碳氮稳定同位素技术在草地生态系统研究中的应用日渐广泛,本文针对其在青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统中的研究与应用进行了总结。首先,探讨了环境因子(海拔、水肥、草地退化、温度)对青藏高原高寒草甸碳氮同位素组成(δ~(13)C、δ~(15)N)的影响:高寒草甸植物δ~(13)C值与海拔呈正相关,与大气压强、草地退化和温度均呈负相关,与降水的关系尚有争议;土壤δ~(13)C值与海拔和草地退化呈正相关;植被的δ~(15)N值与水肥呈正相关,土壤的δ~(15)N值与草地退化呈负相关。其次,综述了近年来该技术在高寒草甸植物光合型鉴定、植物水分利用、食物链营养关系、碳氮循环等方面的研究进展。最后,对碳氮稳定同位素技术在研究高寒草甸土壤有机碳与土壤呼吸、重现植被类型更替和气候演化历史、土壤N_2O溯源、探究高寒草甸退化的原因、藏药与动物食品产地溯源等方面的应用前景进行了展望,以期进一步发挥其在青藏高原高寒草甸研究中的潜力。  相似文献

为了解不同退化阶段高寒草甸土壤碳、氮和碳稳定同位素的差异,对若尔盖湿地内沼泽草甸、草原化草甸、退化草甸3个阶段土壤的碳、氮和碳稳定同位素进行了分析.结果表明:若尔盖湿地草甸土壤δ13C 值介于-26.21‰~-24.72‰之间,土壤δ13C 值随土层加深而增大.土壤δ13C 值与有机碳含量对数值呈线性负相关.表层土壤(0~10 cm)δ13C值大小顺序为草原化草甸>退化草甸>沼泽草甸,β值大小顺序为草原化草甸>沼泽草甸>退化草甸.沼泽草甸、草原化草甸、退化草甸0~30 cm 土壤碳含量分别为105.32、42.11和31.12 g·kg-1,氮含量分别为8.74、3.41和2.81 g·kg-1,C/N分别为11.26、11.23和10.89.随着草甸的退化,土壤碳、氮呈降低趋势,退化草甸C/N值低于沼泽草甸和草原化草甸.随着土层深度加深,碳、氮含量呈现降低趋势.草甸退化导致的土壤δ13C 值差异主要发生在表层0~10 cm.3个退化阶段中,退化草甸土壤的β值和C/N最低,表明退化草甸土壤矿化作用较强.  相似文献

基于国际冻原计划(ITEX)模拟增温效应对植物影响的研究方法,以高寒矮嵩草草甸4种植物(矮嵩草、垂穗披碱草、棘豆、麻花艽)为实验材料,设置大(OTC1)和小(OTC2)两类增温小室,测定了其叶片碳氮及其稳定性碳同位素(δ~(13)C、δ~(15)N)等指标在增温3年后的变化。结果表明:除矮嵩草在较小增温小室(OTC2)中C/N比值比对照降低了14.1%,其它物种C/N在两个增温处理下都有所增加,但差异均不显著(P0.05)。4种植物叶片δ~(13)C值在-24.12‰~-28.34‰之间,矮嵩草叶片δ~(13)C值随增温而升高,棘豆、麻花艽随增温而降低,且矮嵩草在OTC2的δ~(13)C值变化达到显著水平(P0.05)。矮嵩草和麻花艽的叶片δ~(15)N值在OTC1和OTC2中均比对照增加,且麻花艽增加较显著(P0.05)。垂穗披碱草在OTC1和OTC2的叶片δ~(15)N值比对照分别减少18.7%和26.9%,差异都不显著(P0.05);棘豆叶片δ~(15)N值在OTC2内比对照低11.0%(P0.05),在OTC1的内比对照高2.8%(P0.05)。可见,高寒矮嵩草草甸不同功能群植物物种碳氮含量及稳定性碳氮同位素含量对短期增温有不同的响应模式和规律。  相似文献

基于三江源区果洛州军牧场不同退化程度草地,采用原位~(13)CO_2脉冲标记的方法示踪了~(13)C在甘肃马先蒿-土壤系统中的转移与分配,探讨了未退化天然草甸、重度退化高寒草甸(黑土滩)与建植5年的人工草地内代表性植物——甘肃马先蒿光合碳的分配情况。结果表明:标记当天,不同类型草地上~(13)C固定百分比在39%~71%,说明标记的效率较高且分配差异较大;3种类型草地土壤碳分配比例平均为8.6%,说明光合固定碳在甘肃马先蒿植株-土壤系统的分配与转移速度非常迅速;脉冲标记21 d后,甘肃马先蒿植株δ~(13)C值下降,5%~27%的~(13)C分配到地下。黑土滩恢复治理为人工草地5年后,甘肃马先蒿固定的光合碳转移到土体中的含量显著增加。甘肃马先蒿对于维持草地群落多样性和稳定性具有一定生态学意义,应根据草地的经济利用特性予以合理灭除。  相似文献

