嘉陵江小三峡硅藻群落结构及水环境   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了研究嘉陵江小三峡硅藻群落结构及水质状况,按枯水期(2006年11月—2007年3月)、平水期(2007年4—6月)和丰水期(2007年7—9月)分别采集6个样点的硅藻样品,分析其物种组成、细胞密度、多样性和均匀度指数及硅藻商等,并结合理化指标对水质进行评价。结果表明:嘉陵江小三峡共有硅藻78种(含变种和变型),隶属2纲、10科、20属;硅藻细胞密度为0.53×104~3.58×104 ind·L-1,总平均1.55×104 ind·L-1;多样性指数值(H′)为1.62~2.96,总平均2.33;均匀度指数值(E)为0.28~0.56,总平均0.42;嘉陵江小三峡水质总体上属β-中污水体,沙溪、北温泉水质较好,属微污水体,碚石、牛石沱水质次之,为β-中污水体,盐井、毛背沱水质最差,为α-中污水体。  相似文献

嘉陵江南充段硅藻群落结构及水环境分析   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
为了揭示嘉陵江流经南充A段5县(市)受到的污染及水质状况,按枯水期、平水期和丰水期采集研究15个采样点的硅藻样品,分析其群落结构的物种组成、细胞密度、多样性指数和均匀度指数等,并结合化学指标对水质状况进行评价。结果表明:(1)嘉陵江南充段共有硅藻136种(含变种和变型);细胞密度介于4500--39000ind/L之间,总平均18213ind/L;(2)硅藻物种数、细胞密度、均匀度指数及多样性指数等呈现出显著季节性和水平分布上的差异;(3)嘉陵江南充“段水质总体上属于β-中污水体,具有一定的自净能力。其中,阆中水质最好,属清洁水体;南部、仪陇和蓬安水质有所下降,介于β-中污与清洁水体之间;南充水质较差,属α-中污水体。  相似文献

为了揭示嘉陵江四川段藻类植物的群落结构特征和水质现状,分别于枯水期(1月)和丰水期(9月)沿江段至上而下分析了12个样点藻类群落的种类组成、Shannon多样性指数(H′)、Pielou均匀度指数(E)和Margalef丰富度指数(d).结果表明: 嘉陵江四川段共采集到藻类植物8门42科95属171种(包括变种),其中硅藻、绿藻和蓝藻为各样点的优势类群.整个江段枯水期藻类植物的平均细胞密度为14.71×104 ind·L-1,金溪和红岩子样点的密度最高,分别为28.33×104和25.40×104 ind·L-1;群落中以硅藻的物种数量最为丰富.丰水期藻类植物的平均细胞密度为10.78×104 ind·L-1,以青居样点的密度最低,仅3.31×104ind·L-1,绿藻和蓝藻物种数量有所增加.整个江段12个样点枯水期和丰水期的平均d、平均H′和平均E分别为2.35、1.60、0.31和2.57、2.09和0.39.嘉陵江四川段的藻类植物群落结构、细胞密度、多样性指数和均匀度指数的时空分布格局差异显著.水质整体为中污染型,其中金溪和沙溪样点为寡污型或β中污型,水质较好;苍溪、红岩子、新政和青居样点水质较差,属α中-污型.  相似文献

2010年5月-2011年3月,调查了紧水滩水库(Ⅰ-Ⅵ站)浮游轮虫的群落及与水质之间的关系.共鉴定轮虫45种,污染指标种37种,其中寡污-β中污带、β中污带和β-α中污带污染指示种类分别占总指示轮虫的32.4%、35.1%和24.3%.优势种为螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)、针簇多肢轮虫(Polyarthra trigla)和等刺异尾轮虫(Trichocerca stylata).轮虫群落密度变幅为4.8~542.5ind.·L-1,平均135.7ind.·L-1;Shannon-Wiener多样性指数H′变幅为2.60~3.65,平均3.20:QB/T值变幅为0.83~2.50,平均1.39.Ⅰ-Ⅱ站的群落密度和多样性指数较低,QB/T值较大;而Ⅲ-Ⅵ站的群落密度和多样性指数均较高,QB/T值较小.QB/T值随着水体透明度的增大而明显下降.紧水滩水库属于寡污-中污(贫-中营养型)水体,其中Ⅰ-Ⅱ站为中污(中营养型),Ⅲ-Ⅵ站为寡污-β中污(贫营养型)水体.  相似文献

