以4年生‘贝达’嫁接的早熟葡萄品种‘瑞都香玉’为试材,研究设施促早栽培条件下,紫外光、蓝光和红蓝光不同光质补光对果实品质的影响,结果表明: 促早栽培节能日光温室内环境属于典型的弱蓝紫光和弱紫外光环境.与对照(未补光)相比,夜间6 h的蓝光和紫外光补光处理可显著加快葡萄果实发育过程中质量和果粒纵横径的增大、果实糖含量的升高以及酸含量的下降,红蓝光效果不明显.果实成熟期紫外光补光处理果实的单粒质量最高,蓝光与红蓝光处理显著高于对照;蓝光补光处理果实葡萄糖、果糖和总糖含量最高,紫外光次之,红蓝光略高于对照.与对照相比,蓝光补光处理可显著加快果实中里那醇、α-萜品醇、橙花醇等萜烯类组分含量高峰的出现,而紫外光、红蓝光补光处理差异较小.果实成熟期蓝光补光处理果实中里那醇、香茅醇等萜烯类物质含量最高,紫外光补光处理里那醇含量较高,香叶醇、己醛、E-2-己烯醛等主要香气物质的含量最高,而红蓝光补光处理里那醇的含量与对照相比有所降低.紫外光、蓝光和红蓝光3种光质补光处理均增加了果实中醛酮类物质的种类及含量.表明蓝光补光处理果实发育最快,成熟最早,糖含量最高,里那醇等萜烯类物质含量高峰出现的时间最早;紫外光补光处理果实的单粒质量最大,主要萜烯类组分含量高;红蓝光补光处理对改善果实品质的效果不明显.  相似文献

2种生物有机肥对葡萄芳香物质组分的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
于7月22日对5年生‘贵人香’葡萄分别用生物有机肥Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号进行0.02%根施和0.01%叶面喷施处理,待果实成熟后(9月22日),采用固相微萃取技术及气相-质谱联用技术测定葡萄果实的芳香物质含量,以探讨2种生物有机肥对‘贵人香’葡萄果实香气组分的影响。结果表明,(1)2种生物有机肥各处理的芳香化合物的检出种类分别为33、28、31、27种,均显著高于对照的22种,但对芳香化合物检出率的影响不显著。(2)使用生物有机肥对‘贵人香’葡萄果实中相对含量最多的4种芳香化合物2-己烯醛、己醛、2-己烯-1-醇、1-己醇的影响不显著,但可显著提高具有特殊香味的橙花醇、里那醇、松油醇、大马酮的相对含量,其中根施0.02%生物有机肥Ⅰ号与对照的差异最显著,橙花醇、里那醇、大马酮相对含量较对照分别提高了320.0%、485.7%、860.0%,松油醇的相对含量为0.63%,在对照中未检测出。(3)使用生物有机肥可以显著提高葡萄果实中酮、酯、酸、苯衍生物、烯烃类化合物相对含量,各处理均显著高于对照。  相似文献

以‘紫金红霞’葡萄为试验材料,在果实转色前分别进行5种不同类型果袋(白色纸袋、无纺布 白纸双层袋、绿色纸袋、蓝色纸袋、棕色纸袋)套袋处理,以不套袋为对照,测定不同发育时期葡萄果实的单果重、果粒纵横径、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸,及总花色苷含量等生理指标,并利用qRT PCR技术分析不同发育时期花色苷合成相关基因的表达水平,探索不同类型果袋对‘紫金红霞’葡萄果实品质、花色苷含量及花色苷合成相关基因表达的影响。结果表明:(1)白色、蓝色和棕色果袋不利于成熟果实中可溶性固形物含量的升高,蓝色和棕色果袋不利于成熟果实中可滴定酸含量的降低。(2)套袋处理会使果实色泽指数显著降低,除无纺布 白纸双层袋未显著降低成熟期果皮中花色苷含量外,其他套袋处理均显著降低了果皮中总花色苷含量。(3)套袋处理对6个花色苷合成相关基因的表达主要表现为抑制作用,但无纺布 白纸双层袋对成熟期F3′HUFGT基因的表达、白色纸袋对成熟期MYBA1、DFRLDOX基因的表达则具有促进作用。研究发现,无纺布 白纸双层袋对成熟期果实的内在品质和果皮着色影响最小,可用于‘紫金红霞’果实套袋,其次为白色和绿色纸袋;蓝色和棕色纸袋可使葡萄果实的品质大幅降低,故不可用于实际生产中葡萄果实的套袋。  相似文献

