【目的】田间草地贪夜蛾Spodopterafrugiperda(J.E.Smith)蛹与斜纹夜蛾Spodopteralitura Fabricius、甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua(Hübner)、粘虫Mythimna separata(Walker)、棉铃虫Helicoverpa armigera(Hübner)和亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis 5种重要鳞翅目害虫蛹容易混淆。明确草地贪夜蛾与其它5种重要的鳞翅目害虫蛹的形态差异,为田间鳞翅目害虫蛹的准确鉴别和田间调查提供依据。【方法】采用体式显微镜拍照观察并分析草地贪夜蛾蛹、斜纹夜蛾蛹、甜菜夜蛾蛹、粘虫蛹、棉铃虫蛹和亚洲玉米螟蛹的外部形态特征,根据相关特征差异编制了区分草地贪夜蛾与此5种鳞翅目害虫的检索表和快速区分表。【结果】草地贪夜蛾蛹主要特征为中足末端到达下颚末端之前,触角末端到达中足末端之前;中胸背板前缘略直;第4-7腹节背面前缘着生多行粗点刻;腹部末端臀棘上着生1对基部分开呈八字形的刺。草地贪夜蛾蛹腹部末端臀棘部位与其它5种害虫均不相同,辅以附肢位置、中胸背板前缘线和腹部点刻等特征可以准确将其与斜纹夜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、粘虫、棉铃虫和亚洲玉米螟的蛹区分。斜纹夜蛾中胸背板前缘线和臀棘上的刺与草地贪夜蛾有异;甜菜夜蛾下颚与中足位置及臀棘上的刺与草地贪夜蛾有异;粘虫腹部点刻和臀棘上的刺与草地贪夜蛾有异;棉铃虫触角末端位置和腹部末端的刺与草地贪夜蛾有异;亚洲玉米螟腹足遗迹和臀棘上的刺与草地贪夜蛾有异。【结论】根据蛹的结构特征,可以区分草地贪夜蛾与斜纹夜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、粘虫、棉铃虫和亚洲玉米螟等害虫的蛹。  相似文献

【目的】草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda是新入侵我国的迁飞性害虫,为了筛选出有效和不易受损的形态鉴别特征。【方法】本研究运用比较形态学和外生殖器解剖技术,筛选稳定、可靠的外部形态特征,描述雌雄外生殖器特征。【结果】草地贪夜蛾的大小等21个外形特征在不同个体间存在差异,不适合用于草地贪夜蛾的准确鉴定。新筛选的翅基部黑斑等4个前翅特征,下唇须节黑色横带、前足胫节密被长鳞片、前足跗节黑色、腹部腹面黑斑、肩板颜色均一、前足基节内侧长毛6个非翅面外形特征在草地贪夜蛾个体间稳定,其中前翅中部倾斜的椭圆环形斑等4个特征、颜色均一肩板等5个特征、环形斑内部颜色特征分别存在于草地贪夜蛾雌雄蛾、雄蛾和雌蛾中。新筛选的外形特征可分别用于准确区别草地贪夜蛾与斜纹夜蛾、甜菜夜蛾。新描述了阳茎基环长大于宽等6个雄性外生殖器特征和囊导管基部明显宽于端部等4个雌性交配囊特征,其中3个雄性外生殖器特征和3个雌性交配囊特征可分别用于准确鉴定草地贪夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾雄蛾、草地贪夜蛾雌蛾和甜菜夜蛾雌蛾。【结论】本研究结果不仅为草地贪夜蛾雄蛾鉴定提供了新的前翅特征,还首次为雄蛾鉴定提供了非翅面特征和为雌蛾鉴定提供了前翅特征,也筛选了新的雄性外生殖器特征和雌性交配囊特征,对我国夜蛾科昆虫生殖器研究有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

