以岩溶特有药用植物地枫皮为材料,研究土壤水分胁迫及复水条件下,其叶片光合参数、叶绿素荧光参数及光合色素含量的变化特性,进而探讨其对水分胁迫的生理生态适应性。结果表明:停止供水10 d,水分胁迫地枫皮叶片的P_n(净光合速率)、C_i(胞间CO_2浓度)、G_s(气孔导度)和L_s(气孔限制值)均下降,气孔限制是P_n降低的主要原因;停止供水15 d,水分胁迫地枫皮叶片的P_n日变化呈逐渐下降趋势,上午9:30以后全天的P_n值均接近零,非气孔限制成为P_n下降的主要因素;而对照地枫皮叶片的P_n日变化呈"双峰型",中午P_n下降的主要原因依然是气孔限制。水分胁迫下,地枫皮叶片叶绿素含量降低和Chl_(a/b)升高,减少了叶片对光能的捕获,减轻了光合机构遭受光氧化的破坏,而Car/Chl_(a+b)升高增强了光保护能力。水分胁迫下,地枫皮叶片的初始荧光(F_o)显著增大,最大荧光(F_m)、光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)潜在活性(F_v/F_o)和最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)均显著降低,表明水分胁迫对地枫皮叶片的PSⅡ反应中心和电子传递造成了一定的破坏,从而使其PSⅡ的潜在活性和最大光化学效率降低。复水5 d后,地枫皮的上述生理生态参数均能恢复到对照水平,表明其复水后的生理修复能力很强。  相似文献

干旱胁迫对黑果枸杞幼苗光合特性的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
以当年生黑果枸杞幼苗为试验材料,通过称重控水的方法设置对照(土壤含水量为32.96%~35.35%)、轻度干旱胁迫(土壤含水量为21.18%~22.32%)、中度干旱胁迫(土壤含水量为12.20%~13.82%)和重度干旱胁迫(土壤含水量为7.89%~8.73%)4个水分梯度,研究了干旱胁迫对黑果枸杞叶片光合色素、光合特性、叶绿素荧光特性的影响,以揭示黑果枸杞对干旱胁迫的适应能力和适应机制。结果显示:(1)随着干旱胁迫强度的增加,黑果枸杞幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量均呈显著下降趋势。(2)黑果枸杞幼苗叶片净光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、气孔导度(G_s)在中度和重度干旱胁迫下显著下降;其胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)、水分利用效率(WUE)随干旱胁迫强度的增加而逐渐增加,而气孔限制值(L_s)随干旱胁迫强度的增加而逐渐降低。(3)随着土壤含水量的降低,黑果枸杞幼苗叶片初始荧光(F_0)和非光化学猝灭系数(q_N)逐渐增加,而其最大荧光(F_m)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、实际光化学效率(Ф_(PSⅡ))和光化学猝灭系数(q_P)均逐渐降低。研究表明,在干旱胁迫条件下,黑果枸杞叶片过多的能量以热的形式被耗散,反应中心开放程度降低,从而避免PSⅡ反应中心受到损伤,表现出一定的耐旱性;黑果枸杞生长所允许的最大土壤水分亏缺为7.89%,维持黑果枸杞具有较高的WUE和P_n的土壤水分阈值为12.20%~13.82%。  相似文献