三峡水库蓄水前后浮游植物调查及水环境初步分析   总被引:45,自引:13,他引:32  
比较了三峡水库蓄水前后湖北库区干流江段及其主要支流的藻类生态特征及水质状况,结果显示,蓄水前(2002年12月至2003年6月)和蓄水后(2003年6月至2004年5月)三峡湖北库区江段藻类的群落结构和细胞密度存在明显差异。蓄水前共鉴定藻类7门66属79种,硅藻、绿藻、蓝藻分别占34.6%,38.5%和10.3%,其余藻类合计16.6%。蓄水后,藻类的总种类数增至151种,硅藻、绿藻、蓝藻所占比例依次为23.8%,55.0%和9.9%,其余藻类合计11.3%。藻类的细胞密度,蓄水前,干流平均272.6×104ind/L,支流1042×104ind/L;蓄水后,干流和支流的平均细胞密度分别高达384.8×104ind/L和2006.7×104ind/L,较蓄水前增加41.2%和92.6%,数据说明,三峡成库过程对湖北库区水生态系统中的藻类群落结构产生了影响,尤以对支流中的影响更为明显。作者通过分析蓄水后库区水质下降的原因及其负面影响,提出了相应的防治措施与建议。    相似文献

为了研究溶洞硅藻的群落结构及水质状况, 于2014 年4 月、6 月、9 月和12 月份别采集在毕节市七星关区层台镇玉龙村溶洞3 个样点的硅藻样品, 分析其物种组成、密度、多样性和均匀度指数等。结果显示: 研究期内共鉴定出硅藻256 种, 隶属2 纲5 目11 科25 属, 硅藻密度在0.5×103-4.7×103 个⋅L− 1 之间, 平均密度为2.8×103 个⋅L− 1。溶洞硅藻Shannon-Wiener 多样性指数平均数值为2.7266, Margalef 多样性指数平均数值为7.3868, Pielou 均匀度指数平均数值等于0.8623。得出的结论是溶洞的4 月和6 月水质清洁, 9 月份轻度污染, 12 月份污染严重, 营养结构属于贫营养。  相似文献

香溪河小水电的梯级开发对浮游藻类的影响   总被引:17,自引:3,他引:14  
以香溪河干流上5个连续的小水电站为对象,于2005年10月20—22日分别对其浮游藻类和主要理化指标进行研究.结果表明:硅藻占绝对优势(95.54%),其中,线性曲壳藻(Achnanthes linearis)、披针曲壳藻椭圆变种(A. lanceolata var. elliptica)、扁圆卵形藻(Cocconeis placentula)为绝对优势种,其平均相对丰富度分别为23.96%、18.62%和12.48%;所有样点的平均藻类密度为6.29×105 ind·L-1,最高为1.81×106 ind·L-1,最低为2.35×105 ind·L-1.方差分析表明,流速变化是小水电站开发影响河流中浮游藻类的主要原因.电站取水坝的建立,使其下游生境(生境3)与其它4个生境显著不同,导致多个参数出现骤变,包括Margalef多样性指数、物种丰富度、属的丰富度、硅藻组成、硅藻百分含量等均受到显著影响.  相似文献

对永定河水系官厅水库黑土洼人工湿地系统的生物多样性、水质变化及其相关性进行了研究。在该系统中共检出浮游藻类8门、94种,平均密度为980.93×104cells/L,与TP呈线性正相关。群落中绿藻(Chlorophyta)占36.8%,硅藻(Bacillario-phyta)占31.0%,蓝藻(Cyanophyta)占23.4%。密度去除率为72.7%;水生维管束植物有7科、13种,分别构成不同的挺水或沉水植物群落;浮游动物群落由原生动物(Protozoa)、轮虫类(Rotifera)、枝角类(Cladocera)、桡足类(Copepoda)构成,共检出70种。平均密度为4883ind./L。以原生动物和轮虫为主,呈现出小型化、物种多样性低的特点。密度去除率为81.9%,与浮游藻类呈二次曲线相关;底栖动物群落由寡毛类(Olisochaeta)、水生昆虫(Uniramia)、甲壳类(Crustacea)和软体动物(Mollusca)构成,共检出15种。平均密度为5670ind./m2(水生昆虫占62.3%),密度去除率为92.4%。黑土洼湿地系统通过物理、化学和生物的协同作用,对永定河水中的污染物有显著的净化作用,主要表现为对CODMn、BOD5、TN、NH4-N、NO3-N、TP、PO4-P和SS的去除率为52.9%~99.1%。TP与BOD5呈线性正相关。  相似文献