【目的】本研究旨在建立草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda对常用杀虫剂的相对敏感基线,为我国草地贪夜蛾的抗药性系统性监测提供依据。【方法】从玉米田采集草地贪夜蛾在室内不接触任何杀虫剂连续饲养5~7代,采用浸叶法和点滴法测定了草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫以及采用饲料药膜法测定了草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫对6大类共7种常用杀虫剂(甲维盐、乙基多杀菌素、虫螨腈、茚虫威、四氯虫酰胺、虱螨脲和氯虫苯甲酰胺)的敏感性,并据此建立了草地贪夜蛾幼虫对这7种杀虫剂的相对敏感基线。【结果】浸叶法测得上述7种药剂对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的LC50值在0.054~12.131 mg/L之间;点滴法测得上述6种药剂(不含虱螨脲)对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的LD50值在0.355~4.707 μg/g之间;饲料药膜法测得上述7种药剂对草地贪夜蛾幼虫的LC50值在0.003~0.238 μg/cm2之间。【结论】采用3种生测方法建立了草地贪夜蛾幼虫对几种常用杀虫剂的相对敏感基线,为我国草地贪夜蛾的抗药性监测和化学防治提供了依据。  相似文献

【目的】在性二型昆虫发育历期的研究中雄性先熟更为常见,雌性先熟报道较少。草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda是玉米上的重大迁飞性害虫,在发育历期上存在雌性先熟现象。本研究旨在明确该现象的稳定性并探索其影响因素,为草地贪夜蛾的准确监测和早期预警提供理论依据。【方法】分析草地贪夜蛾在16L∶8D, 14L∶10D和8L∶16D 3种光周期及玉米叶、花生叶和人工饲料3种食物条件下的生长发育情况,并对不同光周期和食物条件下饲养的草地贪夜蛾卵巢进行解剖;同时选择夜蛾科(Noctuidae)粘虫Mythimna separata和斜纹夜蛾S.litura与草地贪夜蛾的生长发育情况进行比较,评价雌性先熟现象是否为具有迁飞习性的夜蛾科昆虫的共性。【结果】3种夜蛾科迁飞性昆虫中仅有草地贪夜蛾雌成虫显著早于雄成虫羽化,提前1.28 d,且该羽化现象在不同光周期和不同食物条件下稳定存在,仅在草地贪夜蛾取食花生叶时呈现弱化趋势。解剖发现,不同光周期和不同食物条件下,初羽化的草地贪夜蛾成虫卵巢始终处于未成熟期,不随外在条件的变化而改变。草地贪夜蛾雌蛹发育显著快于雄蛹是造成草地贪夜蛾两性羽化时间差...  相似文献

【目的】比较28种杀虫剂对玉米草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的田间防治效果,为防控新入侵农业害虫提供科学依据。【方法】采用常规喷雾法,对大喇叭口期玉米全株均匀喷雾,药前1 d及药后1、3和7d调查挂牌标记玉米上草地贪夜蛾幼虫活虫数。【结果】试验结果表明,乙基多杀菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、氯虫苯甲酰胺等8种化学农药对草地贪夜蛾防治效果较好;生物农药均没体现出较好的防治效果,推测可能与其作用方式有关。【结论】在28种杀虫剂中,筛选出乙基多杀菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、氯虫苯甲酰胺、溴氰虫酰胺、甲氧虫酰肼、氟氯氰菊酯、乙多-甲氧虫和甲氧-茚虫威8种对草地贪夜蛾具有较好防治效果的药剂。  相似文献

【背景】在我国,由于Bt棉的种植,棉铃虫和红铃虫等靶标害虫得到了控制,但棉田其他鳞翅目害虫如甜菜夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾的危害仍较严重。美国商业化种植的双价棉BollgardⅡ所表达的Cry2Ab蛋白不仅对棉铃虫有较好的控制效果,而且对甜菜夜蛾和草地贪夜蛾有较好的控制作用。因此,该双价棉在我国被环境释放前,有必要研究其对棉田其他鳞翅目害虫的影响。【方法】在人工饲料中分别添加质量浓度为1.25、2.5、5.0、10.0和20.0μg·g^-1的Cry2Ab蛋白,采用生物测定的方法,在室内研究了其对甜菜夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾低龄幼虫存活率和体质量抑制率的影响。【结果】随着Cry2Ab蛋白浓度的增大,甜菜夜蛾初孵幼虫和1龄幼虫的存活率逐渐降低,2龄幼虫和3龄幼虫以及斜纹夜蛾各龄期幼虫的存活率在不同浓度处理下与对照差异均不显著。但与对照相比,高浓度处理对这2种害虫各龄期幼虫的体质量均有显著影响。【结论与意义】高浓度Cry2Ab蛋白(10.0和20.0μg·g^-1)对甜菜夜蛾低龄幼虫有较好的控制作用,但对斜纹夜蛾低龄幼虫的控制效果不太理想。这为该双价基因棉花在我国的推广提供了依据。  相似文献

