新的医疗体制改革始于2009年,新医改方案实施给医药市场带来了颠覆性的变化,在医药流通环节中起着关键作用的医药公司处境尴尬,其传统经营模式已经无法适应新医改的要求.目前医药公司多存在管理混乱、职能不清、物流落后和资金周转不灵等问题,在新医改制度下,药品尤其是基本药物价格降幅大,配送资质审查严格,迫使药品流通环节不得不放弃中间过程,医药公司生存空间被大幅压缩,部分企业已经出现经营难以为继的状况,对医药流通市场的稳定高效运行带来了不利影响.然而,机遇与挑战并存,准确把握医改新方向,迅速实现企业的正确转型成为众医药公司发展的必由之路,在此基础上不同类型医药公司需要选择第三方物流、终端零售或者第三终端配送等转型方式以适应市场需求,以期在新医改浪潮之下的医药流通市场占据一席之地,获得更好的发展前景和利润空间. 相似文献

The principles of membrane technology of gas distribution have been considered, that has a wider adoption in different branches of economy and in medicine. One of the promising trends of membrane technology employment is production of respiratory gas mixtures for hypoxytherapy, non-medicamental method to increase the human organism resistance to numerous pathogenetic environmental factors. Gas distributors and devices with different surface mass exchange and wide range of operating stress using hollow selectively permeable fibers of poly-4-methylpentene-1 are designed and produced under conditions of scientific productions. The technology of hollow fibers formation has been tried out on production spinning machinery of enterprises of chemical fibers in Ukraine. Design of gas distributors permits supplying them as a part of different devices of normobaric hypoxia from individual ones to devices of joint use allowing for customer's demands. 相似文献

A study has been performed on Danish industry’s experiences with LCA. Twenty-six enterprises from different sectors conpleted
a questionnaire. The enterprises are still in an adoption and learning phase, and experiences with full-blown LCA’s are sparse.
Expectations of future market pressure to supply more environmentally friendly products is the most important incentive for
the enterprises to engage in LCA activities. This pressure, however, has not yet emerged and the enterprises have not achieved
the expected competitive advantages. LCA work has revealed new environmental aspects of the products with subsequent new priorities
in the environmental efforts. Only a few enterprises have built up in-house LCA competence, whereas consultants are heavily
involved in LCA work. In large enterprises, LCA work is predominantly carried out by environmental staff members, but the
product development staff is also involved. The nature of the co-operation and distribution of roles between these two actors

Chloramphenicol (Cm) and its fluorinated derivative florfenicol (Ff) represent highly potent inhibitors of bacterial protein biosynthesis. As a consequence of the use of Cm in human and veterinary medicine, bacterial pathogens of various species and genera have developed and/or acquired Cm resistance. Ff is solely used in veterinary medicine and has been introduced into clinical use in the mid-1990s. Of the Cm resistance genes known to date, only a small number also mediates resistance to Ff. In this review, we present an overview of the different mechanisms responsible for resistance to Cm and Ff with particular focus on the two different types of chloramphenicol acetyltransferases (CATs), specific exporters and multidrug transporters. Phylogenetic trees of the different CAT proteins and exporter proteins were constructed on the basis of a multisequence alignment. Moreover, information is provided on the mobile genetic elements carrying Cm or Cm/Ff resistance genes to provide a basis for the understanding of the distribution and the spread of Cm resistance--even in the absence of a selective pressure imposed by the use of Cm or Ff. 相似文献

Over the last decade, the search for gene variants with the potential to influence transplant outcomes or predispose individuals
to host–recipient-related phenotypes has generated a considerable number of studies with conflicting results. Thousands of
genotypes have been associated with complex traits related to transplant medicine, including acute rejection, immunosuppressive
drug metabolism and side effects, infections, long-term outcomes, and cardiovascular complications. However, these efforts
have given disappointing results, both in terms of gaining understanding of the biological basis of disease and in patient
management. The methodological weaknesses that constitute the major limitations of most of these studies have been discussed
widely. A new generation of approaches is needed to understand the relationship between gene variants and complex kidney transplantation
traits. These approaches should be global, to generate original pathophysiological hypotheses, and should rely on advanced
genomic tools, including Genome Wide Association studies and Whole Genome Sequencing technologies. Such enterprises will only
be successful with the creation of international consortiums that connect partners in clinical, industrial, and academic transplant

秋海棠属植物除了具有较高的观赏价值外,在中国还作为药用、食用、饮料和饲料等被利用。本文应用民族植物学研究方法,通过野外调查、文献和标本收集整理和研究,共记载了中国产26种秋海棠属植物被作为药用、食用、饮料和饲料加以利用。在所记载的26种国产秋海棠属植物中,有24种作药用,8种作食用(蔬菜)或饮料,5种作饲料。3种作饮料的种类在其自然分布地被广泛利用。9种秋海棠作为多种用途加以利用,其中8种既被作为药用、食用和饮料,也被作为饲料加以利用。本研究还表明,国产秋海棠属植物中,有些种类由于过度采集利用或其它因素已变得稀有或濒危。由此提出,合理开发利用和有效保护应成为今后中国秋海棠属植物研究的重要内容。 相似文献

促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)是下丘脑分泌的十肽激素,是神经、免疫、内分泌三大调节系统互相联系的重要信号分子,对生殖调控具有重要意义.GnRH类似物是近年来应用最广的多肽类激素新药之一.就GnRH及其受体的结构及分布、GnRH在垂体和性腺水平调控生殖的一系列证据、影响GnRH释放的因素等进行了综述,并展望了GnRH研究的发展趋势及应用前景. 相似文献
