为了解橄榄[Canarium album(Loureiro)Raeuschel]花序表型性状的遗传多样性,对90份橄榄种质资源的花序性状进行观测分析。结果表明,橄榄花序的类型、支轴紧密度、着生位置和花性等表现出较丰富的多样性;从数量性状看,花序花朵数的变异系数最大,其次为支轴花朵数,变异系数最小的是花蕾直径,此外橄榄雄花花序的多样性较雌花丰富。花蕾直径与花瓣长度呈极显著正相关关系,与花序长度、花序支轴数、花序花朵数和支轴花朵数呈极显著负相关。聚类分析结果表明,橄榄种质资源的花序类型可分为3类,大部分雄花和雌花类群间差异较明显。因此,橄榄花序表型性状存在多样性和复杂性,且花序重要单一性状可能影响整体表型。  相似文献

东北地区谷子地方品种和育成品种表型比较分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
我国东北地区谷子育种经历了从地方品种到育成品种的转变,但其具体表型性状等变化尚不清楚。本研究在敖汉旗对我国东北地区120个谷子地方品种和育成品种进行表型鉴定,并分析了遗传多样性,结果表明:东北地区谷子品种以绿幼苗、绿叶鞘、纺锤松散穗、黄粒、黄米型为主。育成品种晚熟、生物量大且高产,表现在出苗至抽穗、开花、成熟的时间以及播种至成熟的时间均极显著大于地方品种;主茎直径、叶片数、旗叶宽度均极显著大于地方品种;主穗重、主穗粒数极显著大于地方品种,主穗粒重和产量显著大于地方品种,但千粒重极显著小于地方品种,说明育成品种主要通过增加穗粒数来实现产量提升。遗传多样性指数分析发现,参试品种各性状遗传多样性指数大小顺序为:产量性状(2.0063)形态性状(1.9655)生育期(1.7238)质量性状(0.6370);地方品种护颖颜色、粒色、米色遗传多样性指数明显高于育成品种,说明谷子育种使粒色米色越来越趋于一致。基于30个性状的标准化数据,将参试品种聚为两类,聚类结果与品种来源地没有明显关联。类群Ⅰ为早熟、低产品种,且幼苗叶色、米色均为绿色和黄色;类群Ⅱ为晚熟、高产品种。根据10个主要表型性状,筛选出综合性状优良的红谷子、燕谷18等种质资源,可供东北地区谷子育种重点利用。  相似文献

采用形态学标记的方法,对来源于内蒙古7个不同生态区的49份扁蓿豆(Medicago ruthenica L.)野生材料进行了花性状变异分析。对花萼长、花萼直径等12个性状进行系统调查和遗传多样性分析。结果表明:扁蓿豆材料间花性状的变异系数幅度最大的为花序长,其变异系数高达79.12%,变异幅度最小的为花萼直径, 其变异系数为3.82%;主成分分析表明,花性状中前7个主成分反应了总信息量的85.465%, 花序长、花序轴长、花冠长度、花序结荚数、花序种子数、花色和小花柄长等7个性状是造成扁蓿豆花性状变异的主要因素;相关分析表明,花性状间多数呈差异显著或极显著,例如:花序结荚数与花序种子数差异极显著,为0.811,呈显著正相关,而花序轴长和小花柄长差异极显著,呈显著负相关,为-0.340;聚类分析将49份材料分为6类, 花性状变异性相同或地理来源相同与相近的材料大部分聚在一起。说明:扁蓿豆材料间的花性状具有丰富的遗传多样性  相似文献

以国家果树种质(公主岭)寒地果树资源圃保存的88份穗醋栗资源为研究对象,分析21个表型性状多样性指数、标准差、变异系数和极值,分析资源表型多样性,并以百果重、可溶性固形物、风味为指标,结合口尝鼻嗅评价,筛选适宜鲜食资源。结果表明,88份资源非数值型性状的Simpson指数和Shannon-Weaver指数变化范围为0.13~0.74和0.46~2.10,数值型性状的Simpson指数和Shannon-Weaver指数变化范围为0.19~0.87和0.46~3.16,21个性状中,花序着生状态、果皮厚度、果肉颜色、果实风味、果实质地、百果重、可溶性固形物、花序长度、叶片宽度和叶柄长度的多样性指数较高,表明穗醋栗资源表型多样性较为丰富。筛选出5份鲜食资源:11C-18(实生后代)、Pigmei、11C-22(实生后代)、大粒甜(Bona)、布劳德(Brodrop)。  相似文献

