水稻幼苗特性与籽粒大小关系的分子检测   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
水稻 (OryzasativaL .)幼苗特性如叶的发生、叶绿素含量、植株高度等对早期生长是重要的 ,与籽粒大小相联系。以水稻珍汕 97A和明恢 6 3组合的重组自交系群体为材料 ,对 5个幼苗特性性状和籽粒大小进行了数量性状基因定位 (QTL) ,目的在于从遗传水平探求幼苗特性与籽粒大小的内在关系。对叶绿素a、总叶绿素含量、第二片叶长、第三片叶长、幼苗高度、粒重分别检测到 2、1、5、4、4、9个QTLs。结果揭示 4个幼苗特性性状的QTL和 4个籽粒大小的QTL位点分别定位在 4个相似区域 (G35 9_RG5 32、C5 6 7_RG2 36、RZ4 0 3_R1 9和C371_C4 0 5a) ,表明幼苗特性性状与籽粒大小间的紧密关系 ,也显示控制籽粒大小的几个染色体区域对幼苗特性性状没有影响 ,这意味着通过标记辅助选择改良幼苗活力但并不增加粒重是可能的  相似文献

为了探讨玉米叶绿素含量的遗传规律, 以A150-3-2×Mo17杂交组配的189个F2单株作为作图群体, 构建了具有112个标记位点的玉米分子遗传图谱, 于喇叭口期和开花期分别进行了玉米叶绿素a含量(chla), 叶绿素b含量(chlb), 其他叶绿素含量(chlc)和叶绿素总含量(chlz)4个性状的测定, 并进行QTL分析。在喇叭口期和开花期共检测到32个QTL, 分布在除第6和10染色体以外的其他染色体上。在喇叭口期检测到24个QTL, 分布于第1、2、3、5、7、8和9染色体上, 叶绿素a、叶绿素b、其他叶绿素和叶绿素总含量各检测到6个QTL, 在同一区间内检测到的4个性状的QTL之间的距离在0~2 cM之间。喇叭口期检测到控制叶绿素a、叶绿素b、其他叶绿素和叶绿素总含量的4个主效QTL位于第5染色体上的umc1098~bnlg557区间, 分别可解释表型变异的11.63%、10.3%、10.77%和11.51%。开花期检测到8个QTL, 分布于第4和5染色体上。其中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、其他叶绿素和叶绿素总含量各2个QTL。标记umc1098和bnlg557之间同时存在控制喇叭口期4个叶绿素含量性状的QTL和开花期控制叶绿素a和叶绿素b的QTL。标记umc2308和bnlg386之间只存在控制开花期4个叶绿素含量性状的QTL。  相似文献

利用由两个籼稻品种Acc8558和H359杂交构建的一个包含131个株系(F19)的重组自交系群体,及其相应的包含147个RFLP和78个AFLP标记的遗传图谱,采用多性状复合区间定位方法,对控制水稻叶绿素含量的QTL进行了定位分析。对叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量各检测到6个QTL,其中5个QTL在两性状问是相同的。这些QTL主要分布在第1和第4染色体上,因此这两条染色体对叶绿素含量是重要的。QTL qChlAlc/qChlBlb(二者位置相同)在4个观测时期均表现较大效应,且在最后的剑叶期贡献最大,因此对叶绿素含量最为重要。另两个QTL(qCh-LA4a/qChlB4a和qChlA4b/qChlB4b)只在第2次观测时期效应显著,表明它们只在特定发育阶段发挥作用。  相似文献