【目的】为了评估VspI,StyI和StuI为基础的线粒体细胞色素氧化酶I基因(mtCOI)酶切扩增多态性序列(cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence, CAPS)标记方法鉴别烟粉虱Q与B隐种的有效性。【方法】本研究对国内外烟粉虱种群的mtCOI基因进行了测序并鉴定了其隐种;在对464个Q隐种、98个B隐种mtCOI序列分析的基础上,利用VspI,StyI和StuI对Q与B隐种分别进行了CAPS标记验证。检索并比对了GenBank中烟粉虱Q与B隐种mtCOI序列中VspI,StyI和Stu I酶切位点分布情况。【结果】对国内外烟粉虱种群研究发现,以Vsp I为基础的CAPS标记方法能够有效鉴别实验中的Q与B隐种;利用StuI或StyI的CAPS标记方法无法有效鉴别Q与B隐种。对GenBank中烟粉虱Q与B隐种mtCOI序列比对发现,利用VspI,StyI和StuI为基础的CAPS标记方法不能有效鉴别Q与B隐种。【结论】以VspI,StyI和StuI为基础的CAPS标记方法鉴别Q与B隐种方面均有一定的局限性。  相似文献

【目的】克隆草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的组织蛋白酶L(cathepsin L,CatL)基因,分析该基因的序列特征并制备该酶多克隆抗体,为探析其生理功能奠定基础。【方法】根据甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua的组织蛋白酶L基因开放阅读框(ORF)序列两端直接设计引物克隆草地贪夜蛾组织蛋白酶L基因。利用生物信息学软件分析该基因的序列特征,利用ClustalX2软件进行同源比对和进化分析,利用同源建模预测该酶三维结构。通过原核表达重组蛋白,多次免疫新西兰大白兔制备该酶多克隆抗体。【结果】克隆获得了草地贪夜蛾的组织蛋白酶L基因SfCatL(GenBank登录号:HQ110065),ORF序列长1 035 bp,编码344个氨基酸,预测N-末端含有长度为16个氨基酸残基的信号肽序列,去除信号肽序列后,预测成熟蛋白分子量为36.8 kD,等电点为6.69。SfCatL氨基酸序列与其他13个物种的组织蛋白酶L氨基酸序列比较有53.7%~96.8%的一致性,与甜菜夜蛾组织蛋白酶L氨基酸序列一致性最高,达96.8%。同源建模预测表明,SfCatL折叠成紧密而稳定的元宝状结构,含3个对结构有稳定作用的二硫键,亲水性氨基酸主要包被在蛋白的表面。原核表达、纯化SfCatL蛋白制备抗血清,其效价超过1∶40 000,Western blot鉴定结果表明抗血清与草地贪夜蛾Sf9细胞SfCatL蛋白能够特异性结合。【结论】获得了草地贪夜蛾SfCatL完整ORF序列,分析了其特征,经原核表达、纯化获得高纯度的融合蛋白,成功获得多克隆抗体。本研究为进一步研究该基因的功能并开发组织蛋白酶抑制剂类杀虫剂提供理论依据。  相似文献

【目的】评估草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda转移至小麦上为害和暴发的风险。【方法】采用室内饲养观察与调查统计的方法,测定和比较了23℃下草地贪夜蛾在玉米和小麦上的取食和生长发育特性及种群生命表参数。【结果】草地贪夜蛾在小麦上可以完成世代,其3龄后幼虫取食小麦的取食量及体重指标显著地高于同处理后时间在玉米上取食的;而食物利用效率、幼虫存活率、幼虫发育历期、卵孵化率均显著低于取食玉米的。取食玉米和取食小麦的草地贪夜蛾的平均蛹重、产卵前期、单雌产卵量等指标间无显著差异。另外,生命表参数比较结果表明,取食玉米和取食小麦的草地贪夜蛾的平均世代周期(T)、内禀增长率(r_m)和周限增长率(λ)间均无显著差异,取食玉米的草地贪夜蛾的净增殖率(R_0)为303.55±2.04,显著高于取食小麦的。【结论】草地贪夜蛾取食小麦时,生长发育速度快,能够完成世代生活史,但其食物利用效率、种群繁殖能力等却均低于取食玉米时,说明草地贪夜蛾更适宜在玉米上取食为害,存在转移至小麦为害的风险,但考虑到虫源、自然温度等条件,草地贪夜蛾在小麦上暴发的风险较小。本研究结果为明确草地贪夜蛾在小麦上为害和暴发的风险以及草地贪夜蛾的科学防控提供了理论依据。  相似文献

