为了解同域分布有蹄类在环境复杂的山地森林生境中以何种方式维持种间关系以实现稳定共存,基于物种分布模型与日活动模式分析了四川省岷山、邛崃、大相岭、小相岭和凉山五大山系同域分布中华鬣羚(Capricornis milneedwardsii)与中华斑羚(Naemorhedus griseus)的时空生态位特征。结果显示:(1)在四川省五大山系,中华鬣羚的适宜栖息地面积为28006.07 km2,占研究区总面积的26.18%,其中高适宜栖息地面积为10015.90 km2,中华斑羚的适宜栖息地面积为21073.32 km2,占研究区总面积的19.71%,其中高适宜栖息地面积为8396.22 km2;(2)中华鬣羚与中华斑羚在生境因子选择上相似性高、栖息地重叠面积大,其空间生态位重叠度指数D=0.776,I=0.949,其适宜栖息地的主要重叠区域位于岷山和邛崃山系;(3)中华鬣羚与中华斑羚的日活动节律重叠指数为0.812;(4)中华鬣羚与中华斑羚属于同域分布的资源利用型竞争物种,中华鬣羚的存在会显著影响中华斑羚的日活动节律(P=0.016);二者同域分布时都会增加其昼间活动强度,并增加活动高峰期的强度及持续时间。本研究初步分析了中华鬣羚与中华斑羚的时空生态位特征,揭示了二者在空间、时间生态位上种群共存及种间竞争的耦合关系。研究有利于深入理解同域分布动物时空生态位特征、近缘物种的共存机制及种间竞争关系,为有蹄类等珍稀野生动物种群及栖息地的保护提供科学参考。  相似文献

2017年6月至2021年8月,基于红外相机技术在天津八仙山国家级自然保护区对野生勺鸡(Pucrasia macrolopha)开展集群模式和时空活动规律研究,研究期间共筛选出野生勺鸡独立有效照片218张,从中辨认出野生勺鸡266只次。研究发现:野生勺鸡呈现7种集群模式,以一雄一雌模式为主(χ2 = 29.722,df = 6,P < 0.001);野生勺鸡呈昼行性活动,冬季核密度曲线为单峰型,其余3个季节均为双峰型,其活动高峰时间为,春季07:00 ~ 09:00时和14:00 ~ 16:00时,夏季08:00 ~ 10:00时和12:00 ~ 14:00时,秋季07:00 ~ 09:00时和15:00 ~ 17:00时,冬季10:00 ~ 12:00时;勺鸡的日活动节律存在性别差异,其活动特点呈明显错峰现象,其中,秋季的日活动强度存在显著性别差异(日活动曲线的重叠面积比Δ = 0.665 5,P < 0.001);勺鸡在春、夏、秋3个季节的活动均偏向集中在10 ~ 20 ℃温度区段和600 ~ 799 m海拔区段,而冬季的活动偏向集中在﹣9 ~ 0 ℃温度区段和800 ~ 999 m海拔区段,不同温度区段的活动强度(Friedman:χ2 = 0.231,df = 3,P > 0.05)和不同海拔区段的活动强度(Friedman:χ2 = 5.615,df = 3,P > 0.05)均无显著季节差异。本研究为今后野生勺鸡的生态监测和保护管理提供了科学参考。  相似文献

野生动物栖息地选择与日活动节律是其长期生存适应的结果,对物种生存繁衍具有重要意义。2017年4月至2019年7月,组在梵净山国家级自然保护区内布设了41台红外相机进行监测和研究。基于红外相机监测数据,利用占域模型(Occupancy model)和核密度估计方法(Kernel density estimation),对食蟹獴(Herpestes urva)的栖息地选择和日活动节律进行了分析探讨。结果表明:(1)食蟹獴在常绿落叶阔叶混交林出现频率最高,在落叶阔叶林和针阔混交林出现频率最低,并集中出现于中低海拔区域;(2)在8种栖息地选择影响因素中,具有重要影响的因子为针阔混交林、海拔、水源地和常绿阔叶落叶混交林4种。其中,食蟹獴明显选择常绿阔叶落叶混交林(β=1.79±1.19 SE),明显排斥针阔混交林(β=-1.93±1.30 SE),海拔高度、离水源地的距离与占用率呈明显负相关;(3)年活动节律显示,食蟹獴在雨季活动明显增多,4-9月的活动频次在全年活动中占比达83.50%;(4)食蟹獴为完全昼行性物种,日活动时间分配较为平均,在9:00-10:00和13:00-14:00活跃度低,日活动高峰出现在11:00-13:00。梵净山地区作为食蟹獴分布区的北端,其典型的山地气候特征和植被类型与其他分布区存在显著差异,并面临不同的捕食风险和不同程度的人为干扰,食蟹獴对栖息地的选择方式和活动节律也出现了适应性的变化。  相似文献

