天山林区不同群落土壤水分入渗特性的对比分析与模拟   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
土壤入渗特性是影响森林生态水文过程的一个重要环节。为了比较不同群落类型土壤水分入渗特性的差异,在天山中段北坡林区利用环刀法测定天然林、人工林、林窗草地、草地、林缘灌木林、山前灌木林六种群落类型的森林土壤入渗过程,对比分析有机质含量、毛管孔隙度、容重、含水率等土壤理化性质对入渗过程的影响,用三种常用模型进行入渗过程模拟,分析比较这/min之间,稳定min之间,不同群落类型土壤平均入渗率从大到小的排序为:天然林林缘灌木林窗草地草地人工林山前灌木;(2)六种群落类型土壤入渗性能均具有初渗速率平均入渗速率稳定入渗速率的相同趋势;(3)Kostiakov模型对试验六种群落类型土壤入渗过程的拟合精度比较高,适用于描述本研究区域水源涵养林地土壤入渗特征;(4)土壤有机质含量与土壤入渗速率呈正相关,且与初始入渗率达到显著水平;土壤的含水率、土壤毛管孔隙度和土壤容重与土壤入渗能力呈现显著的负相关。通过观测与模拟不同群落类型的土壤水分运动过程,本文可为天山林区生态水文长期定位观测提供有益借鉴。  相似文献

黄土丘陵区坡面尺度生物结皮多是由藻、藓和地衣等以不同比例、不同方式组合的一个复杂群落结构,显著影响水分入渗,但目前混合生物结皮水分入渗与其群落结构之间的关系仍不清楚,妨碍了对坡面尺度生物结皮土壤渗透性的评估。本研究测定了藻结皮、藓结皮及藓结皮盖度分别为<15%、15%~30%、30%~45%、45%~60%、>60% 5个不同藻藓比例的混合生物结皮的稳定入渗速率,采用主成分分析和通径分析揭示混合生物结皮水分稳定入渗速率的影响因素,明确混合生物结皮水分稳定入渗速率与群落结构之间的关系。结果表明: 藻结皮和藓结皮土壤饱和导水率分别为0.66和2.40 mm·min-1。藓结皮盖度从<15%到>60%的混合生物结皮的稳定入渗速率为0.80~2.30 mm·min-1。混合生物结皮水分稳定入渗速率主要与藓结皮盖度和藓结皮改善的土壤孔隙结构密切相关,相关系数分别为0.636(P=0.011)和0.835(P=0.000)。通过藻结皮和藓结皮土壤饱和导水率与盖度加权预测的混合生物结皮水分入渗量(y)与混合生物结皮实测水分入渗量(x)具有极显著相关关系(r=0.945),二者拟合的线性函数为y=0.85x(R2=0.98,P<0.05)。本研究明确了混合生物结皮水分入渗与单一组成生物结皮水分入渗之间的关系,为准确评估该区生物结皮水文过程提供了科学依据。  相似文献

土壤入渗是降雨渗入土体形成土壤水的基本水文过程,土壤渗透能力影响着地表径流和土壤侵蚀强度。土壤初始含水量决定了入渗初期的土水势,是影响土壤入渗过程的重要因素。利用环刀法,观测了三峡库区林地和草地的土壤入渗过程,对比分析了不同初始含水率下土壤入渗率和常用入渗模型的适宜性。结果表明,随土壤初始含水率的增大,林地和草地下土壤初始入渗率减小,入渗趋于稳定所需时间缩短,累积入渗量和稳定入渗率增大。土壤含水率为12%的林地初始入渗率为8.95 mm/min,是含水率40%林地初始入渗率的4倍,但1h累积入渗量仅是含水率40%林地的2/3。有机质含量丰富的草地土壤入渗过程对初始含水率的敏感性较弱,干湿草地相比较入渗参数的差异不如林地明显。随时间的延长,土壤入渗率逐渐降低,入渗曲线渐趋平缓,最小二乘法拟合结果显示Horton模型对林地和草地下土壤入渗过程的拟合效果较好,且模型参数具有物理意义,是分析和预测三峡库区林草覆盖下土壤入渗过程的适宜模型。  相似文献

