通过滤纸酯酶反应法比较 4种有机磷杀虫剂对北京和山东高密地区取食不同寄主植物的棉蚜β-乙酸萘酯 (β -NA)酯酶的抑制作用。结果表明高密地区不同寄主植物上的棉蚜 β -NA酯酶活力高的个体多于北京地区 ,同时辛硫磷对高密地区不同寄主植物上的棉蚜 β -NA酯酶的抑制作用亦高于北京地区 ,而久效磷和DDVP对两地区不同寄主植物上的棉蚜种群中 β-NA酯酶的抑制作用相似。  相似文献

棉蚜抗氧化乐果品系及敏感品系羧酸酯酶性质的比较   总被引:11,自引:5,他引:6  
在室内用氧化乐果逐代筛选的棉蚜抗性品系,相对于敏感品系的抗性倍数是17。用α-乙酸萘酯(α-NA)、α-丁酸萘酯(α-NB)、α-磷酸萘酯(α-NP)和β-磷酸萘酯(β-NP)作底物比较研究了氧化乐果抗性和敏感品系棉蚜Aphis gossypii羧酸酯酶的比活力、米氏常数(Km)和最大反应速度Vmax)等有关的动力学常数。以α-NA和α-NB作底物时,抗性品系棉蚜的比活力显著低于敏感品系的;以α-NP和β-NP作底物时,两个品系棉蚜的比活力、Km和Vmax没有明显差异。用α-NA、β-NA作底物染色做酯酶同工酶电泳,抗性品系棉蚜的酯酶同工酶染色比敏感品系棉蚜的浅。  相似文献

采用寄主转接建立生命表的方法研究了棉花型和黄瓜型棉蚜对不同寄主植物的适应性,以及两寄主型棉蚜是否可通过中间桥梁寄主实现寄主互换的问题。结果表明,两寄主型棉蚜直接互换寄主后,其存活和繁殖力显著下降,表现为棉花型和黄瓜型棉蚜的净增殖率比在原寄主上分别下降980倍和12倍,平均世代寿命缩短5~12d。两寄主型棉蚜均能利用木槿植物,并且适应性没有显著差异。但是两寄主型棉蚜均不能在车前草和大叶黄杨上存活和繁殖后代。西葫芦作物对棉蚜在木槿、棉花和黄瓜寄主上的相互转移起到了重要的桥梁寄主作用。冬寄主木槿上棉蚜可通过甜瓜或西葫芦转移到黄瓜寄主上,棉花和黄瓜上棉蚜也可通西葫芦作物分别转移到黄瓜和棉花作物上,从而形成棉蚜在不同寄主植物间的相互转移通道,造成为害和病毒病的扩张。  相似文献

通过测定烟蚜Myzus persicae(Sulzer)的α-NA羧酸酯酶、β-NA羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽转移酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶的活力,比较了云南5个主要烟区田间烟蚜种群的4种酶的活力频率分布,结果表明,云南5个烟区的烟蚜田间种群的α-NA羧酸酯酶、β-NA羧酸酯酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶的高活力个体均以楚雄和昆明种群较高,昭通种群和丽江种群较低.谷胱甘肽转移酶在5个烟区烟蚜种群间差异不大.  相似文献

通过对棉蚜群体进行室外观察、室内培养和分子遗传标记的DNA多态性分析(用3个微卫星序列为引物进行PCR)等研究,结果表明:1、冬寄主(木槿、石榴和花椒)上棉蚜种群分化较小(种群相似笥指数在0.833-0.917之间),而冬寄主种群和夏寄主(棉花和南瓜)种群之间有较大的分化(种群相似性指数在0.589-0.756之间)。2、棉蚜自然种群是由体色不变的生物型(干母为黄色,其后代始终为黄色)和体色可变型生物型(干母为绿色,其后代有绿色和黄色两种体色)组成的混合种群。3、黄色小型蚜(伏蚜)来源于混合类群,但主要来自绿色干母多代选择分化的黄色后代,也有小部分可能来处在干母黄色的体色不变型。  相似文献

