以大肠杆ATCC25922、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923及其临床多重耐药分离株ETEC-AD9、MRSA-DF12共4株人体病原细菌为靶标菌,采用琼脂块法从越南槐内生真菌中筛选抗菌活性菌株,并以改良的微量肉汤稀释法测定其代谢产物的最小抑菌浓度;根据形态和分子特征鉴定拮抗菌株的分类学地位。结果表明,菌株TRPH-35的活菌块对各病原细菌的抑菌圈直径与阳性对照相当;其代谢产物对各病原菌的最小抑菌浓度为20~40μg/mL;初步鉴定该菌株为刺盘孢。本研究结果表明,菌株TRPH-35鉴定为刺盘孢,对参试病原细菌均显示强的抗菌活性,具有较大的开发应用潜力。  相似文献

利用多种柱层析方法,从山豆根中分得5个化合物。经过理化及波谱分析,分别鉴定为L-广高丽槐素(1)、红车轴草苷(2)、槲皮素(3)、芦丁(4)和异鼠李素-3-芸香糖甙(5)。其中化合物3,5为首次从该植物中分离得到。关键词:山豆根;L-高丽槐素;红车轴草苷;槲皮素;芦丁;异鼠李素-3-芸香糖甙  相似文献

利用多种柱层析方法,从山豆根中分离得到四个生物碱,通过理化性质测定及波谱分析,分别鉴定为槐醇(1),13,14去氢槐醇(2),苦参碱(3)和氧化苦参碱(4),并首次利用MTT比色法测定了化合物1和2对体外培养的HL60及SMMC7721细胞增殖抑制率,同时分别考察了葛根素对二者增殖抑制试验的协同作用。  相似文献

报道了在广西发现的2个百合科蜘蛛抱蛋属Aspidistra新种,即乳突蜘蛛抱蛋A. papillata G. Z. Li和环江蜘蛛抱蛋A. huanjiangensis G. Z. Li&Y. G. Wei。乳突蜘蛛抱蛋与大花蜘蛛抱蛋A. tonkinensis(Gagner. )F. T. Wang&K. Y. Lang近缘。它们的共同特征是:花单生;花被裂片两侧彼此覆盖;柱头盾状,边缘3裂,上表面具3条辐射状沟缝。不同点是:乳突蜘蛛抱蛋植株较大花蜘蛛抱蛋的粗大;叶柄较粗;叶片椭圆形或长椭圆形;花被阔钟  相似文献

Pyrgophyllum (Gagnep.) T. L. Wu et Z. Y. Chen is a monotypic genus of Zingiberaceae from China. Originally, it was placed in Kaempferia as a subgenus by Gagnepain (1901), later transferred to Camptandra by Schumann (1904) and to Caulokaempferia by R. M. Smith. (1972). In this paper, the authors suggest that the separation of Pyrgophyllum at generic rank is justified on cytological, morphological and anatomical evidence. It is characterised by the large lamina-like bracts, which are rarely seen in Zingiberaceae. The margin of each bract is adnate to the main axis of the inflorescence at the base and the lip is lobed. Trichomes unicellular, stomata each with 4-7 lateral subsidiary cells, lateral veins are of three various types of vascular bundles: girder-shaped, semigirder-shaped and isolated. The pollen grains are spinecent. The basic chromosome number (x) is 21. The type species, Pyrgophyllum yunnanensis (Gagnep.) T. L. Wu et Z. Y. Chen (Kaempferia yunnanensis Gagnep.), is only distributed in Yunnan and Sichuan provinces of China.  相似文献

越北腹露蝗Fruhstorferiola tonkinensis Will.是广东北江流域河滩蝗虫的优势种。以不浸水的蝗卵为对照,研究滞育期蝗卵浸水5~95d和胚胎发育期蝗卵浸水1~30d对卵孵化率和历期的影响。结果表明,随浸水时间的增加,孵化率下降,卵发育延迟;滞育期蝗卵经受95d的浸水仍有8.01%存活,而胚胎发育期蝗卵浸水30d后全部死亡,滞育期蝗卵比胚胎发育期蝗卵具有更强的耐浸水能力。说明越北腹露蝗以卵滞育的形式发展了对水浸胁迫的适应。  相似文献