The calculated maximum net photosynthetic rate (P N) at saturation irradiance (I m) of 1 314.13 μmol m−2 s−1 was 25.49 μmol(CO2) m−2 s−1, and intrinsic quantum yield at zero irradiance was 0.103. The results fitted by nonrectangular hyperbolic model, rectangular hyperbolic method, binomial regression method, and the new model were compared. The maximum P N values calculated by nonrectangular hyperbolic model and rectangular hyperbolic model were higher than the measured values, and the I m calculated by nonrectangular hyperbolic model and rectangular hyperbolic model were less than measured values. Results fitted by new model showed that the response curve of P N to I was nonlinear at low I for Oryza sativa, P N increased nonlinearly with I below saturation value. Above this value, P N decreased nonlinearly with I.  相似文献

黄腹角雉(Tragopan caboti)为我国特有雉类,国家一级重点保护野生动物。2010至2021年通过视频监测技术、红外相机监测与人工观察,对浙江省乌岩岭国家级自然保护区内的黄腹角雉巢卵被天敌危害情况进行了调查。基于42个黄腹角雉人工巢监测数据(36巢视频远程监控,2巢红外相机监测,4巢人工观察),野生黄腹角雉巢被天敌破坏的比率为54.8%,其中91.3%被破坏巢中的卵为王锦蛇(Elaphe carinata)所捕食,表明王锦蛇是黄腹角雉巢卵最主要的天敌。捕食黄腹角雉卵的天敌还包括松鸦(Garrulus glandarius)与黄喉貂(Martes flavigula),可能的天敌有灰树鹊(Dendrocitta formosae)、黄腹鼬(Mustela kathiah)及短尾猴(Macaca arctoides)等。本研究基于视频资料揭示了野生黄腹角雉种群的天敌情况,结合文献资料,我们推测黄腹角雉较长的孵卵期与离巢时间可能是造成其巢卵损失率高的主要原因,本研究结果对这一濒危物种的保护与繁育工作具有重要意义。  相似文献

Clover seedlings were grown at different nitrogen concentrations (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 mM NO3 , i.e. N5 to N25) and two irradiances, I (200 and 400 μmol m−2 s−1 of photon flux density, i.e. I 200 and I 400). Net photosynthetic rate (P N), photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE), leaf chlorophyll (Chl) content, maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), and actual photochemical efficiency of photosystem 2 (PS2) (ΦPS2) increased from N5 to N15 and decreased with N15 to N25. P N, PNUE, and ΦPS2 were higher at I 400 than at I 200, but Fv/Fm and leaf Chl contents at I 400 were lower than at I 200. The effects of the N and I on specific leaf area (SLA) and N contents per unit dry mass (Nm) were similar, the SLA and Nm increased from N5 to N25 and they were higher at I 200 than at I 400. The nitrogen contents per unit area (Na) increased from N5 to N20, but decreased from N20 to N25. The Na was higher at I 200 than at I 400 when Trifolium repens grew at N5 and N10, but it was higher at I 400 than at I 200 at N15 to N25.  相似文献

