瑞香狼毒根提取物对山楂叶螨的生物活性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用不同的生物活性测定方法比较了瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme L.)根部4种不同溶剂提取物的杀螨活性。结果表明,瑞香狼毒根提取物对山楂叶螨(Tetranychus viennensis Zacher)有很好的触杀和内吸活性。在触杀活性测试中,石油醚提取物和氯仿提取物的杀螨活性最高;在内吸作用中,乙醇、氯仿和石油醚提取物的杀螨活性均较高,杀螨效果显著。在对石油醚提取物的不同溶剂萃取物进行生物活性追踪测定中发现,石油醚萃取物和氯仿萃取物具有较高的生物活性,浓度为0.6 g.L-1,山楂叶螨的24 h校正死亡率分别达到93.22%和79.66%。  相似文献

对律草[Humulus scandens(Lour.) Merr.]全草干粉的不同溶剂提取物以及丙酮提取物的不同溶剂萃取物的杀虫活性进行了研究.在葎草的石油醚、苯、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、丙酮和乙醇提取物(333 g·L-1)中,丙酮和乙醇提取物对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella L.)的触杀作用较强,其中丙酮提取物的触杀作用最强,试虫的48h校正死亡率达到86.67%.6种溶剂提取物(100g·L-1)对小菜蛾的拒食活性均较弱,24和48 h拒食率仅为9.65%~ 20.45%.6种溶剂提取物对棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glover)均有较强的触杀效果.其中丙酮提取物的触杀作用最强,经50g·L-1丙酮提取物处理后棉蚜24和48 h的校正死亡率分别为76.78%和85.64%,而经100g·L-1丙酮提取物处理后棉蚜24和48 h的校正死亡率分别为82.63%和92.53%.丙酮提取物的石油醚、三氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯萃取物对小菜蛾均有一定的触杀活性,且随萃取物浓度提高及处理时间的延长触杀活性增强;其中石油醚萃取物的触杀作用最强,经25.0g·L-1石油醚萃取物处理后小菜蛾24和48 h校正死亡率分别达到80.00%和96.67% 研究结果表明:葎草丙酮提取物对小菜蛾和棉蚜的杀虫活性均最强,其主要有效杀虫活性成分存在于丙酮提取物的石油醚萃取物中.  相似文献

银胶菊叶和花提取物对南方根结线虫的毒杀活性比较   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为进一步明确银胶菊(Parthenium hysterophorus L.)的杀线虫活性,对银胶菊叶和花的不同溶剂提取物、甲醇提取物的不同萃取物以及甲醇提取物碱水层的不同极性组分对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood)的杀虫活性进行了检测,并对不同提取物、萃取物和萃取组分进行了生物碱的定性分析.结果表明:银胶菊叶和花的蒸馏水、甲醇、乙酸乙酯和石油醚提取物的得率分别为24.5%和20.3%、19.6%和10.9%、6.8%和7.7%、2.0%和2.7%,其中,叶和花的蒸馏水和甲醇提取物的杀线虫活性均较强,而石油醚提取物的杀线虫活性最弱.用质量体积分数1.0%和0.5%的叶和花蒸馏水提取物分别处理24和48 h后试虫的校正死亡率均达到100.00%;用质量体积分数1.0%和0.5%的叶和花甲醇提取物处理48 h,试虫的校正死亡率均大于90%.叶和花甲醇提取物的碱水层、三氯甲烷Ⅰ层和Ⅱ层萃取物均具有一定的杀线虫活性,其中,用质量体积分数1.0%的花和叶碱水层萃取物以及花的三氯甲烷Ⅰ层萃取物分别处理48 h,试虫的校正死亡率均为100.00%,而三氯甲烷Ⅱ层萃取物的杀线虫活性最弱.银胶菊叶和花甲醇提取物碱水层的11个不同极性组分(A1~A11)也表现出不同程度的杀线虫活性,其中,用质量体积分数0.2%和0.1%花的A2[溶剂为V(三氯甲烷)∶V(甲醇)=10∶1]和A7[溶剂为V(三氯甲烷)∶v甲醇)=1∶1]组分以及叶的A2和A6[溶剂为V(三氯甲烷)∶V(甲醇)=2∶1]组分处理48 h后,试虫的校正死亡率均达100.00%,显著高于其他组分.定性实验结果表明:银胶菊叶和花中具有杀线虫活性的提取物、萃取物和萃取组分中均含有生物碱.研究结果说明:银胶菊花的杀线虫活性高于叶片,其毒杀活性不仅与提取部位及溶剂的种类和极性有关,还与提取物浓度及作用时间等因素有关.  相似文献