为了揭示内蒙古葱属野生种表型遗传多样性,采用方差分析、主成分分析、聚类分析等方法,对收集的78份野生种的种质资源14个表型性状进行了遗传多样性评价。结果表明:内蒙古葱属野生资源存在丰富的遗传多样性。(1)14个表型性状平均变异系数为43.0%,叶片宽的变异系数最大,为94.7%;种子厚的变异系数最小,为14.6%。14个表型性状在居群间的差异除叶片宽达到显著(P0.05)水平外,其余性状均表现差异不显著;(2)14个表型性状可归成为6个主成分因子,累计贡献率达到80.77%,最大程度上反映了所有78份葱属种质资源的表型特征,在前6个主成分包括的14个农艺性状中的株丛直径、叶片长、叶片宽、单株叶片数、花序长度、花序宽度和种子宽等性状是造成葱属种质资源表型差异的主要因素;(3)14个表型性状间存在显著或极显著的相关性;(4)采用欧氏距离系统聚类法将供试材料分为7大类,78份葱属种质资源基本上按种区分开,并和地理条件有一定的关系,种间和材料间表型差异很明显。本研究为内蒙古葱属资源的利用提供了科学依据。  相似文献

以采集自云南和贵州的21份灯盏花种质资源为材料,观测了它们的群体表型性状特征,并分析了这些表型性状的遗传多样性.结果表明:灯盏花种质资源的表型质量性状在居群内外均有丰富变异,不同质量性状的频率不同,并以多叶型的植株、绿色的茎、疏的茎毛、倒披针型的基生叶、全缘叶、锐尖的叶尖、花色淡紫和黄色的管状花冠口等为代表性表型性状.居群内各数量性状间以单株基生叶数和单株分枝数变异系数较高(均超过50%),而花序直径变异系数最低(18.14%);居群间各表型性状以株高和单序管状花数变异系数较高(52.98%和41.98%),而单株基生叶数和基生叶长变异系数较低(<20%).地理类群间表型分化系数为26.58%,地理类群内表型分化系数为73.42%.灯盏花性状表型多样性指数以株高最高(2.243),以单株分枝数和单株基生叶数较低(1.723和1.874),总体平均表型多样性指数为2.028;不同地理类群的表型多样性指数为1.589~1.890,并以楚雄地区最高,曲靖地区最低.研究发现,灯盏花种质资源具有丰富的质量和数量性状变异,多数性状的地理类群内变异大于地理类群间,且表型多样性指数相对较高,对其地理类群内变异的保护和利用对灯盏花育种具有重要的意义.  相似文献

为了阐明连翘属植物主要观赏性状和抗寒性的遗传特点,以金钟连翘品种‘Lynwood’(Forsythia intermedia‘Lynwood’)和东北连翘(F.mandschurica)杂交获得的F1代群体为研究对象,对杂交群体的花冠口直径、花裂片长度、抗寒性等12个表型性状进行测定,并对这些性状进行相关性分析和混合遗传模型分析。结果表明:金钟连翘与东北连翘杂交群体的表型性状变异丰富,各表型性状均出现大于高亲或小于低亲的超亲个体。除花裂片长度、花裂片宽度、叶片长度外,其他性状的变异度均超过15%,达到中等水平以上。各性状之间存在一定的相关性,其中抗寒性与着花密度呈极显著正相关,与花冠口直径、植株冠幅呈极显著负相关关系。混合遗传模型分析显示,花裂片长度、花裂片宽度、花裂片长宽比、叶片长度、叶片宽度、叶片长宽比、当年生枝条长度、抗寒性由微效多基因控制,花冠口直径和植株冠幅由一对加性—显性主基因控制,着花密度由两对加性—显性主基因控制,株高由两对等加性—显性主基因控制。花冠口直径、冠幅、着花密度和株高的主基因遗传力分别为76.05%、60.3%、72.22%和64.75%。研究结果为定向培育综合性状优良的连翘新品种提供了依据。  相似文献