基因型与环境的互作(G×E)对数量性状的影响常常掩盖了遗传因子引起的性状变化. 在盐胁迫环境与非胁迫环境下分别调查了水稻(Oriza sativa L.) 5个重要的农艺性状, 总共检测到24个QTL, 分布在除第9, 11号染色体外的各染色体上. 盐胁迫环境中检出了9个QTL: 千粒重1个; 抽穗期2个; 株高1个; 每穗粒数2个; 有效分蘖3个, 占总数的37.5%; 非胁迫环境中则检出了17个QTL: 千粒重5个; 抽穗期6个; 株高3个; 每穗粒数2个; 有效分蘖1个, 占总数的70.8%; 有两个QTL在两种环境中都检测到, 占总数的8.3%, 它们分别是位于第4染色体上控制抽穗期的QTL和位于第6染色体上控制每穗粒数的QTL. 此外, 还检测出3个包含多个QTL的区间, 它们分别位于第1, 4和8染色体上, 其中第1染色体上RG612分子标记附近检出两个QTL, 在盐胁迫环境与非胁迫环境中分别控制有效分蘖和抽穗期这两个重要的农艺性状, 其加性效应均由来源于JX17的等位基因提供; 第4染色体上的C975-RG449区间检测到2个QTL, qrHD-4c在非协迫环境中控制抽穗期, qrGPP-4s则在胁迫环境中控制每穗粒数; 第8染色体上的RG885-GA408区间检测到3个QTL, 在非胁迫环境下分别控制抽穗期、千粒重、株高3个性状, 在胁迫环境下则未能检测到. 通过对水稻在盐胁迫环境与非胁迫环境下的QTL对比研究, 发现水稻第8染色体上几个控制水稻重要农艺性状的QTL明显受盐胁迫的影响.  相似文献

利用粳稻Kinmaze/籼稻DV85杂交后代单粒传衍生的81个F11家系所组成的重组自交系(Recombinant Inbred Lines,RILs)群体,研究水稻光合功能相关性状的数量性状基因座(QTL)。在水稻抽穗后7d测定叶片全氮含量(TLN)、叶绿素a/b比值(Chl.a:b)和叶绿素含量(Chl)。共检测到6个QTL,各QTL的LOD值为2.66~4.81,贡献率为11.2%-29.6%,其中,在第1、2和11染色体上检测到3个与全氮含量相关的QTL,相应贡献率为17.3%、15.3%、13.7%;在第3和4染色体检测到2个与叶绿素a/b比值相关的QTL,贡献率为13.8%和29.6%;在第1染色体检测到1个与叶绿素含量相关的QTL,贡献率为11.2%。4个QTL为本研究新检测的基因座。有趣的是,控制叶绿素含量的qCC-1位于第1染色体上RFLP标记C122附近,与已报道的NADH-谷氨酸合成酶基因位置一致,而叶绿素合成始于谷氨酸,暗示该基因座与水稻光合功能关系极为密切。然而,对抽穗后30d叶绿素含量进行QTL分析,结果未检测到与其相关的QTL,表明控制叶绿素含量qCC-1效应随水稻叶片的衰老而降低。  相似文献

采用粳型超级稻品种'沈农265'和普通品种'丽江新团黑谷'的176株F2群体分析24个穗部和穗颈维管束数量性状位点(QTL)的结果显示,共检测到37个QTL,它们分布在水稻的第1、2、3、4、5、6、7,8,9和12号染色体上,单个QTL对性状表型贡献率在11.0%-65.0%之间,其中大于20%的有15个.这些QTL,分别在第3、4、6、9和12号染色体上.以6个QTL簇(QCR)的形式存在.QCR-3和QCR-12控制穗部和穗颈维管束性状,QCR-4a、QCR-4b、QCR-6和QCR-9控制穗部性状.在这些区域已经定位了多个控制穗部性状的QTL,说明紧密连锁或成簇分布是穗颈维管束性状和穗部性状高度相关的遗传学基础之一.  相似文献

以小麦DH群体(‘旱选10号’ב鲁麦14’)为材料,在高温(热胁迫)及常温(对照)两种条件下考察小麦幼苗的根干重、苗干重、幼苗生物量、叶片叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数及其耐热指数,并应用基于混合线性模型的复合区间作图法分析幼苗性状及其耐热指数QTL的数量、染色体分布及表达情况,以及QTL与环境的互作效应。结果显示:(1)亲本‘旱选10号’的耐热性明显优于‘鲁麦14’,且杂交后代的耐热性出现超亲分离。(2)控制幼苗耐热相关性状的QTL位点在染色体2D、6B、3A、4A、5A和7A上分布较多,而控制幼苗性状耐热指数的QTL在染色体6A、6B、3A、2D、5A和7A上分布较多,QTL位点在染色体上的分布有区域化的趋势。(3)控制幼苗性状的单个加性QTL和上位性QTL解释的表型变异分别平均为2.48%和2.65%;而控制耐热指数的单个加性QTL和上位性QTL解释的表型变异分别平均为8.84%和1.98%。(4)在热胁迫和对照条件下共检测到与幼苗性状及其耐热指数有关的加性效应QTL 13个和上位性效应QTL 28对,分布在除4D和6D以外的19条染色体上。研究表明,控制幼苗性状的QTL以上位性效应为主,而其耐热指数的QTL以加性效应为主。  相似文献

