藤壶附着:从基底探测到胶的固化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
藤壶在水下设施上的牢固黏附一方面造成极大的污损和危害,另一方面为水下的牢固粘接提供了灵感.相关的防污和水下超粘接等技术的解决强烈依赖于对其附着过程及分子机制的理解.目前,对藤壶黏附的宏观过程已有了较为深入的了解,主要包括基底探测、信号传导、胶液分泌以及胶的固化,但对该过程中作用的分子机制如受体蛋白的识别、基因表达的调控以及胶蛋白的交联固化的研究依然有限,而上述任何阶段的干扰都可为防污或水下粘接提供重要的理论指导.因此,深入理解各阶段的相关分子机制对防污和水下粘接至关重要.本文综述了近年来对藤壶附着的相关进展,介绍附着过程中的内部信号分子响应以及胶液分泌过程中的固化交联机制,指出了存在的问题,并提出进一步可能的研究要点.  相似文献

海洋固着动物分泌的粘胶蛋白在潮湿环境下可以抵御水的阻力而发挥粘性,成为当今生物医学和仿生学领域开发高性能材料的关键候选材料。藤壶作为海洋污损生物之一,通过分泌的藤壶胶可以在水下牢固地附着在不同表面特性的基底材料上。目前,对藤壶的粘附过程已经有了较为深入的了解,但其水下粘附机制尚未特别清晰,还需进一步阐明。为此,本文对藤壶胶及其粘附过程的研究进展进行了综述,介绍了藤壶胶主要粘胶蛋白的研究进展、总结了藤壶胶蛋白的获取方式及其应用,最后提出了可能的研究要点和未来发展方向。  相似文献

藤壶属节肢动物门(Arthropoda)甲壳亚门(Crustacea)蔓足下纲(Cirripedia)围胸总目(Thoracica), 具备特殊的形态结构、生活史和种群生态特征,是最主要的海洋污损生物。其幼虫阶段通常经历6期无节幼体和1期不摄食的金星幼虫,从浮游的金星幼虫附着变态成固着的稚体是藤壶生活史中的一个关键环节。外界化学和生物因子中成体提取物、水溶性信息素、足迹、神经递质、激素、生物膜等均影响藤壶金星幼虫的附着变态;内在因子即金星幼虫的生理状态(能量储量和年龄)决定了其对外界因子的反应程度。概括了近年来藤壶附着变态生理机制和分子机制研究的进展,可为深入了解藤壶金星幼虫附着变态机制提供参考,也为开发新型、高效、环保的防污剂提供理论指导。  相似文献

至上世纪末,淇澳岛红树林湿地遭到严重的破坏,互花米草入侵滩涂,相关人士对淇澳岛红树林的恢复做了许多工作.通过对相关文献的查阅与实地调查,总结了淇澳岛红树林湿地的植被群落类型、红树和半红树植物的引种与栽培、互花米草的防治、引进种无瓣海桑在淇澳岛的扩散与入侵性、红树林湿地的生态服务功能以及08年寒害对淇澳岛红树林的影响等方面的研究成果,对华南其他地区红树林湿地的恢复具有一定的指导作用.  相似文献

广西北仑河口区新造高程约220 cm 的潮间带裸滩,移植白骨壤与茳芏、沟叶结缕草、芦苇和南水葱四种盐沼草进行混种,研究盐沼草-红树混种减轻污损动物对人工红树林危害的生物防治效果。结果表明:沟叶结缕草和茳芏可快速生长和扩展,缓流、促淤能力高于长势较差的南水葱和芦苇。在盐沼和白骨壤上发现19种污损动物,其中潮间藤壶、白条地藤壶、黑口滨螺和粗糙滨螺为优势种。茳芏和沟叶结缕草受污损程度较南水葱和芦苇轻。四种盐沼草受污损程度均低于白骨壤。白骨壤+茳芏、白骨壤+沟叶结缕草混种均可有效减轻污损动物对白骨壤苗木危害,这两类树-草混种处理区苗木的高度、叶数、枝数、枝下高和存活率等指标均较其他处理区好。初步判断“盐沼草-红树林协同生态修复体系”对于营造人工红树林有较高应用价值。  相似文献

