三种绞股蓝植物染色体观察   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
本文对分布于陕西省的3种绞股蓝植物进行了染色体观察,其结果:绞股蓝染色体数为2n=2x=22,长梗绞股蓝为2n=2x=22,心籽绞股蓝为2n=6x=66。后两种为本文首次报道,这些观察结果为我国绞股蓝属植物的分类和推广利用提供了细胞学依据。  相似文献

利用细胞学方法观察统计了中国4种水韭属Isoestes植物的染色体数目。结果发现4个种的染色体基数均为x=11,其中高寒水韭I.hypsophila Hand.-Mazz.为2n=22,为首次报道;台湾水韭 I.taiwanensis DeVol为2n=22;中华水韭I.sinensis Palmer 2n=44为四倍体;而产于云南贵州一带并一直被当作是宽叶水韭I.japonica A.Br.的水韭属植物2n=22,与文献报道的宽叶水韭(2n=66,67,77,87,88,89)完全不同,应重新予以认识和评价。依据本文和其他相关的研究结果,对东亚水韭属植物进行了分类处理。  相似文献

唇形科独一味属和五种糙苏属植物的核形态研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
首次报道了唇形科Lamiaceae独一味属Lamiophlomis和五种糙苏属Phlomis植物的染色体数目和核型。它们的间期核均属球状前染色体型,有丝分裂前期染色体均为中间型。中期染色体核型公式如下:独一味L.rotata,2n=2x=22=18m 4sm;糙苏P.umbrosa,2n=2x=22=22m;裂萼糙苏P.ruptilis,2n=2x=22=22m;假秦艽P.betonicoides,2n=2x=22=22m;黑花糙苏P.melanantha,2n=2x=22=22m(2sat);糙毛糙苏P.strigosa,2n=6x=66=60m 6sm;染色体基数均为x=11。这表明独一味与糙苏属的糙苏组sect.Phlomoides植物具有相同的染色体基数,反映出两者较为密切的系统演化关系,推断独一味很可能是糙苏属的一个种。  相似文献

本文对5种珍稀植物做了染色体观察,其结果为:蒙古扁桃染色体数为2n=16;蝟石为20=32;天目木兰为2n=38;光叶珙桐为2n=42;平贝母为2n=22。其中,天目木兰,光叶珙桐的染色体数目为首次报道。这5种植物均在《中国珍稀濒危保护植物名录》之中,这些染色体数的报道将对珍稀濒危植物的深入研究提供科学依据。  相似文献

报道了3种国产防己科植物的染色体数目。金线吊乌龟Stephania cepharantha Hayata为二倍体2n=22,部分居群的一些个体存在B染色体;轮环藤Cyclea racemosa Oliv.为二倍体2n=24;木防己CDcculus orbiculatus(L)DC为四倍体2n=4x=52.3个种的染色体基数分别为x=11,12,13。观察了木防己的小孢子母细胞减数分裂过程,其减数分裂过程正常,且花粉粒具较高活性。  相似文献

本文对原产中国的蔷薇属6种植物(Rosa spp.)进行了染色体观察,其中1种(巨花蔷薇(Rosa gigantea(Crep)Rehd.et Wils.))为国家重点保护植物,2种(疏花蔷薇(R.laxa Retz.)、宽刺蔷薇(R.platyacantha Shrenk))为国内首次报道。观察结果如下:染色体数目为2n=2x=14或2n=3x=21,均为小型染色体(2.24—2.78μm),其中大部分长度接近,染色体长度之比小于2;属对称核型。文中讨论了一些种(变种)的染色体数目及核型。  相似文献

本文首次对我国5种鹅观草属Roegneria植物的核型进行了分析。5个种的染色体数目均为2n=4x=28。它们的核型是:高株鹅观草 R.altissima,2n=4x=28=26m+2sm(SAT);假花鳞草 R.anthosachnoides,2n=4x=28=22m+4sm+2sm(SAT);长芒鹅观草 R.dolichathera,2 n=4x=28=20m+6sm+2sm(SAT);林地鹅观草 R.sylva-tica,2n=4x=28=22m+4sm+2sm(SAT);多变鹅观草R.varia,2n=4x=28=20m+6sm+2sm(SAT)。它们的核型均属2A型,每种植物均有一对随体染色体。  相似文献

以沙芥属植物根尖为材料,采用常规压片法,对其染色体数及其核型进行分析,结果表明:本属植物间期核特征为前染色体核型;染色体均为二倍体,沙芥染色体数为2n=2x=22,基数为x=11,宽翅沙芥、斧形沙芥、距果沙芥和齿冠沙芥染色体数为2n=2x=20,基数为x=10;染色体有亚中部着丝点染色体(sm)和中部着丝点染色体(m)2种;沙芥、距果沙芥属于2A型,宽翅沙芥、斧形沙芥、齿冠沙芥属于1A型,本属植物的核型均为首次报道。根据核型特征进行聚类分析,将染色体数为2n=2x=20的沙芥属4种植物分为两类:第一类距果沙芥;第二类包括宽翅沙芥、斧形沙芥、齿冠沙芥。  相似文献

