报道1991-1993年武汉东湖子湖后湖区水处植被和水体理化性质的调查结果。上前后湖水生植物较东湖其它湖区丰富,共记载了47种,3年间水生植物生物量和水生植被分布面积变动剧烈。1991年水生植被分布面积约为该湖区面积的8.4%;1992年高达381hm^2,覆盖面积达80%;而1993年水生植被面积不到1%。经分析,认为目前影响后湖水生植被的扩要因子是草食性鱼类,只要停止放养  相似文献

1996年东太湖水生植被调查结果表明,沉水植被、挺水植被及浮叶植被面积分别为73.8、45.5和6.7km2。有9个群丛,其中微齿眼子菜(Potamogetonmaackianus)群丛、菰(Zizanialatifolia)群丛、伊乐藻微齿眼子菜(ElodeanutaliPotamogetonmaackianus)群丛和芦苇(Phragmitescommunis)群丛分布面积较大,分别占东太湖总面积的3939%、2827%、1120%和640%。与1960年相比,水生植被变化极为明显,突出表现为环湖水陆交错带的芦苇群丛严重退化和消失,菰群丛发展迅速并向湖心蔓延占据了东太湖总面积的2827%;微齿眼子菜取代了竹叶眼子菜(Potamogetonmalaianus)、黑藻(Hydrilaverticilata)及苦草(Valisnerianatans),成为沉水植被的优势种,占据了东太湖整个湖心区;外来种伊乐藻(Elodeanutali)侵入,并形成一定规模的群丛。综观该湖区水生植被演化过程,可知东太湖已经出现沼泽化趋势,应引起足够重视  相似文献

高密度网围养鱼对水生植被的影响及生态对策探讨   总被引:26,自引:0,他引:26  
研究了东太湖高密度网围养鱼实验区周围水生植被退化情况,影响范围半径>600m,在中心带优势种微齿眼子菜为黑藻、金鱼藻和穗花狐尾藻所代替,并引起水绵严重发生,丧失了饲料生产能力.养鱼污染可导致水生植被退化,14.3hm2网围面积上年N、P污染负荷量分别达242g·m(-2)·a(-1)和27.4g·m(-2)·a(-1).网围对风浪、水流的作用和水草收割的障碍效应是水生植被退化的另一重要原因.应对湖泊中网围养鱼的规模进行严格限制,并通过网围的小型、分散和短期化来减弱其环境效应的时空叠加,加强对网围周围水草的收割管理以防止植被退化和湖泊营养化.  相似文献

为重建湖泊水生植被 ,在武汉东湖无鱼的 2个大型围隔和 1个围栏中进行了水生植被自然恢复和人工结构优化试验 ,两年内 ,围隔 (栏 )中的植被均得以恢复 ,植物月生物量均值均高出对照区约 1倍 ,自然增加的维管束植物比对照区多 3~ 6种 ,漂浮植物易定殖 ,水绵和刚毛藻较易生长 ;自然恢复的植被常以穗花狐尾藻、野菱等为优势种 ,缺乏挺水层 ,群落结构不理想 ,通过合理选种植物 ,可较快地改善其结构 ,加快植被恢复进程 ,经初步实验 ,莲、芦苇、苦草、金鱼藻和穗花狐尾藻适应性较强 ,可作为重建东湖水生植被的先锋种 ,以沉水植物为主体的植被结构较优良 ,控制养鱼是恢复水生植被的前提  相似文献

2004年4月—-2006年1月对江苏滆湖的浮游藻类进行了调查,分析了浮游藻类的群落结构、物种多样性以及浮游藻类与滆湖理化参数的相互关系。调查共鉴定出浮游藻类8f7147属267种,绿藻种类最多,其次是硅藻和蓝藻;优势种主要是铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)、不定微囊藻(M.incerta)、点状平裂藻(Merismopedia punctata)、微小平裂藻(M.tenuissima)、线形棒条藻(Rhabdoerma lineare)和小空星藻(Goelastrum microporum);总藻类密度年平均值为4871.09×10^-4 ind·L^-1,生物量年平均值为7.302mg·L^-1;密度秋季最高,生物量春、秋季较高;春季藻类物种多样性最高,多样性指数与其藻类密度负相关而与藻类生物量正相关;滆湖浮游藻类现存量由北向南逐渐减小,北部湖区与中部湖区浮游藻类现存量差异不显著,与南部湖区的差异显著,中部湖区与南部湖区间差异不显著。  相似文献