不同反光膜对设施葡萄光合特性和叶片糖代谢的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以‘京秀’葡萄为试材,研究了蓝膜、红膜、铝膜3种反光膜对设施葡萄光合特性和叶片糖代谢的影响。结果显示:红膜和蓝膜处理的葡萄叶片的净光合速率均显著高于对照(不铺设反光膜);在果实发育前期,各处理的叶绿素含量和叶绿素b/a值均大于对照,而后期均低于对照;蓝膜和红膜处理叶片的蔗糖含量较高,而蓝膜处理叶片中的蔗糖合酶(SS)和蔗糖磷酸合酶(SPS)活性最高;各铺膜处理均比对照提高了葡萄果实鲜量和可溶性糖含量、降低可滴定酸含量,且蓝膜处理显著优于红膜和铝膜。研究表明,在设施栽培条件下,地面铺设蓝色反光膜可显著提高葡萄叶片的光合速率和叶片中碳水化合物的关键合成酶活性,并显著提高葡萄果实品质。  相似文献

【目的】苹褐带卷蛾Adoxophyes orana是危害苹果、桃、梨、枣等果树的一种重要昆虫。近年来在陕西苹果和红枣产区发生面积逐年扩大,危害日趋严重。本研究旨在明确寄主植物挥发物在苹褐带卷蛾成虫嗅觉通讯中的作用,为开发植物源引诱剂提供基础数据。【方法】利用触角电位(electroantennogram, EAG)仪测定苹褐带卷蛾2日龄未交配雌、雄成虫对51种寄主植物挥发性化合物的EAG反应;利用本实验室开发的小型蛾类昆虫嗅觉行为测试装置测定苹褐带卷蛾成虫对15种具有显著EAG反应的挥发性化合物的行为反应。【结果】EAG测试结果表明,苹褐带卷蛾成虫对不同挥发性化合物的EAG反应相对值有显著差异,雌、雄成虫对顺-3-己烯-1-醇、反-2-己烯-1-醇、1-己醇、1-庚醇、己醛、反-2-己烯醛、庚醛、辛醛、壬醛、乙酸丁酯、乙酸异戊酯和乙酸-顺-3-己烯酯的EAG反应较强。此外,雄成虫对3-甲基-1-丁醇、1-戊烯-3-醇、苯甲醛、丁酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯、三甲基巴豆酸乙酯、己酸乙酯、丙酸丁酯、异戊酸-顺-3-己烯酯、苯甲腈和柠檬腈的反应较强。在待测的51种挥发性化合物中,苹褐带卷蛾成虫对29种化...  相似文献

