以籼型常规早稻中嘉早17为材料,于盆栽条件下采用人工气候箱控温,在水稻穗分化一次枝梗原基分化期(Ⅱ)与花粉母细胞减数分裂期(Ⅵ)进行17和20 ℃的低温胁迫处理,研究不同低温对水稻枝梗、颖花分化与退化及籽粒充实的影响.结果表明: 与对照相比,不同低温处理均显著降低每穗枝梗及颖花分化数和现存数,颖花现存数降幅为7.2%~12.4%,同时增加了枝梗和颖花的退化数,影响了花粉活性、花药开裂等花器官发育,导致籽粒充实不良,以17 ℃低温胁迫效应更明显.穗分化Ⅵ期低温处理总枝梗和颖花分化数与现存数低于穗分化Ⅱ期,但二次枝梗和颖花退化数较多,颖花退化数较穗分化Ⅱ期高11.6%;穗分化Ⅱ期低温处理穗部籽粒结实率显著低于穗分化Ⅵ期,降幅达3.7%,主要与花粉粒活性、柱头花粉散落数、花药开裂系数和籽粒充实度受低温影响较大有关.另外,穗分化Ⅱ、Ⅵ两时期受17 ℃低温胁迫效应大于20 ℃.综合穗分化两时期低温胁迫效应的差异,生产中需加强相应栽培措施的调控.  相似文献

利用两间玻璃温室内夜间不同的温度条件,研究了水稻不同生育阶段的夜温升高对双季早、晚稻产量的影响.结果表明:播种-幼穗分化(一次枝梗分化期)期间夜温升高,有利于双季水稻的分蘖,植株有效穗数显著增加,平均夜间最低温度每升高1 ℃,双季早、晚稻的产量分别提高10.02%~13.18%和6.52%~7.78%(P<0.01);幼穗分化-抽穗(10%稻穗抽出剑叶鞘)期间夜温升高,导致颖花退化,使每穗发育颖花数减少,平均夜间最低温度每升高1 ℃,双季早、晚稻的产量分别下降3.76%~6.67%和3.66%~6.94%(P<0.01);灌浆结实期(抽穗-成熟)夜温升高,双季早稻的结实率和产量显著下降,而双季晚稻的结实率和产量显著提高,平均夜间最低温度每升高1 ℃,双季早稻的产量下降2.07%~5.61%(P<0.05),双季晚稻的产量提高1.63%~2.28%(P<0.05).表明不同生育阶段的夜温升高对双季水稻产量的影响存在明显差异.  相似文献

近地层臭氧浓度升高对杂交稻颖花形成的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
依托全球唯一的稻田开放式空气中臭氧浓度增高系统平台,以汕优63和两优培九为供试材料,设置大气背景臭氧浓度和高臭氧浓度(比大气背景臭氧浓度高50%)两个浓度水平,研究FACE条件下高O3浓度对杂交稻颖花形成的影响.结果表明:高O3浓度使汕优63和两优培九每穗颖花数分别减少28朵和34朵,下降幅度分别为15%和13%.从稻穗构成看,高O3浓度胁迫下杂交稻每穗颖花数减少主要与每穗2次枝梗颖花数明显减少有关,对每穗1次枝梗颖花数的影响较小,因此高O3浓度胁迫下水稻每穗1次枝梗颖花数占全穗的比率增加,每穗2次枝梗颖花数占全穗的比率降低.从颖花形成看,高O3浓度胁迫下杂交稻每穗颖花数下降主要是颖花(特别是2次颖花)的分化受到抑制所致,而颖花的退化数不增反降.上述结果表明,采取相应措施削弱高O3浓度胁迫对颖花分化的抑制作用可能是近地层高O3浓度条件下减少杂交稻产量损失的关键.  相似文献

温度是影响水稻生长发育的重要因素,但夜间温度升高对双季水稻产量的影响还不清楚。利用两间玻璃室内夜间不同的温度条件,研究了水稻生长期间夜温升高对双季早、晚稻产量的影响。结果表明,夜间最低温度每升高1℃早稻产量降低5.42%-9.48%,而夜间最低温度每升高1℃晚稻产量提高8.99%-11.28%。夜温升高有利于早、晚稻的分蘖,增加有效穗数,但不利于颖花分化,使每穗粒数减少;夜温升高使早稻结实率下降,但提高晚稻的结实率。  相似文献

