of similar efficiency. If a reduction in dietary digestibility is warranted in juvenile Galapagos giant tortoises, it is concluded that dietary fiber levels should be increased and it is proposed that crude fiber levels of 30–40% on a dry matter basis should be achieved. An industrial grade acidic crude palm oil (ACPO) pre-treatment process was carried out using ethanesulfonic acid (ESA) as a catalyst in the esterification reaction. ESA was used in different dosages to reduce free fatty acid (FFA) to a minimum level for the second stage of biodiesel production via alkaline transesterification reaction. Different process operating conditions were optimized such as ESA dosage (0.25-3.5% wt/wt), methanol to ACPO molar ratio (1:1-20:1), reaction temperature (40-70 °C), and reaction time (3-150 min). This study revealed the potential use of abundant quantities of ACPO from oil palm mills for biodiesel production. The lab scale results showed the effectiveness of the pre-treatment process using ESA catalyst. Three consecutive catalyst recycling runs were achieved without significant degradation in its performance. Second and third reuse runs needed more reaction time to achieve the target level of FFA content. Esterification and transesterification using ESA and KOH respectively is proposed for biodiesel industrial scale production. The produced biodiesel meets the international standards specifications for biodiesel fuel (EN 14214 and ASTM D6751).  相似文献

Dietary fat was recognized as a good source of energy and fat-soluble vitamins by the first part of the 20th century, but fatty acids were not considered to be essential nutrients because they could be synthesized from dietary carbohydrate. This well-established view was challenged in 1929 by George and Mildred Burr who reported that dietary fatty acid was required to prevent a deficiency disease that occurred in rats fed a fat-free diet. They concluded that fatty acids were essential nutrients and showed that linoleic acid prevented the disease and is an essential fatty acid. The Burrs surmised that other unsaturated fatty acids were essential and subsequently demonstrated that linolenic acid, the omega-3 fatty acid analog of linoleic acid, is also an essential fatty acid. The discovery of essential fatty acids was a paradigm-changing finding, and it is now considered to be one of the landmark discoveries in lipid research.  相似文献

Toxocariasis is a worldwide zoonosis caused by larvae of ascarid nematodes of dogs or cats, Toxocara canis or T. cati. Diagnosis of human toxocariasis currently relies on serology that uses T. canis excretory-secretory antigen to detect specific IgG antibodies by ELISA. We investigated the serodiagnostic efficacy of ELISA using crude antigen of T. canis larvae (TCLA). Serum specimens of 64 clinically confirmed toxocariasis, 115 healthy controls, and 119 other tissue-invading helminthiases were screened by ELISA using TCLA. The ELISA using TCLA showed 92.2% (59/64 patient samples) sensitivity and 86.6% (103/119) specificity. Its positive diagnostic predictivity was 78.7% and negative predictivity was 97.8%. No serum of healthy controls reacted but that of anisakiasis (45.5%), gnathostomiasis (19.2%), clonorchiasis (15.8%), sparganosis (11.1%), and cysticercosis (6.3%) cross-reacted. Immunoblot analysis on TCLA recognized antigenic proteins of 28- and 30-kDa bands in their dominant protein quantity and strong blotting reactivity. The present results indicate that the ELISA using our TCLA antigen is acceptable by the sensitivity and specificity for serodiagnosis of human toxocariasis. ELISA with TCLA is recommended to make differential diagnosis for patients with any sign of organ infiltration and eosinophilia.  相似文献

