A simple and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) method combined with flow injection technique was developed for the determination of naproxen. It was based upon the weak CL signal arising from the reaction of KIO4 with H2O2 being significantly increased by naproxen in the presence of europium(III) ion. The experimental conditions that affected the CL signal were carefully optimized and the CL reaction mechanism was briefly discussed. Under the optimum conditions, the increment of CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of naproxen ranging from 5.0 × 10?8 to 5.0 × 10?6 g/mL. The detection limit was 1 × 10?8 g/mL naproxen and the relative standard deviation for 5.0 × 10?7 g/mL naproxen solution was 2.1% (n = 11). The proposed method was applied to the determination of naproxen in tablets and in spiked human urine samples with satisfactory results. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A simple, rapid chemiluminescence (CL) method was described for the determination of piroxicam, a commonly used analgesic agent drug. A strong CL signal was detected when cerium(IV) sulphate was injected into tris‐(4,7‐diphenyl‐1,10‐phenanthrolinedisulphonic acid) ruthenium(II) (RuBPS)–piroxicam solution. The CL signal was proportional to the concentration of piroxicam in the range 2.8 × 10–8–1.2 × 10–5 mol/L. The detection limit was 2 × 10–8 mol/L and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.7% (c = 7.0 × 10–7 mol/L piroxicam; n = 11). The proposed method was applied to the determination of piroxicam in pharmaceutical preparations in capsules, spiked serum and urine samples with satisfactory results. Based on the chemiluminescence (CL) phenomenon of peroxymonosulfate (PMS) and Tb(III) enhanced by its ligand in a micelle microenvironment, a fast and sensitive flow injection CL method for PMS detection was proposed and applied to the analysis of different samples and PMS decomposition. Under the optimized conditions, a linear range was obtained from 4.0 × 10–6 mol L–1 to 2.0 × 10–4 mol L–1 with a high correlation coefficient (r = 0.9997), detection limit of 5.0 × 10–7 mol L–1 (S/N = 3) and relative standard deviation of 2.4% for 1.0 × 10–5 mol L–1 PMS (n = 9). This was successfully applied to the determination of PMS in Virkon powder, tap water, and swimming pool water samples with satisfactory recoveries from 94.8% to 104.8% . In particular, the analytical frequency could be as fast as five samples per minute because there was no reaction step before analysis and the CL phenomenon was instantaneous. Therefore, this CL method has also been successfully applied to investigate the PMS decomposition profiles in carbon material (carbon nanotubes, carbon nanofibres, activated carbon and graphene oxide) catalysis systems, which followed pseudo‐first‐order kinetics with good correlation coefficients (r > 0.9305). Quenching experiments and electron spin resonance spectra verified that the CL phenomenon was due to the formation of singlet oxygen, and that hydroxyl and sulfate radicals might be important in the generation of singlet oxygen. Tb(III) is the luminescent emitter according to the characteristics emission bands of the fluorescence and CL spectra in different media.  相似文献

Perturbation of the tris(2,2′‐bipyridine)ruthenium(II) [Ru(bpy)32+]‐catalyzed Belousov–Zhabotinsky (BZ) oscillating chemiluminescence (CL) reaction induced by l ‐cysteine was observed in the closed system. It was found that the CL intensity was decreased in the presence of l ‐cysteine. Meanwhile, oscillation period and oscillating induction period were prolonged. The sufficient reproducible induction period was used as parameter for the analytical application of oscillating CL reaction. Under the optimum conditions, the changes in the oscillating CL induction period were linearly proportional to the concentration of l ‐cysteine in the range from 8.0 × 10?7 to 5.0 × 10?5 mol L?1 (r = 0.997) with a detection limit of 4.3 × 10?7 mol L?1. The possible mechanism of l ‐cysteine perturbation on the oscillating CL reaction was also discussed. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A simple, fast and accurate chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of sulphite has been developed, based on its sensitizing effect on the CL reaction between a novel water‐soluble iridium complex, [(dpci)2Ir(bvbbi)](PF6) (dpci = 3,4‐diphenylcinnoline; bvbbi = N,N′‐bivinylester‐1H,1′H‐[2,2′] bibenzimidazole) and cerium(IV). Under the optimal experimental conditions, the increased CL response was linear, with the concentration of sulphite over the range 5.0 × 10–7–5.0 × 10–4 mol/L. The detection limit of the method was 1.6 × 10–7 mol/L, with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2.7% for nine repetitive determination of 1.0 × 10–4 mol/L sulphite. The method was successfully applied to the quantitative analysis of sulphite in sugar samples. The possible reaction mechanism of sulphite on the [(dpci)2Ir(bvbbi)](PF6)–cerium(IV) system is also briefly discussed. