扶桑绵粉蚧(Phenacoccus solenopsis)于2008年首次在广东发现,到目前为止,浙江、广西、云南等10多个省市均有其入侵的报道。为探讨入侵中国的扶桑绵粉蚧是否存在两大隐存谱系或姊妹种的复合种,作者对浙江的该物种进行了调查。在调查过程中,发现体色浅橘黄色、背部具三对黄色斑点的体色变异型个体,通过形态特征比较和线粒体COI基因部分序列的分析,证实该体色变异型粉蚧为扶桑绵粉蚧。同时对中国、巴基斯坦、美国的扶桑绵粉蚧COI基因序列进行碱基差异比较、遗传距离(genetic distance)分析,发现所扩增的浙江省内6个地点7种不同寄主植物上的25条扶桑绵粉蚧COI基因(694bp)可以分成3种单倍型,这3种单倍型与中国海南、中国广州、巴基斯坦和美国加州的扶桑绵粉蚧遗传分歧较小(0–1.0%),而与美国佛罗里达州的遗传分歧较大(3–3.6%);但两者遗传距离小于绵粉蚧属内物种之间的遗传距离(13.0–17.2%)。综合形态特征和COI基因数据的分析结果显示,扶桑绵粉蚧可能没有达到种间分化。基于碱基差异所构建的网络关系图、遗传分歧差异和系统发生关系分析,扶桑绵粉蚧存在两个进化支系,至于是否是复合种,目前尚难作结论,还有待更多证据。  相似文献

【目的】班氏跳小蜂Aenasius bambawalei是扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis的伴迁性天敌,迄今已知该寄生蜂只能寄生扶桑绵粉蚧,但是我们发现该寄生蜂还能成功寄生另一种外来有害生物——石蒜绵粉蚧P. solani。本研究旨在明确班氏跳小蜂对该新寄主资源的寄生适合度,为今后充分开发、利用该寄生蜂提供科学依据。【方法】在实验室条件下,以马铃薯Solanum tuberosum块茎作为粉蚧的寄主植物,测定了班氏跳小蜂对不同龄期石蒜绵粉蚧的寄生适合度,并在非选择条件下测定了上述两种寄主上僵蚧形成时间以及该寄生蜂羽化时间、寿命、后足胫节长度、寄生率、羽化率及子代性比。【结果】班氏跳小蜂可寄生石蒜绵粉蚧的雌成虫及2龄和3龄若虫,但只有寄生雌成虫才能正常羽化出蜂。分别以石蒜绵粉蚧与扶桑绵粉蚧为寄主时,最适合的蜂蚧比分别为2∶15和2∶20。不同寄主对僵蚧形成时间及班氏跳小蜂的羽化时间无显著影响,但显著影响班氏跳小蜂的寿命以及雌蜂后足胫节长度,尤其是扶桑绵粉蚧上羽化的寄生蜂的寿命比以石蒜绵粉蚧上的长约20 d。而且,班氏跳小蜂对扶桑绵粉蚧的寄生率(54.0%)显著高于对石蒜绵粉蚧的(25.3%),但班氏跳小蜂在这两种寄主上的羽化率均在90%以上,差异不显著;寄生扶桑绵粉蚧的雌蜂比例高于寄生石蒜绵粉蚧的雌蜂比例。【结论】班氏跳小蜂能寄生石蒜绵粉蚧,且只在雌成虫上完成世代发育;与在更适寄主扶桑绵粉蚧上比较,石蒜绵粉蚧上羽化的班氏跳小蜂在寿命及雌蜂个体大小上有劣势。  相似文献

扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis是一种多食性入侵害虫,其寄主范围广、适应性强,已入侵多个国家和地区,对农业生产造成了严重危害。本文通过分析不同寄主植物上扶桑绵粉蚧研究,找出相对适宜与不适宜寄主植物,以便指导作物种植,并为培育抗扶桑绵粉蚧作物提供一定参考。本文通过收集分析相关文献,运用数理统计方法,综述和分析了不同寄主植物上扶桑绵粉蚧生长发育、生殖、抗逆等方面研究进展及其差异。发现马铃薯、豚草是极有利于扶桑绵粉蚧繁衍的植物,其次是扶桑与棉花。对10个品种棉花的分析发现,中棉所59对扶桑绵粉蚧具有较强的抗性,而抗虫棉RCH-134不具有抗性。对扶桑绵粉蚧生物学尤其是生长发育、繁殖能力等研究已经比较多,今后与该虫相关的抗虫育种、生物防治、分子生物学等研究可望成为重点。  相似文献