从红树植物及与之密切相关的底栖动物的多样性恢复出发,分析了我国当前红树林恢复存在的主要问题,并提出了对此需要着重进行的基础研究思路。在红树植物多样性恢复方面,胎生种类的繁殖体在母树上就已萌发,成熟繁殖体可直接用于海滩造林,大多数种类已用于红树林恢复;而非胎生红树植物繁殖体的萌发脱离母树,成熟繁殖体难以直接在海滩造林,其育苗具有一定难度,因此较少用于红树林恢复,可以通过非胎生红树植物的种子休眠、生理生态和化感作用等方面的研究,极大限度地增加红树植物生态恢复的种类。在动物多样性恢复方面,底栖动物生物多样性恢复还是“非定向”的,可通过在具类似底质、盐度和潮位的河口海岸地段不同恢复时间的人工红树林,研究红树林植被不同恢复措施(主要是种植密度和种类选择)对底栖动物生物多样性的影响,使得红树林的生态恢复在改造生态系统其它生物组份上不会呈现盲目性和不可预测性。  相似文献

选择乐清湾西门岛海域相同高程断面不同造林时间的人工红树林(秋茄林)、光滩和互花米草丛,采用空间代替时间的方法,分析我国分布最北界人工红树林造林过程对大型底栖生物的影响.大型底栖动物生活型分布基本表现为幼林(1、4、8a秋茄林)以底上附着型为主,而在光滩、50a秋茄林和互花米草中底下生活类群相对增加.并且穴居型动物只出现在发育成熟的生态系统内.各项指标显示50a老林群落生态稳定性较好,光滩和互花米草丛次之,但优于发育中的秋茄幼林.与以往研究结果不同,50a老林的大型底栖动物生物种类的丰度及群落的物种多样性最高,并不与红树林的发育状况呈负相关,也不比邻近光滩低.结合50a林下滩涂底泥情况,西门岛50a红树林林下滩涂的底质发育要落后于国内天然红树林土壤.这可能与当地红树林造林规模小以及强潮差海域有关.此外,红树林恢复过程中,大型底栖动物生物多样性与生态稳定性之间的线性关系,其适用的系统面积和演替时间的尺度范围有必要做更加深入的探讨.  相似文献

本文从红树林育苗造林技术、次生林改造技术和红树植物引种试种与种源选择的研究等方面试述红树林湿地恢复技术的研究进展,并针对我国的目前现状,提出今后亟待加强研究的如下几个方面:加强红树植物引种扩种,恢复植被,提高红树林生态工程质量的原理研究;监测外来引进种对我国红树林湿地的生态影响;研究半红树植物在沿海防护林体系工程建设中的作用;加强红树植物对潮汐水位适应能力的研究;开展红树人工林生态恢复过程中的综合定位观测等。  相似文献

红树植物种质与种苗生产是所有红树林生态恢复工程的基础.本文根据工程实践并结合已有研究资料,采用聚类分析等方法,对中国红树植物资源现状与苗木繁育关键技术进行初步分析.结果表明:中国红树群落可分为低温广布型、广布型、嗜热广布型和热带分布型4种类型;资源分布可划分为琼东沿海、北部湾沿海、珠江口至粤东沿海、闽南和台湾沿海、闽东至浙南沿海5个区域.其中,北部湾沿海红树林种质资源占全国的75.3%.目前中国红树植物苗木种类开发利用率为52.6%,以胎生红树植物为主.红树林苗木生产应注意繁育方法、种实采集与储存、育苗方式、水分和盐度选择、病虫害防治及越冬防寒措施6个技术环节.结合调查和生产实践,归纳分析了中国现有5种红树林苗圃类型(旱地设施苗圃、红树林滩涂苗圃、光滩苗圃、基围塘苗圃和米草滩涂苗圃)的结构和用途特点,为红树林生态恢复工程的系统集成管理提供参考.  相似文献

强潮差海域秋茄生长的宜林临界线   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
以国内最大潮差值的乐清湾西门岛海域为研究地点,选定黄零为1.96、1.66、1.35和1.03 m 4个高程断面,对各高程上1年生和3年生秋茄(Kandelia candel)幼苗的成活率、生长指标以及污损生物(藤壶)等因子进行了统计分析.结果表明:不同高程内,1年生和3年生秋茄幼苗的生长存在显著性差异;秋茄幼林植株上附生有白脊藤壶(Balanus albicostatus)和纹藤壶(Balanus amphitrite amphitrite)2种藤壶,其中优势种白脊藤壶在黄零1.35 m的高程对秋茄的污损最为严重.西门岛秋茄的宜林线为黄零1.66 m,即不低于当地平均海平面以上1.29 m、每个潮水周期平均淹水时间小于3.65 h的潮滩.藤壶、强潮和极端天气是该地区秋茄宜林线明显高于当地平均海平面的主要原因.  相似文献