We compared the infectivity of two nucleopolyhedroviruses (NPVs), MyseNPV G isolated from Mythimna separata (Walker) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) and SpltNPV S isolated from Spodoptera litura (Fabricius) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae). MyseNPV G was more pathogenic against M. separata than against S. litura. Although SpltNPV S was more pathogenic than MyseNPV G against S. litura, it did not infect M. separata. Restriction endonuclease (REN) analysis of viral genomic DNA revealed that the two NPVs have quite different REN profiles. Based on nucleotide sequences of the coding regions of polyhedrin, lef-8 and lef-9, SpltNPV S was closely related to other SpltNPV isolates, whereas MyseNPV G appeared to belong to the Mamestra NPV group, and was distinct from a Chinese isolate of Leucania (=Mythimna) separata NPV. The potential of MyseNPV G and SpltNPV S to control pest insects is discussed.

The fall armyworm, Spodoptera frugiperda, is a species native to the Americas and has spread to many countries in Africa and Asia in recent years. Proactive actions for potential invasion of S. frugiperda to China coordinated by government agencies and agricultural extension systems resulted in timely detection in January 2019 in Yunnan province neighboring onto Myanmar. The extensive monitoring in southern provinces of China since February 2019 resulted in dynamic tracking of S. frugiperda spreading to 13 provincial regions in China within 4 months by May 10, 2019, which is crucial for timely management actions in the fields. The first detections of S. frugiperda (corn strain) in China were confirmed using cytochrome oxidase subunit 1 (CO1) and triosephosphate isomerase (Tpi) genes molecular marker method. In addition to S. frugiperda, larvae of three other noctuid species with similar morphological appearance (S. litura, S. exigua and Mythimna separata) can occur simultaneously and cause similar damage in cornfields in southern China. Thus, we can use both morphological and molecular marker methods to compare larval stages of four noctuid species. Further, we discuss the risk of potential spread of invasive S. frugiperda to other regions and impact on corn production in China.  相似文献

【目的】斜纹夜蛾幼虫属杂食性、高食量的害虫,通过分子生物学手段对经甲维盐处理后的斜纹夜蛾幼虫肠道微生物进行比对,研究肠道共生菌群受毒剂刺激后的代谢变化,探讨菌株的自身代谢与甲维盐的作用受体的相关性。【方法】基于Illumina MiSeq技术测序平台,对取食甲维盐和未取食甲维盐的斜纹夜蛾幼虫中肠细菌的16S rRNA可变区进行高通量测序,分析对比细菌群落结构多样性。【结果】肠杆菌属、根瘤菌属在斜纹夜蛾的肠道中占优势地位,经过甲维盐处理后两者的丰度大幅下降。沙雷氏菌属和黄单胞杆菌属在处理后减少到几乎为零,相反,原先不占据优势的棒状杆菌属和甲醇杆菌属,处理后丰度明显上升。【结论】甲维盐处理后的优势菌群以及丰富度均发生变化,表明斜纹夜蛾的肠道菌群结构可能与甲维盐毒理机制有关。  相似文献