为了准确掌握紫丁香资源花部性状的变异程度及表型多样性水平,为紫丁香优良品种的选育提供理论依据。本研究以195株紫丁香实生单株为材料,对其5个数量性状和4个质量性状的变异、性状间相关性和聚类关系等进行了分析。结果表明,5个数量性状在群体内表现出极显著差异(P<0.01),且符合正态分布,变异系数为19.72%~30.22%,平均24.97%,其中花序长变异最大;根据ISCC-NBS色彩名称表示法将群体花色划分为白色系、浅粉色系、紫色系、紫红色系、紫粉色系和蓝紫色系等6个色系,其中紫色系(54.35%)和紫红色系(32.31%)所占比例最大;4个质量性状的多样性指数为0.36~1.09,平均0.86,其中花冠裂片(状态)最大,表明群体中质量性状变异类型丰富。相关性分析表明,5个数量性状之间均呈现极显著正相关,其中花序长与花序宽相关系数最大,为0.767。聚类分析表明,195株紫丁香基于欧氏距离可分为3大类,第一类群主要性状表现为花冠筒长;第二类群表现为花序长;第三类群表现为花冠裂片长。参试紫丁香资源花部性状表型变异丰富。  相似文献

通过对146份贵州猕猴桃种质资源表型遗传多样性的研究,为贵州猕猴桃品种选育打下基础,对146份不同区域猕猴桃种质资源48个质量性状进行描述、赋值,并结合单果重等9个数量性状,使用主成分分析、聚类分析等进行综合评价。结果表明,57个质量性状和数量性状均存在丰富的多样性和变异性;146份资源的Shannon’s遗传多样性指数为1.28,从各区域遗传多样性指数可以看出,演化进程上从遗传多样性指数高的地区向低的地区进行演化;主成分分析结果显示,前14个主成分累计贡献率达75.076%,其中前6个主成分的累计贡献率达51.911%,为提高品种选育和评价的工作效率,可将猕猴桃种质资源的描述指标简化为新梢被毛、果实被毛等18个性状;聚类结果显示,贵州猕猴桃种质的欧氏距离为1.00~25.00之间,在D=19.25处,146份野生猕猴桃分为6个类群。本文有效揭示了贵州省猕猴桃种质资源丰富的多样性和亲缘关系,明确野生猕猴桃各种群间性状区分特征和部分优良资源性状的地理分布,对贵州猕猴桃种质资源的种质鉴定、保护利用和品种选育有重要意义。  相似文献

为将湖北省种质资源普查与收集行动收集到的77份烟草种质资源入国家烟草种质资源中期库进行编目和保存,对其进行田间鉴定,获得各烟草种质资源的主要农艺性状和主要病毒病抗性鉴定等数据,并对各种质资源的株型、叶片、花序、花冠、蒴果等拍摄照片。经鉴定B035、B075和B076等种质抗多种主要病毒病,B025免疫TMV(Tobacco mosaic virus)。利用田间表型鉴定和SSR标记鉴定的结果对拟编目资源进行鉴定整理,剔除重复收集的种质资源。本研究结果为丰富国家烟草种质资源库遗传多样性及烟草育种工作奠定良好基础。  相似文献

TYBIRK, K., 1993. Pollination, breeding system and seed abortion in some African acacias . Studies of the flower visitors and pollination ecology of Acacia albida Del., A. nilotica (L.) Willd. ex Del. A. tortilis (Forssk.) Hayne and A. Senegal (L.) Willd. in Senegal and Kenya showed a high diversity of floral foragers. One hundred and eighteen taxa of insects mainly from Hymenoptera, Lepidoptera, Coleoptera and Diptera were collected. The most important pollen vectors were bees from the families Megachilidae and Halictidae, and wasps from the families Scoliidae and Eumenidae. Beetles, flies and butterflies were secondary pollen vectors. Diversity and frequency of flower visitors of species with floral nectar ( A. Senegal and A. albida ) were not clearly different from species without floral nectar ( A. tortilis, A. nilotica ). Acacia tortilis was almost exclusively outcrossed (Index of Self Incompatibility = 0.2), with 5.5% of the inflorescences (0.13% of the flowers) developing fruits. The number of seeds per pod was positively correlated with dispersal type. Wind dispersed species had fewer seeds per pod than animal dispersed species. About 5% of the seeds were aborted in A. tortilis and A. nilotica , while 22–48% of the seeds were aborted in A. Senegal, A. ataxacantha DC. and A. polyacantha Willd. Most abortions in the latter three species occur in the proximal end of the pods, indicating selective seed abortion.  相似文献

