采用静水法测定了不同温度、不同个体大小的单齿螺耗氧率和排氨率。结果表明:在16-33℃的实验温度范围内单齿螺的耗氧率(RO)和排氨率(RN)与软体部干重(W)都呈负相关,它们之间关系可以分别用幂函数RO=aW-b和RN=a1W-b1表示。16~29℃温度范围内单齿螺的耗氧率和排氨率均随温度的升高而增加,29℃时耗氧率和排氨率达到最大值,当温度继续升高超过29℃后,耗氧率和排氨率则随温度的升高而下降,耗氧率、排氨率与温度之间呈显著的指数函数关系RO=cedT和RN=c1ed1T;不同个体大小单齿螺的O:N比在16~20℃时较大,Q10取值范围0.56-3.74,平均值为1.64。方差分析表明,温度、软体部干重对单齿螺的耗氧率和排氨率均有极显著的影响(P<0.01)。  相似文献

半干旱黄土丘陵区多年生柠条人工林地发生土壤旱化,研究柠条林平茬对土壤水分影响对于防治土壤旱化具有重要意义。采用中子仪测定土壤水分,对未平茬和平茬柠条林地土壤水分进行测定,分析了平茬对土壤水分的影响。结果表明:未平茬和平茬柠条林地降雨补给量(R1,R2)同降雨量(P)显著正相关(P<0.05)。定义降雨耗损量(林冠截留量和地表径流之和)占降雨量的百分比为降雨耗损率,未平茬林地降雨损耗率(L1)和平茬柠条林地降雨损耗率(L2)分别与其降雨前土壤表层(0-20 cm)含水量(S1,S2)呈明显指数关系(P<0.05):L1=2.54exp(0.22S1),L2=2.40exp(0.27S2),表层含水量相同时,平茬林地降雨损耗率明显高于未平茬林地。平茬后,林地降雨最大入渗深度减小,土壤水分利用深度减小;短时间内(2个月左右)林地20-160 cm含水量增加,之后平茬林地土壤含水量与未平茬林地土壤含水量接近;丰水年和丰水年后的第一年,平茬林地含水量低于未平茬林地,0-400 cm土壤储水量比未平茬林地最多低45.9 mm。平茬后200-400 cm土层土壤水分有少量增加,但是0-200 cm土层土壤含水量损失更严重。平茬3a后,平茬对柠条林地土壤水分的影响减弱。  相似文献

根据黑龙江、吉林、辽宁省和内蒙古地区相关历史资料数据,分析了我国东北表层土壤(0-50 cm)土壤相关理化性质与有机碳、无机碳的相关性,得到如下结论:土壤全氮、碱解氮、全磷、速效磷、速效钾、K+离子交换量、Fe2O3、P2O5、总孔隙度均与土壤有机碳含量呈显著正相关(R2=0.10-0.94, n=38-345, P<0.0001),但与土壤无机碳含量则大多呈显著负相关(R2=0.11-0.30, n=37-122, P<0.01);与此相反,土壤pH值、容重与土壤有机碳呈负相关(R2=0.36-0.42,n=41-304, P<0.0001),而与无机碳呈显著正相关(R2=0.29-0.31,n=39-125, P <0.01)。表层土壤有机碳、无机碳与土壤理化性质呈相反变化趋势的结果说明,由于土壤利用方式变化所导致的土壤理化性质改变对土壤无机碳和有机碳可能具有相反影响。在研究土壤碳平衡过程中,应该充分考虑这种关系所导致的相互补偿作用,即有机碳的增加,可能意味着无机碳的减少,或者反之。目前研究中普遍忽略无机碳的变化,可能导致生态系统碳收支计算显著偏差,所获得的经验拟合方程有利于对我国东北地区土壤碳平衡研究产生的这种偏差进行粗略估计。  相似文献

采用涡度相关法对华北平原夏玉米田进行了连续4a(2003-2006年)的碳通量观测,结果表明:夏玉米田生态系统初始量子效率(α)、最大光合速率(Pmax)、暗呼吸速率(Rd)和总初级生产力(GPP)随作物生长发育而变化。在夏玉米生育前期和后期,α、PmaxRdGPP都比较小,其最大值出现在抽穗期/灌浆期。2003-2006年,夏玉米生长季平均α、PmaxRd的范围分别为0.054-0.124 μmol/μmol、1.72-2.93 mg CO2 · m-2 · s-1、0.23-0.38 mg CO2 · m-2 · s-1。α、PmaxRd均随叶面积指数(LAI)增加呈指数增长。2003-2006年夏玉米生长季GPP总量分别为806.2、741.5、703.0、817.4 g C/m2,年际差异较大。玉米田生态系统GPP随温度升高呈指数增长。在玉米营养生长阶段,GPPLAI增加而增大,两者之间的关系可用直角双曲线方程来表示;生殖生长阶段,GPPLAI降低而下降.相同LAI下,生殖生长阶段的GPP明显低于营养生长阶段。  相似文献

