This article explores the experience of formal and informal steel labour in the contexts of the factory, the family, and the neighbourhood in 'Endcliffe', an ex-industrial district of Sheffield, UK. The article reiterates Claude Meillassoux's claim, in his book Maidens , meal and money , that the informal economy is an ideological space for the cheap reproduction of labour in the interests of capital. Nevertheless, it also examines subjective and ethnographic understandings of the meanings of 'capital' and 'labour' and of the political nature of their shifting boundaries. In Endcliffe, capitalist subcontracting, state welfare, and economic policies of local regeneration have increased the informalization and casualization of steel labour and blurred the social spaces of the factory, the family, and the neighbourhood. The increased permeability between formal and informal economic processes and the re-embeddedness of production in the social and political texture of the neighbourhood tangles idioms of kinship and capitalist ideologies of production and turns the structural conflict between 'capital' and 'labour' into a generational and gender conflict within the working class. The article shows that the 'New Labour' government's attempt to transform Britain into a post-industrial and classless society has paradoxically fostered the re-emergence of ancient modes of production and forms of bonded labour.  相似文献

河岸带的植被与土壤是生态系统重要组成部分,对于维持河岸带的生态健康、生态系统服务与可持续性具有至关重要的作用。水文变化是河岸带生态系统的首要干扰因子,系统总结了水文变化对河岸带植被的特征以及植被形态、群落分布、繁殖、生存策略的影响,并阐述了河岸带水文和植被对土壤氮磷迁移转化的影响机制。根系作为土壤与植物地上部分之间物质、能量流动与信号传导的关键纽带,目前对根系的研究还较欠缺,需要加强水文变化对河岸带湿地植物根系形态、结构、功能特征的影响机理研究,以及湿地植物对水文变化的适应机制和耐受阈值方面的探究。在微观方面,应加强水文变化与植被等多因素耦合对土壤氮磷迁移转化过程的机理研究。河流形态和土壤的多样性决定着河岸带水文作用特征的复杂性,今后需注重河岸带个性特征与水文响应的关系研究。河岸带是横向的水陆生态过渡带和河流上下游的纵向生态廊道,亟需综合考虑和模拟流域土壤、植被与水文、人类活动之间的耦合关系,预测未来气候与社会经济情境下的河岸带生态系统演变规律,为河岸带生态系统的生态调节、生物多样性保护与生态恢复等提供理论依据与技术支撑。  相似文献

基于红外线辐射增温与控水相结合的原位模拟试验资料,分析了克氏针茅(Stipa krylovii)枯黄期对水热变化响应的光合生理机制。结果表明: 增温背景下降水是枯黄期的主要影响因子,增水(减水)导致枯黄始期和枯黄盛期的发生时间均延迟(提前),枯黄期持续时间均延长,减水处理对枯黄期持续时间的延长作用更显著。增温背景下,降水变化显著影响枯黄期的生理生态特性,且在枯黄始期最为显著,净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸(RuBP)羧化的最大速率(Vc max)、RuBP再生能力的最大速率(Jmax)均与降水量呈显著正相关。通径分析表明,克氏针茅枯黄期的光合生理机制因水热变化的不同而异。当前环境条件下,枯黄期物候变化的主要影响因子是Jmax,主要限制因子是Vc max。未来暖干和暖湿气候下枯黄期物候变化的主要影响因子均是Vc max;但在暖干气候下主要限制因子为Jmax,而在暖湿气候下则无限制因子。这表明克氏针茅枯黄期物候的变化取决于气候环境条件变化对其光合能力的影响。  相似文献