In an August-sown experiment the pattern of flower developmentwas followed for cv. Ultra (Lupinus albus L.) and cv. Unicrop(L. angustifolius L.) grown at low (10 plants m–2) andhigh (93 and 83 plants m–2, Ultra and Unicrop respectively)densities. Dry weight increase of flowers on the main-stem inflorescenceand first lateral below the main-stem were compared at differentfloral stages. Maximum flower weight was reached just priorto the open flower stage and remained constant or declined untila pod formed or abscission occurred. The time period betweenmaximum flower weight and pod formation or abscission was upto 10 days. Emergence of the inflorescence was earlier and thefirst flower of Ultra opened 10 days before Unicrop. Developmentof each terminal raceme (inflorescence) was acropetal, withpods having formed on lower flower nodes when terminal flowerswere still quite immature. Laterals forming the next generationof inflorescences grew from axillary leaf buds below an inflorescencewhile it was in full flower. 以标准切花菊〔Dendranthema morifolium(Ramat.)Tzvel.〕品种'优香'('Yuuka')为母本、品种'神马'('Jinba')为父本进行杂交,对杂交F1代群体的单株侧枝平均长度、单株侧枝数、单株侧枝数与单株叶节数的比值(R1)、主蕾直径与侧蕾直径的比值(R2)、单株侧蕾数以及主蕾与侧蕾间距离6个性状进行杂种优势和相关性分析,并利用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型检测这些性状的主基因效应.结果显示:杂交F1代群体6个侧枝侧蕾性状的变异系数为2378%~5065%,且侧枝性状的变异系数总体上高于侧蕾性状;各性状的频次均呈现连续性的正态分布趋势,说明这些性状可能属于多基因控制的数量性状.杂交F1代群体的6个侧枝侧蕾性状均在001水平上表现出显著的中亲优势,表明各性状均存在显著的杂种优势.6个性状中,单株侧枝平均长度的中亲值最大(6230 mm),R1的中亲值最小(026);单株侧枝平均长度、R2和主蕾与侧蕾间距离的中亲优势均为正值,单株侧枝数、单株侧蕾数和R1的中亲优势均为负值.6个性状的中亲优势率为-5374%~3128%,其中,单株侧枝数的中亲优势率最小,而主蕾与侧蕾间距离的中亲优势率最大.相关性分析结果显示:单株侧枝平均长度和单株侧枝数均与R1呈极显著正相关,并与R2和单株侧蕾数呈极显著负相关;R2与侧蕾数也呈极显著正相关,且二者均与主蕾与侧蕾间距离呈极显著正相关.混合遗传分析结果显示:单株侧枝平均长度、R1、R2和单株侧蕾数均受2对主基因控制,符合B-1模型,主基因表现为"加性-显性-上位性",这4个性状的遗传率分别为7707%、9672%、6438%和5307%;单株侧枝数也受2对主基因控制,符合B-2模型,主基因表现为"加性-显性",该性状的遗传率为7438%,表明这5个性状的遗传存在主基因控制效应.而主蕾与侧蕾间距离符合A-0遗传模型,说明该性状无主基因控制,易受环境影响.  相似文献