采用酸水溶液提取法获得黄荆(Vitex negundo L.)种子总生物碱粗品,通过生物测定和生化分析方法研究了黄荆种子总生物碱对棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Glover)无翅成蚜的生物活性.结果显示:黄荆种子总生物碱对棉蚜无翅成蚜的触杀毒力较高,对单头棉蚜无翅成蚜的LD50为0.073 μg;用质量浓度0.500、1.000、2.000、4.000和8.000g·L-1总生物碱处理棉蚜无翅成蚜后24、48和72 h的忌避中浓度(AFC50)分别为1.256、1.720和3.923 g·L-1,具有一定的忌避和持续控制作用;用总生物碱LD30剂量(每头0.045 μg)处理棉蚜无翅成蚜,其存活时间较对照缩短7d,单头雌成蚜的繁殖力较对照降低了30.43%;单头棉蚜无翅成蚜每天的平均排蜜频率和排蜜量分别较对照减少了4.26滴和27.10 μg,差异达显著水平.在离体条件下,黄荆种子总生物碱对棉蚜无翅成蚜的羧酸酯酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活力有显著的抑制作用,IC50分别为0.778、1.901和4.216 g·L-1;但对多酚氧化酶的活力则有明显的激活作用,激活程度呈明显的量效关系.用总生物碱LD50剂量(每头0.073 μg)处理棉蚜无翅成蚜后3、6、12和24h,成蚜体内羧酸酯酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活力显著低于对照,而体内的多酚氧化酶活力则显著高于对照.研究结果表明:黄荆种子总生物碱对棉蚜无翅成蚜的杀虫作用机制与其对几种酶活力的影响效应相关.  相似文献

【目的】棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover是一种分布广泛的重要农业害虫,其寄主范围较广。近年发现棉蚜严重为害一种新的寄主植物枸杞Lycium barbarum L.。枸杞是名贵中药材和食物,枸杞上生活的棉蚜的生活史特征尚不清楚。为了更好地预测预报和有效防控枸杞棉蚜,减轻枸杞的受害损失,本研究对栽培枸杞上棉蚜的生物学特性进行了系统研究。【方法】在田间条件下,对青海栽培枸杞树上的棉蚜各蚜型和虫态进行了详细调查,记述了各虫态的形态特征、发育历期、生活史、寄主植物、习性、发生规律及天敌种类。【结果】枸杞树上的棉蚜为害嫩枝梢、叶片、花蕾和果实,引起枸杞果产量和品质严重下降。枸杞棉蚜有6种蚜型,即孤雌蚜(有翅型和无翅型)、性母蚜、性蚜(性雄蚜和性雌蚜)和干母蚜,蚜型间的形态有明显差异,可用于区别不同的生活史阶段。枸杞棉蚜原寄主是枸杞,在青海一年发生10~16代,以滞育卵在枸杞树干和树枝上越冬,翌年4月上中旬开始孵化产生干母,5月产生无翅孤雌蚜进行孤雌生殖,6月开始产生有翅孤雌蚜,在田间迁飞扩散,7月和8月田间出现两次蚜虫数量高峰,孤雌蚜一直延续至9月,田间开始产生性母蚜、性雄蚜和性雌蚜,在枸杞树上进行有性生殖,10月中旬是交配、产卵高峰期,随后卵进入滞育越冬。若虫共4龄。无翅型若蚜期平均10.22±3.32 d,有翅型若蚜期平均9.55±2.53 d;无翅型成蚜寿命平均10.10±1.07 d,有翅型成蚜寿命平均8.97±1.34 d;1代无翅型蚜虫总寿命平均20.32±6.31 d,有翅型蚜虫总寿命平均18.52±4.51 d;孤雌蚜繁殖后代中无翅型若蚜数量平均为17.86±5.66头/雌,有翅型若蚜数量平均为15.33±3.76头/雌。枸杞田捕食和寄生棉蚜的优势天敌有多异瓢虫Hippodamia variegata(Goeze)、七星瓢虫Coccinella septempunctata L.、丽草蛉Chrysopa formosa Brauer和蚜茧蜂。【结论】枸杞树上棉蚜生活周期为全周期型。与其他寄主上的棉蚜比较,枸杞棉蚜体型更大、发育期更长、繁殖后代个数明显较少。在枸杞树上种群数量一年发生有2个高峰期,分别在7月和8月,有别于前人报道的其他寄主上棉蚜种群数量的1个高峰期出现在5-6月。这些差异可能与棉蚜对枸杞寄主和青藏高原环境产生生态适应性有关,其适应机制需进一步探索。  相似文献