对横断山区伞形科棱子芹属2种植物(松潘棱子芹Pleurospermum franchetianumHemsl.和西藏棱子芹Pleurospermum hookeriC.B.Clarke var.thomsoniiC.B.Clarke)和茴芹属2种植物(异叶茴芹Pimpinella diversi-foliaDC.和锐叶茴芹Pimpinella argutaDiels)共7个居群进行体细胞染色体数目观察和核型比较分析,结果表明,棱子芹属和茴芹属植物属内种间染色体基数存在差异,其中松潘棱子芹为2n=2x=18=16sm 2st,西藏棱子芹为2n=2x=22=16m 6sm;茴芹属光果组中锐叶茴芹为2n=2x=22=22m,毛果组中异叶茴芹为2n=18=18st或2n=18=2sm 16st.松潘棱子芹、西藏棱子芹、锐叶茴芹的染色体数目和核型均为首次报道,从而为棱子芹属和茴芹属的分类和演化研究提供细胞学依据.  相似文献

报道了姜科3属10种植物的染色体数目。(1)姜属5种:版纳姜2n=22,弯管姜2n=22,圆瓣姜2n=22,红球姜2n=22,紫色姜2n=22;(2)舞花姜属4种:舞花姜2n=24,毛舞花姜2n=48,双翅舞花姜2n=48,澜沧舞花姜2n=32;(3)凹唇姜属1种:白斑凹唇姜2n=36。其中弯管姜、圆瓣姜、紫色姜、澜沧舞花姜、白斑凹唇姜的染色体数目为首次报道。  相似文献

In this paper, eight species of the genus Euphorbia L. were cytologically studied. The three species of the subgenus Chamaesyce Raf., E. hirta, E. humifusa and E. hypericifolia, had chromosome numbers of 2n = 18, 22 and 32, with their basic chromosome numbers being x = 9, 11 and 8 respectively. The two species of the subgenus Poinsettia (Grah.) House. E. dentata, with 2n=28, a tetraploid, and E. cyathophora, with 2n= 56, a octoploid, had both the basic chromosome number of x= 7. The three species of the subgenus Esula Pers, E. lathyris, E. helioscopia and E. hylonoma, had chromosome number of 2n= 20, 42 and 20, with their basic numbers being x= 10, 7 and 10 respectively. The basic chromosome number of x = 8 is new for E. hypericifolia, in which x = 7 was previously reported. This indicates that this species had both ploidy(2n = 4x = 28, 8x = 56) and dysploidy(x = 7, 8) variations. In E. dentata, there occurred also ploidy variation (2n = 2x, 4x and 8x). A tetraploid cytotype of E. esula was found in China, its diploid cytotype and hexaploid cytotype being previously reported in North America, the Iberian Peninsula and some other European areas. Based on our results and those previously reported, we support the viewpoint that x=10 may be the original basic chromosome number of Euphorbiaand discuss the role of polyploidy and dysploidy in the speciation and evolution of this genus  相似文献

本文报道了开口箭属(Tupistra)6个种的核型,发现6个种皆为二倍体,染色体数目为38。他们的核型公式是:弯蕊开口箭(T. wattii)为2n=2x=38=38m;长梗开口箭(T. longipeduncuJara)为2n=2x=38=28m 10sm;橙花开口箭(T. aurantiaca)为2n=2x=38=22m 16sm;开口箭(T. chinensis)和云南开口箭(T. yunnanensis)皆为2n=2x=38=24m 14sm,核型皆为2B型,但sm染色体的位置有所不同;伞柱开口箭(T. fungilliformis)为2n=2x=38=18m 2sm 12st 6t。前述5个种的核型由一型染色体组成,而伞柱开口箭的核型由二型染色体组成。开口箭属和蜘蛛抱蛋属(Aspisdistra)是亲缘关系接近的两个属,伞柱开口箭是开口箭属和蜘蛛抱蛋属之间的一个过渡类群。  相似文献

研究了7种橐吾属(Ligularia)植物的染色体和核形态。干崖子橐吾(L.kanaitzensis)的核型为2n=2x=58=26m+28sm 4st;窄头橐吾(L.stenocephala)的核型为2n=2x=58=26m 32sm;细茎橐吾(L.hookeri)的核型为2n=2x=58=30m 26sm 2st;宽戟橐吾(Llatihastata)的核型为2n=2x=58=28m 26sm(2sat) 4st;网脉橐吾(L.dictyoneura)的核型为2n=2x=58=26m 28sm 2st 2t;蹄橐吾(L.hodgsonii)的核型为2n=2x=58=28m 28sm 2t;棉毛橐吾(L.vellerea)的核型为2n=2x=58=22cm 34sm 2t。虽然这7个种的染色体数目相同,2n=58,核型主要是由m和sm染色体构成,但各类的染色体数目在种间有差异。核的对称性高,着丝点端值(T.C)为61.45%-64.96%。除窄头橐吾和鹿蹄橐吾的染色体数与前人报道的相同外,其它5个种的染色体数目和核型为首次报道。  相似文献