在3间人工气候室精密受控环境中,保持日平均温度为22 ℃,设置昼夜温差分别为6 ℃(25 ℃/19 ℃)、8 ℃(26 ℃/18 ℃)、10 ℃(27 ℃/17 ℃),研究昼夜温差对番茄生长的影响.结果表明: 番茄不同品种、不同生长时期适宜的昼夜温差条件不同.番茄开花前,与6 ℃温差相比,8 ℃温差可显著加快野生种醋栗番茄LA1781生长发育,使幼苗株高增加23.1%,出叶加快1~2片,开花提前7 d;10 ℃温差对LA1781苗期的促进作用与8 ℃温差相似.对栽培种普通番茄LA2397和LA0490来说,6 ℃温差使幼苗生长良好,8 ℃温差对幼苗无显著促进作用;与6 ℃温差相比,10 ℃温差对苗期生长及开花有抑制作用,使株高降低12.0%~18.3%,出叶慢2~3片,开花推迟2~4 d.10 ℃温差使3个品种番茄地上部分干质量增加25.2%~44.2%.番茄开花后,与6 ℃温差相比,10 ℃温差可显著提高LA1781的产量和果实品质,使果实数增加34.7%,单株产量增加92.1%,平均单果质量增加40.0%,果实可溶性糖含量增加16.3%,番茄红素含量增加95.6%.与6 ℃温差相比,LA2397和LA0490在8 ℃温差下产量和果实品质提高,番茄红素含量增加超过2倍;在10 ℃温差下产量略有降低(5.0%),果实含糖量降低,但果实尺寸和番茄红素含量增加.表明番茄苗期生长温差不宜过大,花果期适当增大昼夜温差可提高产量和果实品质,但温差过大易造成生长不良和减产.  相似文献

以19个水稻杂交组合为试验材料,通过大田条件下的分期播种,于抽穗期调查了稻穗枝梗、颖花分化、退化及形成有关性状,分析了各性状不同季节的变异及其相互关系。结果表明,单穗一次枝梗分化数、二次枝梗分化数、颖花分化数、一次枝梗退化数、二次枝梗退化数、颖花退化数、一次枝梗退化率、二次枝梗退化率、颖花退化率、一次枝梗形成数、二次枝梗形成数、一次枝梗颖花形成数、二次枝梗颖花形成数和单穗颖花总形成数等性状均存在较大的组合间差异和季节间变异,其中19个组合单穗颖花总形成数异季差异率变幅为5.12%~93.59%,平均变异率为34.19%;总体上,不同季节下二次枝梗各性状的变异性强,颖花性状其次,一次枝梗各性状变异性最小;根据异季条件下稻穗枝梗和颖花分化、退化及其形成性状的变异性,从大穗角度讨论了杂交稻新组合育种资源选择与利用问题。  相似文献

小型温室棚作为农业生产的重要设施,可为农作物创造一个温度适宜的、受保护的生长空间,保证作物正常生长、促进作物早熟。以确保重庆地区春冬季烟苗正常发育、维持温室内适宜的土壤温度为导向,对温室棚内温度进行了试验和数值模拟,探究了温室棚内温度分布规律,并在此基础上分析生物质发酵产热对温室棚内土壤温度场的影响。结果表明:试验中埋设稻壳的温室棚内土壤温度平均提高3.5℃且温室棚中平均温度低于10℃的天数明显减少。埋设稻壳的温室棚中烟苗茎高和叶片数增长值最大,平均茎高从移栽时的7.8 cm增长到了12 cm,叶片数从平均5片增长到了11片,均大于未埋设稻壳试验组,这表明土壤中埋设稻壳有助于烟草的生长发育。数值研究表明温室棚内不同深度的土壤层温度变化状况一致,均呈现先降低后升高再降低的趋势。地温随土壤深度的增加而降低,地表下10 cm、20 cm的土壤层区域温度高于10.6℃、8℃,有利于烟苗在低温环境下正常生长。且土壤温度存在一定的昼夜温差,更利于烟苗发育。埋设稻壳的温室土壤层温度变化趋势与未埋设稻壳的温室一致,但其土壤层平均温度、最低温度至最高温度以及昼夜温差分别升高了2.3℃、1.1-5.5℃、4.8℃。试验和数值研究结果表明稻壳发酵产生的热量可以提高和维持温室内土壤温度,对土壤具有保温和热量补给的作用。  相似文献

通过对西藏4个不同生态型区‘金冠’苹果果实品质相关指标进行测定,并对果实品质与主要气象因子进行相关性分析及回归分析,以确定西藏‘金冠’苹果栽培主要气象因子评价体系。结果显示,在西藏4个不同生态型区‘金冠’苹果品质差异显著,其中,林芝‘金冠’综合表现较好。在西藏高海拔地区,年均温、7月均温、昼夜温差、≥10℃年均积温、年日照时数、年降水量及海拔是影响‘金冠’果实品质的主要气象因子。其中,海拔2857.9 m、年均气温13.2℃、7月平均气温15.9℃、年均昼夜温差12.7℃、≥10℃年均积温2310.5℃、年均日照时数2532.6 h、年均降水量636.7 mm是‘金冠’苹果形成最佳果实品质的适应气象因子,并且在一定范围内,昼夜温差越大,果实品质越好。本研究建立了西藏‘金冠’苹果栽培主要气象因子评价体系,并提出昼夜温差是影响西藏高海拔地区‘金冠’苹果品质的最主要评价因子。  相似文献