设施巨峰葡萄二次果果实品质及芳香化合物组分分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了明确设施栽培下巨峰葡萄二次果果实品质及芳香化合物组分,采用固相微萃取技术及气相-质谱联用技术测定芳香化合物含量,研究其果实品质及芳香物质相对含量与露地巨峰葡萄的差异。结果显示:(1)巨峰葡萄二次果较露地巨峰葡萄果实的单粒重、纵径、横径分别减少了8.23%、11.74%、10.63%,果实总糖含量提高了8.59%,可滴定酸含量有所提高但差异不显著,果肉Vc含量(1.47mg·kg-1)显著低于露地果实(2.00mg·kg-1),果皮原花青素含量(24.40mg·g-1)是露地果实的3.37倍,果实色泽较露地果实显著加深。(2)巨峰二次果中醛类化合物的相对含量最高,为53.55%;露地巨峰中酯类化合物的相对含量最高,为61.36%;乙酸乙酯在露地巨峰(51.00%)和二次果(33.65%)中的相对含量均较高,说明二者均具有明显的草莓香味;但巨峰二次果中相对含量最高的芳香化合物是2-己烯醛(41.14%),且显著高于露地果实中的相对含量(16.31%)。研究表明,巨峰二次果的总糖含量显著高于露地栽培巨峰,但二次果的果粒小;由于葡萄果实中的2-己烯醛对其芳香化合物的组分构成了非常重要的影响,改变了葡萄的果实风味,因此设施栽培下巨峰葡萄二次果果实在风味上与露地栽培果实存在一定差异。  相似文献

以'新泰密刺'为试验材料,比较分析了日光温室条件下,不同月份黄瓜商品成熟果实及其发育过程中的主要芳香物质及亚麻酸、亚油酸含量差异.结果显示:(1)黄瓜果实中挥发性物质主要有2E,6Z-壬二烯醛、2E-壬烯醛、2E-己烯醛、2,6-壬二烯醇、正己醛、戊醛、2-戊烯醛和3,6-壬二烯醇.其中2E,6Z-壬二烯醛相对含量以5月份最高,1月份其次,11月份最低;具有黄瓜香气的2,6-壬二烯醇和3,6-壬二烯醇,以及与黄瓜风味品质密切相关的2E,6Z-壬二烯醛/2E-壬烯醛比值以1月份最高,5月份其次,11月份最低.(2)1月份黄瓜果实的亚麻酸和亚油酸含量显著大于5月份,说明低温弱光有利于不饱和脂肪酸的形成和积累.(3)随着果实发育天数的增加,黄瓜2E,6Z-壬二烯醛、2,6-壬二烯醇和3,6-壬二烯醇相对含量,2E,6Z-壬二烯醛/2E-壬烯醛比值均较大幅度升高,商品成熟期达到高峰,若延迟采收,上述指标多趋于下降;2E-壬烯醛、2E-己烯醛、正己醛、戊醛等的相对含量多随果实发育而降低,商品成熟期2E-壬烯醛、2E-己烯醛和正己醛降到最低,之后快速升高.研究表明,果实发育过程中亚麻酸和亚油酸含量及二者的比例与2E,6Z-壬二烯醛和2E-壬烯醛相对含量及其比值的变化规律基本相似,说明黄瓜风味品质与其亚麻酸和亚油酸含量有一定相关性.  相似文献

分析栓皮栎枝叶挥发性物质的组成成分以及对机械损伤的响应。本文通过气质联用(GC/MS)方法比较分析了北京平谷地区天然次生林林栓皮栎枝叶机械损伤前、后挥发性气体VOCs主要成分和相对含量。(1)栓皮栎枝叶中的挥发性物质有酯类、烷烃类、萜烯类、芳香烃类、醛酮类、醇类、烯烃类以及其他含氮、氯、硫等物质等8大类,其中酯类和烷烃类含量最多,约占总物质含量的30.32%~41.60%和30.02%~33.14%;(2)虽然机械损伤前、后挥发性物质的组分和含量均有所变化,但是每一类物质主要成分基本保持一致,其中主要成分有酞酸二丁酯、2-甲基-1-己醇、2,6,10-三甲基十四烷、3-亚甲基-1,1-二甲基-2-乙烯基环己烷、十四烷、十九烷、油酸酰胺、壬醛、癸醛等;(3)机械损伤随栓皮栎枝叶挥发性物质成分及含量均产生了不同程度的影响。机械损伤后总挥发物含量均有明显的增加,其中明显增加的组分有:萘、d-柠檬烯、(Z)-3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-十八烷三烯、4-己烯-1-醇乙酸酯、酞酸二丁酯、乙酸己酯、苯甲酸丁酯、3-亚甲基-1,1-二甲基-2-乙烯基环己烷等化合物。栓皮栎枝叶8大类挥发性物质中酯类和烷烃类含量最多;机械损伤后,萘、d-柠檬烯、4-己烯-1-醇乙酸酯、酞酸二丁酯等物质均有明显的增加,这些物质对昆虫具有一定的驱避作用,这可能是栓皮栎的一种化学防御策略来响应和免受外界虫食等胁迫的侵害。另外,机械损伤后许多组分也发生了不同程度或是小幅度的变化,其变化机理和生态功能尚未知晓,有待进一步研究。  相似文献