Mitotic chromosome numbers are reported from 25 vascular plant taxa, endemic to the Balearic Islands that are poorly known cytogenetically. The chromosome numbers ofAnthyllis vulneraria subsp.balearica (2n=12),Cymbalaria fragilis (2n=56), andPolygonum romanum subsp.balearicum (2n=40) were determined for the first time. A new chromosome number was found in several populations ofAnthyllis hystrix (2n=70) suggesting that this species is decaploid, in contrast to an earlier work reporting a higher ploidy level (2n=12x=84). The new chromosome number 2n=32 was reported inHypericum hircinum subsp.cambessedesii. It is suggested that the previous count (2n=40) could be explained by the presence of anomalous pentaploid cells in some tissues, contrating with the presence of a regular tetraploid complement (2n=32). Cytogenetic observations suggest thatSibthorpia africana has a diploid chromosome complement of 2n=18, with 0–2 accessory chromosomes. Accessory chromosomes are also reported forPhlomis italica, being the first record of B chromosomes in this genus. Chromosomal instability was found inGalium crespianum andG. friedichii species, with three numbers 2n=44, 55 and 66. Two cytotypes differing in ploidy level were documented within single plants. It is suggested that both species share a regular complement of 2n=44 and that the past hybridization events and formation of regenerating roots from the typical rootstock ofG. crespianum andG. friedrichii could be involved in the genesis of chromosome variants through partial endopolyploidy and concomitant somatic segregation.  相似文献

Mitotic chromosome numbers are reported from 20 vascular plant taxa that are endemic to the Balearic Islands and poorly known cytogenetically. The chromosome numbers of Arenaria grandiflora L. ssp. glabrescens (Willk.) G. López & Nieto Feliner (2 n  = 44), Dianthus rupicola Viv. ssp. bocchoriana L. Llorens & Gradaille (2 n  = 30), Solenopsis minuta (L.) C. Presl. ssp. balearica (E. Wimm.) Meikle (2 n  = 28), Romulea asumptionis Font Quer & Garcías Font (2 n  = 56), Scutellaria balearica Barceló (2 n  = 22) and Galium balearicum Briq. (2 n  = 22) have been determined for the first time. A new chromosome number was found in two populations of Helictotrichon crassifolium (Font Quer) Holub (2 n  =  c. 98) suggesting that this species is a high polyploid (14 x ), in contrast to an earlier report of a lower chromosome count (2 n  = 12 x  = 84). Cytogenetic observations suggest that Naufraga balearica Constance & Cannon has a diploid chromosome complement of 2 n  = 20, with 0–2 accessory chromosomes. The banded karyotype (chromomycin A3) of Crepis triasii (Cambess.) Fries was determined for individuals belonging to eight populations from three islands. Two chromomycin A3-positive regions were recorded in the diploid complement. These are present on the telomeric regions of the shortest subtelocentric chromosomes. 8种大戟属Euphorbia L.植物的核型分析结果表明,大戟属不同亚属的染色体基数与其形态变 异的复杂性有一定关系。地锦草亚属subgen.Chamaesyce 3个种染色体基数分别为x=8,9,11;一品红 亚属subgen.Poinsettia两个种染色体基数均为x=7,分别为四倍体和八倍体;乳浆大戟亚属subgen. Esula 3个种,染色体基数分别为x=7,10,10。根据以前学者发表的资料分析,一品红亚属和大戟亚属 Subgen. Euphorbia的染色体基数是很稳定的,分别为x=7和x=10;通奶草E.hypericifolia为x=8 的四倍体,它不仅有染色体整倍性的变异,还有异基数性的变化。结合以前学者的研究,笔者支持x= 10为大戟属的最原始基数的观点。齿裂大戟E.dentata和通奶草具不同的染色体倍性,猫眼草E. esula的细胞染色体数目观察证实了我国存在四倍体的居群,与欧洲和北美的植物构成一个典型的多倍体复合体。  相似文献

采用压片法对中国姜花属十八个分类群进行了体细胞染色体计数,对白姜花减数分裂终变期I的染色体数目和形态进行了观察。结果显示:包括白姜花在内的十九个分类群中有六个二倍体,一个三倍体,十二个四倍体,其中十二个分类群的体染色体数目为首次报道,显示中国姜花属植物具有较高比例的多倍体类型;姜花属的染色体基数为n=17,染色体组可能是多倍体起源的。  相似文献