Identifying novel biocontrol agents and developing new strategies are urgent goals in insect pest biocontrol. Ascoviruses are potential competent insect viruses that may be developed into bioinsecticides, but this aim is impeded by their poor oral infectivity. To improve the per os infectivity of ascovirus, Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki (Btk) was employed as a helper to damage the midgut of lepidopteran larvae (Helicoverpa armigera, Mythimna separata, Spodoptera frugiperda, and S. litura) in formulations with Heliothis virescens ascovirus isolates (HvAV-3h and HvAV-3j). Btk and ascovirus mixtures (Btk/HvAV-3h and Btk/HvAV-3j) were fed to insect larvae (3rd instar). With the exception of S. frugiperda larvae, which exhibited low mortality after ingesting Btk, the larvae of the other tested species showed three types of response to feeding on the formulas: type I, the tested larvae (H. armigera) were killed by Btk infection so quickly that insufficient time and resources remained for ascoviral invasion; type II, both Btk and the ascovirus were depleted by their competition, such that neither was successfully released or colonized the tissue; type III, Btk was eliminated by the ascovirus, and the ascovirus achieved systemic infection in the tested larvae. The feeding of Btk/ascovirus formulas led to a great reduction in larval diet consumption and resulted in a significant decrease in the emergence rate of H. armigera, M. separata, and S. litura larvae, which suggested that the formulas exerted marked oral control effects on both the contemporary individuals and the next generation of these tested pest species.  相似文献

【目的】测定金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae)对斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura) 2龄幼虫的毒力,研究金龟子绿僵菌侵染后寄主体内抗氧化酶活性和肠道内细菌群落的变化,探讨斜纹夜蛾对金龟子绿僵菌侵染的防御机制。【方法】采用浸渍法测定不同浓度金龟子绿僵菌对斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫的毒力;应用IlluminaMiSeq高通量测序技术测定肠道细菌群落。【结果】不同浓度的孢悬液对斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫均有一定的毒力,处理7 d时半致死浓度(LC_(50))为3.944 107个孢子/mL;浓度为1.0×10~9个孢子/mL时,半致死时间最短(LT_(50))为4.6 d,校正后的死亡率为81.03%。处理后未致死的斜纹夜蛾幼虫体内抗氧化酶活性显著高于对照组。处理后致死的斜纹夜蛾幼虫肠道细菌群落多样性显著高于对照组;且处理后致死的斜纹夜蛾幼虫肠道细菌群落组成与对照组差异显著。【结论】金龟子绿僵菌对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的致死率和致死效率与金龟子绿僵菌的浓度呈正相关;斜纹夜蛾幼虫体内的抗氧化酶可能在抵抗金龟子绿僵菌侵染的过程中起重要作用。金龟子绿僵菌的侵染会导致斜纹夜蛾幼虫肠道细菌群落多样性升高和组成发生变化,Enterococcus、Escherichia和Pseudomonas等属可能是影响斜纹夜蛾幼虫抵抗金龟子绿僵菌侵染致死的重要因素。  相似文献

【目的】草地贪夜蛾是一种严重危害农业生产的迁飞性害虫,本研究旨在了解草地贪夜蛾成虫触角感器的类型、超微结构和分布。【方法】采用扫描电镜对其雌雄成虫触角感器类型及分布进行观察。【结果】草地贪夜蛾雌雄成虫触角由柄节、梗节及鞭节3部分组成,雄蛾触角稍长于雌蛾,且触角表面覆有大量鳞片。共观察到7种类型的感受器,分别为■氏鬃毛(2种亚型,BBⅠ型和BBⅡ型)、毛形感器(2种亚型,ST-Ⅰ和ST-Ⅱ)、刺形感器、锥形感器、腔锥形感器、栓锥形感器、鳞形感器。■氏鬃毛主要位于柄节和梗节,其余感器均分布于鞭节。【结论】草地贪夜蛾雌雄蛾感器种类相同,但同类感器长度均存在显著差异,雄蛾各感器显著长于雌蛾,这种特化与差异是否有利于其功能的发挥还有待通过电生理技术等进一步确定。  相似文献

【目的】探讨世界范围和我国草地贪夜蛾对玉米等作物的危害。【方法】采用生态位模型集合预测方案,结合基于中分辨率成像光谱仪(MODIS)的玉米种植密度模拟,对世界范围和我国草地贪夜蛾潜在分布进行了分析。【结果】世界范围内玉米的密集种植区已完全被草地贪夜蛾的潜在分布区所覆盖,这些适生区内的玉米受到草地贪夜蛾的威胁,需重点防控,非玉米种植的适生区内应监测草地贪夜蛾对非玉米类农作物的侵害。在我国,华北平原春播玉米区和黄淮平原夏播玉米区属于草地贪夜蛾的高风险区,其次为东北三省和西南密集种植区,南方丘陵玉米区和西北灌溉玉米区受草地贪夜蛾的影响相对较小,各地区受草地贪夜蛾威胁程度不同,应有区别地进行防控。我国东南和华南地区是草地贪夜蛾高适生区,这些非玉米密集种植区应监控草地贪夜蛾对非玉米类农作物的影响。【结论】基于集合模型预测,将草地贪夜蛾的潜在分布和玉米种植密度整合分析可以加深对二者空间分布的整体认识,利于草地贪夜蛾风险分析和综合防治。  相似文献