于2007、2008年春季在中国科学院封丘农业生态实验站,研究长期定位施肥对麦田大型土壤动物群落结构的影响。调查共获得大型土壤动物3068头,隶属8纲,19目,28科。不同施肥处理条件下土壤动物类群数差异显著(F=2.51, P<0.05, df=55),个体数差异极显著(F=8.99, P<0.01, df=55)。结果显示,大型土壤动物的类群数和个体数在有机肥和营养均衡条件下较高,缺磷条件下较低。土壤动物多样性指数(H')以有机肥和营养均衡条件下显著高于营养不均衡和不施肥处理(P<0.05)。主成分分析结果显示,第一主成分贡献值47.14%,第二主成分贡献值30.10%。经线性检验第一主成分与土壤动物个体数(y=0.335x-2.163,R2=0.51)和类群数(y=0.042x-1.25,R2=0.67)均呈线性关系。总之,长期施用有机肥和营养均衡大型土壤动物群落构成相似。土壤有机质和磷含量是影响土壤动物群落构主要生态因子。  相似文献

采用长期定位跟踪实测方法,比较分析我国东北温带森林11个主要树种粗木质残体(CWD)分解初期3a中结构性成分的差异、变化以及与其呼吸速率(RCWD)的关系。测定树种包括:软阔叶树种(白桦、山杨、紫椴)、硬阔叶树种(胡桃楸、蒙古栎、色木槭、春榆、黄檗、水曲柳)和针叶树种(兴安落叶松、红松)。结果表明:11个树种CWD木质素含量(Lc,%)和综纤维素含量(Hc,%)差异显著(P<0.001),其中软阔叶树种的Lc最低。木质素含量与N含量的比值(Lc/N)依次为:针叶树种 >硬阔叶树种 >软阔叶树种。经过3a的分解,大部分树种(除了紫椴和春榆)的Lc略有增加,但变化不显著(P>0.05);而其木质素密度(Ld, g/cm3)和综纤维素密度(Hd, g/cm3)都有不同程度的减小(P<0.05),软阔叶树种损失最多,针叶树种损失最少。所有树种Lc/N值均增大。将RCWD标准化成温度为15 ℃时(R15)比较发现,在CWD形成初期(2005年)不同树种的R15有所差异;阔叶树种的R15及其温度系数(Q10)均高于针叶树种。经过3a的分解,除兴安落叶松、色木槭和水曲柳外,其它树种的R15出现了不同程度减小。总体看来,软阔叶树种R15减少了32.0%,而针叶树种R15则增加了23.1%。另外,针叶树种的Q10增大,而阔叶树种的Q10则基本保持不变。R15Hc呈正相关,与LcLc/N呈负相关。CWD分解初期3a R15的变化率与Hc的变化率之间呈正相关关系,表明结构性成分的变化是导致CWD分解初期RCWD变化的主要因素之一。  相似文献

采用Winkler法研究了温度、盐度、pH和麻醉剂对长鳍篮子鱼幼鱼(体长(3.325±0.205) cm,体质量(0.706±0.155) g)耗氧率的影响。结果表明:长鳍篮子鱼幼鱼耗氧率随着温度升高而增加,其回归关系可用对数函数Y=1.3819lnX-3.55(r=0.9475,P<0.01)表示,其生长的适宜温度为24 ℃~32 ℃;幼鱼耗氧率随着盐度的降低而逐渐增加,其回归关系可用线性函数Y=-0.1802X+1.7551(r=0.9837,P<0.01)来表示;在不同的pH下耗氧率有显著性差异(P<0.01),pH值在6.0时耗氧率最低,9.0时耗氧率最高;耗氧率随着丁香酚、MS-222的浓度升高而逐渐降低,各实验组的耗氧率要显著低于对照组,丁香酚和MS-222可以作为长鳍篮子鱼幼鱼运输过程中的麻醉剂。  相似文献