在半干旱黄土丘陵区,采用盆栽控水试验,通过测定3年生沙棘苗木在8个土壤水分梯度下的光合速率、叶绿素荧光、抗氧化酶活性等光合生理生化指标,探讨沙棘叶片光合作用在土壤干旱逐渐加重过程中的变化过程、机制及其与土壤水分的定量关系.结果表明:(1)土壤相对含水量(RWC)在38.9%-70.5%范围内,随干旱胁迫加重,沙棘的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)明显下降,而气孔限制值(Ls)显著上升,即Pn下降主要是由气孔限制造成的;当RWC<38.9%时,干旱胁迫继续加剧,Pn和Ls都降低,而Ci显著上升,即Pn下降的主要原因已经转变为非气孔因素的限制.(2)土壤适度水分胁迫能够提高沙棘叶片的水分利用效率(WUE),维持沙棘Pn和WUE处于较高水平的RWC范围为58.6%-82.9%和48.3%-70.5%.(3)土壤干旱加重过程中,沙棘的最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率ΦPSⅡ,光化学猝灭(qP)均表现出逐渐降低的趋势,而初始荧光(Fo)显著升高,非光化学猝灭(NPQ)则表现出先上升后下降的趋势;RWC在38.9%-70.5%的范围内,热耗散是沙棘重要光保护机制;RWC<38.9%时,PSⅡ受到损伤,电子传递受阻.(4)土壤干旱加重过程中,沙棘叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性表现出先升高后降低的趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量则表现出逐级递增趋势;土壤干旱程度在RWC为48.3%-70.5%时,对沙棘叶片的抗氧化酶系统活性有诱导作用;而土壤干旱到严重胁迫(RWC<38.9%)时,沙棘叶片的抗氧化酶系统损伤,抗氧化酶活性下降,细胞膜遭到破坏.土壤干旱程度在RWC为48.3%-70.5%时,沙棘叶片可以通过热耗散和酶活性调节协同作用,稳定光合机构的正常功能,Pn下降的主要原因是气孔限制;而干旱到严重胁迫(RWC<38.9%)时,PSⅡ系统和抗氧化酶系统损伤,是光合作用发生非气孔限制的主要原因.在半干旱黄土丘陵区,沙棘生长所允许的最大土壤水分亏缺在RWC为38.9%,维持沙棘具有较高WUE和Pn的土壤水分阈值为RWC在58.6%-70.5%之间.  相似文献

以4片真叶黄瑞香幼苗为材料,设置不同浓度(0、50、100、150、200mmol·L~(-1))NaCl胁迫处理,采用温室砂培实验系统考察了其幼苗叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数及气体交换参数等光合生理指标的变化。结果表明:(1)在正常环境条件下(对照),黄瑞香叶片净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)的日变化曲线呈双峰型,蒸腾速率(T_r)日变化曲线呈单峰型;较高浓度(100mmol·L~(-1))NaCl胁迫改变了黄瑞香叶片光合特性日变化曲线,导致其P_n、T_r、G_s日变化曲线整体下降,而胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)日变化曲线整体上升。(2)低浓度(50mmol·L~(-1))NaCl胁迫对黄瑞香叶片叶绿素含量及其比值无显著影响,但较高浓度(100mmol·L~(-1))NaCl胁迫则使叶绿素含量显著下降,其比值下降则较平缓。(3)较高浓度(100mmol·L~(-1))NaCl胁迫使得黄瑞香叶片最大荧光(F_m)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、PSⅡ光下最大捕光效率(F_v′/F_m′)、光化学荧光猝灭系数(qP)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(Φ_(PSⅡ))均显著下降,却使其初始荧光(F_0)和非光化学猝灭(NPQ)显著上升。研究发现,随着盐胁迫浓度的增加,引起黄瑞香光合速率下降的主要原因是非气孔因素;在轻度NaCl胁迫下黄瑞香有较强的忍耐性,而重度NaCl胁迫则显著降低了叶片的光合机构活性,加剧了光抑制程度,从而严重限制了其叶片的光合作用效率。  相似文献

在黄土丘陵区,以3年生文冠果苗木为材料,测定其在不同土壤水分条件下的气体交换和荧光参数日变化,分析其光合作用与不同土壤水分的定量关系,以指导文冠果这一能源树种在半干旱地区的推广种植。结果表明:(1)文冠果叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、水分利用效率(WUE)、光下最大荧光(Fm)、PSⅡ最大光量子产量(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)均随土壤相对含水量(Wr)降低呈先升高后降低趋势,其最小荧光(Fo)先降后升,而其NPQ持续升高,当Wr为44.7%~81.2%时各参数都维持在较高水平。(2)文冠果叶片日净光合累计量(PD)和WUE在Wr为58.6%~81.2%时都处于较高水平,当Wr为66.6%时WUE达到最大值,过高或过低的土壤水分含量均不利于文冠果叶片光合作用的进行和水分的利用。(3)气体交换参数分析表明,文冠果中午光合作用的下降在Wr为38.1%~81.2%时是由气孔因素导致,而在Wr低于31.8%时转为非气孔限制;当Wr低于73.9%时,文冠果中午会出现光抑制,光合机构受到破坏。研究认为,在黄土丘陵区,适宜文冠果栽培的土壤相对含水量在58.6%~81.2%之间,低于38.1%时则无法正常生长。  相似文献