为探究生物质炭添加对喀斯特地区土壤水分入渗特性的影响,本研究以坡耕地黄壤为对象,采用室内土柱模拟的方法,研究不同添加量(质量分数为0、1%和2%)和不同粒径(粒径大小为<0.25、0.25~1和>1 mm)生物质炭添加下土壤水分累计入渗量、入渗速率及湿润锋进程的变化特征,并对入渗过程进行模拟。结果表明: 在定容重条件下,添加生物质炭后土壤的入渗过程明显受到抑制,添加生物质炭土壤的累计入渗量和入渗速率显著低于未添加生物质炭土壤,生物质炭添加量为1%和2%土壤的累计入渗量和入渗速率无显著差异。不同粒径生物质炭添加下,土壤累计入渗量从大到小依次表现为<0.25、0.25~1和>1 mm。与CK相比,当添加量为1%时,土壤300 min累计入渗量分别下降20.9%、35.2%和45.0%;当添加量为2%时,分别下降21.5%、37.5%和44.2%,说明大粒径生物质炭对土壤入渗的抑制作用显著强于小粒径生物质炭。土壤湿润锋进程对不同含量和不同粒径生物质炭添加的响应趋势与累计入渗量的变化趋势基本一致。Horton和Kostiakov模型能够用于模拟本研究中的土壤水分入渗过程,Horton模型拟合精度高,R2最大(0.91~0.98),均方根误差(RMSE)最小(0.14~0.21),而Kostiakov模型拟合得到的初始入渗速率更接近实测结果。研究结果可为生物质炭的合理施用提供科学依据,也可为喀斯特坡耕地土壤改良和水土保持提供有益参考。  相似文献

The tumour microenvironment (TME) and immunosuppression play an important role in colon cancer (CC) metastasis, which seriously affects the prognosis of CC. G protein subunit gamma 4 (GNG4) has been shown to participate in tumour progression and the tumour mutation burden (TMB) in colorectal cancer. However, the effect of GNG4 on the CC TME and immunology remains elusive. Weighted gene coexpression network analysis (WGCNA) was employed for screening aberrantly expressed genes associated with the immune score, and GNG4 was then selected through prognostic and immune correlation analysis. Based on RNA sequencing data obtained from the TCGA and GEO databases, the expression pattern and immune characteristics of GNG4 were comprehensively examined using a pan-cancer analysis. Upregulation of GNG4 was linked to an adverse prognosis and immune inhibitory phenotype in CC. Pan-cancer analysis demonstrated higher GNG4 expression in tumours than in paired normal tissue in human cancers. GNG4 expression was closely related to prognosis, TMB, immune checkpoints (ICPs), microsatellite instability (MSI) and neoantigens. GNG4 promoted CC cell proliferation, migration and invasion and participated in immune regulation in the TME. Significantly, GNG4 expression was found to negatively correlate with tumour-infiltrating immune cells, ICP, TMB and MSI in CC. GNG4 expression predicted the immunotherapy response in the IMvigor210 cohort, suggesting that GNG4 could be used as a potential biomarker in CC for prognostication and immunology. Moreover, the expression of GNG4 predicted the immunotherapy response of ICB in CC.  相似文献

金莲花种子存在生理休眠现象,采用4周以上冷湿处理或不同浓度GA_3处理可以打破休眠,GA_3的最适浓度为500μg/g。不同年份收获的种子活力不同,表现在种子重量、用同样浓度GA_3处理时的发芽率及种子的最适发芽温度范围不同,1989年的种子活力低,最适发芽温度25℃左右(发芽率90%),而1990年新收的种子,从15°~25℃发芽率都高达95%以上。应用GA_3有机溶剂渗入法,可打破金莲花种子休眠促进萌发,效果良好,可以推广应用。  相似文献