亚铁毒是潜育性水稻土中限制水稻产量的主要因子。利用龙杂8503/IR64的F2和等价的F3群体,在营养液中培养来定位耐亚铁毒的QTLs。通过构建101SSR标记的遗传连锁图谱来确定耐亚铁毒QTLs的位置和特性。借助叶片棕色斑点指数、株高和最大根长3个性状,利用营养液在水稻苗期来评价F2单株、F3群体和亲本龙杂8503、IR64,共检测到叶片棕色斑点指数、株高和最大根长的QTLs20个,分布在水稻的10条染色体上,表明这些性状受多基因控制。控制叶片棕色斑点指数的QTLs分别定位在第1染色体的RM315-RM212、第2染色体的RM6-RM240和第4染色体的RM252-RM451之间。与前人的研究结果比较发现:1)位于第4染色体RM252-RM451之间的控制叶片棕色斑点指数的QTL与水稻功能图谱上控制叶绿素含量减少的QTL的位置一致。另一个位于第1染色体的RM315-RM212之间的控制叶片棕色斑点指数的QTL与水稻功能图谱上位于C178-R2635之间控制叶绿素含量的QTL连锁。2)位于第2染色体RM6-RM240之间的第3个控制叶片棕色斑点指数的QTL与位于RZ58-CD0686的控制钾吸收的QTL连锁。  相似文献

利用Dular和Lemont杂交后代单粒传衍生的123个F12家系所组成的重组自交系(RILs)群体,研究水稻剑叶叶绿素含量的数量性状基因座(QTL).分别在2005年和2006年考察该RIL群体齐穗期剑叶叶绿素含量,并进行QTL定位和上位性分析及其与环境的互作效应分析.结果表明:在4对染色体上共检测到10个控制叶绿素含量的加性QTLs,共解释了73.51%的遗传变异,单个QTL的表型贡献率为2.08%~20.14%,其中6个和环境存在显著互作;同时也检测到13对影响叶绿素含量的加性×加性上位性互作,其中6对具有显著的上位性环境互作效应.  相似文献

Background: Seedling recruitment is widely recognised to be important in the maintenance of diversity and coexistence of species. It is not clear how local abiotic factors mediated by litter and biotic interactions influence plant species recruitment in alpine grasslands.

Aims: To determine how litter and standing vegetation affected seedling recruitment in plant communities in Tibetan alpine grasslands.

Methods: Seedling recruitment was quantified in response to experimental treatments: (1) removal of standing vegetation and litter; (2) removal of standing vegetation with litter intact; (3) intact standing vegetation and removal of litter and (4) control: intact standing vegetation and litter.

Results: Litter removal increased seedling numbers, while standing vegetation removal had no effect. An interaction between litter and standing vegetation removal marginally increased seedling number. Species richness of seedlings was not related to either litter removal or standing vegetation removal. Species composition of seedling differed significantly between removal of both litter and standing vegetation and control.

Conclusions: Litter and its interaction with standing vegetation has an important role in affecting plant species recruitment in this alpine plant community. In contrast, biotic interactions, such as competition or facilitation from standing vegetation, appear to have only minor effects on recruitment.  相似文献