The size of the developing panicle of pearl millet (Pennisetumamericanum (L.) Leeke) was studied during panicle differentiation(from panicle initiation to the completion of spikelet production)in plants grown in pots or in the field and supplied with varyinglevels of nitrogen. The duration of panicle differentiationrequired a constant thermal time (day degrees) under all nitrogensupplies. However, the rate of growth of the developing panicleduring this phase was retarded by low nitrogen supply. Duringpanicle differentiation, it appeared that the developing paniclehad to reach a critical size before developmental events suchas the initiation of spikelet primordia commenced; timing ofdevelopmental events was related to the size of the developingpanicle. The number of spikelets produced depended on the rate of growthof the differentiating panicle and the duration of the phaseof spikelet initiation (from appearance of the first spikeletprimordium to completion of spikelet differentiation). Low nitrogensupply reduced the number of spikelets produced, by retardingthe rate of growth of the differentiating panicle; this delayedthe time to initiation of spikelets and thereby reduced theduration of spikelet initiation. All spikelets (irrespectiveof nitrogen supply on the mainstem and on tillers) occupiedthe same area of panicle surface at the completion of differentiationof the panicle and at anthesis. 采用在不同积温区布置田间试验的方法,比较研究了黑龙江省5个水稻主栽品种产量和品质随积温的变化.结果表明: 水稻产量随积温呈二次曲线变化,其相关程度因水稻品种而异;水稻穗数、穗粒数与积温呈极显著二次曲线关系,而千粒重与积温之间相关关系不显著;水稻籽实空瘪率从适宜积温区到低积温区显著增加,而从适宜积温区到高积温区变化不明显;水稻垩白率、整精米率与积温均呈极显著二次曲线关系,即垩白率和整精米率在适宜积温区分别有最小值和最大值存在;稻米蛋白质、直链淀粉含量和食味随积温变化不明显.根据对温度敏感程度的不同,可将水稻品种划分为温敏型、中间型、温钝型3类,其适宜栽培积温带宽度和允许栽培积温带宽度分别为300 ℃和420 ℃、360 ℃和440 ℃、380 ℃和520 ℃.根据积温因地制宜地选种水稻品种对于提高水稻产量、改善稻米品质十分重要.  相似文献

Brassinosteroids(BRs) play crucial roles in many aspects of plant development. However, their function in spikelet differentiation and degeneration in rice(Oryza sativa L.) remains unclear. Here, we investigated the roles of these phytohormones in spikelet development in fieldgrown rice subjected to five different nitrogen(N)fertilization treatments during panicle differentiation. BR levels and expression of genes involved in BR biosynthesis and signal transduction were measured in spikelets. Pollen fertility and the number of differentiated spikelets were closely associated with 24-epicastasterone(24-epiCS) and28-homobrassinolide(28-homoBL) levels in spikelets.Enhanced BR biosynthesis and signal transduction, in response to N treatment, enhanced spikelet differentiation, reduced spikelet degeneration, and increased grain yield. Increases in proton-pumping ATPase activity, ATPconcentration, energy charge, and antioxidant system(AOS) levels were consistent with 24-epiCS and28-homoBL concentrations. Exogenous application of24-epiCS or 28-homoBL on young panicles induced a marked increase in endogenous 24-epiCS or 28-homoBL levels, energy charge, AOS levels, spikelet differentiation, and panicle weight. The opposite effects were observed following treatment with a BR biosynthesis inhibitor. Our findings indicate that, in rice, BRs mediate the effects of N fertilization on spikelet development and play a role in promoting spikelet development through increasing AOS levels and energy charge during panicle development.  相似文献