在室温26℃±1℃、湿度60%~80%、光照14 h条件下,测定了天然植物活性成分双去甲氧基姜黄素对重要植食性害螨朱砂叶螨各螨态的触杀和熏蒸活性,对幼螨、若螨、成螨的驱避活性,以及对雌成螨的产卵抑制活性.采用玻片浸渍法测得双去甲氧基姜黄素对朱砂叶螨雌成螨48 h的LCso为0.433 mg·mL-1.在0.883 mg·mL-1(LC70)的浓度下,双去甲氧基姜黄素对朱砂叶螨不同螨态触杀活性的大小依次为幼螨>若螨>成螨>卵,其中对幼螨24h和48 h的校正死亡率分别为60.0%和83.3%;对朱砂叶螨各螨态的熏蒸作用不明显,024h和48 h的校正死亡率均小于3%;对幼螨、若螨以及成螨均表现出较强的驱避作用,其中对幼螨的效果最好,不同处理时间的驱避率均在85%以上,其次是若螨,对成螨的驱避性相对较差,72 h的驱避率仅为47.8%.同时对雌成螨有明显的产卵抑制作用,处理后120 h产卵抑制率达到89.3%.表明双去甲氧基姜黄素对朱砂叶螨的主要作用方式为触杀、驱避和产卵抑制作用.  相似文献

菌株Fq24是从健康番茄植株分离得到的一株植物内生放线菌.为了研究它对朱砂叶螨生物活性的影响,通过萃取、柱层析、气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)等技术对Fq24代谢产物中的杀螨活性物质进行了分离和结构鉴定,并采用玻片浸渍法和叶片残毒法测定了这些代谢产物的生物活性.结果表明:石油醚萃取物对朱砂叶螨具有较强的触杀和产卵忌避作用.触杀作用的LC50为52.57 mg·L-1,产卵忌避作用的ODC50为43.18 mg·L-1.经GC-MS分析,流份S11的主要化学成分为棕榈酸甲酯,分子式为C17H34O2,是代谢产物中的杀螨活性物质之一.质量浓度为5 mg·mL-1的棕榈酸甲酯对雌成螨的24h校正死亡率为78.3%,对雌成螨24h产卵驱避率为81.6%.  相似文献

选用不同生长时期(4、5和6月)黄花蒿的根、茎、叶,采用30℃~60℃石油醚、60℃~90℃石油醚、乙醇、丙酮和水溶剂等溶剂,用顺序和平行提取方法获得81种提取物,测定其对朱砂叶螨的生物活性,同时,将81种提取物分别稀释至5mg.ml-1,测定其对朱砂叶螨的触杀毒力。结果表明:在杀螨活性方面,黄花蒿的杀螨活性随植株的生长呈增加的趋势,总体表现为6月>5月>4月。6、5和4月黄花蒿叶的丙酮平行提取物活性最强,5mg.ml-1浓度处理48h对朱砂叶螨的校正死亡率为74%~86%,它们对朱砂叶螨的致死中浓度(LC50)分别为0.84、0.94和1.38mg.ml-1;处理浓度为5mg.ml-1时,它们的致死中时(LT50)分别为24.61、27.63和37.23h。  相似文献

研究了担子菌黄硬皮马勃 SclerodermacitrinumPer. 子实体提取物对3龄粘虫的杀虫活性.黄硬皮马勃甲醇-氯仿总浸膏及其石油醚萃取物在浓度为25mg·mL-1时,对3龄粘虫的48h拒食率分别为96.8%和81.3%,而其氯仿及正丁醇萃取物的拒食活性相对较弱;石油醚浸膏具有较强的毒杀作用,在浓度10mg·mL-1时,3龄粘虫的48h校正死亡率均大于80%;石油醚萃取物的触杀活性相对较弱,25mg·mL-1剂量对3龄粘虫7d内的校正死亡率小于60.0%.  相似文献

旋覆花提取物对朱砂叶螨的生物活性及酶活性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文研究了旋覆花石油醚提取物对朱砂叶螨的毒力作用及其对相关酶活性的影响。结果表明:旋覆花石油醚提取物的杀螨活性较高,浓度为2mg?mL-1 时,校正死亡率达到92.05%。通过对旋覆花石油醚提取物进一步萃取、柱层析分离、薄层层析,发现最终得到的38个流分中,杀螨效果较好的是流分7,其校正死亡率为85.53%。流分7经GC/MS鉴定为羽扇豆醇,其校正死亡率达到66.46%。进一步测定羽扇豆醇对朱砂叶螨谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶、Ca2 -ATPase、过氧化物歧化酶的活性以及总蛋白含量的影响,结果表明经羽扇豆醇处理后,螨体内过氧化物歧化酶被激活,而谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶和Ca2 -ATPase均受到不同程度的抑制,蛋白总量在这个过程中没有明显的变化。上述结果表明旋覆花提取物羽扇豆醇可以有效地杀死朱砂叶螨,这为旋覆花作为新型植物源农药提供一定的理论依据。  相似文献