【目的】扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley是我国重要的检疫性害虫。简单重复序列(simple sequence repeat,SSR)研究在遗传图谱和物理图谱的构建、分子标记辅助育种、品种鉴定、基因定位、遗传多样性、动植物分类和进化等方面具有重要意义。筛选的SSR引物将为扶桑绵粉蚧遗传多样性分析、进化分析及入侵生物学等奠定基础。【方法】利用高通量搜索的方法对扶桑绵粉蚧转录组中28 120条unigenes的数据进行搜索。【结果】共找到1 781个SSR位点。扶桑绵粉蚧转录组中SSRs的主要重复类型是单核苷酸重复,占SSR总数的89.44%;其次是三核苷酸重复,占SSR总数的7.52%。单核苷酸重复里主要是A/T基序,占了总量的87.42%。基于筛选的SSRs,运用Primer 3软件进行引物的批量设计,共有481个unigenes成功设计引物,共设计出1 228对引物。【结论】研究表明利用扶桑绵粉蚧转录组数据开发SSR标记是可行的,本研究开发的引物将为扶桑绵粉蚧遗传多样性分析、进化分析及入侵生物学等奠定基础。  相似文献

2013-2014年调查了扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley对广东城镇绿化带、公园、高速(国道)公路等园林植物的危害及其天敌种类,结果表明,广州、珠海、深圳等17个地级市均有扶桑绵粉蚧发生,呈点片分布,主要为害扶桑、驳骨丹、蟛蜞菊等9种园林植物,高速(国道)公路绿化带的园林植物受扶桑绵粉蚧为害最严重,其次是公园(景点)绿化带的园林植物,而城区绿化带、苗木花卉基地(市场)由于管理较好,园林植物受到扶桑绵粉蚧为害最轻。调查过程中,共采集到了7种天敌昆虫,分别是孟氏隐唇瓢虫Cryptolaemus montrouzineri Mulsant、圆斑弯月毛瓢虫Nephus quadrimaculatus(Kamiya)、六斑月瓢虫Menochilus sexmaculata(Fabricius)、草蛉Chrysopa sp.、班氏跳小蜂Aenasius bambawalei Hayat、粉蚧抑虱跳小蜂Acerophagus coccois Smith和粉蚧广腹细蜂Allotropa sp.。  相似文献

过去约20年间扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley在许多国家造成严重危害。近年来该害虫传入我国, 对农业生产构成严峻威胁。外来入侵物种的快速准确鉴定是科学研究及其管理的基础。本研究对来自海南三亚和陵水地区的扶桑绵粉蚧的线粒体细胞色素氧化酶I (mt COI)测序并与美国佛罗里达州的扶桑绵粉蚧序列进行了比较。系统发育树表明该物种存在两个遗传支系, 即海南支系与佛罗里达支系; 这两个支系的遗传距离约3%。这是利用mt COI分子标记对我国扶桑绵粉蚧的首次分子鉴定. 这些结果提示:(1)扶桑绵粉蚧可能是至少含有两个隐存谱系或姊妹种的复合种; (2)新入侵我国海南三亚和陵水地区的扶桑绵粉蚧是该复合种内的一个隐存谱系或物种, 且海南三亚和陵水种群可能不是来自美国佛罗里达州。扶桑绵粉蚧隐存谱系的发现对于该物种的分子鉴定及其入侵生态学研究具有重要意义。  相似文献

沃尔巴克氏体(Wolbachia)是广泛分布在节肢动物生殖组织中的一类细胞质遗传的细菌,它们可以调控宿主的生殖活动。利用沃尔巴克氏体wsp基因的1对通用引物(81F,691R)从新入侵我国的扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley雌成虫的总DNA中扩增到1个550 bp左右的片段,并克隆得到了Wolbachia的wsp基因序列,首次发现了沃尔巴克氏体对扶桑绵粉蚧的感染现象。  相似文献