Seed priming has proved to be an effective pre-germination seed invigoration technique for different crops to improve seed and seedling performance under different abiotic stresses. In Bangladesh, winter rice is very often exposed to cold waves just after sowing in the nursery bed resulting in poor seed germination and seedling emergence, yellowish and thin seedlings production, and a very low survival rate. Seed priming may mitigate the cold stress during seed germination and seedling emergence and helps in the quality seedling production of winter rice. To evaluate the efficacy of different seed priming techniques in increasing seedling emergence, growth, vigor and survivability of winter rice cultivars under cold stress, a pot experiment was conducted at the Department of Agronomy, Bangladesh Agricultural University during December 2018 to January 2019. The experiment comprised two factors, (A) Winter rice variety namely, i) BRRI dhan29 and ii) BRRI dhan36; (B) Seed priming agent namely i) Control (no priming), ii) 20000 ppm NaCl, iii) 30000 ppm NaCl, iv) 20000 ppm KCl, v) 30000 ppm KCl, vi) 20000 ppm CaCl2, vii) 30000 ppm CaCl2, viii) 50 ppm CuSO4, ix) 75 ppm CuSO4, x) 10000 ppm ZnSO4, xi) 15000 ppm ZnSO4, xii) 2 ppm Na2MoO4, xiii) 3 ppm Na2MoO4, xiv) 100 ppm PEG (Polyethylene glycol 4000) and xv) 150 ppm PEG. Seeds were sown on two different dates viz., 1st December and 1st January so that seedlings are exposed to cold stress at different stages. The experiment was laid out in a completely randomized design (CRD) with three replications. Results indicated that (in most of the cases) seed priming has a positive impact on seedling emergence rate (%), root length, shoot length, root shoot ratio, root dry weight, shoot dry weight, seedling dry weight and survival rate (%). Among the priming agents, KCl and CaCl2 performed best; while priming with NaCl and PEG showed no advantages over no priming for both the sowing dates. In general, BRRI dhan36 performed better than BRRI dhan29 in terms of seedling growth because of its higher tolerance to cold stress. But, both the varieties performed similarly in terms of emergence rate and survival rate. Thus, priming is an effective tool to increase seed germination, better seedling growth, and higher seedling survivability of winter rice under cold stress, and KCl (20000 ppm) or CaCl2 (20000 ppm) can be considered as a viable priming agent.  相似文献

The mean size of seeds produced by plants at the equator is two to three orders of magnitude higher than the mean size of seeds produced by plants at 60°. We compiled data from the literature to assess the possibility that this latitudinal gradient in seed size allows species to cope with more difficult seedling establishment conditions in tropical environments. We found no relationship between latitude and seedling survival through 1 week (P = 0.27, n = 112 species). There was also no evidence that a larger seed mass is required to gain a given level of seedling survival in tropical environments (P = 0.37, n = 112 species), and no relationship between latitude and the duration of the juvenile period (P = 0.57, n = 132 species). Thus, our results are not compatible with the idea that seedling establishment is more difficult in the tropics.  相似文献

Abstract Relationships between seed mass and several aspects of plant regeneration ecology were investigated in a post‐fire environment in Ku‐ring‐gai Chase National Park near Sydney, Australia. We found a significant positive relationship between seed mass and time to seedling emergence (P < 0.001) and a strong negative relationship between seed mass and time between emergence and production of the first true leaf (P < 0.001). Surprisingly, we found no relationship between seed mass and seedling establishment (P = 0.21). It seems most likely that this lack of relationship is a result of the many stochastic factors affecting seedling establishment during any given recruitment episode at any given site. A cause of mortality was assigned to 56% of the 781 seedlings that died during the present study. There was no relationship between cause of death and seed mass (P = 0.28). Of the seedlings for which the cause of death was known, 57% were killed by herbivory and 21% were killed by drought. Seedling–seedling competition affected only one species.  相似文献

对茄子嫁接苗与自根苗的光合生理特性进行了比较研究。结果表明,不同时期嫁接苗功能叶片的净光合速率(Pn)均显著高于自根苗;茄子嫁接苗与自根苗功能叶片的Pn日变化均呈“双峰”曲线,但嫁接苗的“午休”程度较自根苗轻;嫁接苗比自根苗有较低的光补偿点(LCP)和CO2补偿点(CCP),较高的光饱和点(LSP)和CO2饱和点(CSP);有较低的光合冷限温度和较高的光合热限温度,光合最适温度两者之间没有明显的差别;有较高的光饱和、CO2饱和及最适温度时的Pn;嫁接苗Pn高是因为嫁接苗胞间的光合反应的底物浓度大(Ci高),表观量子效率(AQY)、羧化效率(CE)和光合能力(A350)高的缘故。  相似文献