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Pholcodine is an opiate derivative drug which is widely used in pediatric medicine. In this study, a chemiluminescence (CL) method is described that determines pholcodine in human plasma and syrup samples. This method is based on the fact that pholcodine can greatly enhance the weak CL emission of reaction between tris(1,10 phenanthroline)ruthenium(II), Ru(phen)32+, and acidic Ce(IV). The CL mechanism is described in detail using UV–vis light, fluorescence and CL spectra. Effects of chemical variables were investigated and under optimum conditions, CL intensity was proportional to the pholcodine concentration over the range 4.0 × 10?8 to 8.0 × 10?6 mol  L?1. The limit of detection (LOD) (S/N = 3) was 2.5 × 10?8 mol  L?1. Percent of relative standard deviations (%RSD) for 3.0 × 10?7 and 3.0 × 10?6 mol  L?1 of pholcodine was 2.9 and 4.0%, respectively. Effects of common ingredients were investigated and the method was applied successfully to the determination of pholcodine in syrup samples and human plasma.  相似文献

The method is based on the fact that dipyridamole can enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) emission from the redox reaction of bis (2,4,6‐tricholorophenyl) oxalate (TCPO) with H2O2 in the presence of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). The CL reaction mechanism was discussed. The effect of concentrations of TCPO, H2O2, AgNPs and pH value on the CL reaction were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the linear dynamic range was 1.0–1000 × 10?9 g/mL and the detection limit (3σ) was 9 × 10?10 g/mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.8% for 1.0 × 10?9 g/mL dipyridamole (n = 7). The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of dipyridamole tablets and the recovery was 99–103%. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel flow injection-chemiluminescence (FI–CL) approach is proposed for the assay of pioglitazone hydrochloride (PG-HCl) based on its enhancing influence on the tris(2,2′-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II)–silver(III) complex (Ru(bipy)32+-DPA) CL system in sulfuric acid medium. The possible CL reaction mechanism is discussed with CL and ultraviolet (UV) spectra. The optimum experimental conditions were found as: Ru(bipy)32+, 5.0 × 10−5 M; sulfuric acid, 1.0 × 10−3 M; diperiodatoargentate(III) (DPA), 1.0 × 10−4 M; potassium hydroxide, 1.0 × 10−3 M; flow rate 4.0 ml min−1 for each flow stream and sample loop volume, 180 μl. The CL intensity of PG-HCl was linear in the range of 1.0 × 10−3 to 5.0 mg L−1 (R2 = 0.9998, n = 10) with limit of detection [LOD, signal-to-noise ratio (S/N= 3] of 2.2 × 10−4 mg L−1, limit of quantification (LOQ, S/N = 10) of 6.7 × 10−4 mg L−1, relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.0 to 3.3% and sampling rate of 106 h−1. The methodology was satisfactorily used to quantify PG-HCl in pharmaceutical tablets with recoveries ranging from 93.17 to 102.77 and RSD from 1.9 to 2.8%.  相似文献

In this paper, the novel trivalent copper–periodate complex {K5[Cu(HIO6)2], DPC} has been applied in a luminol‐based chemiluminescence (CL) reaction. Coupled with flow injection (FI) technology, the FI‐CL method was proposed for the determination of lincomycin hydrochloride. The CL reaction between luminol and DPC occurred in an alkaline medium. The CL intensity could be greatly enhanced by lincomycin hydrochloride. The relative CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of lincomycin hydrochloride in the range of 1 × 10?8 to 5 × 10?6 g mL?1 and the detection limit was at the 3.5 × 10?9 g mL?1 level. The relative standard deviation at 5 × 10?8 g mL?1 was 1.7% (n = 9). The sensitive method was successfully applied to the direct determination of lincomycin hydrochloride (ng mL?1) in serum. A possible mechanism of the lumonol–DPC CL reaction was discussed by the study of the CL kinetic characteristics and the spectra of CL reaction. The oxidability of DPC was studied by means of its electrochemical response. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel, sensitive and rapid CL method coupled with high‐performance liquid chromatography separation for the determination of carbamazepine is described. The method was based on the fact that carbamazepine could significantly enhance the chemiluminescence of the reaction of cerium sulfate and tris(2,2‐bipyridyl) ruthenium(II) in the presence of acid. The chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil® (Sigma‐Aldrich) TM RP‐C18 column (id: 150 mm × 4.6 mm, particle size: 5 µm, pore size: 100 Å) with a mobile phase consisting of methanol–water‐glacial acetic acid (70:29:1, v/v/v) at a flowrate of 1.0 mL/min, the total analysis time was within 650 s. Under optimal conditions, CL intensity was linear for carbamazepine in the range 2.0 × 10?8 ~ 4.0 × 10?5 g/mL, with a detection limit of 6.0 × 10?9 g/mL (S/N = 3) and the relative standard detection was 2.5% for 2.0 × 10?6 g/mL (n = 11). This method was successfully applied to the analysis of carbamazepine in human urine and serum samples. The possible mechanism of the CL reaction is also discussed briefly. A two‐channel flow‐injection (FI) method is reported for the determination of iodide and iodine by its enhancement effect on the Ru(bpy)33+–NADH chemiluminescence (CL) system. The limit of detection (3 s of blank) was 1.0 × 10–9 mol/L iodide/iodine, with a sample throughput of 60/h. The calibration graphs over the range 1.0–50 × 10–8 mol/L gave correlation coefficients of 0.9994 and 0.999 (n = 5) with relative standard deviations (RSD; n = 4) of 1.0–2.5%, respectively. The effects of interfering cations, anions and some organic compounds were also studied. The method was applied to iodized salts and pharmaceutical samples and the results obtained were in good agreement with the value quoted. The CL method developed was compared with spectrophotometric method. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Based on the strong enhancement effect of procaterol hydrochloride on the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of Ru(bpy)32+ (bpy = 2,2′‐bipyridine) in an alkaline H3PO4–NaOH buffer solution on a bare Pt electrode, a simple, rapid and sensitive method was developed for the determination of procaterol hydrochloride. The optimum conditions for the enhanced ECL have been developed in detail in this work. Under optimum conditions, the logarithmic ECL enhancement vs. the logarithmic concentration of procaterol hydrochloride is linear over a wide concentration range of 2.0 × 10?7 to 2.0 × 10?4 M (r =  0.9976), with a limit of detection of 1.1 × 10?8 M (S/N =  3), and a relative standard deviation of 2.1% (n =  7, c =  5.0 × 10?6 M). The proposed method was applied to the determination of this drug in tablets with recoveries of 89.7%–98.5%. In addition, a possible mechanism for the enhanced ECL of Ru(bpy)32+, which is caused by ProH, has also been proposed.  相似文献

Chemiluminescence (CL) of the rhodamine 6‐G‐diperiodatonickelate (IV) (Rh6‐G‐Ni(IV) complex) in the presence of Brij‐35 was examined in an alkaline medium and implemented using flow‐injection analysis to analyze Mn(II) in natural waters. Brij‐35 was identified as the surfactant of choice that enhanced CL intensity by about 62% of the reaction. The calibration curves were linear in the range 1.7 × 10?3 – 0.2 (0.9990, n = 7) and 8.0 × 10?4 – 0.1 μg ml?1 (0.9990, n = 7) with limits of detection (LODs) (S:N = 3) of 5.0 × 10?4 and 2.4 × 10?4 μg ml?1 without and with using an in‐line 8‐hydroxyquinoline (8‐HQ) resin mini‐column, respectively. The sample throughput and relative standard deviation were 200 h?1 and 1.7–2.2% in the range studied respectively. Mn(II) concentrations in certified reference materials and natural water samples was successfully determined. A brief discussion about the possible CL reaction mechanism is also given. In addition, analysis of V(III), Cr(III) and Fe(II) was also performed without and with using an in‐line 8–HQ column and selective elution of each metal ion was achieved by adjusting the pH of the sample carrier stream with aqueous HCl solution.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and precise flow‐injection–chemiluminescence (FI–CL) method is presented for the determination of tenoxicam in pharmaceutical preparations and biological samples. The method is based on the weak chemiluminescence signal arising from the reaction of cerium(IV) in a nitric acid medium with sodium hyposulphite being significantly increased by tenoxicam in the presence of sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate. Several experimental parameters affecting the CL reaction were examined and optimized systematically. Under the optimum conditions, the CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of tenoxicam in the range 7.0 × 10–11–5.0 × 10–8 g/mL. The detection limit was 2.3 × 10–11 g/mL tenoxicam and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.1% for 1.0 × 10–9 g/mL tenoxicam solution (n = 11). The proposed method was applied to the determination of tenoxicam in pharmaceutical preparations, serum and human urine, with satisfactory results. The possible mechanism of the chemiluminescence reaction is also briefly discussed. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