【背景】扶桑绵粉蚧是近年来入侵我国的重要检疫性害虫,在我国多个省份均有发生,造成了严重的经济损失。【方法】于2009—2015年对杭州地区扶桑绵粉蚧的发生危害情况进行了实地调查,同时结合mt DNA COI分子标记方法,对扶桑绵粉蚧进行分子鉴定和系统进化分析。【结果】杭州市余杭区、萧山区和临安市3个地区发现扶桑绵粉蚧分布,共调查到寄主植物38科61属68种,以辣椒、茄子、番茄、南瓜、棉花、芝麻、菊花、苦荬菜、大花马齿苋和五色梅受害最严重。系统进化分析表明,杭州地区的扶桑绵粉蚧未发生明显的遗传分化,与我国其他地区扶桑绵粉蚧mt DNA COI基因相似度为99.4%~100%。【结论与意义】本研究为进一步研究扶桑绵粉蚧的遗传进化、可能的侵入途径以及科学防控提供了理论基础。  相似文献

新菠萝灰粉蚧Dysmicoccus neobrevipes(Beardsley)是一种严重为害剑麻、番荔枝等经济作物的入侵性害虫。由于粉蚧类昆虫体型较小,且外部形态十分相似,难以达到快速准确识别。本文利用分子标记技术,研究了新菠萝灰粉蚧的快速鉴定方法。通过对新菠萝灰粉蚧、扶桑绵粉蚧、双条拂粉蚧、杰克贝尔氏粉蚧、大洋臀纹粉蚧、木槿曼粉蚧、甘蔗粉蚧和木瓜粉蚧等8种粉蚧的序列进行分析,针对新菠萝灰粉蚧设计了1对特异性引物,其扩增片段大小为552 bp(Gen Bank登录号为MF 363108),该引物对其它7种粉蚧没有扩增能力。该引物不仅对新菠萝灰粉蚧成虫具有扩增效能,对1龄若虫、2龄若虫和3龄若虫都具有同样的扩增能力,其最低检出阈值为437.5 pg/μL。该技术的建立,实现了在剑麻等苗木调运过程中对新菠萝灰粉蚧的快速准确鉴定,同时对新菠萝灰粉蚧的检疫和监测也具有重要的意义。  相似文献

为初步探究龟纹瓢虫Propylea japonica对入侵性害虫扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley的生物防控能力,本实验在(T=26℃±2℃,R=80%±5%,L∶D=16∶8)条件下进行。将饥饿处理过的各个龄期的龟纹瓢虫分别与扶桑绵粉蚧不同密度的1龄若虫进行组合,在一定的时间内,测定各龄期的龟纹瓢虫对猎物进行的捕食量、捕食率。龟纹瓢虫1龄幼虫、2龄幼虫和成虫对扶桑绵粉蚧1龄若虫的功能反应属Holling-Ⅱ型反应,其捕食者的捕食率随猎物密度的增加而逐渐下降;龟纹瓢虫对猎物的处理时间Th随瓢虫龄期的增大而呈减小趋势。龟纹瓢虫3龄幼虫,4龄幼虫对扶桑绵粉蚧1龄若虫的功能反应属Holling-Ⅲ型反应,其捕食量随虫龄的增大而增加,发现率和最大捕食量也增大,平均处理时间减少。结果表明,龟纹瓢虫对扶桑绵粉蚧具有较强的控制潜能。  相似文献