喀斯特峰丛洼地不同退耕还林还草模式的土壤微生物特性   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
以坡耕地为对照,研究了喀斯特峰丛洼地任豆、香椿、板栗、柑橘、任豆+桂牧1号、桂牧1号和撂荒7种常见退耕还林还草模式下土壤微生物种群数量、微生物量碳氮磷及其分形特征和主要土壤酶活性特征。结果表明,不同退耕还林还草模式土壤微生物种群数量组成不同,除任豆模式外其他退耕还林还草模式均能提高土壤微生物总数量;不同退耕还林还草模式(除任豆模式外)土壤微生物量碳(MBC)含量极显著增加,撂荒地最高,土壤微生物量氮(MBN)含量变化范围不大,呈下降趋势,土壤微生物量磷(MBP)含量的变异很大,香椿、板栗、撂荒和桂牧1号模式显著或极显著高于坡耕地;土壤MBC与细菌数量的关系最相关(D=-4.07,R=0.81,P<0.01),其次为MBC与放线菌数量(D=3.82,R=0.44,P<0.05),再次为MBN与真菌数量(D=0.58,R=0.61,P<0.01),MBC与真菌数量、MBN与细菌、放线菌数量以及MBP与细菌、真菌、放线菌数量之间不存在分形关系;不同退耕还林还草模式(除桂牧1号模式外)均显著或极显著增加了土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性。总之,不同退耕还林还草模式均改善了土壤微生物特性,为喀斯特峰丛洼地脆弱生态系统恢复与重建提供了重要依据。  相似文献

为探究体重、盐度和温度对不同规格的虎斑乌贼(Sepia pharaonis)幼体耗氧率、排氨率以及其窒息点的影响。采用单因子试验设计和密闭静水法, 对不同体重下(0.212、0.385、0.476、0.597、0.754和0.946 g)虎斑乌贼幼体的耗氧率和排氨率, 以及不同体重(0.476、0.673、1.341、3.873和4.205 g)幼体的窒息点进行了测定, 同时研究了不同盐度(19‰、22‰、25‰、28‰和31‰)和温度(18、21、24、27和30℃)对不同规格[A: 体重(0.366±0.042) g, B: 体重(0.556±0.038) g, C: 体重(0.844±0.051) g]的虎斑乌贼幼体耗氧率(RO)和排氨率(RN)的影响。结果表明: (1)虎斑乌贼幼体体重对耗氧率和排氨率均影响显著(P<0.05)。随着幼体体重的增长, 耗氧率和排氨率显著下降, 个体越小耗氧率和排氨率越大; (2)盐度对幼体的耗氧率和排氨率有显著影响(P<0.05), 均随着盐度的增加呈先下降后上升的趋势, 其中, A规格和B规格的幼体在盐度25‰时, 耗氧率和排氨率显著低于盐度19‰、22‰和31‰时的3个试验组(P<0.05), 而与盐度28‰时无显著差异(P>0.05); C规格幼体的耗氧率在盐度28‰时显著低于盐度19‰组(P<0.05), 而排氨率在盐度25‰时显著低于盐度19‰和31‰两组(P<0.05)。盐度对A规格幼体的氧氮比(O/N)值有显著影响(P<0.05), 而对B规格和C规格的幼体无显著影响(P>0.05)。(3)温度对不同规格幼体的耗氧率和排氨率有显著影响(P<0.05), 均随温度的增长, 呈先上升后下降的趋势。其中, A规格和C规格幼体的耗氧率在27℃时, 显著高于18和30℃两组(P<0.05), B规格的在水温24℃时显著高于18和30℃(P<0.05); A规格和B规格幼体的排氨率分别在24和27℃时, 显著高于其他温度组(P<0.05), C规格的在温度27℃时, 显著高于18和30℃两组(P<0.05); 温度对A规格幼体的O/N值有显著影响(P<0.05), 而对B规格和C规格的幼体无显著影响(P>0.05)。(4)虎斑乌贼幼体的窒息点为0.84—1.62 mg/L, 随着体重的增加而逐渐降低。  相似文献

The influence of food concentration on clearance rate, respiration, assimilation, and excretion at −1.3 °C was studied on individuals of the bivalve Hiatella arctica (L.) from Young Sound, NE Greenland. Clearance rate, assimilation efficiency, respiration, and excretion rates were determined over a range of food concentrations using the microalga Rhodomonas baltica as food source. Physiological rates were generally low but responded significantly to increased food levels. Clearance rates and assimilation efficiency were reduced at increased food levels, whereas respiration and excretion increased. Assimilation efficiency was generally high, which may be an adaptation to the low food concentration during most of the year in NE Greenland. Low filtration rates limited ingestion rates and resulted in a low maximum assimilation of 3 J h−1. Despite the low food intake, very low food concentrations were required for individual specimens to obtain a positive energy budget. Predicted growth based on rates of assimilation and respiration were compared to published estimates of annual growth in Young Sound. We estimate that 3 weeks of growth in the laboratory under optimal food conditions could match annual growth in situ. We interpret this as evidence that food limitation is the primary impediment to growth in this Arctic population.  相似文献