Plant communities on riversides in northern Guangdong Province were investigated with all-survey method, where a kind of native grasshopper Fruhstorferiola tonkinensis Will. broke out severely. 108 plant species belonging to 43 families were identified, and some plant indexes in those plant communities including their name, average height, congregation index, total coverage rate, phenological phase and biod were noted. In addition, plant comparability, plant abundance, quantity character and attribute symbol of dominant species in plant communities on riversides were studied. The results showed that the arrangement and distribution of vegetations on riversides offered a favorable habitat for F. tonkinensis. Moreover, the density of first instar nymphs of F. tonkinensis in plant communities was calculated. The results of partial correlation analysis (PCA) about the relationship between plant communities and occurrence of F. tonkinensis showed that Pterocarya stenoptera C. DC. was the most palatable plant to F. tonkinensis, presenting a very significantly positive correlation between coverage rate of P. stenoptera and occurrence of F. tonkinensis. The partial correlation coefficient (PCC) was 0.856072 (F=32.92012, P=0.0001). Bambusa flexuosa was a non-preferable plant of F. tonkinensis, presenting a significantly negative correlation between them, and the partial correlation coefficient was ?0.607920 (F=0.16173, P=0.0211). Those results would help us to propose some approaches for the ecology control of F. tonkinensis on riversides in northern Guangdong Province.  相似文献

根据近年来对顶生金花茶和平果金花茶在其原产地的进一步调查和野外观察并参考过去的研究成果,发现:顶生金花茶与平果金花茶在分布、形态特征、物候期、生态习性及细胞学特性,尤其是繁殖器官和生活史等方面都有明显差异。因此,认为将其降为平果金花茶的变种颇为不妥,主张恢复顶生金花茶作为一个独立种的地位,其名称为顶生金花茶。  相似文献

A simple, rapid and reliable high-performance capillary electrophoresis method has been developed to determine quantitatively the alkaloid content of Sophora tonkinensis, a Chinese herb commonly known as shan-dou-gen. A total of seven quinolizidine alkaloids (cytisine, sophocarpine, matrine, lehmannine, sophoranol, oxymatrine and oxysophocarpine) could be readily separated within 15 min. The running buffer was 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 2.5) containing 1% hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin and 3.3% isopropanol in water. The applied voltage was 25 kV, the capillary temperature was 25 degrees C, the detection wavelength was 200 nm and scopolamine butylbromide was used as internal standard. The method was used to analyse the chemical constituents of two commercial alternatives to shan-dou-gen. The alkaloid constituents of authentic shan-dou-gen gave a specific HPCE electropherogram that could be used to distinguish the drug from potential substitutes. Furthermore, the content of oxymatrine and the total content of the seven quinolizidine alkaloids could be used as quantitative markers in order to assess the quality of S. tonkinensis.  相似文献

When the genus Yinshania Ma et Y. Z. Zhao was published, it had only a single species, Y. albiflora Ma et Y. Z. Zhao which was indicated as the type of the genus (Acta Phytotax. Sin. 1979). Y. Z. Zhao 155. was indicated as the type specimen of Y. albiflora. It is adequate to cite Y. albiflora Ma et Y. Z. Zhao as the type of genus Yinshania Ma et Y. Z. Zhao. In a revision (Acta Phytotax. Sin. 25(3): 204-219, 1987) Y. H. Zhang made a combintion, Yinshania acutangula (O. E. Schulz) Y. H. Zhang (=Cochlearia acutangula O. E. Schulz) and reduced Yinshania albiflora Ma et Y. Z. Zhao as a variety of Y. acutangula,i. e. Y. acutangula var. albiflora (Ma et Y. Z. Zhao) Y. H. Zhang. She is uncorrect, however, when she cited Y. acutangula (O. E. Schulz) Y. H . Zhang as the type of the genus Yinshania Ma et Y. Z. Zhao. It should be cited as follows: Yinshania Ma et Y. Z. Zhao Typus generis: Yinshania albiflora Ma et Y. Z. Zhao (=Yinshania acutangula(O. E. 报道了中国鹤顶兰属Phaius一新记录种——中越鹤顶兰P.tonkinensis(Aver.)Aver.。该种与紫花鹤顶兰P.mishmensis(Lindl.et Paxton)Rchb.f.相似,不同在于该种的花萼和花瓣均为象牙白色,唇盘的脊上无毛,脊两侧具稀疏白色长毛。该文提供了该新记录种的形态描述和墨线图。  相似文献