【目的】针对粉虱类害虫种类多、体型微小、形态相似、难以准确快速识别的问题,以新入侵我国大陆的甘蓝粉虱 Aleyrodes proletella (L.)为靶标,以田间常见的其他10种/隐种粉虱为参照,采用基于线粒体DNA细胞色素C氧化酶亚基I (mitochondrial DNA cytochrome c oxidase subunit I, mtDNA COI) 基因的种特异性 (species-specific COI, SS-COI) PCR方法,研究其快速分子检测技术。【方法】利用mtDNA COI基因通用型引物LCO-1490/HCO-2198获得甘蓝粉虱及其他常见粉虱的COI序列,根据测序结果设计种特异性SS-COI引物1对(APZYJF/APZYJR),其扩增片段大小为384 bp,同时对该对引物的种特异性及灵敏性进行检测。【结果】种特异性检验结果显示,该对引物仅对甘蓝粉虱的mtDNA COI基因具有扩增效果,对我国常见的其他种类的粉虱包括温室粉虱 Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood)、柑橘粉虱 Dialeurodes citri (Ashmead)、螺旋粉虱 Aleurodicus disperses (Russell)、双钩巢粉虱 Paraleyrodes pseudonaranjae Martin、非洲伯粉虱 Bemisia afer (Priesner et Hosny)以及烟粉虱B. tabaci (Gennadius)5个隐种(MED, Asia I, Asia II 1, Asia II 3和China 1)等不具有交叉反应扩增能力。灵敏性检验结果显示,该对引物不仅对不同性别的成虫具有良好的扩增效能,对2-4龄若虫甚至单粒卵或单头初孵若虫亦具有同样的扩增能力,其最低检测阈值为14.00±0.37 pg/μL(相当于1/25 600头雌性成虫)。【结论】该技术体系完全可用于甘蓝粉虱的快速准确识别及检测监测,对有效阻截其进一步扩张蔓延意义重大。  相似文献

【背景】双钩巢粉虱是近年在我国南方新发现的一种入侵害虫,其寄主范围广,危害严重,进一步扩散蔓延趋势明显。【方法】针对粉虱类害虫体型微小、形态相似、难以准确快速识别的问题,以双钩巢粉虱为靶标,以我国常见的其他8种/隐种粉虱为参照,采用基于mtDNACOI基因的种特异性SS—COI方法,研究其快速分子检测技术。利用COI通用型引物LCO.1490/HCO.2198获得双钩巢粉虱及其他常见粉虱的COI序列,根据测序结果设计特异性SS—COI引物1对(PPZYFl/PPZYRl),其扩增片段大小为233bp。【结果】种特异性检验结果显示,该引物只对双钩巢粉虱的COI基因具有扩增能力,对其他种/隐种粉虱,包括烟粉虱的不同隐种(MEAMl隐种、MED隐种、AsiaⅡ3隐种和AsiaII1隐种)以及温室粉虱、柑橘粉虱、黑刺粉虱、螺旋粉虱等不具有扩增效果。该引物不仅对不同性别的成虫具有良好的扩增能力,对1—4龄若虫和单粒卵亦具有同样的扩增效能,其最低检测阈值为1/40960头雌性成虫。【结论与意义】本检测技术对口岸检疫以及观赏植物、果树及其种苗调运中的害虫检测、监测意义重大。  相似文献

The wax structure of mealybugs can be seen on the body naturally, causing natural resistance and decreasing the efficacy of insecticides. This study was conducted to determine effectiveness of wax structure on chemical control by removing with isoamyl alcohol(ISO) for Planococcus citri Risso (Hemiptera: Pseudococcidae), Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley (Hemiptera:Pseudococcidae) and Phenacoccus madeirensis Green (Hemiptera: Pseudococcidae). Before and after the occurrence of wax, LC50 levels with bioassay were detected for Buprofezin (BP), sulfoxaflor (SF), chlorpyrifos ethyl (CH), dimethoate (DM), spirotetramat (SP), Lambda- Cyhalothrin (LC), pyriproxyfen (PY) insecticides. The effectiveness of PY increased 10.6 and 6.5 times for P. Citri and P. solenopsis, the efficacy of BP increased 3 times for P. Madeirensis with the dissolution of the wax structure after the application of ISO. The lowest increase of efficacy was found 1.6 and 1.4 times for P. maderiensis and P. solenopsis for SF,1.1 times for BP on P. citri. The reproduction of the wax for adult female mealybugs was seen 72 h later after the ISO application. It has been revealed that the mealybug wax structure significantly reduced the effectiveness of some insecticides and this factor can provide remarkable contributions in chemical control.  相似文献

Four species of the genus Prochiloneurus Silvestri, belonging to the family Encyrtidae of Hymenoptera, are reported from China. Among them, P. stenopterus sp. nov., which is reared as the hyperparasitoid of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley(Hemiptera: Pseudococcidae), an invasive mealybug to China, is reported as new to science. A key of the genus is provided for the recognition of the females of Chinese species. Notes on the parasitoid and hyperparasitoid of the mealybug Phenacoccus solenopsis are provided.  相似文献