果实制干是宁夏枸杞炮制的主要过程,宁夏枸杞不同品种在制干特性方面存在一定的差异。该研究以宁夏枸杞栽培中制干差异较大的品种‘宁杞1号’(易制干)和‘宁杞5号’(不易制干)果实为材料,采用扫描电镜技术和GC-MS技术对2个宁夏枸杞品种不同发育时期(青果期、色变期、成熟期)的果实果皮结构以及果皮蜡质微形态、含量和组分进行了观测,从果皮蜡质微形态及组分的积累变化初步揭示枸杞果皮蜡质的积累规律,以明确不同枸杞品种果皮蜡质组分差异,为不同品种适宜促干剂的筛选以及促干剂的合理使用提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)‘宁杞1号’和‘宁杞5号’枸杞表皮细胞外侧细胞壁均呈现脊状突起的结构,在果实青果期脊状突起不连续,脊和脊之间排列紧密;随着发育时期的延后,脊状突起的连续性逐渐增强,且脊与脊之间的间距逐渐变宽,蜡质呈膜状覆盖于凸起的脊和两脊之间的沟内。(2)‘宁杞1号’和‘宁杞5号’两个枸杞品种在果实发育过程中,果皮单位面积蜡质含量均呈先下降后上升的趋势,在成熟期单位面积蜡质含量最高,且‘宁杞1号’3个发育时期果皮单位面积蜡质含量均高于同期‘宁杞5号’,呈现出与扫描电镜观察到的蜡质分布基本一致的变化趋势。(3)2个品种3个时期的果实表皮蜡质组分均由烷烃类、酮类、醇类、酸类、醛类、酯类和碘代烷烃类组成,两品种青果期和色变期果皮蜡质组分相同,主要由烷烃类、醇类和碘代烷烃类组成,它们成熟期的果皮蜡质组分主要由烷烃类、醇类和酯类组成。(4)主成分分析结果显示,3个生育时期‘宁杞5号’果皮蜡质组分多为烷烃类物质,较‘宁杞1号’更利于阻挡果实水分的散失。研究发现,影响枸杞果实制干的原因在于枸杞果皮蜡质含量、结构和蜡质组分,烷烃类组分能够有效阻止果实体内水分的散失,‘宁杞5号’果皮蜡质中烷烃组分含量更高,果皮保水性更强,致果实不易制干。  相似文献

VOLATILE FLAVOR COMPOUNDS AFFECTING CONSUMER ACCEPTABILITY OF KIWIFRUIT   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Sensory research on kiwifruit has shown that specific sugars and acids, and volatile flavor compounds have causative effects on "sweet" and "acid" aroma and flavor attributes. New Zealand consumers (n = 162) assessed the perceived flavor intensity and acceptability of three volatile flavor compounds (ethyl butanoate, E-2-hexenal and hexanal) at varying levels in a model base solution. Increasing levels of ethyl butanoate positively affected all the acceptability attributes ("overall liking,""liking of aroma,""liking of flavor") as well as increased the perceived intensity of "kiwifruit aroma" and "kiwifruit flavor." Increasing levels of E-2-hexenal negatively affected all the acceptability attributes but increased the perceived intensity of "kiwifruit aroma" and "acid flavor." An increase in hexanal increased perceived intensity of "kiwifruit aroma." Ethyl butanoate and E-2-hexenel at the levels tested had the most prominent effects on consumer perceived intensity and acceptability of the "kiwifruit flavor."  相似文献