Effects of perfluorocarboxylic acids (PFCAs) on proportions of oleic acid and cis-vaccenic acid through acyl-CoA chain elongation systems have been studied in the liver of rats. Administration of PFCAs caused a significant increase in palmitoyl-CoA chain elongation activity while these chemicals did not affect palmitoleoyl-CoA chain elongation activity in vivo.Condensation for both palmitoyl-CoA and palmitoleoyl-CoA were inhibited by PFCAs in vitro at the concentrations, which were physiologically found in the liver of rats treated with the PFCAs. Δ9 Desaturase, which catalyzes both stearoyl-CoA desaturation and palmitoyl-CoA desaturation, was induced by the treatments of rats with the PFCAs. The administration of the PFCAs to rats caused a marked increase in proportion of oleic acid, while that of cis-vaccenic acid was not affected at all. These results strongly suggest that the induced palmitoyl-CoA chain elongation by PFCAs, which exist in the liver, effectively produces oleic acid in concert with the induced stearoyl-CoA desaturase, but the inhibitory effects of PFCAs on either palmitoyl-CoA chain elongation or palmitoleoyl-CoA chain elongation are not crucial for the formation of the elongated fatty acids in vivo.  相似文献

Ensiling of Agave salmiana Otto Ex Salm-Dyck, a widespread plant in Mexico, as a viable preservation method to create a potential animal feed resource for ruminants was investigated. Fresh A. salmiana with 205 g dry matter (DM)/kg and wilted alfalfa with 602 g DM/kg were ensiled in combinations (DM:DM) of 1000:0, 500:500 and 350:650, to evaluate feeding value of agave:alfalfa silages on ruminal fermentation and growth of goats. Chemical composition and in situ ruminal disappearance of three total mixed rations (TMRs), which included 240 g/kg DM of each silage (1000:0, 500:500 and 350:650) were determined. The TMR were used to assess ruminal fermentation and growth of 15 goats (20 ± 2.2 kg body weight (BW)). Silage pH (≤4), lactate (>25 g/kg DM) and ammonia (<50 g/kg total N) concentrations indicate that silage quality was good. Lactic acid was the main acid in all silages, acetic acid concentrations were relatively low, and butyrate was only detected in only the 1000:0 agave:alfalfa silage. Potential DM disappearance of the TMR increased quadratically as the amount of alfalfa included in the silage mixture increased. The BW gain and feed efficiency were not changed by treatment, even though DM intake decreased and aNDF intake increased linearly as the amount of alfalfa included in the silage mixture increased. Ruminal pH and butyrate increased, and ammonia N, lactate and propionate decreased linearly as alfalfa proportion of alfalfa in the silage mixture was increased. The TMR ingredient selectivity by the goats may have limited goat performance when alfalfa was included in agave silage mixtures. Because the agave:alfalfa blend improved nutritional quality, ruminal digestibility and intake of agave silage, alfalfa inclusion may improve nutritional characteristics of agave plants silages for ruminants.  相似文献

为明确核桃(Juglans regia L.)种仁中粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量的遗传特性,分别对品种‘元林’(母本)和‘青林’(父本)及其杂交后代群体种仁的粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量及其遗传参数进行了测定及分析;并在此基础上,比较分析了15个优选单株种仁的粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量以及种仁油的脂肪酸组成.结果显示:‘元林’和‘青林’及其杂交后代群体种仁中粗蛋白质含量均值分别为17.61%、19.28%和19.70%,变异系数分别为4.25%、7.99%和18.75%;粗脂肪含量均值分别为61.03%、59.28%和57.61%,变异系数分别为10.54%、4.93%和9.56%.杂交后代群体种仁的粗蛋白质及粗脂肪含量的各遗传参数均有较大差异;单株间粗蛋白质含量差异极显著(P≤0.01),遗传力(H2)和相对遗传增益(△G’)分别为0.93和33.12%;粗脂肪含量差异显著(P≤0.05),H2和△G’分别为0.92和19.06%.15个优选单株种仁的粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量分别为15.78% ~25.22%和50.41% ~64.69%,其中,单株6-7、5-19和3-19的粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量均较高.优选单株种仁油由亚油酸、油酸、α-亚麻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、顺-11-二十碳烯酸和花生酸组成,以亚油酸相对含量最高(61.57%),不饱和脂肪酸总相对含量达87.48%.研究结果表明:与亲本相比,核桃杂交后代种仁的粗蛋白质含量较高、粗脂肪含量较低;对杂交后代进行优良单株筛选可获得粗蛋白质和粗脂肪含量较高的遗传增益.  相似文献