Sesquiterpene glycoside, nerolidol-3-O-alpha-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->4)-alpha-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->2)-[alpha-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1-->6)]-beta-d-glucopyranoside was isolated from dried leaves of loquat [Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.) Lindl., Rosaceae]. Hypoglycemic effects of this natural product were assessed in normal and alloxan-diabetic mice model. Animals received orally administration of the sesquiterpene glycoside in dose of 25 and 75 mg/kg. The anti-hyperglycemic effect was compared with gliclazide's. The dose of 25 and 75 mg/kg both exerted a significant (p<0.05) hypoglycemic effect in alloxan-diabetic mice throughout the test and a slight effect in normal mice.  相似文献

为评价枇杷[Eriobotrya japonica(Thunb.)Lindl.]花中三萜类物质的组成特点,采用HPLC法对53份代表性枇杷种质花中的科罗索酸、熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量进行了测定。结果表明,枇杷花中3种三萜类物质含量平均为0.439%,其中科罗索酸、熊果酸和齐墩果酸分别占19.1%、65.6%和15.3%。不同枇杷种质资源中三萜类物质含量存在丰富多样性,以科罗索酸含量的变异系数最大(29.34%),齐墩果酸含量差异最大(最高和最低分别相差6.7倍)。来源于广东的枇杷花中科罗索酸和齐墩果酸含量变异最大,而来源于云南的枇杷花熊果酸含量变异最大。根据枇杷种质资源花中三萜类物质含量聚类分析,提出了高、中、低分级指标。在8个主栽枇杷良种中贵妃和长红3号花中三萜类物质含量处于高含量区位。因此,经综合筛选,三萜类物质含量高的枇杷种质有3份:贵妃、香钟1号和长红3号。  相似文献

A new psyllid species, Cacopsylla biwa Inoue, sp. nov., is described from Tokushima Prefecture, Shikoku, Japan. This new species develops only on Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.) Lindl. (Rosaceae), causing severe damage to its fruits and flowers. It is strongly suspected that C. biwa is an alien species. Morphological similarities and host-plant relationships indicate that C. biwa is most closely related to Cacopsylla eriobotryae (Yang) comb. nov. (transferred from Edentatipsylla Li), which occurs in Taiwan and feeds on Eriobotrya deflexa (Hemsl.) Nakai. Morphological diagnostic characteristics of C. biwa and differences from the other congeners are discussed. Information is provided on the biology and life cycle of the new species.  相似文献

Studies of efflorescences of the mutants bractea and terminal flower1 and double mutant bra tfl1 of Arabidoipsis thaliana (L.) Heynh. have shown that the presence of a developed leaf in the node preceding the terminal flower is a necessary condition for the formation of the terminal flower perianth. This means that perianth cannot develop in an abracteose efflorescence of terminal flower. The second necessary condition for the terminal flower formation is a sufficient level of expression of the genes responsible for floral morphogenesis. Combination of these two conditions suffices for the development of a terminal flower with perianth. Since the general principles of organization are close for most flower plants, it can be stated that if the abracteose efflorescence is terminated by a flower with perianth, this is a consequence of forcing the lateral flower into the terminal position.  相似文献

In many legumes the transition from the vegetative to the reproductivephase of development is associated with a marked increase inthe rate of symbiotic nitrogen fixation. In soya bean [Glycinemax (L.) Merr.), the removal of reproductive parts at differentstages of their development showed that the increase in nitrogenfixation rate was primarily due to the presence of flower buds.The increase in the fixation rate of intact reproductive plantswas accompanied by a rapid increase in the weight of noduleson lateral roots and it is suggested that these nodules areresponsible for much of the nitrogen fixation which occurs duringreproductive growth. Maintaining plants in the vegetative stateprovided evidence which suggests that it is the flower budsand not the flowering stimulus which are responsible for theincrease in fixation rate. The marked effects on vegetativegrowth of removing reproductive parts suggests that the mechanisminvolved in the promotion of nitrogen fixation may be hormonal. Glycine max (L.) (2-Nitroethyl)benzene was identified as a major component of the flower scent of the Japanese loquat Eriobotrya japonica [Rosales: Rosaceae], together with p-methoxybenzaldehyde and methyl p-methoxybenzoate. The corresponding volatiles from chopped leaves did not contain these three compounds. This is the first time that 1-nitro-2-phenyl-ethane has been demonstrated to be a natural product among Japanese plants, although two Japanese millipedes are known to possess the same aromatics.  相似文献