不同育苗方式对移栽后侧柏和白榆幼苗根系生长的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
不同类型苗木,具有不同的根系结构特征,其根系结构也将影响林木的生长和恢复生态系统的稳定性。以侧柏和白榆为研究对象,对移栽18个月后的种基盘苗与营养钵苗根系的生长进行了调查。结果表明:侧柏种基盘苗的总根长和平均直径比营养钵苗分别增加了316.20 cm和0.05mm,白榆苗则分别增加了651.54 cm和0.88mm。侧柏和白榆种基盘苗的根系表面积比营养钵苗分别增加了40.05%和73.04%。侧柏种基盘苗的根系总体积与营养钵苗的差异不显著,而白榆种基盘苗的根系总体积则比营养钵苗增加了54.70%。侧柏和白榆营养钵苗的一级侧根数量大于种基盘苗,增幅分别为42.31%和30.65%。对于侧柏来说,营养钵苗的根尖总数比种基盘苗的增加324个,但白榆苗差异不显著。各种处理的幼苗总根长与根系表面积都有显著相关性,但与根体积不具有显著相关性。营养钵苗的根系平均直径和根尖数量具有相对独立性,而种基盘的根系平均直径与总根长以及根体积均表现为显著相关。种基盘苗能提高侧柏、白榆幼苗的根冠比,促进幼苗株高、地径和主根的生长。采用种基盘苗进行植被恢复,由于其具有较大的根表面积和根长度,林木便具有了较大的吸收水分和营养的能力,以及较高的固结表层土壤能力。  相似文献

Cotyledon venation patterns are described for 93 species representing all tribes of the Caesalpinioideae. Patterns are grouped into a series of levels of complexity according to the number of primary veins, nine, seven, six, five, three or one, but five- and three-vein patterns predominate. The number of petiolar vascular strands varies from one to eight but most species have two or four strands. It is proposed that all the patterns have been derived from one in which four strands and a protoxylem trace in the petiole branch and anastomose to form seven primary veins in the lamina. Venation patterns show correlations with cotyledon anatomy, size and shape and with taxonomic grouping at tribal, infratribal and generic levels. Each tribe is characterized by a particular set of related patterns, pattern frequencies and evolutionary trends.  相似文献

In this article we report the results of an experiment introducing 17 native shrub and tree species into a Brazilian restinga (i.e., coastal sandy plain vegetation). Restingas have been affected by human impact for about 8,000 years, and human occupation for housing, tourism, and land speculation has recently increased in such a way that there is a need for conservation of remnant patches and restoration of degraded areas throughout the coast to protect biodiversity. Our study site is a remnant located in Rio de Janeiro, the second largest city in the country, and has been subjected in the past to deforestation, man‐made fire, and sand extraction. Although trees and shrubs predominantly compose natural restinga vegetation, local vegetation after impact was replaced by an exotic grass cover, which meant a drastic reduction in species richness. Thus, in this experiment we removed the grass cover, introduced shrub and tree species, and monitored survival and growth of 20 plants per species for 2 years. Despite the adversities imposed by the nutrient‐poor sandy soil, 70% of the species showed high survival percentage and considerable growth. This report on restoration initiatives in the restingas points out the viability of shrub and tree plantation following exotic grass removal as a strategy to restore Brazilian coastal vegetation.  相似文献

模拟羊草种子自然埋藏深度状况,设计了0、1、2和3cm共4种沙埋深度实验,研究了其出苗率及幼苗生长对沙埋深度的响应。结果表明,羊草种子出苗率随埋深的增加呈下降趋势,0cm时出苗率最高为89.3%,1和2cm时分别为81.5%和78.5%,3cm时最低(73.5%),与前三者具有显著差异。埋深对地上株高生长动态的影响主要表现在,播种后25d,0~2cm处理的羊草幼苗地上株高均高于3cm处理;播种后36d,4种处理的地上株高没有显著差异。此外,随着埋深的增加,羊草幼苗的根长、根数、根冠比呈先上升后下降趋势,叶片数呈下降趋势,绝对株高则呈上升趋势。表明1~2cm沙埋深度更适宜于羊草种子出苗及幼苗生长,而0或3cm埋深不利于其出苗和幼苗生长。  相似文献