巢湖西半湖富营养化时空变化趋势与成因分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
收集整理了巢湖西半湖6个国控监测点1983~2008年(26年)主要富营养化指标TP、TN、CODmn、Chla的监测数据,计算了6个监测点和西半湖总体26年的综合营养状态指数(∑TLI图示)时空变化情况。并用Spearm an秩相关系数分析检验了西半湖总体和6个监测点26年∑TLI年变化趋势。结果表明:按总平均∑TLI排列,6个监测点富营养化由重到轻依次为:南淝河入湖区(66.64)〉塘西(64.93)〉十五里河入湖区(63.35)〉派河入湖区(61.38)〉新河入湖区(59.51)〉西半湖湖心(59.18);在显著水平0.05和0.01各点∑TLI均有上升趋势,其中十五里河入湖区(R=0.715)、新河入湖区(R=0.824)和西半湖湖心(R=0.811)以及西半湖总体(R=0.512)∑TLI有显著上升趋势,而南淝河入湖区(R=0.192)、塘西(R=0.045)和派河入湖区(R=0.325)上升趋势均不显著。最后在上述研究的基础上,对巢湖西半湖富营养化时空变化的成因进行了简要分析。  相似文献

对淤泥湖水生植被的天然恢复过程、群落组成、结构、功能与动态等进行了定位研究(1992~1995).该湖水生植物共有20科29属41种.4种生活型的植物种类在该湖均有分布,以沉水草本(15种)和挺水草本(13种)为多.8个分布区类型中世界广布成分16种和东亚成分10种.群落结构包括层次结构和层片结构.该彻共有8个群落类型;群落现存量3208.8g·m-2,全湖植被资源贮量为16365.2t.  相似文献

花马湖位于湖北省鄂州市境内,面积约27.5km~2。湖中分布有水生高等植物82种2变种。花马湖水生植被可分为15个群丛,其中菱群丛、竹叶眼子菜群丛、金鱼藻+狐尾藻+菹草+苦草群丛较为重要。湖中水生植波呈不规则的环带状分布,并可划分为湿生、挺水、浮叶和沉水4个植被带,各带均有相应的群丛分布。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. The dichtomously branched stigma in each carpel of the Tricyrteae is supplied by a bifurcated dorsal bundle.  相似文献

Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) is a rare pediatric neurological disorder, and the exact etiology is not clear. Viral infection may be involved in the pathogenesis of RE, but conflicting results have reported. In this study, we evaluated the expression of both Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and human herpes virus (HHV) 6 antigens in brain sections from 30 patients with RE and 16 control individuals by immunohistochemistry. In the RE group, EBV and HHV6 antigens were detected in 56.7% (17/30) and 50% (15/30) of individuals, respectively. In contrast, no detectable EBV and HHV6 antigen expression was found in brain tissues of the control group. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in 20.0% (6/30) of individuals. In particular, a 4-year-old boy had a typical clinical course, including a medical history of viral encephalitis, intractable epilepsy, and hemispheric atrophy. The co-expression of EBV and HHV6 was detected in neurons and astrocytes in the brain tissue, accompanied by a high frequency of CD8+ T cells. Our results suggest that EBV and HHV6 infection and the activation of CD8+ T cells are involved in the pathogenesis of RE.  相似文献

正Dear Editor,Chikungunya virus (CHIKV), an arbovirus in the family of Togaviridae, genus Alphavirus, is transmitted by the A.aegyptii or A. albopictus mosquito, and causes disease in humans characterized by fever, rash, and arthralgia (Silva and Dermody 2017; Suhrbier 2019). It was first reported in 1953 in Tanzania, and caused only a few outbreaks and sporadic cases in Africa and Asia in last century. However, in the epidemic in 2004, CHIKV acquired mutations that conferred enhanced transmission by the A. albopictus mosquito(Schuffenecker et al. 2006). Since then, it has successively caused outbreaks in Africa, the Indian Ocean, South East Asia, the South America, and Europe (Zeller et al. 2016).  相似文献

In conclusion, the novel visual RT-LAMP assay is a simple, rapid, and sensitive approach for detection of SARS-CoV-2, and it is ready for application in primary care and community hospitals or health care centers, and even patients' own houses in response to the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic because the assay does not require sophisticated equipment and skilled personnel. Furthermore, it is also ready to be used in fields for screening samples from wild animals and environments to facilitate the identification of potential intermediate hosts that mediate the cross-species transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from bats to humans.  相似文献