Purpose: The expression and clinical value of zinc finger protein 2 gene (ZIC2) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) were analyzed by mining gene information from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases.Methods: Gene chip data sets were retrieved from GEO and TCGA and screened for differentially expressed genes in HCC. Gene expression profile interaction analysis (GEPIA) and Kaplan–Meier curves were used to analyze the relationship between differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and survival and prognosis in patients with HCC. Moreover, the Genecards database was used to extract ZIC2-related proteins and to analyze the physiological process of protein enrichment. Furthermore, the relationships between ZIC2 gene and tumor cell immune invasion and that between immune cell infiltration and the 5-year survival rate were studied using the tumor immune evaluation resource (TIMER) database.Results: Datasets from GEO and TCGA revealed that ZIC2 was differentially expressed in HCC tissues and normal tissues (P<0.05). High ZIC2 expression was associated with overall survival (OS) and progress-free survival in HCC patients. Overall, 25 ZIC2 related proteins, including Gli3, PRKDC, and rnf180 were identified and protein enrichment analysis indicated these were associated with four types of cell components, six types of cell functions, and eight types of biological processes. ZIC2 was positively correlated with immune infiltration cells in patients with HCC, and higher expression of ZIC2 mRNA CD4+T cells is associated with a better 5-year survival.Conclusion: ZIC2 gene may be used as an immune response marker in liver cancer to predict the prognosis of HCC.  相似文献

三峡库区苔藓生物结皮对土壤水分入渗的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在三峡库区王家桥小流域选取以苔藓为优势种的生物结皮样地,以附近无结皮发育的裸地为对照,设计5个盖度水平(1%~20%、20%~40%、40%~60%、60%~80%和80%~100%),采用环刀法测定土壤入渗过程,研究生物结皮盖度对入渗过程的影响。结果表明: 与裸地相比,生物结皮发育可显著提高表层土壤粘结力、孔隙度、黏粒含量、水稳性团聚体和有机碳含量,显著降低土壤容重和砂粒含量。生物结皮促进了土壤水分入渗,初始入渗率、稳定入渗率、平均入渗率和累积入渗量可达裸地的2.0倍及以上,土壤入渗性能随结皮盖度的增大呈先增加后减小的变化规律,在40%~60%盖度下最大。通径分析显示,土壤初始入渗率主要受结皮盖度、土壤容重和有机碳含量的影响,稳定入渗率主要受结皮盖度和土壤容重的影响。Horton模型对三峡库区生物结皮覆盖土壤的水分入渗过程拟合效果最佳。  相似文献

The steady-state mRNA levels of NGF, BDNF and NT-3, and the mRNA levels of their receptors p75NGFR, trk, trk,B and trkC were examined in various human peripheral neuropathies, to determine the correlation with myelinated fiber pathology and T cell and macrophage invasions in the diseased nerves. Steady state levels of p75NGFR mRNAs were significantly elevated in nerves with axonal pathology. In contrast, steady state levels of trkB and trkC mRNA levels were diminished, trk mRNA was not detected in the human nerves. The NGF, BDNF, and NT-3 mRNA levels were elevated in the diseased nerves. The increase in BDNF and NT-3 mRNA levels were proportional to the extent of invasion of the nerves by T cells and macrophages, but did not directly correlate with axonal nor demyelinating pathology, thus suggesting that inflammatory cell invasions are involved in the regulation of BDNF and NT-3 mRNA expressions. These neurotrophin and their receptor gene expressions in the diseased human nerves would be regulated by an underlying pathology-related process, and could play a role in peripheral nerve repair.  相似文献

A rapid isolation procedure was developed for purification of peroxidase a from Petunia hybrida . Rapid isolation was possible since about 15% of the extracellular protein from stem tissue obtained by vacuum infiltration followed by centrifugation of the tissue represents peroxidase. Purification of peroxidase a from intercellular fluid was achieved by two acetone precipitation steps followed by DEAE-cellulose chromatography.
Three different forms of peroxidase were eluted from DEAE-cellulose at different NaCl concentrations. Isoelectric focusing showed, however, a pI of 3.8 for all three forms of peroxidase a . Only part of the peroxidase a enzymes bound to Concanavalin A indicating heterogeneity in the carbohydrate part. Homology of peroxidase a to the peroxidase G1 group from tobacco is discussed.  相似文献