【目的】外来入侵物种作为猎物可能影响本土广谱捕食者的搜寻和捕食行为。本研究旨在揭示异色瓢虫Harmonia axyridis对与本土豌豆修尾蚜Megoura japonica混合发生的外来入侵扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis的搜寻和捕食行为。【方法】试验前对异色瓢虫设两个饲喂猎物种类处理:用扶桑绵粉蚧连续饲养3代以上(前期饲喂粉蚧的瓢虫)和用豌豆修尾蚜连续饲养3代以上(前期饲喂蚜虫的瓢虫)。在盆栽蚕豆Vicia faba苗上随机选一片叶接扶桑绵粉蚧3龄若虫和3或4日龄豌豆修尾蚜若蚜,在总猎物数量20-30头(具体数量随机确定)范围内随机组配两种猎物数量使粉蚧占比从5.6%至83.3%不等,待猎物在叶片上稳定后接入1头饥饿24 h的异色瓢虫4龄幼虫,连续观察2 h,统计异色瓢虫首次捕食是否选择粉蚧、捕食的粉蚧数量占总捕食猎物数量的比例、搜索用时占总搜捕用时的比例以及处理粉蚧用时占总搜捕用时的比例;以扶桑绵粉蚧在猎物斑块中的比例和饲喂猎物种类处理为自变量因素,用回归模型拟合其对异色瓢虫搜寻和捕食行为等观测变量的影响。【结果】异色瓢虫4龄幼虫首次捕食选择粉蚧概率随粉蚧比例增大而增大,粉蚧比例每增大10%,首次捕食粉蚧概率增大77.2%,而且此概率不受此前饲喂猎物种类的影响。捕食的粉蚧数量占比与粉蚧比例的关系受饲喂猎物种类的影响:粉蚧比例每增加10%,前期饲喂粉蚧的瓢虫捕食的粉蚧数量占比增大137%,而前期饲喂蚜虫的瓢虫捕食的粉蚧数量占比增大60%。异色瓢虫搜索用时比例受粉蚧比例的影响,但不受饲喂猎物种类的影响:粉蚧比例每增加10%,搜索用时比例增大13%;前期饲喂粉蚧的瓢虫搜索用时比例略低于前期饲喂蚜虫的瓢虫(降低7%)。异色瓢虫处理粉蚧用时比例受粉蚧比例的影响,但不受饲喂猎物种类的影响:粉蚧比例每增加10%,处理粉蚧用时比例增大41%。【结论】本研究结果说明在遭遇外来入侵扶桑绵粉蚧与本土蚜虫共存的猎物斑块时,异色瓢虫对粉蚧的捕食选择依赖于其相对比例,依赖程度因此前取食粉蚧而增强。  相似文献

Associations between Sternorrhyncha insects and intracellular bacteria are common in nature. Mealybugs are destructive pests that seriously threaten the production of agriculture and forestry. Mealybugs have evolved intimate endosymbiotic relationships with bacteria, which provide them with essential amino acids, vitamins, and other nutrients. In this study, the divergence of five mealybugs was analyzed based up the sequences of the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I (mtCOI). Meanwhile, the distinct regions of the 16S rRNA gene of primary symbionts in the mealybugs were sequenced. Finally, high‐throughput sequencing (HTS) techniques were used to study the microbial abundance and diversity in mealybugs. Molecular phylogenetic analyses revealed that these five mealybugs were subdivided into two different clusters. One cluster of mealybugs (Dysmicoccus neobrevipes, Pseudococcus comstocki, and Planococcus minor) harbored the primary endosymbiont “Candidatus Tremblaya princeps,” and another cluster (Phenacoccus solenopsis and Phenacoccus solani) harbored “Ca. Tremblaya phenacola.” The mtCOI sequence divergence between the two clusters was similar to the 16S rRNA sequence divergence between T. princeps and T. phenacola. Thus, we concluded that the symbiont phylogeny was largely concordant with the host phylogeny. The HTS showed that the microbial abundance and diversity within P. solani and P. solenopsis were highly similar, and there was lower overall species richness compared to the other mealybugs. Among the five mealybugs, we also found significant differences in Shannon diversity and observed species. These results provide a theoretical basis for further research on the coevolution of mealybugs and their symbiotic microorganisms. These findings are also useful for research on the effect of symbiont diversity on the pest status of mealybugs in agricultural systems.  相似文献