系统研究棉蚜在不同寄主植物间地其种群特征的影响。通过Weibull函数模拟,生命表分析和高氏距离分析比较得出,棉蚜从冬寄主向夏寄主转换移时,木槿与石榴、石榴与花椒间表现有明显分离。4种夏寄主间相互转换时也有一定组合间有显著差异,但当经若干代生长、繁殖后4 的种夏寄主上种群作比较时,其差异性均没有达到明显分离的程度。  相似文献

Curcumin is the yellow pigment of turmeric that interacts irreversibly forming an adduct with thioredoxin reductase (TrxR), an enzyme responsible for redox control of cell and defence against oxidative stress. Docking at both the active sites of TrxR was performed to compare the potency of three naturally occurring curcuminoids, namely curcumin, demethoxy curcumin and bis-demethoxy curcumin. Results show that active sites of TrxR occur at the junction of E and F chains. Volume and area of both cavities is predicted. It has been concluded by distance mapping of the most active conformations that Se atom of catalytic residue SeCYS498, is at a distance of 3.56 from C13 of demethoxy curcumin at the E chain active site, whereas C13 carbon atom forms adduct with Se atom of SeCys 498. We report that at least one methoxy group in curcuminoids is necessary for interation with catalytic residues of thioredoxin. Pharmacophore of both active sites of the TrxR receptor for curcumin and demethoxy curcumin molecules has been drawn and proposed for design and synthesis of most probable potent antiproliferative synthetic drugs.  相似文献

The young pistils in the melanthioid tribes, Hewardieae, Petrosavieae and Tricyrteae, are uniformly tricarpellate and syncarpous. They lack raphide idioblasts. All are multiovulate, with bitegmic ovules. The Petrosavieae are marked by the presence of septal glands and incomplete syncarpy. Tepals and stamens adhere to the ovary in the Hewardieae and the Petrosavieae but not in the Tricyrteae. Two vascular bundles occur in the stamens of the Hewartlieae and Tricyrtis latifolia. Ventral bundles in the upper part of the ovary of the Hewardieae are continuous with compound septal bundles and placental bundles in the lower part. Putative ventral bundles occur in the alternate position in the Tricyrteae and putative placental bundles in the opposite. position in the Petrosavieae. Some closely related members of the monocotyledonous familiesAlismataceae, Liliaceae, Juncaceae, Cyperaceae, Poaceae andAraceae with variable modes of pollination (insect- and wind-pollination) were studied in relation to the ultrastructure of pollenkitt and exine (amount, consistency and distribution of pollenkitt on the surface of pollen grains). The character syndromes of pollen cementing in entomophilous, anemophilous and intermediate (ambophilous or amphiphilous) monocotyledons are the same in principal as in dicotyledons. Comparing present with former results one can summarize: 1) The pollenkitt is always produced in the same manner by the anther tapetum in all angiosperm sub-classes. 2) The variable stickiness of entomophilous and anemophilous pollen always depends on the particular distribution and consistency of the pollenkitt, but not its amount on the pollen surface. 3) The mostly dry and powdery pollen of anemophilous plants always contains a variable amount of inactive pollenkitt in its exine cavities. 4) A step-by step change of the pollen cementing syndrome can be observed from entomophily towards anemophily. 5) From the omnipresence of pollenkitt in all wind-pollinated angiosperms studied one can conclude that the ancestors of anemophilous angiosperms probably have been zoophilous (i.e. entomophilous) throughout.