耕作影响降雨入渗、径流、土壤侵蚀过程。研究采用新型的坡地降雨条件下土壤入渗能力的径流-入渗-产流测量方法和仪器,野外观测宁夏南部山区坡耕地与撂荒地土壤入渗性能,揭示耕作对土壤入渗性能影响的规律。在坡度为20°、土壤表层含水量11.3%的坡地进行测量。采用的降雨强度为:20,40,56mm·h-1。结果表明,新型测量方法和仪器可以很好地测量坡面土壤入渗性能的全过程,并且具有省水、省工、操作方便的特点,且测量精度高。对比测量结果表明,坡耕地的初期土壤入渗性能在小雨强条件下略高于撂荒地的入渗性能,而在大雨强条件下则一直低于撂荒地的入渗性能。随雨强的增大坡耕地的入渗性能急剧减小,而撂荒地的入渗性能基本不受雨强变化的影响。坡耕地土壤的入渗性能(土壤结构)对降雨强度极为敏感,而撂荒地具有稳定的土壤结构和入渗性能。在3种雨强下,坡耕地的产流时间均比撂荒地提前。与撂荒地相比,各种雨强条件下坡耕地的稳定入渗率都较撂荒地明显降低。  相似文献

Although necrotic cells are known to induce inflammation in vivo, the underlying mechanism remains largely unexplored. In order to examine the mechanism, we used an inflammation model induced by injection of necrotic leukemic P388 cells into the peritoneal cavity in this study. The injection of necrotic cells induced the infiltration of neutrophils and subsequently that of monocytes/macrophages. In agreement with this, the injection also induced the production of KC and MIP-2, and subsequently that of MCP-1. Although the level of KC was higher than that of MIP-2, both anti-KC Ab and anti-MIP-2 Ab significantly inhibited the infiltration of neutrophils. Antibodies against CXCR2, a sole receptor for KC and MIP-2, almost completely inhibited the infiltration of neutrophils and monocytes/macrophages. Anti-MCP-1 Ab, on the other hand, inhibited the infiltration of monocytes/macrophages but not neutrophils. These results indicate that KC and MIP-2 play important roles in the infiltration of neutrophils into the site of injection of necrotic cells and that neutrophils may regulate monocyte/macrophage infiltration in our model.  相似文献

We examined the depth-wise distribution of microfungi through 0–50-cm crusted sandy and playa profiles at the Nizzana research site, the Negev desert, Israel. A total of 188 species from 77 genera was isolated using the soil dilution plate method. Density of microfungal isolates sharply decreased with depth highly positively correlating with organic matter content at the sandy profiles. High load of solar radiation (at the surface) as well as strongly limited aeration, water infiltration, and increased salinity (at the playa depth) led to dominance of melanin-containing species with large, multicellular conidia both in the topsoil of all profiles and in the deep playa layers, while at 1–30 cm, species producing light-colored small one-celled conidia mostly prevailed. In that way, the above vertical variations resemble differences in the composition of topsoil microfungal communities found between the sites located in the Negev desert and in the Mediterranean region of Israel.  相似文献

This study aimed to determine the mechanism of uterine activation during labour, both term (TL) and preterm (PTL). We hypothesized that the peripheral leucocytes are recruited to uterine tissues by locally produced cytokines where they contribute to the initiation of parturition. Mouse uteri were collected (i) during gestation, TL and post‐partum (PP), (ii) during PTL initiated by intrauterine infusion of LPS (125 μg) or (iii) injection of the progesterone receptor antagonist RU486 and analysed for multiple cytokine expression levels by real‐time polymerase chain reaction (RT‐PCR) and 23‐plex Cytokine assay or enzymatically dispersed for assessment of immune cell populations. Markers of myeloid cell differentiation (Gr1, Neu7/4 and F4/80) were evaluated by FACS to define tissue macrophages (Macs), monocytes (M) and neutrophils (N) and by immunohistochemistry to detect tissue Macs and N. Our results indicate that: (1) Macs were elevated in mouse myometrium before TL (P < 0.05) followed by an increase in M and N; these changes were accompanied by an increase in multiple pro‐inflammatory cytokines/chemokines genes. The expression of corresponding proteins increased PP. (2) TL and RU486‐PTL models showed similar gene/protein expression profiles, (3) LPS‐PTL was characterized by strong pro‐inflammatory response and massive influx of N in myometrial tissues showing a pattern different from TL and RU486‐PTL, (4) The PP period appears similar in all three models, with elevated myometrial cytokine levels and high infiltration of immune cells. We concluded that leucocytes infiltrate myometrium around the time of parturition implicating their potential role in labour activation (both term and preterm) and major role in PP uterine involution.  相似文献

