| 摘 要： | 利用多种柱层析方法,从山豆根中分离得到四个生物碱,通过理化性质测定及波谱分析,分别鉴定为槐醇(1),13,14去氢槐醇(2),苦参碱(3)和氧化苦参碱(4),并首次利用MTT比色法测定了化合物1和2对体外培养的HL60及SMMC7721细胞增殖抑制率,同时分别考察了葛根素对二者增殖抑制试验的协同作用。 |

| Abstract: | From the roots of Sophora tonkinensis,four alkaloids were isolated by column chromatography.Their structures were identified as sophoranol(1),13,14 -dehydrosophoranol(2),matrine(3) and oxymatrine(4)on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.Furthermore,Cytotoxic activity of 1 and 2,and cooperative action of 1 or 2 with puerarin on HL-60 and SMMC-7721 cell in vitro were investigated for the first time. |