Special features of the use of homo- and heteronuclear correlation methods of NMR in one and two dimensions for studying the spatial structure and intramolecular dynamics of modified analogues of steroid hormones (MASH) are considered. The application of these methods to the assignment of resonances in the high-field 1H NMR region and to the determination of the most stereospecifically important parameters, such as the vicinal constants of spin-spin coupling (3JH-H) and nuclear Overhauser effects (NOE), are discussed using the example of NMR studies of some estrogens and androgens at 300 MHz and on the basis of literature data. The most efficient combination of the methods and the necessary modification of each of them may be chosen considering the spectral and relaxation parameters of MASH in liquid medium, including the anisotropy of the overall diffusive motion. The characteristics of MASH are the wide use of correlations through long-range couplings (COSY-45 and DQF-COSY), the application of the 4,5JH-H constants for the determination of spatial structure, and the advantage of heteronuclear HSQC methods with and without 13C decoupling over the corresponding HMQC methods in both resolution and sensitivity. In the conformationally rigid MASH molecules, the anisotropy of the MASH diffusive motion in liquid adversely affects the determination of interproton distances by the calibrating processing method for the NOE difference and NOESY spectra: it results in both overestimated and underestimated distance values depending on the polar angle ratios of the reference and the determined distances. Under certain conditions, conformationally mobile MASH demonstrate the additional contribution of the scalar relaxation mechanism between the indirectly (scalarly) bound protons. This mechanism is responsible for the underestimated values of NOE and the corresponding errors in the distance determination.  相似文献

芒果炭疽病是芒果生长期和采后贮藏期的主要病害之一,严重影响芒果的产量和品质。本文从芒果炭疽病的症状、病原菌分类鉴定、生物学特性、侵染特性及致病机理等方面进行综述;针对芒果炭疽病症状复杂、我国芒果炭疽病病原菌未获详细而系统的研究,指出全面了解我国芒果炭疽病的病原菌种类及优势种群,明确我国芒果炭疽菌的致病力强弱,有助于研究该病的发生流行规律,为抗病材料的选育和抗病品种在田间的合理布局提供参考。提出对我国芒果炭疽菌的抗药性进行系统监测分析,可防止或减缓芒果炭疽菌对杀菌剂抗药性的产生,从而有效减少化学农药的用量,为研究芒果炭疽病绿色防控新策略、新方法和新药剂奠定基础。  相似文献

Experiments were conducted on 117 rabbits and cells of the macrophage cultures in vitro by the methods of clinico-laboratory, quantitative microbiological, immunological, electron microscopic and microcinematographic examination; a study was made of the interaction of the typhoid causative agent with the cells of the organism and the macrophage cultures and also of some aspects of the immune response during acute typhoid infection and carrier state. Infection was modelled by the enteral, subconjunctival and intrabonemarrow infection with 24-hour culture of the typhoid bacillus (strain Ty2 4446). Experiments demonstrated that structural reconstruction of both the causative agent and of the cells of the organism, of the culture macrophages and their organoids occurred in the course of the first hour after the infection. Homogenates of the lymphoid and myeloid tissues and also of the macrophages and polymorphonuclears possessed bactericidal activity against S. typhi. The degree of this activity largely depended on the pH of the medium. It was also shown that under conditions of the macrophage culture sodium aside inhibited the bactericidal activity of macrophages obtained from the intact and immune animals.  相似文献

MwAG基因是调控红花玉兰(Magnolia wufengensis)雌雄蕊发育的关键转录因子。采用半定量RT-PCR、Northern blot杂交和实时荧光定量PCR技术检测了MwAG基因在红花玉兰花芽形态分化几个关键时期表达的组织特异性和表达水平的变化。研究结果表明, MwAG基因仅在红花玉兰雌雄蕊中表达, 而在幼叶、外轮花被和内轮花被中不表达。在花器官形态分化过程中, MwAG基因在雌雄蕊原基分化期和雌雄蕊成熟期均维持在一个较高的水平, 且在雄蕊中的表达波峰早于雌蕊, 这与雌雄蕊形态分化的时间基本吻合; 在花芽分化早期, 相同大小的花芽, 瓣数越多, MwAG基因在雌雄蕊中的表达量越低, 其结果与不同瓣数雌雄蕊分化的时间一致, 即瓣数越多, 雌雄蕊分化越晚。  相似文献