Recruitment is often a major influence on the spatial distribution of populations of benthic marine invertebrates, but the contributions of different components of recruitment are not well known, with the added complication that the relative importance of various life-history processes may be scale-dependent. Previously, we have shown that over a large scale across a mangrove (Avicennia marina) forest in southeastern Australia, settlement of the barnacle Elminius covertus explained its patterns of recruitment, which in turn explained the distribution of adults on mangrove pneumatophores. Post-settlement mortality had little influence on this pattern. In contrast, small-scale vertical distributions of adult barnacles along individual pneumatophores were determined by the pattern of recruitment, which differed from the pattern of settlement, so post-settlement mortality determined the vertical patterns of adults.

In this study, we tested whether larval supply and/or settlement behavior influence the observed settlement patterns of E. covertus across a forest (from seaward to landward zones). We also tested whether larval supply could explain the vertical settlement patterns along the pneumatophores. A pumping system was used to collect cypris larvae from seaward, mid and landward zones of a mangrove forest and an adjacent, unvegetated shore and from three heights above the sediment surface. We also used transplantation of wooden stakes bearing microbial films and barnacle recruits between horizontal zones of the forest to determine whether settlement was influenced by these films or recruits.

Both cyprid supply and cyprid behavior were important factors in determining the patterns of settlement of E. covertus across the forest. Cyprid supply was a result of three-fold differences in immersion times of different (landward, mid and seaward) zones across the forest and a decrease in density of cyprids in the water column from the seaward zone of the forest to the landward sections. In the absence of mangroves immediately adjacent to the forest, there was no temporally consistent difference in cyprid density across the shore and even the differences in immersion time did not produce consistent differences in cyprid supply across the shore. Wooden substrata that had been immersed at seaward sections of the forest attracted consistently more settlers than substrata immersed initially at other sections of the forest and settlement could be induced beyond the normal distribution of adults of E. covertus by stakes transplanted from the seaward zone.

The vertical settlement pattern could not be explained by the supply of cyprids, suggesting that larval behavior must determine the vertical settlement pattern.  相似文献

Barnacle fouling has shown to impede gas exchange ability of mangroves. Fouled mangrove plants may therefore obtain less carbon dioxide and water for photosynthesis, resulting in reduced food and chloroplasts production, but such hypothesis remains untested. The objective of the present study compared the stomata density (essential for obtaining carbon dioxide and water molecules) and leaf chlorophyll concentration (essential for photosynthesis) of fouled and non-fouled (control) of seedlings, juveniles and adults of the mangroves Kandelia obovata, in Hong Kong and Taiwan. The seedlings and juveniles of the dominant mangrove plant species, Kandelia obovata, in Hong Kong and Taiwan had a higher density of stomata but a lower chlorophyll concentration in the leaves, when the trunks and twigs were fouled by the barnacle Fistulobalanus albicostatus. Fouled K. obovata appears to develop more stomata in the leaves to compensate the blocking effect of the lenticel from barnacle fouling. As fouling impacts the gaseous exchange ability of mangroves, fouled plants could obtain less carbon dioxide and water for photosynthesis, resulting in reduced food and chloroplasts production. Fouled adult plants, however, had variable responses in leaf chlorophyll concentrations among the study sites, suggesting adults were more tolerant of barnacle fouling. The present study reveals seedling and juvenile mangrove plants are very susceptible to barnacle fouling, which impedes the gaseous exchange mechanism and food production, which can subsequently result in reduced growth, fitness and survival. 模拟直接排入红树林的虾池清塘排出物在林地的不同沉积厚度(0、2、4、8 cm),研究其对培养424 d的红树植物老鼠簕(Acanthus ilicifolius)幼苗生长和生理的影响。清塘排出物的加入对老鼠簕幼苗茎高、基径、叶片数、叶面积、生物量和相对生长率等生长指标都有显著促进作用。总体长势表现为沉积厚度8 cm>4 cm> 2 cm>0 cm。生长指标显示只需少量清塘排出物的沉积(沉积厚度2 cm、4 cm)就能对幼苗的生长产生明显的促进作用,但大量排出物沉积的积累并不会带来更明显的促进作用。清塘排出物沉积的加入能显著提高叶片光合能力,尤其利于叶绿素a的合成。沉积厚度2 cm和4 cm时,幼苗叶片游离脯氨酸的积累并不显著,但丙二醛、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量显著高于正常水平;沉积厚度8 cm则使叶片中游离脯氨酸、丙二醛和水溶性化合物均有大量积累;而叶片中抗氧化酶活性只有在大量沉积物加入(沉积厚度8 cm)时才显著低于对照组水平。总之,老鼠簕幼苗对清塘排出物沉积厚度4 cm以下具有较强的抗逆性和适应力,沉积厚度8 cm会使老鼠簕幼苗受到一定程度的逆境伤害,但本实验期间还未影响其生长。  相似文献