Electroantennogram (EAG) recordings were made from the plaque organ receptors of the rice brown plant hopper, Nilaparvata lugens (St?l). The receptors of the distal plaque organ of both male and female hoppers responded to the air from above chopped rice plants, and those of females gave a larger response. Female hoppers, tested with 27 plant volatiles, gave dose-related responses to 16 of the compounds, including a range of green leaf volatiles. The aliphatic aldehydes hexanal and (E)-2-hexenal elicited a larger response than a range of green leaf alcohols. Of the remaining compounds, acetophenone, benzaldehyde, ethyl and methyl benzoate, and amyl and isoamyl acetate were among the most effective in eliciting responses. Receptor recovery times showed some variation between compounds. A comparison of the dose-related response of 16 compounds in paraffin oil and in pentane showed that considerably larger responses were recorded when the highly volatile solvent pentane was used.  相似文献

Root extracts from 1.5 and 2.5-year-old red clover (Trifolium pratense) were obtained using supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). GC–MS analysis and Kovats indices allowed identification of the volatile compounds as butyl acetate, E-2-hexenal, α-pinene, benzaldehyde, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, limonene, acetophenone, methyl benzoate, nonanal, octanoic acid and decanal.  相似文献

新疆野苹果挥发性化合物组分的遗传多样性研究   总被引:29,自引:1,他引:28  
以中国新疆伊犁地区巩留县莫合镇的新疆野苹果(Malussieversii(Lebed.)Roem.)30个实生株系及国光、元帅、富士、金冠等苹果(MaluspumilaMill.)品种的成熟果实为试材,采用顶空固相微萃取和气相色谱质谱联用技术,分析香气成分,旨在为探讨新疆野苹果与栽培苹果的亲缘关系及为新疆野苹果资源保护利用提供基本资料。结果表明,①根据新疆野苹果与栽培苹果共有挥发性化合物种类数计算相似系数,其大小与苹果品种(类型)的演化历史相吻合;②新疆野苹果各实生株系挥发性化合物总含量、各类挥发性化合物种类数及其含量以及主要挥发性化合物分离比率与含量等存在广泛的遗传变异,参试的30个实生株系间差异明显,遗传多样性极为丰富;进一步与4个栽培苹果品种挥发性化合物组分进行比较,结果发现,新疆野苹果与栽培苹果品种化合物种类数在5以上、含量在0.04mg/L的化合物均属于酯类、醇类、醛类和酮类,说明新疆野苹果与栽培苹果的主要挥发性化合物组分基本一致,上述研究结果支持“新疆野苹果可能是栽培苹果的祖先种”的结论,但有48种成分为栽培苹果特有的挥发性化合物成分,在新疆野苹果检测不到,其中乙酸丙酯及苯乙醛等6种成分为特征香气成分。因此,栽培苹果可能是杂种起源;③从新疆野苹果30个实生株系中共检测到包括酯类、醇类、酮类、醛类、酸类、苯衍生物、杂环类、萜类、烃类、缩醛类和内酯类等11类化合物177种,其中缩醛类和内酯类化合物在栽培苹果品种中没有检测到,90种成分为新疆野苹果特有成分,1-丁醇及大马酮等7种成分为香气值大于1的特征香气成分。因此,新疆野苹果作为栽培苹果遗传改良的珍贵资源,进行“利用保存”的潜力很大。  相似文献

