四川省螱类研究——Ⅰ.成都、西昌地区螱类三新种记述

近年来,作者等曾多次赴四川全省各地进行螱类(即白蚁)调查,收集到大批螱类标本,其中还采有大量原螱属(Hodotermopsis Holmgren)标本,至此,我国产四科螱类:木螱科(Kalotermitidae)、原螱科(Tcrmopsidae)鼻螱科(Rhinotermitidae)、螱科(Tcrmitidac)在四川省均已采到。另外,堆砂螱属(Cryptotermes Banks)、亮螱属(Euhamitermes)的标本和叶螱属(Lobitemes Holmgren)的标本在四川省也已采到。 现将成都地区的螱类和已鉴定的成都、西昌地区的部分螱类新种报告于后。     

中国土螱属新种记述(等翅目:大螱亚科)

作者最近在整理历年来收集的螱类标本中,发现我国土螱属(Genus Odontotermes)有四个新种,现描述于后,所有模式标本均保存在中国科学院上海昆虫研究所。     

钝颚螱属Ahmadiermes一新种

我国产钝颚螱属Ahmaditermes Akhtar计有七种:1.粗鼻钝颚螱Ahmaditermes crassinasus Li;2.角头钝颚螱A.deltocephalus(Tsai et Chen);3.贵州钝颚螱A.guizhouensis Li et Ping;4.梨头钝颚螱A.pyricepalus Akhtar;5.四川钝颚螱A.sichuanensis Xia,Gao et Pan;6.中国钝颚螱3A.sinensis Tsai et Huang;7.丘额钝颚螱A.sinuosus(Tsai et Chen)。作者在整理四川省产钝颚螱属标本时,又发现一新种,现介绍如下:渡口钝颚螱A.dukouensis sp.nov.兵螱(图A—D):头部橙黄色;鼻基部色稍深;象鼻为赤褐色;触角色近似头色;前胸背板前部为浅赤褐色,后…     

中国等翅目的分类——Ⅰ.盖(尉虫)属(新属)及其二新种与三新亚种的描述和记录(犀(尉虫)科,异(尉虫)亚科)

本文发表了犀螱科Rhinotermitidae异螱亚科Heterotermitinae的一个新属,并记述了所属2个新种及其中1个新种所包括的3个新亚种: 盖螱属Operculitermes新属 中华盖螱Operculitermes sinensis新种 中华亚种 Operculitermes sinensis sinensis新亚种 阔颏亚种 Operculitermes sinensis latipedunculus新亚种 倾头亚种 Operculitermes sinensis inclinatus新亚种 侏儒盖螱 Operculitermes minutus新种最后对异螱亚科属间及盖螱属种间的系统演化,进行了讨论。     

白蚁与动物及微生物的共生类型及其机制

综述了白蚁螱客的主要种类、共生关系及相关机制的研究进展。白蚁螱客中,已报道的动物种类达170种。在与动物的共生关系中存在偏利共生（宾主共栖和异种共栖）、互利共生和无关共生三种;在与微生物的共生关系中,存在与内生菌（原生动物、细菌、真菌和放线菌）和外生菌（蚁巢伞菌等）间的互利关系。指出了白蚁与螱客研究中存在的问题,给出了解决方案,并提出了今后可能的研究热点或方向,为白蚁的综合利用（如纤维素酶）及今后研究物种间的协同进化提供了基础资料。     

中国等翅目的分类 2.“扭颚(尉虫)型”的三个新种(地(尉虫)科)

螱类中有所谓“扭颚螱型”(capritermes typus,Holmgren,Nils.1913—14),或“扭颚螱状种’(capritermes-like species,Light,S.F.,1929)。我们在鉴定标本中,发现这一类型的螱类,共有六个属是:奇扭螱属(Mirocapritermes)、奇螱属[Mirotermes(Termes)]、平螱属(Homallotermes)、原扭螱属(Procapritermes)、拟扭螱属(Pseudocapritermes)、扭     

中国短象蜡蝉属一新种记述(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,象蜡蝉科)

记述采自中国海南、贵州、广东的短象蜡蝉属Dictyopharina Melichar(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,象蜡蝉科,象蜡蝉亚科)1新种,即六突短象蜡蝉D.hexasaca sp.nov.。编制了短象蜡蝉属分种检索表,提供了新种的鉴别特征图。新种模式标本保存于贵州大学昆虫研究所。     

A NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS DICTΥOPHARINA MELICHAR (HEMIPTERA, FULGOROIDEA, DICTYOPHARIDAE) FROM CHINA

记述采自中国海南、贵州、广东的短象蜡蝉属Dictyopharina Melichar(半翅目,蜡蝉总科,象蜡蝉科,象蜡蝉亚科)1新种,即六突短象蜡蝉D.hexasaca sp.nov..编制了短象蜡蝉属分种检索表,提供了新种的鉴别特征图.新种模式标本保存于贵州大学昆虫研究所.     

四川省树螱四新种(等翅目:木螱科)

直颚树螱Glyptotermes orthognathus Ping et Chen,兵（尉虫） （图1）体小型。头黄褐色,额面稍淡,上颚紫褐色,上唇、触角淡黄褐色,前胸背板和腹部淡黄白色,足腿节、胫节同腹部,跗节黄色。     

木鼻螱属一新种记述(等翅目:鼻螱科、木鼻螱亚科)

1973年12月份,作者之一在四川省成都市地区采集一批螱类标本,经整理鉴定,其中有一种为木鼻螱属(Stylotermes Holmgren)的一新种。     

Quadruplexes of human telomere DNA analogs designed to contain G:A:G:A,G:G:A:A,and A:A:A:A tetrads

Replacement of two to four guanines by adenines in the human telomere DNA repeat dG₃(TTAG₃)₃ did not hinder the formation of quadruplexes if the substitutions took place in the terminal tetrad bridged by the diagonal loop of the intramolecular antiparallel three‐tetrad scaffold, as proved by CD and PAGE in both Na⁺ and K⁺ solutions. Thermodynamic data showed that, in Na⁺ solution, the dG₃(TTAG₃)₃ quadruplex was destabilized, the least by the two G:A:G:A tetrads, the most by the G:G:A:A tetrad in which the adenosines replaced syn‐guanosines. In physiological K⁺ solution, the highest destabilization was caused by the 4A tetrad. In K⁺, only the unmodified dG₃(TTAG₃)₃ quadruplex rearranged into a K⁺‐dependent quadruplex form, none of the multiple adenine‐modified structures did so.