Photosynthetic bacteria (PSB), Rhodopseudomonas palustris CQK 01, were immobilized on the surface of a thin glass slide in a lab-scale flat panel photobioreactor under different flow rates and substrate concentrations. The morphology, dry weight and thickness of the mature PSB biofilms were determined to reveal the relationship between biofilm formation and hydrogen production performance. The mature biofilm formed at a low flow rate and a high substrate concentration showed a looser structure, these structures of the mature biofilm then affected the H2 production performance of the bioreactor during mature stage. The biofilm formed at a flow rate of 228 ml/h and a substrate concentration of 60 mmol/l exhibited the highest dry weight and optimally porous structure, which is beneficial not only for hydrogen removal from the biofilm but also glucose diffusion into the biofilm, thus significantly boosting the photo-hydrogen production performance.  相似文献

We examined the association between body mass and metabolic rate in Drosophila melanogaster under a variety of conditions. These included comparisons of body mass and metabolic rate in flies from different laboratory lines measured at different ages, over different metabolic sampling periods, and comparisons using wet versus dry mass data. In addition, the relationship between body mass and metabolic rate was determined for flies recently collected from wild populations. In no case was there a significant correlation between body mass and metabolic rate. These results indicate that care must be taken when attempting to account for the effects of body mass on metabolic rate. Expressing such data in mass-specific units may be an inappropriate method of attempting to control for the effects of differences in body mass.  相似文献

采用热扩散茎流仪于2011—2012年连续监测‘桂味’荔枝树干液流速率,将所得数据和果园内自动气象站观测数据一起进行对比分析,建立了液流速率与气象因子的关系模型。实验结果表明:(1)树干液流速率日变化呈现"昼高夜低"的规律。季节变化有呈现"先高后低"的趋势,整体上以果实发育期和成熟期(5—7月)液流速率较高。2011年年平均液流速率明显大于2012年;(2)树干液流速率日变化在晴天时多呈单峰曲线,且振幅较大;在雨天呈多峰曲线,且振幅较小。总体上,晴天平均液流速率约是雨天的两倍;(3)回归分析表明,在一定范围内,树干液流速率与太阳辐射强度、空气温度呈正相关,与空气湿度呈负相关。影响液流速率最重要的气象因子在晴天是空气温度,在雨天是太阳辐射。  相似文献

在实验室条件下,研究了多棘海盘车和海燕这两种海星对栉孔扇贝、菲律宾蛤仔和贻贝三种双壳贝类的捕食选择性和摄食率及温度的影响,测定了捕食Q10温度系数。结果显示:多棘海盘车和海燕对三种贝类均可捕食,且表现出明显的捕食选择性,选择顺序依次为菲律宾蛤仔、贻贝和栉孔扇贝。海星对菲律宾蛤仔的摄食率显著高于其他两种贝类,分别为0.50和0.37个/d;对扇贝的摄食率最低,分别为0.05和0.07个/d。海星摄食率随水温升高而呈上升的趋势,总平均摄食干重分别为0.69 和0.79 g/d。水温从4.3 ℃升高到7.8 ℃多棘海盘车和海燕捕食Q10系数分别为6.38和2.33,而水温从7.8 ℃升高至13.3 ℃时,Q10系数没有显著升高,分别为1.13和1.22。说明水温从4.3 ℃升高时,海星捕食强度显著升高,是防御海星的重点时期。根据海星对贝类捕食的选择性,可在养殖笼内放入贻贝等低值贝类来保护扇贝,缓冲海星对扇贝的捕食,并在缓冲期间对养殖笼内的海星进行清除。  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to find out the number of students with enterobiasis and/or taeniasis in primary schools of Sivas. Among the 2,029 students in 6 primary schools, 316 (15.6%) were positive to Enterobius vermicularis eggs and 32 (1.6%) were positive to Taenia spp. eggs by the cellophane tape method. The egg positive rates of E. vermicularis and Taenia spp. ranged from 9.4% to 27.2% and from 0.8% to 2.6% respectively among six schools. The egg positive rate of E. vermicularis was found to be significantly different among these schools (chi2 = 31.96, P < 0.05), whereas there was no significant difference between the schools for Taenia spp. (chi2 = 4.37; P > 0.05). The rate (18.7%) of E. vermicularis in the urban slum regions was higher than the rate (11.5%) in the urban central regions (chi2 = 19.20; P < 0.05). Above results demonstrate that the egg positive rate of E. vermicularis and Taenia spp. was still prevalent among primary school children.  相似文献