以青海省果洛州藏族自治州甘德县青珍乡高山嵩草Kobresia pygmaea草甸轻度退化草地和重度退化草地为研究对象,通过植物地上部分主要功能群(禾草类、杂类草、莎草类)、植物根系和土壤碳、氮浓度及储量动态研究,结果表明:高寒小嵩草草甸轻度退化草地地上部分主要功能群碳、氮浓度和C ∶ N比值明显高于重度退化草地的浓度.同一草地类型主要功能群比较,碳、氮浓度依次为杂类草>禾草类>莎草类;植物地上部分的碳、氮浓度明显高于地下根系的碳、氮浓度.重度退化草地植物根系碳、氮浓度高于轻度退化草地植物根系碳、氮浓度.重度退化草地土壤总有机碳浓度显著低于轻度退化草地土壤总有机碳浓度,随着土层的加深碳、氮浓度有减少的趋势.江河源区高山嵩草草甸的土壤有机碳、氮储量最大,植物根系碳、氮储量居中,植物地上部分碳、氮储量最小.重度退化草地总有机碳储量(13554.3 g/m2)较轻度退化草地储量(14669.2 g/m2)下降7.60%.其中,0~40cm土壤层碳储量下降4.10%,植物根系碳储量下降59.97%,植物地上部分碳储量下降15.39%;重度退化草地总氮储量(3780.6 g/m2)较轻度退化草地储量(3352.7 g/m2)高12.76%,其中,0~40cm土壤中总氮储量高13.07%,植物根系全氮储量下降55.09%,植物地上部分全氮下降16.00%.由于草地退化损失有机碳11149 kg/hm2,而全氮增加4278 kg/hm2.  相似文献

土壤元素失衡是导致高寒草甸退化的重要诱因   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
土壤元素失衡是造成高寒草甸退化的关键诱因,明晰其过程与机制是高寒草甸生态系统可持续利用和退化草地恢复的重要内容。以我国典型青藏高原高寒草甸生态系统为研究对象,选取围封1年样地作为短期恢复、围封6年样地作为中期恢复及围封15年样地作为长期恢复阶段,分析了这些样地的土壤基本理化性质。研究发现,退化高寒草甸的恢复未改变土壤pH,但增大了土壤保水能力和电导率。土壤有机碳和全氮含量随恢复进程变化敏感,而磷含量的变化并不明显,随着恢复时间的增加土壤C∶N,C∶P和N∶P显著升高,土壤可利用氮素特别是铵态氮的供应能力得到显著提升,长期恢复阶段的土壤铵态氮含量为短期恢复阶段的3.1倍。退化草地的恢复大幅度增加了高寒草甸生态系统地上生物量,这进一步增加了植物对土壤中的碳和氮输入,使土壤中的碳氮周转变快,诱发了植物-土壤之间的正反馈,形成良性循环,使退化草甸得以改善。本研究从退化高寒草甸恢复角度初步证实,土壤碳氮与磷元素比例失衡是造成高寒草地退化的重要诱因,研究结果对高寒草地的养护管理以及退化高寒草地的恢复工作具有重要意义。  相似文献

采集宁夏云雾山草原植被演替阶段的土壤和植物样品,测定土壤容重(BD)、土壤含水量(WC)、土壤有机碳(SOC)含量、以及土壤和植物优势种稳定碳同位素组成(δ13C),并比较了它们之间的差异,分析其反映的环境信息。结果表明:在表层0~10 cm深度,灌木地SOC含量为71.7 g·kg-1,显著高于草地的54.6 g·kg-1;灌木地0~20 cm深度SOC含量占1 m深SOC含量的58.1%,而草地在0~40 cm深度的SOC含量占1 m深的34.1%;短期植被演替(约10 a)对土壤剖面0~20 cm层的δ13C值有显著影响,其中对0~10 cm层δ13C影响最大;草地演替为灌木地后δ13C偏负1.4‰,30 cm以下土壤δ13C值对短期植被变化不敏感;通过δ13C在C3植被的短期演替过程中的响应关系发现,δ13C值作为土壤碳库更替和碳循环的研究工具有很好的辨识力;灌木的δ13C值从叶子到根系存在明显差异,逐渐偏正,变化为2.2‰,草地为1.9‰;通过对0~40 cm深度植物根系δ13C值的测定发现,灌木地由表层的-28.15‰变为-26.11‰,偏正了2.04‰,草地根系δ13C值从表层的-27.08‰变为-27.57‰,偏负了0.49‰。  相似文献