该文综合滇池大型无脊椎动物的历史资料,并结合2009—2010年的现场调查数据,对其群落演替进行了研究,并对群落衰退的成因进行了探讨。物种数下降明显,由20世纪80年代的57种降为现在的32种,群落的物种损失率高达44%。其中软体动物损失率高达75%:其次是水生昆虫(39%)。滇池全湖底栖动物密度为1776ind/m2(其中寡毛类1706ind/m2;摇蚊科68ind/m2)。近20年滇池全湖底栖动物的丰度比较发现,寡毛类的密度和生物量呈一种先急剧上升,而后明显下降的过程,而摇蚊科的密度和生物量呈现出减少的趋势。寡毛类中的耐污种相对丰度增加,如霍甫水丝蚓(Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri)成为绝对优势种,其平均相对丰度达到了74.1%。摇蚊科相对丰度减少,以前广泛分布的异腹鳃摇蚊(Einfeldiasp.)基本消失,取而代之的是羽摇蚊(Chironomus plumosus)、细长摇蚊(Ch.attenuatus)、中国长足摇蚊(Tanypus chinensis)等耐污种;软体动物种类变得单一,许多高原湖泊特有的软体动物均已消失,螺蛳(Margarya melanioides)、牟氏螺蛳(M.mondi)、光肋螺蛳(M.mansugi)在2009年被世界自然保护联盟列入了极危物种,滇池圆田螺(Cipangopaludina dianchiensis)也被列入了濒危物种。滇池的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数显著降低,尤其是草海物种多样性从20世纪50年代的2.70降到现在的0.30。半个多世纪以来总氮、总磷与物种数和多样性呈现显著负相关。底栖动物群落衰退的成因主要是生境破坏、水质恶化、蓝藻爆发、沉水植物消失、种质库匮乏等。  相似文献

分别于2017年10月和2018年6月对渭河流域内12个采样点的浮游动物种类、物种密度、生物量和水温、电导率、溶解氧浓度和pH等水质指标进行调查, 并利用生物多样性指数法对水质进行评价。结果显示, 共鉴定出57种浮游动物(原生动物11种、轮虫33种、枝角类7种、桡足类6种)。优势种为萼花臂尾轮虫Brachionus calyciflorus。枯水期浮游动物密度变化范围在0.72—7.84 ind./L, 平均密度为(2.79±2.11) ind./L; 浮游动物生物量为0.38—6.15 mg/L, 平均生物量为(2.31±2.64) mg/L; CCA分析表明, 水温、溶解氧、海拔和电导率与渭河流域浮游动物群落结构有明显的相关性; Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数分别为1.07、0.69。丰水期浮游动物密度变化范围在0—179.02 ind./L, 平均密度为(16.66±49.18) ind./L; 浮游动物生物量0—2448.12 mg/L, 平均生物量为(243.96±673.78) mg/L; Shannon-Wiener多样性指数Margalef丰富度指数分别为0.78、1.15。依据浮游动物种类密度和多样性指数对水质进行评价, 结果为渭河水系北道、林家村为中度污染, 魏家堡为重度污染, 咸阳、临潼、华县为轻度污染; 泾河水系杨家坪、雨落坪、张家山为中度污染; 北洛河水系刘家河、交口河、状头为中度污染。  相似文献

1987—1988年在30个样点,四季采样,对达赉湖的浮游植物进行了种类组成,生物量、种群数量、优势种、污染指示种、硅藻指数、综合指数等群落生态学的初步研究,应用后五项参数对达赉湖水质污染及营养水平进行了评价。达赉湖浮游植物年均值达54.7×106个/L(细胞数,或个体数为2.3×106个/L),硅藻指数为149.3,综合指数为5.6。群落组成中污染指示种占65%,春季以绿藻的十字藻、卵囊藻为优势种,其它3个季节均以蓝藻中的微囊藻、鱼腥藻、腔球藻占优势,表明达赉湖已受到中等程度污染,属于蓝、绿藻型富营养湖。    相似文献

扎龙湿地位于黑龙江省西部、松嫩平原乌裕尔河下游,是我国北方同纬度地区最完整的湿地。于2012年春、夏、秋3季,对扎龙湿地6个代表性区域进行硅藻标本采集,经观察鉴定,发现硅藻植物140个分类单位,包括121种19变种,隶属于2纲6目9科30属。羽纹纲物种较丰富,占总种类数的95%。硅藻植物群落呈现明显的季节演替,秋季硅藻种类丰富度及相对丰度明显高于春、夏两季,优势种多以淡水、半咸水、喜弱碱的种类为主,优势种与水体的盐度和酸碱度存在一定的响应关系。应用典范对应分析(Canonical Correspondence Analysis,CCA)探讨硅藻植物群落变化与环境因子之间的关系。CCA结果显示在扎龙湿地中,水温、电导率、pH、溶解氧是影响硅藻群落结构变化的主要因素,此外总氮、总磷也是硅藻群落季节演替的重要驱动因子。结合硅藻植物多样性指数和硅藻商对扎龙湿地水质进行综合评价,结果显示扎龙湿地整体为中-寡污带水体,部分水域水质较清洁,少数样点受人为因素影响,呈轻污染。  相似文献