采用冷浸法和溶剂萃取法,研究石菖蒲(Acorus gramineus Soland)根茎甲醇提取物对谷蠹Rhizopertha dominica(Fabricius)成虫的生物活性。结果表明,石菖蒲甲醇提取物以石油醚萃取物的生物活性最强,水层次之。石油醚萃取物对谷蠹具有较高的触杀、熏蒸、种群抑制活性和防治效果,并具有一定的驱避活性。药膜法触杀处理72h后对谷蠹的LC50和LC95分别为8.30μg/cm2,51.75μg/cm2。药纸熏蒸法6.25μL/L处理120h后对谷蠹的校正死亡率为94.25%。饲料拌药法250mg/kg处理对谷蠹的防效与5mg/kg马拉硫磷效果相当,且对F1代的种群抑制效果显著高于5mg/kg马拉硫磷处理。  相似文献

测定了土荆芥(Chenopodium ambrosioidesL.)4种溶剂(100%乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯和石油醚)提取物对玉米象Sitophilusz eamais Motschulsky的触杀和,蒸活性。4种溶剂提取物在6.494mg/cm2浓度下对玉米象的触杀效果:48h后100%乙醇提取物和石油醚提取物的校正死亡率均达100%;丙酮提取物次之,为92.31%;乙酸乙酯提取物最低,为64.10%,但72h后达94.17%。4种溶剂提取物对玉米象的,蒸活性:72h后0.50mg/mL浓度处理下校正死亡率为98.73%~100%。  相似文献

Extracts of an annual herbaceous plant, Kochia scoparia (L.) Schrad (Macrophomina), were bioassayed to determine their acaricidal activities against Tetranychus urticae Koch, Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval), and Tetranychus viennensis Zacher (Acari: Tetranychidae) in the laboratory. Extracts had both contact and systemic toxicity to these mites. Three solvents were tested for preparing crude extracts: petroleum ether, chloroform, and methanol. Methanol was the most effective solvent, extracting 3.11-4.53% of the acaricide. Petroleum ether was the least effective solvent, extracting 1.25-1.54%. However, extracts with chloroform resulted in the highest mite mortality (78.86%), and ultrasound-assisted extraction required the least time (10 min). Concentrated extracts were prepared using chloroform, methyl acetate, or distilled water as a solvent. Mite mortalities from the concentrated extracts by methyl acetate or distilled water were significantly lower than those by chloroform. The mean lethal concentrations (LC50) of the extracts by chloroform, methyl acetate, and distilled water to the mites were 0.71 +/- 0.06, 2.08 +/- 0.16 and 8.75 +/- 0.062 mg/ml, respectively. After liquid chromatography and thin layer chromatography, the concentrated extracts by chloroform were separated into seven groups of isolated fractions and tested for acaricidal activity.  相似文献

Leaf extracts of the walnut, Juglans regia L., were evaluated under laboratory conditions to determine their acaricidal activity on the mites Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval) and Tetranychus viennensis Zacher (Acari: Tetranychidae). Extracts had both contact and systemic toxicity to these mites. The four solvents tested for preparing crude extracts were petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and methanol. Methanol was the most efficient solvent, with an extraction rate from 17.06 + 0.80 to 20.27 +/- 0.28%. Petroleum ether was the least effective solvent, with extraction rates from 2.30 +/- 0.13 to 2.71 +/- 0.13%. However, the crude extracts with petroleum ether resulted in the highest mite mortality (79.04 +/- 0.52%) in a slide dip bioassay. Mites mortalities from the concentrated extracts prepared by chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol, or distilled water were significantly lower than petroleum ether. The mean lethal concentrations (LC50) of the extracts from petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol, and distilled water to the two mite species were 0.73 +/- 0.04, 1.66 +/- 0.28, 4.96 +/- 0.35, 7.45 +/- 0.67, and 9.91 +/- 0.32 mg/ml, respectively. After liquid chromatography and thin-layer chromatography, the concentrated extracts of petroleum ether were separated into eight fractions and tested for acaricidal activity. Fraction 6 produced significantly higher mite mortality rates than the other groups, killing approximately 90% of both species.  相似文献