The diffusion of intracellular fluid and solutes is mainly limited by the density and the geometry of crossbridges between cytoskeletal polymers mediating the formation of an integrated cytoplasmic scaffold. Evidence for specific relationships between water and cytoskeletal polymers arises from the effect of heavy water on their polymerization process in vitro and on the cytoskeleton of living cells. The hydration of cytoskeletal subunits is modified through polymerization, a mechanism which may be involved in the direct contribution of the cytoskeleton to the osmotic properties of cells together with changes of hydration of polymers within networks. The dynamic properties of the hydration layer of cytoskeletal polymers may reflect the repetitive distribution of the surface charges of subunits within the polymer lattice, thus inducing a local and long range ordering of the diffusion flows of water and solutes inside polymer networks. The interactions between subunits in protofilaments and between protofilaments determine the specific viscoelastic properties of each type of polymer, regulated by associated proteins, and the mechanical properties of the cell through the formation of bundles and gels. Individual polymers are interconnected into dynamic networks through crossbridging by structural associated proteins and molecular motors, the activity of which involves cooperative interactions with the polymer lattice and likely the occurence of coordinated modifications of the hydration layer of the polymer surface. The cytoskeletal polymers are polyelectrolytes which constitute a large intracellular surface of condensed anionic charges and form a buffering structure for the sequestration of cations involved in the regulation of intracellular events. This property allows also the association of cytoplasmic enzymes and multimolecular complexes with the cytoskeleton, facilitating metabolic channelling and the localization of these complexes in specific subdomains of the cytoplasm. The consequences of interactions between membranes and the cytoskeleton in all cellular compartments range from the local immobilization and clustering of lipids and membrane proteins to the regulation of water and ion flows by the association of cytoskeletal subunits or polymers with transmembrane channels. The possibility that the polyelectrolyte properties of the cytoskeletal polymers contribute to the modulation of membrane potentials supports the hypothesis of a direct involvement of the cytoskeleton in intercellular communications.  相似文献

为探讨青藏高原高寒草甸对短期禁牧的响应,设置冬季自由放牧和短期(2年)禁牧的对比试验。采用随机样方法调查植被群落盖度,分析地上和地下生物量、根冠比、植被地上和地下部分以及表层(0-10cm)土壤全碳、全氮和全磷含量、生态化学计量以及营养元素的关联性。研究结果显示:1)短期禁牧显著改变高寒草甸植被盖度、地上生物量、根冠比、植被全磷含量和N∶P,以及土壤全磷含量。2)相关性分析表明,禁牧后土壤全碳含量与植被地上全碳含量呈显著相关性,自由放牧后土壤全碳和全氮含量分别与植被地下部分全碳和全氮含量呈显著相关性。结果表明,不同的草原管理措施(禁牧、放牧)会改变高寒草甸植被与土壤养分分配及其平衡关系,同时,植被与表层土壤主要养分含量之间的关联性仅存在于部分植物器官与部分营养元素之间。  相似文献

Blocking technology is one of the most important means to obtain score in volleyball, which has a great influence on the victory of the game. In this study, the vertical jump was analyzed to understand the movement characteristics of legs during training time. The kinematics and dynamics data of the legs of 10 volleyball players after training for 0 h, 0.5 h, 1 h and 2 h were studied by using an infrared light point motion capture system and force measuring platform. The results showed that the joint angles of the players who had 1 h and 2 h of training in the buffering and pedaling and stretching stages decreased markedly compared with those who had 0 h of training. The peak angular velocity and impulse of hip and knee joints after 1 h and 2 h of training decreased in the pedaling and stretching stage. In the flight stage, the time of flight and the height of center of gravity showed a downward trend, while the time of landing and the angle of the knee joint decreased. After 1 h and 2 h of training, at the moment of double-foot landing, the flexion and extension angle of the knee joint increased, and the angular velocity of the knee joint and ankle joint decreased markedly. The length of training time has a great impact on the joints of legs, including increasing joint pressure and the risk of injuries.  相似文献

自然微生物是影响葡萄生理生长和葡萄酒质量的重要因素,广泛存在于葡萄和葡萄酒的生态系统中。其中,微生物的种类、数量和生长分布取决于气候、土壤、生长时期和发酵过程控制等多种因素。自然状态下,葡萄微生态系统的物种组成和代谢作用直接影响葡萄藤的健康和葡萄酒的发酵质量,并产生特定的葡萄酒风土特征。因此,本文对现有研究的葡萄园土壤、果实和葡萄酒自然发酵过程中的真菌和细菌的群落多样性和动态变化,及其代谢酶类对葡萄酒质量特性的影响进行了综述,以期通过对微生物群落的生理代谢和生态作用的全面认识,探究葡萄微生态的互作机理和代谢功能,促使微生物群落向葡萄和葡萄酒有益的方向发展,从而达到葡萄生态系统可持续、高质量发展的目的。  相似文献