Pearl millet (Pennisetum americanum (L.) Leeke) has a juvenilephase after which the time to panicle initiation is reducedby short daylengths. To understand more fully the mechanismunderlying temperature ? daylength interactions on panicle initiationand differentiation, plants were grown (a) at a range of constanttemperatures under a short daylength from sowing until afterpanicle differentiation and (b) at one temperature until 20d after emergence and then at a range of temperatures duringa 10 d exposure to short daylength. Temperature prior to panicle initiation determined the numberof leaves initiated on the main stem and the size of the apicaldome at the start of panicle initiation. The number of leaves,in turn, influenced the duration of the phase from panicle initiationto anthesis: this phase required a constant thermal time whenexpressed as day degrees per leaf. At anthesis, panicle lengthwas positively correlated with the number of leaves on the mainstem (and temperature) prior to panicle initiation. Changingthe temperature only during exposure to inductive daylengthsaffected the rate of growth of the apical dome so that panicledifferentiation began within 10 d at high temperature (30?C)whereas differentiation did not commence in 10 dat 21?C. Paniclesdeveloped normally if differentiation had commenced under inductivedaylengths whereas panicles were abnormal when plants were returnedto long daylengths after panicle initiation but before visibledifferentiation. Relative extension rates of the panicle during differentiationwere correlated positively with temperature. The results areconsistent with the hypothesis that panicle initiation dependson the apex attaining a critical size and that temperature,by determining the number of leaves initiated on the main stem,affects the size of the apical dome and thus the onset of panicleinitiation, the duration of paniclc differentiation and thenumber of spikelets differentiated. This study tested the hypothesis that polyamines (PA) and ethylene (ETH) mediate the effects of soil drought on spikelet development in rice (Oryza sativa L.). Two rice cultivars, Yong You-2640 and Yang Dao-6, with vastly different panicle sizes were grown in pots under three soil moisture treatments: well-watered (WW), moderate soil drought (MD) and severe soil drought (SD), from the onset of panicle initiation to the pollen completion stage. MD treatment significantly increased spikelet differentiation, spikelet number per panicle, fully filled grain percentage and grain yield, decreasing the percentage of degenerated spikelets, sterile spikelets and partially filled grains compared to WW treatment. In contrast, SD treatment showed opposite effects. MD also increased the contents of free spermidine (Spd), free spermine (Spm) and the ratios of free putrescine, free-Spd and free-Spm to 1-aminocylopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC), decreasing the ETH evolution rate and ACC content in young panicles. In contrast, SD treatment showed opposite effects. Furthermore, free-Spd and free-Spm contents increased significantly, while ETH and ACC levels, and the percentage of degenerated and sterile spikelets decreased significantly under application of Spd or an inhibitor of ETH synthesis. The results were reversed when ACC or an inhibitor of Spd and Spm synthesis was applied. These findings suggest antagonistic interactions between free-PA (Spd and Spm) and ETH in response to soil drought, mediating spikelet development in rice.  相似文献

利用云南省14个不同海拔农业气象观测站1994-2010年水稻大田发育期和产量观测资料,研究水稻产量形成及气象因子对低产水稻产量构成因素的影响;根据14个站点水稻产量构成因素的系统聚类分析结果和水稻类型,将水稻分为低产粳型、低产籼型、高产粳型和高产籼型4个类型.对这4类水稻产量构成因素的分析结果表明,单位面积颖花量与产量呈极显著正相关,低产粳型水稻产量主要受结实率和颖花量影响,其他3类颖花量对产量影响较大.低产粳型水稻主要受低温的影响,孕穗期低温降低颖花量和有效穗数,孕穗期和抽穗开花期低温增加空壳率,以平均气温、平均最高气温和冷积温的影响较大;乳熟前期较低的平均气温增加秕谷率,同时降低千粒重.低产籼型水稻产量构成因素受多种气象因子的综合影响明显;分蘖期和拔节期一定程度的增温不利于增加低产籼型水稻有效穗数,而分蘖期较多的日照时数和较大的平均气温日较差有利于有效穗数的增加,分蘖期和拔节期气温和日照时数与每穗粒数的关系呈“抛物线型”;低产籼型水稻空壳率一定程度上受抽穗开花期低温的影响,而乳熟前期高温少雨不仅增加秕谷率,还导致千粒重明显下降.  相似文献

We have analyzed two mutants that exhibit altered panicle architecture in rice (Oryza sativa L.). In lax1-2, which is a new and stronger allele of the previously reported lax mutant, initiation and/or maintenance of rachis-branches, lateral spikelets, and terminal spikelets was severely prevented. In situ hybridization analysis using OSH1, a rice knotted1 (kn1) ortholog, confirmed the absence of lateral meristems in lax1-2 panicles. These defects indicate that the LAX1 gene is required for the initiation/maintenance of axillary meristems in the rice panicle. In addition to its role in forming lateral meristems, the wild-type LAX1 gene acts as a floral meristem identity gene which specifies the terminal spikelet meristem. A comparison of the defects in lax1-1 and lax1-2 plants suggested that the sensitivities to reduced LAX1 activity were not uniform among different types of meristems. In the fzp2 mutant panicle, the basic branching pattern of the panicle was indistinguishable from that of the wild type; however, specification of both terminal and lateral spikelet meristems was blocked, and sequential rounds of branching occurred at the point where the spikelet meristems are initiated in the wild-type panicle. This resulted in the generation of a panicle composed of excessive ramification of rachis-branches. The lax1-1 fzp2 double mutants exhibited a novel, basically additive, phenotype, which suggests that LAX1 and FZP2 function in genetically independent pathways.  相似文献