The solenopsis mealybug, Phenacoccus solenopsis, has been recently recognized as an aggressively invasive pest in China, and is now becoming a serious threat to the cotton industry in the country. Thus, it is necessary to investigate the molecular mechanisms employed by cotton for defending against P. solenopsis before the pest populations reach epidemic levels. Here, we examined the effects of exogenous jasmonic acid (JA), salicylic acid (SA), and herbivory treatments on feeding behavior and on development of female P. solenopsis. Further, we compared the volatile emissions of cotton plants upon JA, SA, and herbivory treatments, as well as the time-related changes in gossypol production and defense-related genes. Female adult P. solenopsis were repelled by leaves from JA-treated plant, but were not repelled by leaves from SA-treated plants. In contrast, females were attracted by leaves from plants pre-infested by P. solenopsis. The diverse feeding responses by P. solenopsis were due to the difference in volatile emission of plants from different treatments. Furthermore, we show that JA-treated plants slowed P. solenopsis development, but plants pre-infested by P. solenopsis accelerated its development. We also show that P. solenopsis feeding inhibited the JA-regulated gossypol production, and prevented the induction of JA-related genes. We conclude that P. solenopsis is able to prevent the activation of JA-dependent defenses associated with basal resistance to mealybugs.  相似文献

Mealybugs (Hemiptera: Pseudococcidae) are pests constraining the international trade of Brazilian table grapes. They damage grapes by transmitting viruses and toxins, causing defoliation, chlorosis, and vigor losses and favoring the development of sooty mold. Difficulties in mealybug identification remain an obstacle to the adequate management of these pests. In this study, our primary aim was to identify the principal mealybug species infesting the major table grape-producing regions in Brazil, by morphological and molecular characterization. Our secondary aim was to develop a rapid identification kit based on species-specific Polymerase Chain Reactions, to facilitate the routine identification of the most common pest species. We surveyed 40 sites infested with mealybugs and identified 17 species: Dysmicoccus brevipes (Cockerell), Dysmicoccus sylvarum Williams and Granara de Willink, Dysmicoccus texensis (Tinsley), Ferrisia cristinae Kaydan and Gullan, Ferrisia meridionalis Williams, Ferrisia terani Williams and Granara de Willink, Phenacoccus baccharidis Williams, Phenacoccus parvus Morrison, Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley, Planococcus citri (Risso), Pseudococcus viburni (Signoret), Pseudococcus cryptus Hempel, four taxa closely related each of to Pseudococcus viburni, Pseudococcus sociabilis Hambleton, Pseudococcus maritimus (Ehrhorn) and Pseudococcus meridionalis Prado, and one specimen from the genus Pseudococcus Westwood. The PCR method developed effectively identified five mealybug species of economic interest on grape in Brazil: D. brevipes, Pl. citri, Ps. viburni, Ph. solenopsis and Planococcus ficus (Signoret). Nevertheless, it is not possible to assure that this procedure is reliable for taxa that have not been sampled already and might be very closely related to the target species.  相似文献

蚂蚁与蜜源昆虫互作是物种间重要的关系之一,发挥着重要的生态功能。红火蚁Solenopsis invicta Buren是重要的入侵害虫,对生物多样性的影响已被熟知,但它与蜜源昆虫互作的生态学效应却不被充分理解。本研究评价了红火蚁与扶桑绵粉蚧Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley这两种入侵害虫之间的互作对寄生性天敌和粉蚧竞争性昆虫的影响。研究发现红火蚁的照看显著减少了寄主植物上粉蚧重要寄生蜂松粉蚧抑虱跳小蜂Aenasius bambawalei Hayat的种群数量,提高了寄主上粉蚧的存活率,有利于寄主上粉蚧种群的扩增和繁殖。同时红火蚁的存在也显著降低扶桑寄主上粉蚧竞争性昆虫美棘蓟马Echinothrips americanus Morgan成虫和幼虫的数量,抑制了美棘蓟马种群的竞争力,使得粉蚧可以占有更多的寄主植物,为粉蚧种群的繁殖提供了更好的条件。可见,红火蚁与扶桑绵粉蚧的互惠关系的生态效应可能是通过它们与多物种互作综合形成的结果。  相似文献