都市生态旅游区是都市生态系统重要的组成部分,聚焦其土地利用碎片化对区域生态系统服务价值的影响,有助于促进都市生态旅游区的保护与合理开发,维护都市生态系统服务的稳定。结合RS、GIS技术量化评估2000—2015年武汉东湖生态旅游区土地生态系统服务价值,并通过景观格局指数测定土地利用碎片化程度,进而理清土地利用和生态系统服务价值的时空演化趋势,最后剖析土地利用碎片化对生态系统服务价值的影响。结果表明:(1)2000—2015年,主要地类向建设用地转换量较大;土地景观明显碎片化趋势,斑块密度由1.67升至1.96,景观多样性指数则由1.59增至1.71。(2)15年间,土地生态系统整体及各项服务价值均呈逐年下降趋势,总价值减少6248.81万元,水域占总体服务价值的80%左右。(3)草地和耕地的面积变化与部分调节性和供给性功能的价值变化呈显著正相关,水域的面积变化对部分支持性和文化性功能的价值和总体价值的下降具有显著推动作用;区域景观斑块密度指数、景观多样性指数和林地、水域的破碎度指数变化与部分支持性和文化性功能的价值变化存在显著相关;水域的碎片化成为东湖观光游憩等文化性功能的价值及生态系统服务总价值下降的关键因素。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of the single intake of a high-energy and high-fat meal, of that of a moderate-energy and high-carbohydrate meal, and of fasting, which are major global eating patterns involving the combination of various levels of energy and nutrients, on heart rate variability in healthy young males. Participants were assigned to three groups: the high-energy and high-fat meal group, the moderate-energy and high-carbohydrate meal group, and the fasting group (no meal) in a randomized crossover design. The R-R intervals were continuously recorded before and after meals. Physiological and psychological data were obtained before and 30, 60, 90, and 120 min after meal intake. The main results were: (1) decreased sympathetic modulation of the heart and increased parasympathetic modulation of the heart in the fasting group, indicated by an unchanged heart rate, a decreased lowfrequency/high-frequency ratio, and increased high-frequency power of heart rate variability in the fasting group; (2) cardiac sympathetic activation or parasympathetic withdrawal after the intake of either a high-energy and high-fat meal or a moderate-energy and high-carbohydrate meal, indicated by increases in the heart rate and the low-frequency/high-frequency ratio of heart rate variability, and a decrease in the high-frequency power of heart rate variability in both the high-energy and high-fat meal group and the moderate-energy and high-carbohydrate meal group; and (3) the high-energy and high-fat meal group and the moderate-energy and high-carbohydrate meal group showed similar movement in physiological and psychological measurements after the meal intake. In conclusion, the intake of the high-energy and high-fat meal and the moderate-energy and high-carbohydrate meal similarly activated sympathetic modulation of the heart, whereas fasting suppressed sympathetic modulation of the heart compared with the other two eating groups in healthy young males.  相似文献

On the basis of ichthyoplankton surveys made in June 2004–2005 and 2007, June–July 2010, and July 2011 in these bays and beyond them (in open waters of the White Sea Basin and adjacent areas of the Gorlo) larvae of White Sea herring were absent. Principal aggregations of larvae are found in the Kandalaksha Bay in June 2004–2005 and 2007. In the Onega Bay and in the Dvina Bay surveyed in June 2007 abundance of larvae was ratter low and in June–July 2010 and July 2011 in these bays and beyond them (in open waters of the White Sea Basin and adjacent areas of the Gorlo) larvae of White Sea herring were absent. Within the Kandalasksha Bay, from year to year, there were two disconnected aggregations of larvae. The space between them was situated in the open part of the bay along the transect of the Chupa Estuary and the Umba Estuary. One of the aggregations of larvae occupied the tail of the bay, and the second aggregation occupied the ante-mouth and mouth areas of the Chupa Estuary. It is supposed that these aggregations result from spawning of two independent spawning groups of the White Sea herring spawning in isolated regions of the Kandalaksha Bay. Presence of the bulk of larvae of the White Sea herring within the limits of the Kandakaksha Bay and their almost complete absence at the boundary of the bay with the White Sea Basin and at the boundaries between the Onega Bay and the Dvina Bay and the Basin support the hypothesis on the absence of an exchange with larvae between stocks of the White Sea herring spawning in large bays of the White Sea. The larvae are retained within shallow waters of the Kandalaksha Bay by the system of two-layer water circulation in the areas of spawning of herring in bays and gulfs of the estuarine type. Their drift outside of the Onega Bay and the Dvina Bay may be delimited by frontal divides at their boundaries with the Basin.  相似文献