Volatile compounds produced by Pseudomonas fragi strain 18 in sterile fish muscle (Sebastes melanops) were identified by combined gas-liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. Compounds positively identified included dimethyl sulfide, acetaldehyde, ethyl acetate, ethyl alcohol, and dimethyl disulfide. Methyl mercaptan, ethyl butyrate, ethyl hexanoate, and butanone were tentatively identified by relative retention times of the authentic compounds. The fruity odor that developed in fish muscle during incipient spoilage was attributed to a synergistic flavor interaction involving the ethyl esters of acetate, butyrate, and hexanoate.  相似文献

Advances in genome and metabolic pathway engineering have enabled large combinatorial libraries of mutant microbial hosts for chemical biosynthesis. Despite these advances, strain development is often limited by the lack of high throughput functional assays for effective library screening. Recent synthetic biology efforts have engineered microbes that synthesize acetyl and acyl esters and many yeasts naturally produce esters to significant titers. Short and medium chain volatile esters have value as fragrance and flavor compounds, while long chain acyl esters are potential replacements for diesel fuel. Here, we developed a biotechnology method for the rapid screening of microbial ester biosynthesis. Using a colorimetric reaction scheme, esters extracted from fermentation broth were quantitatively converted to a ferric hydroxamate complex with strong absorbance at 520 nm. The assay was validated for ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, isoamyl acetate, ethyl hexanoate, and ethyl octanoate, and achieved a z‐factor of 0.77. Screening of ethyl acetate production from a combinatorial library of four Kluyveromyces marxianus strains on seven carbon sources revealed ethyl acetate biosynthesis from C5, C6, and C12 sugars. This newly adapted method rapidly identified novel properties of K. marxianus metabolism and promises to advance high throughput microbial strain engineering for ester biosynthesis.  相似文献

As a part of a program aiming at the selection of strains which might be of interest as sources of natural flavouring molecules, the production of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by 98 ascomycetous yeast strains (representative of 40 species belonging to 12 genera) isolated from tropical environments was investigated. Volatiles produced were sampled by means of headspace solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and the compounds were analysed and identified by gas chromatography–mass spectroscopy (GC–MS). The VOCs produced were found to be alcohols (amyl alcohol and isoamyl alcohol), aldehydes (2-methyl-2-hexenal and 2-isopropyl-5-methyl-2-hexenal) and esters (ethyl isobutyrate, isobutyl acetate, isoamyl acetate, 2-methylbutyl acetate, ethyl isovalerate, isoamyl propionate and phenylmethyl acetate). Differences in VOC profiles were used to cluster the yeast strains into 25 VOC phenotypes. The different frequency of VOC phenotypes in three specific habitats was correlated to the divergent environmental conditions, possibly affecting the selection of specific yeasts. From a biotechnological viewpoint, this study reveals the potentiality of ascomycetous yeasts isolated from tropical environments as a promising source of VOCs relevant in food and fragrance industry. Actinidia arguta: volatile compounds in fruit and flowers   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
More than 240 compounds were detected when the volatile components of the flowers and the fruit from several Actinidia arguta genotypes were investigated. Around 60-70 different compounds were extracted from individual tissues of each genotype. Two different methods of volatile sampling (headspace and solvent) favoured different classes of compounds, dependent upon their volatilities and solubilities in the flower or fruit matrices. The compounds extracted from flowers largely comprised linalool derivatives including the lilac aldehydes (12a-d) and alcohols (13a-d), 2,6-dimethyl-6-hydroxyocta-2,7-dienal (8), 8-hydroxylinalool (9), sesquiterpenes, and benzene compounds that are presumed metabolites of phenylalanine and tyrosine. Extracts of fruit samples contained some monoterpenes, but were dominated by esters such as ethyl butanoate, hexanoate, 2-methylbutanoate and 2-methylpropanoate, and by the aldehydes hexanal and hex-E2-enal. A number of unidentified compounds were also detected, including 8 from flowers that are so closely related that they are either isomers of one compound or two or more closely related compounds. This is the first report of the presence of a range of linalool derivatives in Actinidia.  相似文献