An endophytic actinomycete strain Fq24 was isolated from healthy tomato plants. The acaricidal substances in the metabolites from Fq24 were collected and identified by the methods of extraction, column chromatography, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and their bioactivities against Tetranychus cinnabarinus were measured with slide-dip and leaf-residue methods. Among the extracts, petroleum ether extract had high bioactivity in contact toxicity and oviposition deterrent against T. cinnabarinus. Its lethal concentration of 50% (LC50) was 52.57 mg x L(-1), and its oviposition deterrent concentration of 50% (ODC50) was 43.18 mg x L(-1). The identification with GC-MS showed that the main chemical component of fraction S11 was methyl hexadecanoate, whose molecular formula was C17H34O2, being one of the substances with acaricidal activity in the metabolites from Fq24. The 24 h corrected mortality rate of female mite at 5 mg x mL(-1) of methyl hexadecanoate was 78.3%, and the oviposition deterrent rate was 81.6%.  相似文献

分别用玻片浸渍法和叶片浸渍法测定了从姜黄中分离的姜黄素(curcumin,CCM)、去甲氧基姜黄素(demethoxycurcumin,DMC)和双去甲氧基姜黄素(bisdemethoxycurcumin,BDMC) 3种天然姜黄素类化合物对朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus Boisduval的成螨、若螨、卵的触杀活性以及对成螨产卵的抑制作用。结果表明:3种化合物对朱砂叶螨的生物活性大小依次为BDMC>DMC>CCM。3种化合物对朱砂叶螨成螨触杀活性最高者为BDMC,处理24 h和48 h其LC50分别为1.18和0.51 mg/mL。对若螨触杀活性的大体趋势与对成螨的相同,其中处理48 h,BDMC对若螨的LC50最小,为2.48 mg/mL。3种化合物对朱砂叶螨卵的触杀毒力也同样表现为BDMC>DMC>CCM。3种单体化合物都表现出一定的对朱砂叶螨雌成螨的产卵抑制作用。对姜黄素类化合物构效关系的初步研究,明确了甲氧基在姜黄素模板上对杀螨活性的贡献,对于开发具经济价值的叶螨类杀螨剂或者筛选先导化合物模板,具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

为了筛选对粮库安全的植物源杀虫剂,研究了21种植物的4种溶剂(无水乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯和石油醚)提取物对玉米象Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky的驱避和触杀作用。结果表明,高良姜Alpinia officinarum石油醚提取物、黄姜Curcuma longa丙酮提取物和山鸡椒Litsea cubeba石油醚提取物对玉米象成虫的驱避作用显著,处理60 h平均驱避等级均达到Ⅴ级,平均驱避率分别为80.02%、80.60%和81.70%。在21种植物中,石菖蒲Acorus gramineus和巴豆Croton tiglium的4种溶剂提取物均对玉米象成虫的触杀作用明显,7.86 mg/cm2的剂量处理4天后的校正死亡率均达到90%以上。  相似文献

We identified acaricidal compounds in Inula japonica Thunberg (Asteraceae) that were effective against carmine spider mite, Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval). Petroleum-ether extracts from I. japonica were toxic to T. cinnabarinus, with a 50% lethal concentration (LC50) value of 1.18 mg/ml. Silica gel column chromatography was used to separate the acaricidal components. Seventeen of 38 fraction groups had mite mortality rates >50%, nine fraction groups had rates >60%, and three fraction groups had rates >80% at 2 mg/ml. The major volatile compounds in the bioactive fraction groups were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy, and beta-sitosterol (1), stigmasterol (2), lupeol (3), and alpha-amyrin (4) were identified and determined to have acaricidal activity against T. cinnabarinus in vitro.  相似文献

本研究采用叶碟浸渍法测定了东莨菪内酯对朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Biosduvals)雌成螨的触杀活性,采用选择性的半叶法测定了驱避活性,同时采用非选择性的全叶法测定了产卵抑制活性。结果表明,东莨菪内酯对朱砂叶螨雌成螨具有较好的触杀活性,采用叶碟浸渍法处理48h后的LC50为0.297mg·mL-1,LC30为0.105mg·mL-1,LC10为0.023mg·mL-1。采用LC50、LC30和LC103个浓度的东莨菪内酯处理雌成螨后,发现东莨菪内酯对雌成螨没有表现出明显的驱避活性,处理区和对照区24h和48h的着螨率均为50%左右;采用LC50和LC102个浓度处理雌成螨后表现出了一定的产卵抑制活性,平均产卵抑制率分别为23.02%和13.23%,而LC30对雌成螨的产卵量表现出了促进作用,平均产卵抑制率为-8.25%,这可能是由于毒物兴奋效应所致。本研究旨在为东莨菪内酯的进一步开发和应用奠定理论基础。  相似文献