研究了四川盆地丘陵区连续16年垄(宽垄)作稻田土壤稳定碳库腐殖质组分的稳定碳同位素(δ13C)分布特征.结果表明:稻田土壤有机碳含量为宽垄作>垄作>水旱轮作.腐殖质碳以胡敏素为主,占土壤碳含量的21%~30%,提取碳以胡敏酸为主,分别占土壤有机碳和腐殖质的17%~21%和38%~65%.土壤有机碳的δ13C值介于-27.9‰~-25.6‰,20~40cm和0~5 cm土壤有机碳δ13C值之差约为1.9‰.土壤胡敏酸δ13C值比土壤有机碳低1‰~2‰,更接近于油菜和水稻秸秆及根系的δ13C值.土壤富里酸δ13C值分别较土壤有机碳和胡敏酸高2‰和4‰.耕作层和犁底层胡敏素δ13C值分别介于-23.7‰~-24.9‰和-22.6‰~-24.2‰,δ13C值的变化反映了耕层中腐殖质的新老混合现象.各有机组分δ13C值递减顺序为:胡敏素>富里酸>土壤有机碳>稻草(油菜)残体>胡敏酸.长期水稻种植有利于增加土壤有机碳含量,同时,耕作方式影响土壤腐殖质δ13C在耕作层和犁底层中的分布格局.  相似文献

通过对海北高寒草甸生态系统研究站25个科、70个属、102种植物叶片的稳定性碳同位素的测定,以确定植物群落的光合型.结果表明,所测定的102种植物的稳定性碳同位素比值(δ13C)介于-28.24‰和-24.84‰之间,说明这102种植物均属于C3植物,无C4植物或CAM植物.植物这种光合型的分布与该生态系统中的环境因子密切相关,是低温、强辐射等环境因素长期作用的结果,也反映了植物对这种特殊环境的适应.  相似文献

为深入理解高寒草甸退化过程中根际和非根际土壤中碳(C)、氮(N)和磷(P)的化学计量特征和土壤养分的变化规律,并获得退化草地土壤养分和微生物养分限制的信息,本研究以祁连山东缘4个不同退化程度高寒草甸为对象,通过采集优势植物根际土(0~2 mm)和非根际土(0~10 cm)的土壤样品,分析了土壤C、N、P浓度和比例,土壤中可提取的C、N、P(Ext-C、Ext-N、Ext-P)的浓度和比例,参与C、N、P循环的胞外酶(β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶、N-乙酰-β-D-葡萄糖苷酶、亮氨酸基肽酶、酸性磷酸酶)的活性和比例,以及土壤微生物生物量碳、氮、磷(MBC、MBN、MBP)的含量及比例.结果表明: 高寒草甸退化过程中优势植物根际养分含量高于非根际养分.随着高寒草甸退化程度的加剧,其土壤的C∶N∶P发生重大改变,表现出C∶N的严重失调,表明草地退化程度越高受到N的限制越严重.不同退化程度的高寒草甸中,经过对数转化的根际C-、N-和P-胞外酶的比例均偏离了在全球生态系统分析中获得的1∶1∶1比例,表明高寒草甸退化主要受到强烈的N限制,P次之.高寒草甸地区土壤全量养分含量较高,土壤中的速效养分较低,成为阻碍牧草生长的限制因子.  相似文献

综述了白蚁螱客的主要种类、共生关系及相关机制的研究进展。白蚁螱客中,已报道的动物种类达170种。在与动物的共生关系中存在偏利共生(宾主共栖和异种共栖)、互利共生和无关共生三种;在与微生物的共生关系中,存在与内生菌(原生动物、细菌、真菌和放线菌)和外生菌(蚁巢伞菌等)间的互利关系。指出了白蚁与螱客研究中存在的问题,给出了解决方案,并提出了今后可能的研究热点或方向,为白蚁的综合利用(如纤维素酶)及今后研究物种间的协同进化提供了基础资料。  相似文献

To elucidate accumulation of minerals in human iliac arteries with aging, the content of minerals was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Bilateral common, internal, and external iliac arteries of 16 men and 8 women, ranging ages from 65 to 93 yr, were examined. It was found that an extremely high accumulation of calcium and phosphorus occurred in the common iliac artery at old age, being higher than that of the internal and external iliac arteries. It should be noted that the accumulation of calcium and phosphorus is the highest in the common iliac artery among the human arteries examined to date. Regarding sexual differences, the content of calcium and phosphorus in the common and internal iliac arteries was higher in women than in men, whereas their content in the external iliac artery was lower in women than in men.  相似文献