However, functional differentiation has occurred in some homologous PR genes, which may drive species divergence. Here, using genome analysis, 17 PR genes were identified from Spodoptera frugiperda, S. exigua, and S. litura, which belong to 6 homologous groups (odorant receptor [OR]6, 11, 13, 16, 56, and 62); of which 6 PR genes (OR6, OR11, OR13, OR16, OR56, and OR62) were identified in S. frugiperda and S. exigua, and 5 PR genes were identified in S. litura, excluding OR62. Using heterologous expression in Xenopus oocytes, we characterized the functions of PR orthologs including OR6, OR56, and OR62, which have not been clarified in previous studies. OR6 orthologs were specifically tuned to (Z,E)-9,12-tetradecadienyl acetate (Z9,E12-14:OAc), and OR62 orthologs were robustly tuned to Z7-12:OAc in S. frugiperda and S. exigua. The optimal ligand for OR56 was Z7-12:OAc in S. frugiperda, but responses were minimal in S. exigua and S. litura. In addition, SfruOR6 was male antennae-specific, whereas SfruOR56 and SfruOR62 were male antennae-biased. Our study further clarified the functional properties of PRs in 3 Spodoptera moth species, providing a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms of intraspecific communication and interspecific isolation in Spodoptera.  相似文献

【目的】优化爪哇虫草菌Bd01的固态发酵培养条件,测定分生孢子对斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫的毒力,研究被爪哇虫草菌侵染后寄主体内的保护酶活性变化。【方法】采用单因素试验确定爪哇虫草菌Bd01最佳的固态培养基及培养条件,利用Box-Behnken响应面法优化发酵参数,采用浸渍法测定分生孢子对斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫的毒力,同时利用分光光度计法测定斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫体内酶活性变化。【结果】以产孢量为指标,通过响应曲面法优化的爪哇虫草菌Bd01最佳产孢条件为:培养基营养成分含量为30.24g/L,pH值为7.55,光照时长为12.06h,在该条件下,培养基的产孢量为2.78×108孢子/mL。浓度为1×108孢子/mL的爪哇虫草菌孢子液对斜纹夜蛾3龄幼虫具有一定毒力,处理7 d时致死中浓度(LT50)为3.11 d,致死中时(LC50)为4.68×105孢子/mL,校正死亡率为88.68%。处理后未死亡的斜纹夜蛾幼虫体内保护酶活性与对照组相比发生显著变化。【结论】优化后的培养基能够显著增加爪哇虫草菌的产...  相似文献

The fall armyworm (FAW), Spodoptera frugiperda (Lepidoptera, Noctuidae), has emerged as a highly invasive pest globally in the past decade due to its remarkable migratory capabilities. Magnetic receptors play an important role in the migration and navigation of the animal, but little is known about the molecular mechanism of the magnetic receptors of S. frugiperda (SfMagR). In this study, we successfully cloned the cDNA encoding SfMagR, which has a 396 bp of open reading frame (ORF) encoding 132 amino acids. Phylogenetic analysis revealed a high conservation of magnetic receptors among various animal species, notably demonstrating a 98.4% sequence identity between S. frugiperda and Spodoptera litura, and a 70.3% identity with Homo sapiens, a vertebrate species. Expression analysis conducted across different developmental stages demonstrated SfMagR expression in the egg, larval, and pupal stages of the moth, but exhibited predominate expression in the adult stage, particularly in male adults. Moreover, the tissue expression profile indicated that SfMagR expression primarily occurred within the thorax of the moth, specifically in the thorax excluding the legs and wings. These findings not only provide fundamental data and a molecular foundation for future investigations into the function of SfMagR, but also offer valuable insights for the future management of invasive species.  相似文献