The whole-cell voltage-clamp technique was applied to isolated ventricular myocytes to investigate the effects of extracellular and intracellular zinc application on L-type Ca2+ channel currents (I Ca). Extracellular zinc exposure at micromolar concentration induced a reversible (with washout of ZnCl2) reduction (30%) of I Ca with no change in current-voltage relationship. On the other hand, an increase of intracellular free-zinc concentration, [Zn2+]i, from normal (less than 1 nM) to approx 7 nM with 10 μM Zn-pyrithione exposure caused an inhibition of 33±6% in the peak of the I Ca and altered the voltage dependency of L-type Ca2+ channels with a 10-mV left shift and a hump at around −40 mV in its current-voltage relation. In contrast, N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-pyridylmethyl)ethylenediamine (TPEN) strongly inhibited the I Ca (42±2%), with only a small but detectable outward shift of the holding current measured at the end of the pulses. Zn-pyrithione and TPEN caused a reproducible decrease of the I Ca. Interestingly, TPEN application, without Zn-pyrithione pretreatment, inhibited the I Ca (35±2%) with no change in voltage dependency. Taken together, the results suggest that both extracellular and intracellular zinc increases under pathological conditions in cardiomyocytes can alter the I Ca, but their effects are not in the same order and same manner. One should consider these possible side effects when it is suggested to be vital to cardiovascular cell integrity and functions.  相似文献

Arabidopsis thaliana L., ch1-1 (chlorophyll b-less mutant), gi-1 (GI deficient mutant), cry2-1 (blue-light-photoreceptor CRY2 deficient mutant), and Columbia (Col; wild ecotype) were grown under broad range of irradiances (I) from the beginning of germination and the effect of I on the survival, development, and flowering was studied. Under low and moderate I (<300 μmol m−2 s−1), flowering time and plant size at flowering showed great variations among ch1-1, gi-1, cry2-1, and Col, whereas under higher I (>500 μmol m−2 s−1), these characteristics were almost the same. Hence under high I, development and flowering of ch1-1, gi-1, cry2-1, and Col converged to almost the same state. Flowering time was negatively correlated with I, and under high I acclimation in A. thaliana was associated with a decrease in chlorophyll (Chl) content and increases in xanthophyll cycle pool and membrane-bound APX activity (EC 1.11.1.11) suggesting that an increase in oxidative stress induces earlier flowering. The plants of gi-1 and cry2-1 survived but Col and ch1-1 died under 1 000 μmol m−2 s−1, showing that mutants deficient in GI or CRY2 are more photo-stress-tolerant than Col and the Chl b-less mutant. Hence high I promotes in plants of Arabidopsis raised from germination till flowering the development and flowering time involving modulation of the photosynthetic apparatus, and this promoting effect is independent of the functions of flower-inducing GI or CRY2 gene. This can be regarded as photo-acclimation of A. thaliana for survival and reproduction under high I.  相似文献

Scirtothrips perseae Nakahara was discovered attacking avocados in California, USA, in 1996. Host plant surveys in California indicated that S. perseae has a highly restricted host range with larvae being found only on avocados, while adults were collected from 11 different plant species. As part of a management program for this pest, a “classical” biological control program was initiated and foreign exploration was conducted to delineate the home range of S. perseae, to survey for associated natural enemies and inventory other species of phytophagous thrips on avocados grown in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, and Brazil. Foreign exploration efforts indicate that S. perseae occurs on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1500 m) from Uruapan in Mexico south to areas around Guatemala City in Guatemala. In Costa Rica, S. perseae is replaced by an undescribed congener as the dominant phytophagous thrips on avocados grown at high altitudes (>1300 m). No species of Scirtothrips were found on avocados in the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, or Brazil. In total, 2136 phytophagous thrips were collected and identified, representing over 47 identified species from at least 19 genera. The significance of these species records is discussed. Of collected material 4% were potential thrips biological control agents. Natural enemies were dominated by six genera of predatory thrips (Aeolothrips, Aleurodothrips, Franklinothrips, Leptothrips, Scolothrips, and Karnyothrips). One genus each of parasitoid (Ceranisus) and predatory mite (Balaustium) were found. Based on the results of our sampling techniques, prospects for the importation of thrips natural enemies for use in a “classical” biological control program in California against S. perseae are not promising.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