1. During the spring of 1992, fifty-two quantitative diatom samples were collected from twenty-eight rivers located in the Tokyo Metropolitan area, Japan, to study the response of the diatom assemblages to water pollution (assessed using physical and chemical data determined monthly from April 1987 to March 1992). 2. Species composition was analysed by means of biotic indices (Pantle and Buck's saprobic index) and multivariate analyses [two-way indicator species analysis (TWINSPAN) for classification and canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) for ordination]. Species-abundance relationships were analysed using diversity indices (species richness, Shannon's diversity index and Pielou's evenness index) and rank-abundance patterns (rank-abundance curves). 3. CCA revealed two major gradients. The first corresponded to organic pollution and eutrophication. The second corresponded to variables related to geographical location. Four main station groups were determined by TWINSPAN. The location of the indicator species of groups 1–3 along the CCA axis 1 is consistent with their known pollution tolerance characteristics. Indicator species for group 4 had larger scores on CCA axis 2, and are representative of brackish water environments. 4. Species richness tended to be higher in the intermediate range of water pollution. Pielou's evenness index and Shannon's diversity index followed the same tendency but only weakly. 5. The rank-abundance patterns of diatom assemblages were more or less constant in all stations. The curves were very similar in shape, differing only in length and gradient (directly related to species richness and evenness, respectively). 6. The results of this study indicate that the response of diatom assemblages to environmental change can be observed in species compositional variation. Multivariate analyses and pollution indices revealed this response and are to be preferred to species diversity measures.  相似文献

Because diatom communities are subject to the prevailing water quality in the Great Lakes coastal environment, diatom‐based indices can be used to support coastal‐monitoring programs and paleoecological studies. Diatom samples were collected from Great Lakes coastal wetlands, embayments, and high‐energy sites (155 sites), and assemblages were characterized to the species level. We defined 42 metrics on the basis of autecological and functional properties of species assemblages, including species diversity, motile species, planktonic species, proportion dominant taxon, taxonomic metrics (e.g., proportion Stephanodiscoid taxa), and diatom‐inferred (DI) water quality (e.g., DI chloride [Cl]). Redundant metrics were eliminated, and a diatom‐based multimetric index (MMDI) to infer coastline disturbance was developed. Anthropogenic stresses in adjacent coastal watersheds were characterized using geographic information system (GIS) data related to agricultural and urban land cover and atmospheric deposition. Fourteen independent diatom metrics had significant regressions with watershed stressor data; these metrics were selected for inclusion in the MMDI. The final MMDI was developed as the weighted sum of the selected metric scores with weights based on a metric’s ability to reflect anthropogenic stressors in the adjacent watersheds. Despite careful development of the multimetric approach, verification using a test set of sites indicated that the MMDI was not able to predict watershed stressors better than some of the component metrics. From this investigation, it was determined that simpler, more traditional diatom‐based metrics (e.g., DI Cl, proportion Cl‐tolerant species, and DI total phosphorus [TP]) provide superior prediction of overall stressor influence at coastal locales.  相似文献

2009年8—9月,对辽宁省太子河流域67个点位进行采样调查,以硅藻群落为研究对象,比较硅藻属级水平与种级水平相对多度、物种丰富度以及生物多样性指数间的相关性,并比较硅藻属级与种级属性与环境因子的相关性。实验结果表明,太子河流域硅藻属级水平的相对多度、丰富度和多样性指数与硅藻种级水平都极显著相关。Pearson相关性分析表明,硅藻属级水平的丰富度与环境显著相关的因子与种级水平丰富度与环境显著相关的因子相一致。Mantel-Test相关性分析表明,硅藻属级水平的相对多度与环境因子的相关性弱于种级水平与环境因子相关性。典范对应分析结果显示,影响硅藻属级和种级群落结构分布的主要环境因子均为悬浮物。基于硅藻生物评价指数的流域健康评价结果表明,应用硅藻属级和种级属性对太子河流域进行健康评价,其评价结果相一致。  相似文献