New sulfur derivatives of phosphoramidite ligands were synthesized and the impact of the sulfur unit on the spectroscopic properties of their rhodium and iridium complexes was investigated. The new ligands Bn2NPSCH2CH2Sa(P-Sa) (Bn = benzyl, 4), Bn2NPSCHCHSa(CH2)3CaH2(P-Sa)(Ca-Sa) (6) and Bn2NP(4-XC6H4OMe)2 (X = S, 7a; X = O, 7b) were converted to the rhodium and iridium complexes trans-[Rh(CO)Cl(L)2] (L = 4, 6, 7), [RhCl(COD)(L)] (L = 4, 6, 7), [IrCl(COD)(7a)] and [IrCl2Cp∗(6)]. For comparison, some phosphoramidite complexes of these formulations also were synthesized. The new metal complexes were spectroscopically analyzed. For the carbonyl complexes, the νCO IR stretching frequencies were lower than for the corresponding phosphite and phosphoramidite ligands. The 1JPRh coupling constants for the rhodium complexes with the new ligands were also smaller than for the respective phosphoramidite and phosphite complexes. Finally, the 1JPSe coupling constants of the selenides of the new ligands were lower than those of the phosphoramidite ligands but higher than for PPh3. The spectroscopic data reveal that the new thio ligands 4, 6 and 7a are more electron donating than phosphites and phosphoramidites but less electron donating than PPh3.  相似文献

Astrocytes transport the monocarboxylate acetate, but synaptosomes do not. The reason for this is unknown, because both preparations express monocarboxylate transporters (MCT). The transport and metabolism of lactate, another monocarboxylate, was examined in these two preparations, and the results were compared to those for acetate. Lactate transport is more rapid in astrocytes than in synaptosomes, but of lower affinity (Kms of 17 and 4 mM, respectively). Lactate (0.2 mM) is metabolized to CO2 more rapidly in synaptosomes than in astrocytes (rates of 0.37 and 0.07 nmol x mg protein(-1) x min(-1), respectively). The reason for this is unclear, but cellular differences in lactate dehydrogenase isotype expression may be involved. Acetate is metabolized to CO2 more rapidly in astrocytes than in synaptosomes (rates of 0.43 and 0.02 nmol x mg protein(-1) x min(-1), respectively). This is likely due to cellular differences in the expression of monocarboxylate transporter subtypes.  相似文献

The ability of partially purified human and guinea-pig haematogenous cell populations, when cultured in vitro, to metabolise arachidonic acid (AA) has been studied. Supernatants from 24 hour cell culture have been subjected to analysis for products of AA metabolism by gas chromatography with electron-capture detection.The cell types studied were human peripheral blood monocytes (both glass adherent and non-adherent), neutrophils, eosinophils and leukemic leucocytes; thoracic duct lymphocytes and lung alveolar macrophages. From the guinea-pig, induced and non-induced macrophage or neutrophil enriched peritoneal exudate populations, lymph node cells, peritoneal eosinophils and peripheral blood platelets were examined. Supernatants were assayed for the presence of PGE2, PGD2, PGF, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF. In all types studied PGE2 and TXB2 were the major products formed. The identification of PGE2 and TXB2 was confirmed by GC/MS with multiple ion monitoring.The results have been compared with other reports and their possible significance discussed in relation to the proposed role of prostaglandins as mediators and modulators in immunopathology.  相似文献

以人胎盘脐带组织为材料,提取组织总RNA,用netRTPCR方法合成人血管能抑素cDNA基因,将该cDNA克隆进pSP72载体获得重组质粒pSP72C, DNA序列分析结果与预期序列一致。用BamHⅠ和NdeⅠ双酶切,切下pSP72C上的血管能抑素cDNA,插入pET3c载体的相应位点获得重组表达质粒pETC, 转化E. coli BL21(DE3), SDSPAGE分析显示:在IPTG诱导下,血管能抑素基因获得了高效表达,表达量约占菌体总蛋白的 27.9 %,主要以包涵体形式存在。包涵体经过洗涤、裂解、蛋白复性以及Sephadex G75凝胶过滤层析等步骤后,获得了纯度达91.4 %的人血管能抑素。CAM实验证明10 μg纯化蛋白就能显著抑制鸡胚新生血管生成。  相似文献

It has been well established that the cytoskeleton is an essential modulator of cell morphology and motility, intracytoplasmic transport and mitosis, however cytoskeletal linkage to the organelles has not been unequivocally demonstrated. Indeed, cytoskeleton appears to be essential in determining and modulating gene phenotype as a function of cellular environment. According to recent studies, the organization of the cytoskeleton network together with associated protein(s) could be essential in regulating mitochondrial function and particularly the permeability of the mitochondrial outer membrane to ADP. The aim of this chapter is to summarize the main properties of the cytoskeletal environment of mitochondria and the possible role(s) of this network in mitochondrial function in myocytes.  相似文献