喀斯特坡面生物结皮发育特征及其对土壤水分入渗的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
作为地表植被恢复的先锋种群和景观的重要组成部分,生物土壤结皮(BSCs)对地表过程具有重要影响。为探明喀斯特地区BSCs发育特征及其对土壤水分入渗的影响,本研究选取喀斯特代表性坡面开展了BSCs实地调查和人工模拟降雨试验,探究了BSCs覆盖土壤的水分入渗过程,试验设计了5个BSCs盖度水平(0、28%、40%、70%、97%)和2个雨强(42和132 mm·h-1)。结果表明: 在不同土地利用条件下,BSCs发育水平存在显著差异,但在同一土地利用条件下,BSCs发育水平沿坡面的空间变化规律不明显。与裸地相比,地表发育BSCs可使地表粗糙度增大,显著延长初始产流时间,促进土壤水分入渗。在小雨(42 mm·h-1)和强降雨(132 mm·h-1)下,BSCs覆盖小区初渗速率分别为裸地小区的1.7~1.9和1.2~1.9倍,平均入渗速率分别为裸地小区的2.5~3.0和1.4~3.3倍。在试验雨强下,BSCs盖度与初始产流时间均呈显著正相关,BSCs促进水分入渗的临界盖度为65%~70%,在强降雨条件下,BSCs对地表径流的阻滞作用有所削弱。Horton模型对喀斯特坡面BSCs覆盖下土壤水分入渗过程模拟结果最优,其次为Kostiakov模型和Philip模型。综上,喀斯特坡面BSCs发育的空间变异程度高,对水分入渗过程影响显著。  相似文献

Seedling emergence is a major constraint on dryland revegetation success. In this study, we investigated seedling emergence of six framework shrub species as influenced by seed treatment, soil type and protective shelters using a large field trial in arid Western Australia. We observed the main effects of seed treatment and soil type to account for the majority of the variation in emergence. For species that exhibit pronounced dormancy, we found emergence of dormancy‐alleviated or treated (T) seed to be significantly greater than dormant or untreated (UT) seed, with responses varying across species (e.g. 41 times greater for Acacia ligulata Benth., and 10 times greater for Stylobasium spathulatum Desf.). For shallowly or nondormant species like Senna glutinosa (DC) Randall, UT seed emergence was slightly greater than for T seed. Compared to subsoil, topsoil was more receptive to infiltration (3.44 vs. 0.38 mm/min), and less prone to compaction (1.24 vs. 1.67 g/cm3) and crusting (0.6 vs. 1.3 kg/cm2); however, subsoil had greater moisture retention. Shelters failed to benefit soil moisture retention in either soil type, but enhanced emergence for most species. This study provides insight into how various cost‐effective treatments can be utilized to manipulate seed dormancy to optimize seedling emergence, the intrinsic value of topsoil as a superior growth medium and the benefit of novel, low‐cost shelters for enhancing seedling emergence. In arid environments, sowing T seed in combination with UT seed increases the likelihood of capitalizing on inherently variable precipitation events.  相似文献

The water-retaining capacity, percolation and evaporation of stony soil in Liupan Mountains, China, were measured in order to understand the effect of rock fragments on soil hydrological processes. The results indicated that the effective water-retaining capacity of soil is positively related with the volumetric content of rock fragments, but there is no relation between saturated water-retaining capacity and rock fragment content. For the soil layers within 0–40 cm, the steady infiltration rate increases with increasing volumetric content of rock fragments until it reaches the range of 15%–20%, and then it decreases when the rock fragment content further increases. For the soil layers below 40 cm, the steady infiltration rate always increases with increasing rock fragment content. The soil evaporation rate decreases with increasing volumetric content of rock fragments when it varies in the range of 0–20%, while the soil evaporation rate keeps basically stable when the rock fragment content is higher than 20%. The soil evaporation rate shows a rising tendency with increasing size of rock fragments.  相似文献