Parsimony analyses of the internal transcribed spacer regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA (ITS 1 & ITS 2) for 38 taxa sampled from the Phebalium group (Rutaceae: Boronieae) and two outgroups confirm that, with the exception of Phebalium sensu stricto and Rhadinothamnus, six of the currently recognised genera within the group are monophyletic. The data indicate that Phebaliums. str. is paraphyletic with respect to Microcybe, and Rhadinothamnus is paraphyletic with respect to Chorilaena. Rhadinothamnus and Chorilaena together are the sister group to Nematolepis. Drummondita, included as an outgroup taxon, clustered within the ingroup as sister to Muiriantha and related to Asterolasia.The phylogeny suggests that the evolution of major clades within a number of these genera (e.g. Phebalium) relates to vicariance events between eastern and south-western Australia. Leionema is an eastern genus, with the most basal taxon being the morphologically distinct Leionema ellipticum from northern Queensland. Leionema also includes one species from New Zealand, but this species (as with some others) proved difficult to sequence and its phylogenetic position remains unknown. Some closely related members of the monocotyledonous familiesAlismataceae, Liliaceae, Juncaceae, Cyperaceae, Poaceae andAraceae with variable modes of pollination (insect- and wind-pollination) were studied in relation to the ultrastructure of pollenkitt and exine (amount, consistency and distribution of pollenkitt on the surface of pollen grains). The character syndromes of pollen cementing in entomophilous, anemophilous and intermediate (ambophilous or amphiphilous) monocotyledons are the same in principal as in dicotyledons. Comparing present with former results one can summarize: 1) The pollenkitt is always produced in the same manner by the anther tapetum in all angiosperm sub-classes. 2) The variable stickiness of entomophilous and anemophilous pollen always depends on the particular distribution and consistency of the pollenkitt, but not its amount on the pollen surface. 3) The mostly dry and powdery pollen of anemophilous plants always contains a variable amount of inactive pollenkitt in its exine cavities. 4) A step-by step change of the pollen cementing syndrome can be observed from entomophily towards anemophily. 5) From the omnipresence of pollenkitt in all wind-pollinated angiosperms studied one can conclude that the ancestors of anemophilous angiosperms probably have been zoophilous (i.e. entomophilous) throughout.

Since 1999, four specific weevils (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) were released in the Republic of Congo against three exotic floating water weeds: Neochetina eichhorniae Warner and N. bruchi Hustache against water hyacinth, Neohydronomus affinis Hustache against water lettuce, and Cyrtobagous salviniae Calder and Sands against water fern. Recoveries of exotic weevils were made from all 24 release sites except one, and all four species have established and spread (up to 800 km for water hyacinth weevils). Within a few years of releases, control of water fern and water lettuce was such that fishing and navigation could be resumed, while reductions of water hyacinth populations were only beginning.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. Little is known about how tropical land-use systems contribute to the conservation of functionally important insect groups, including dung beetles. In a study at the margin of Lore Lindu National Park (a biodiversity hotspot in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia) dung-beetle communities were sampled in natural forest, young secondary forest, agroforestry systems (cacao plantations with shade trees) and annual cultures (maize fields), each with four replicates (n = 16 sites). At each site we used 10 pitfall traps, baited with cattle dung, along a 100 m transect for six 3-day periods. The number of trapped specimens and species richness at the natural forest sites was higher than in all land-use systems, which did not significantly differ. Each land-use system contained, on average, 75% of the species richness of the natural forest, thereby indicating their importance for conservation. However, a two-dimensional scaling plot based on NESS indices (m = 6) indicated distinct dung beetle communities for both forest types, while agroforestry systems and annual cultures exhibited a pronounced overlap. Mean body size of dung beetles was not significantly influenced by land-use intensity. Five of the six most abundant dung beetle species were recorded in all habitats, whereas the abundance of five other species was significantly related to habitat type. Mean local abundance and number of occupied sites were closely correlated, further indicating little habitat specialisation. The low dung beetle diversity (total of 18 recorded species) may be due to the absence of larger mammals in Sulawesi during historical times, even though Sulawesi is the largest island of Wallacea. In conclusion, the dung beetle fauna of the lower montane forest zone in Central Sulawesi appears to be relatively robust to man-made habitat changes and the majority of species did not exhibit strong habitat preferences.  相似文献