It was found that meloxicam could enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) of the tris(2,2'‐bipyridine) ruthenium(II)–Ce(IV) system in the medium of sulfate acid. Based on this phenomenon a new flow‐injection system with chemiluminescent detection has been proposed for determination of meloxicam. Under optimum conditions, meloxicam had a good linear relationship with the CL intensity in the concentration range of 6.0  10?4 to 1.0 µg/mL and the detection limit was 3.7 × 10?4 µg/mL. The proposed method was applied to detect meloxicam in tablets and a satisfactory recovery was obtained. The possible mechanism for this CL system is also discussed in this paper. A simple chemiluminometric method using flow injection has been developed for the determination of laevodopa, based on its sensitizing effect on the weak chemiluminescence (CL) reaction between Na2SO3 and acidic KMnO4. Under optimum experimental conditions, the CL intensity was linearly related to the concentration of laevodopa from 3.4 × 10–8 to 2.4 × 10–5 mol/L and the detection limit was 1.1 × 10–8 mol/L (s:n = 3). The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the proposed method calculated from 20 replicate injection of 3 × 10–7 mol/L laevodopa was 3.3%. The correlation coefficient was 0.997. The method was successfully applied to the determination of laevodopa in commercial pharmaceutical formulations and spiked urine samples. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel, rapid and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) method combined with flow‐injection (FI) has been established for the estimation of olanzapine. This method is based on the CL signal generated between N‐chlorosuccinimide and olanzapine in an alkaline medium in the presence of calcein and Zn(II). Under optimum conditions, the CL signal was proportional to the olanzapine concentration ranging from 1.0 × 10‐10 to 3.0 × 10‐7 g/mL. The detection limit is 8.9 × 10‐11 g/mL olanzapine (3σ) and the relative standard deviation for 3.0 × 10‐9 g/mL of olanzapine is 1.9% (n = 11). The current CL method was applied to determine olanzapine in pharmaceutical formulations and biological fluids with satisfactory results. The possible CL reaction mechanism is discussed briefly. A flow injection (FI) method is reported for the determination of l‐ cysteine, based on its enhancement on chemiluminescence (CL) emission of luminol oxidized by sodium persulphate in alkaline solution. The calibration graph was linear over the range 1.0 × 10–9–5.0 × 10–7 mol/L (r2 = 0.9992), with relative standard deviations (RSDs) in the range 1.1–2.3% (n = 4). The limit of detection (3σ blank) was 5.0 × 10–10 mol/L with a sample throughput of 120/h. The method was applied to pharmaceuticals and the results obtained were in reasonable agreement with the amount labelled. The proposed method was also applied to cysteine in synthetic amino acid mixtures. Calibration graphs of N‐acetylcysteine and glutathione over the range 1.0–50 × 10–8 and 0.5–7.5 × 10–7 mol/L were also established (r2 = 0.998 and 0.9986) with RSDs in the range 1.0–2.0% (n = 4), and the limits of detection (3σ blank) were 5.0 × 10–9 and 1.0 × 10–8 mol/L, respectively. The chemiluminescence (CL) behaviour of the luminol–potassium periodate system enhanced by CdTe quantum dots capped with thioglycolic acid (TGA–CdTe QDs) was studied using kinetic experiments, CL spectra, UV–vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra. The production of oxygen‐containing reactant intermediates (O2?? and OH?) in the present CL system was verified by CL. The possible CL mechanism was discussed in detail. Furthermore, theophylline (THP) was determined based on its enhancement of the CL intensity of the CdTe QDs–luminol–potassium periodate system coupled with a flow‐injection technique. Under these optimized conditions, the linear range was found to be from 1.0 × 10?8 to 1.0 × 10?5 g/mL with a detection limit of 2.8 × 10?9 g/mL (3σ). The recoveries for the determination of THP in tablets were from 98.2 to 99.6%.  相似文献