Background and Aims

Some Lupinus species produce cluster roots in response to low plant phosphorus (P) status. The cause of variation in cluster-root formation among cluster-root-forming Lupinus species is unknown. The aim of this study was to investigate if cluster-root formation is, in part, dependent on different relative growth rates (RGRs) among Lupinus species when they show similar shoot P status.

Methods

Three cluster-root-forming Lupinus species, L. albus, L. pilosus and L. atlanticus, were grown in washed river sand at 0, 7·5, 15 or 40 mg P kg−1 dry sand. Plants were harvested at 34, 42 or 62 d after sowing, and fresh and dry weight of leaves, stems, cluster roots and non-cluster roots of different ages were measured. The percentage of cluster roots, tissue P concentrations, root exudates and plant RGR were determined.

Key Results

Phosphorus treatments had major effects on cluster-root allocation, with a significant but incomplete suppression in L. albus and L. pilosus when P supply exceeded 15 mg P kg−1 sand. Complete suppression was found in L. atlanticus at the highest P supply; this species never invested more than 20 % of its root weight in cluster roots. For L. pilosus and L. atlanticus, cluster-root formation was decreased at high internal P concentration, irrespective of RGR. For L. albus, there was a trend in the same direction, but this was not significant.

Conclusions

Cluster-root formation in all three Lupinus species was suppressed at high leaf P concentration, irrespective of RGR. Variation in cluster-root formation among the three species cannot be explained by species-specific variation in RGR or leaf P concentration.  相似文献

The standard metabolic rate (SMR) of the caridean shrimp Palaemon peringueyi to changes in temperature (15-30 °C), salinity (0-45‰) and a combination thereof was investigated. The rate of oxygen consumption of the shrimp was determined using a YSI oxygen meter. At a constant salinity of 35‰ the respiration rate of P. peringueyi increased with an increase in temperature and ranged between 0.260 and 0.982 μl O2 mg wwt− 1 h− 1. The Q10 value over the temperature range 15-25 °C was estimated at 3.13. At a constant temperature of 15 °C the respiration rate of P. peringueyi also increased with an increase in salinity and ranged between 0.231 and 0.860 μl O2 mg wwt− 1 h− 1. For combination experiments the absence of any significant difference in the respiration rate of P. peringueyi at the four temperatures over the salinity range 15-35‰ suggests that the shrimp is well adapted to inhabiting environments characterised by variations in salinity and temperature such as those encountered within the middle and lower reaches of permanently open estuaries with substantial freshwater inflow. On the other hand, the total mortality of the shrimp recorded at salinities < 5‰ at all four temperatures suggests that the upper distribution of the shrimp may reflect physiological constraints. Similarly, the increase in the respiration rate of the shrimp at the four temperatures at salinities > 35‰ suggests that the shrimp may experience osmotic stress in freshwater deprived permanently open and intermittently open estuaries where hypersaline conditions may develop.  相似文献

The formation of polypeptide aggregates, including amyloid fibrils and prions, is a biochemical process of considerable interest in the context of its association with ageing and neurodegeneration. Aggregation occurs typically with a lag phase and a growth phase that reflect an underlying nucleation-polymerisation mechanism. While the propensity of nucleation can be estimated from the lag time t(l), the efficiency of growth is represented by the growth rate k(g). Here, I have analysed the absolute k(g) and t(l) values from a total of 298 samples prepared from insulin, glucagon and different sequence variants of the Alzheimer's Abeta(1-40) peptide. Although these samples differ in the conditions of aggregation, systematic comparison reveals an overall similarity in the plot of k(g)versus t(l). The plot fits readily with the simple equation k(g)=alpha/t(l) and by using a proportionality factor alpha of 4.5. In contrast to the individual values of k(g) and t(l) that depend substantially on sequential and environmental parameters, alpha seems much less affected by such factors. These data suggest mechanistic similarities in the nucleation behaviour of different amyloid-like fibrils and aggregates.  相似文献