The paper contains results of investigations on statistical developmental interrelations between the weight of brain, heart, lungs, liver, spleen, kidneys, adrenal glands and thymus, and the total length, the crown-rump length and the body weight, and the circumference of head, shoulders, chest and abdomen of fetuses and newborns in the age from 17 to 43 weeks of life. The character and the force of the relations between the degree of the development of the weight of organs and the body dimensions was investigated by statistical methods on three levels. On the basis of the value of linear correlation coefficients, statistical relations were determined between the weight of the particular organs and the particular sometic features. The dependence between the particular organs and the complex of somatic features was determined on the basis on the multiple regression analysis. On the other hand the relation between two complexes of features, i.e. all organs and all somatic features was investigated with the help of canonical correlation coefficients. The analysis of results indicated that between the weight of internal organs and the somatic features in the fetal period there exists a statistical developmental relation. The developmental relations are most strongly marked between the 6th and the 10th months of intrauterine life, while in the 5th month of life and in postmature fetuses and newborns they are weaker.  相似文献

The present study describes the fetal regions ethmoidalis and orbitotemporalis of the cranium of Galea musteloides and Kerodon rupestris and compares them with Galea spixii and Cavia porcellus . The fetal crania of these representatives of the Caviinae were serially sectioned and 3D plate reconstructions were built. For a broader scope, serially sectioned heads of the caviomorph taxa Hydrochaeris hydrochaeris and Dasyprocta leporina were also examined. The ethmoidal and orbitotemporal regions of the cranium provides characters that are pertinent to the discussion of systematics of the Caviinae. Nine cranial characters were identified as being significant and discussed phylogenetically. Taking the monophyly of the Cavioidea as given, two characters are autapomorphic for the genus Galea: the reduction of the crista semicircularis and the lacrimale forming the 'arco antorbitario' (Kraglievich 1930). Cavia is the sister group of Galea; synapomorphic characters are the extent of the processus palatinus medialis of the praemaxillare and the presence lamina pterygoidea of the alisphenoid. There were no apomorphic characters of the structural complexes examined that could support the Caviinae. The reduced and nonperforated alisphenoid is an autapomorphic feature of the Caviidae. The division of the nasoturbinale is evidence for a sistergroup relationship of the Hydrochaeridae and the Caviidae. Autapomorphic characters for the Cavioidea include the ventrolateral opening of the organon vomeronasale and the lateral prolongation of the lacrimale.  相似文献

The study was carried out on dogs by the secretory-motor method with a two-side reinforcement. Simultaneous and unilateral lesion of the premotor cortex and of the dorsal part of the caudate nucleus head brought about prolonged disturbances of the vegetative components (pulse and respiratory rate) and in the choice of the side of food reinforcement. The change in the magnitude of conditioned salivation, latencies of secretion and motor reaction was temporary, and by the end of the third postoperative period their initial magnitudes were restored. The duration of the disturbances of higher nervous activity depended on the localization and extent of lesion of the caudate nucleus head. Tests were made with chlorpromazine and caffeine before and after the lesion of the brain structures. The tests in the postoperative period revealed latent disturbances in the dog higher nervous activity. It is assumed that the premotor cortex and the dorsal part of the caudate nucleus head are one of the sub-systems involved in the regulation of vegetative, somatic components of unconditioned behaviour and in the analysis of conditioned stimuli.  相似文献