Over the last decade, approaches to the development of surfaces that perturb settlement and/or adhesion by barnacles have diversified substantially. Although, previously, coatings research focussed almost exclusively on biocidal technologies and low modulus, low surface-free-energy 'fouling-release' materials, novel strategies to control surface colonisation are now receiving significant attention. It is timely, therefore, to review the current 'state of knowledge' regarding fouling-resistant surface characteristics and their mechanisms of action against settling larvae of barnacles. The role of the barnacle in marine fouling is discussed here in the context of its life cycle and the behavioural ecology of its cypris larva. The temporary and permanent adhesion mechanisms of cyprids are covered in detail and an overview of adult barnacle adhesion is presented. Recent legislation has directed academic research firmly towards environmentally inert marine coatings, so the actions of traditional biocides on barnacles are not described here. Instead, the discussion is restricted to those surface modifications that interfere with settlement-site selection and adhesion of barnacle cypris larvae; specifically, textural engineering of surfaces, development of inert 'non-fouling' surfaces and the use of enzymes in antifouling.  相似文献

结合广东番禺红树林造林的现状,对影响红树林幼苗成活率和生长状况的因素进行初步分析,并据此提出提高造林保存率的措施等。影响红树林造林成活及生长的因素为:①水深:潮水越深,红树幼苗成活率越低,生长越差;②风浪:海面风浪越大,红树幼苗受干扰越大,成活和生长越差;③人为活动干扰为严重影响红树幼苗的成活和生长;④造林地的杂草会影响某些红树植物幼苗的光照条件;⑤海滩垃圾废物会挂断和压倒大量红树幼苗;⑥海滩石油污染会阻止红树胚轴的萌发;⑦幼苗种植时越粗壮,种植得越精细,则种植后生长越好。并提出提高造林成效的措施:①加强维护和管理:包括护理受损伤的红树幼苗,清除塑料袋等垃圾物,罅在红树幼苗区的捕捞活动,造林前清除杂草和固定某些红树植物幼苗;②补植受破坏的红树幼苗和扩大种植。  相似文献

2008年初, 我国南方19个省经历了50年一遇的持续低温雨雪冰冻天气。极端气候对华南沿海各省的红树林区造成不同程度的危害。2008年3月, 在我国南方各省红树林区的10个代表性地点, 对这次寒害造成的红树植物伤害程度进行了系统的调查。结果表明: 冬季低温对红树林的影响极为显著, 特别是在低纬度的海南、广西和广东湛江, 由于极端低温正值夜间退潮, 对红树林的影响更为显著; 在纬度较高的福建, 本地红树种类秋茄(Kandelia obovata)、桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)和白骨壤(Avicennia marina)及引种的木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)等, 由于长期适应于冬季较低的气温或在种植前经过抗寒锻炼, 具有较强的抗寒能力。各地主要红树植物中, 广布种秋茄、桐花树和白骨壤最为耐寒, 其耐寒性均大于红树科的木榄、海莲(Bruguiera sexangula)和红海榄(Rhizophora stylosa)。海桑(Sonneratia caseolaris)对温度的敏感性最强, 抗寒能力最低, 因此, 即使在其原产地海南也受到较为严重的寒害, 在纬度更高的引种地出现大面积受害甚至全部死亡, 而从孟加拉国引种的无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)却显示出一定的抗寒能力。同一地点的红树植物幼苗的抗寒能力低于大树。此次寒害也造成了苗圃场的种苗大量死亡, 成熟的植株提前落花落果, 这势必会影响后继一两年内红树林的自然更新和人工造林。因此, 在未来红树林造林或人工引种中, 一定要考虑到红树植物的抗寒能力。  相似文献