A biological survey was carried out in 640 stations spread over the Loire-Bretagne National Network (France) between 1996 and 2000. Epilithic diatom inventories were obtained following standard methods. A total of 934 diatom taxa were identified. Common diversity indices (species richness, Shannon’s diversity, equitability, dominance, etc.) were calculated and compared against abiotic factors verify their reliability as biomonitoring metrics. Sampling stations were classified according to their trophic status (TP concentration). Several theoretical predictions about the relationship between community structural parameters and limnological variables were tested. In general, diversity indices exhibited poor linear correlations with environmental factors indicating ecological status. No clear patterns were found concerning species accumulation curves, occurrence-abundance, frequency-abundance and frequency distribution of diatom taxa between different trophic levels, although assemblages from stations with lower TP levels were characterized by relatively high dominances of certain taxa, mainly Achnanthidium minutissimum. In the light of these findings, the use of diatom diversity indices in biological quality surveillance protocols in continental waters is discouraged. Results are compared and discussed with similar studies.  相似文献

Monthly species diversity and other components of diversity of diatom samples collected over a period of one year at eight stations in the Linggi River Basin, Malaysia were analysed. Species diversity ranged between 0.52–3.62 bits individua–1. Among the four stations located in the Linggi River (sensu stricto), highest diversity values were recorded at a station polluted by rubber effluent, followed by the stations unpolluted from point sources. Lowest diversity was recorded at a station polluted with urban sewage. At Kundor River, highest diversity was recorded at stations located downstream of rubber and palm oil waste discharges. On the whole, diversity values at unpolluted stations were always lower than at mildly polluted stations. Severe organic loadings caused low diversity by reducing the number of species (species richness) but did not increase the evenness (equitability) as expected when compared with unpolluted or mildly polluted stations. The changes in species diversity can be related to changes in diatom community structure and thereby changes in water quality, but cannot be used as an index of water quality.  相似文献

Silicon is an important element in biology, for organisms ranging from unicellular algae to humans. It acts as a structural material for both plants and animals, but can also function as a metabolite or regulator of gene expression, affecting a wide range of cellular processes. Molecular details of biological interaction with silicon are poorly understood. Diatoms, the largest group of silicifying organisms, are a good model system for studying this interaction. The first proteins shown to directly interact with silicon were diatom silicon transporters (SITs). Because the basis for substrate recognition lies within the primary sequence of a protein, identification of conserved amino acid residues would provide insight into the mechanism of SIT function. Lack of SIT sequences from a diversity of diatoms and high sequence conservation in known SITs has precluded identification of such residues. In this study, PCR was used to amplify partial SIT sequences from eight diverse diatom species. Multiple gene copies were prevalent in each species, and phylogenetic analysis showed that SITs generally group according to species. In addition to partial SIT sequences, full‐length SIT genes were identified from the pennate diatom, Nitzschia alba (Lewin and Lewin), and the centric diatom Skeletonema costatum (Greville) Cleve. Comparing these SITs with previously identified SITs showed structural differences between SITs of centrics and pennates, suggesting differences in transport mechanism or regulation. Comparative amino acid analysis identified conserved regions that may be important for silicon transport, including repeats of the motif GXQ. A model for silicon uptake and efflux is presented that is consistent with known aspects of transport.  相似文献

Department of Biology, John Carroll University, University Heights, OH 44118 USA The diatom composition of natural substrates at a single site were compared with that of the gut contents of three species of fish: stoneroller minnows, bluntnose minnows, and common shiners. Seven samples of each type were collected on a single day from a single pool in a headwater stream. Cluster analysis showed that diatom species composition clustered by fish species, with common shiners being a totally exclusive cluster, while natural substrates were scattered within the stoneroller and bluntnose clusters. Both richness and Shannon diversity were higher in fish gut samples than in the samples collected by humans, with stonerollers having the greatest diversity. When water quality indices calculated from the diatom floras recovered in these samples were compared, it was surprising to see that these indices consistently were better in fish gut samples than in samples collected by researchers. Common shiners particularly differed, a result possibly due to the fact that they apparently fed off of Cladophora and the highly oxygenated rock wall where the stream cascaded into the pool. In no case was the difference between stonerollers and natural substrates significantly different. Furthermore, samples from natural substrates had an internal similarity not significantly different from their similarity to samples in stoneroller and bluntnose guts. Our data thus consistently indicate that stoneroller minnows are excellent samplers that efficiently collect diverse, representative diatom samples.  相似文献