为探索金银花(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)光合作用对土壤逐渐干旱的响应过程及其与土壤水分的定量关系,以沂蒙山区3年生金银花苗木为试验材料,测定分析其叶片光合作用、叶绿素荧光及抗氧化酶活性等对土壤水分的响应特征,为进一步研究金银花光合效率响应"极端干旱水分阈值-阈值持续-复水恢复"的机制提供依据。结果显示:(1)当29.7%≤土壤相对含水量(RSWC)≤79.6%时,随着RSWC的降低,叶片的净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr)降低,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)逐渐减小,Pn降低的主要原因是气孔限制;而其非光化学猝灭(NPQ)及抗氧化酶活性逐渐增大,表明金银花叶片主要通过热耗散消除掉PSⅡ过多激发能,同时抗氧化酶活性提高,清除了细胞内过多的活性氧。(2)当11.4%≤RSWC≤29.7%时,金银花叶片Pn降低伴随着Ci增大和Ls减小,Pn降低的主要限制因素转变为非气孔因素,同时其PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、电子传递效率(ETR)、光化学猝灭(qP)及NPQ显著降低,初始荧光(Fo)显著增大,表明此水分范围内PSⅡ遭到破坏,光合电子传递受到抑制;且叶片抗氧化酶活性显著降低,而丙二醛含量显著增大,导致活性氧过量积累,膜系统受到严重破坏。(3)当RSWC为11.4%时,叶片Pn接近0,植物发生萎蔫,光合机构受损伤程度最大。研究表明,金银花光合作用由气孔因素限制向非气孔因素限制转折的水分点(RSWCSL-NSL)、Pn≈0的水分点(RSWCPn≈0)以及植物叶片萎蔫水分点(RSWCwilting)分别为29.7%、11.4%和11.4%。  相似文献

以引自国内外的15种观赏山楂苗木为材料,于上海夏季自然高温下对其叶片光合气体交换参数及叶绿素荧光参数进行测定,并观察它们的田间耐热性,以揭示其耐热的光合生理机制.结果显示,4种山楂表现出较强耐热性,6种较耐热,而5种耐热性较差;15种山楂叶片净光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、气孔导度(G_s)、瞬时水分利用效率(WUE)的种间差异显著(P<0.05),且耐热性强的品种P_n、T_r、G_s、WUE值较高,高温下能够维持较高的光合固碳水平;各品种山楂叶片的PSⅡ最大光能转换效率F_v/F_m、电子传递效率ΦPSⅡ和光能捕获效率F_v'/F_m'差异显著,耐热性强品种F_v/F_m保持在0.8以上,且ΦPSⅡ值与F_v'/F_m'较高.研究表明,观赏山楂主要通过加大气孔蒸腾散热、降低叶表面温度以及维持较高光能电子传递与转化效率来减轻高温对光合机构伤害,以维持植株正常光合作用;山楂叶片PSⅡ原初光能转换效率及潜在活性与其耐热性密切相关,F_v/F_m值可作为山楂耐热性鉴定指标.  相似文献

为了探讨干旱胁迫对吉首蒲儿根光合机构的影响,通过大棚盆栽实验于7月测量了阴生环境中吉首蒲儿根的叶片相对含水量(RWC)、净光合速率(Pn)等光合作用气体交换参数及初始荧光(F0)等叶绿素荧光参数在土壤自然干旱过程中的变化。结果显示:(1)随着干旱处理时间的延长,吉首蒲儿根叶片相对含水量持续下降;于干旱处理第12天时,叶片相对含水量低于15%,且吉首蒲儿根植株已经死亡。(2)自然干旱处理下,吉首蒲儿根叶片Pn、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)大幅降低,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)增加或与对照接近;非气孔因素是导致其Pn下降的主要原因。(3)停止灌水第9~12天时,吉首蒲儿根叶片PSⅡ的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ实际光量子效率[Y(Ⅱ)]显著降低,PSⅡ非调节性能量耗散[Y(NO)]显著增加,PSⅡ已损伤严重,叶片吸收的光能逐渐向非光化学途径分配增加。研究表明,在夏秋高温季节,吉首蒲儿根对土壤干旱较为敏感,其PSⅡ受到了一定的伤害,光能分配发生改变,严重影响其光合作用和生长发育,这可能是其分布受到限制的重要原因。  相似文献

叶片和树皮绿色组织是杨树两类重要的光合组织,分析其光合特征对温度升高的响应能够全面了解这一植物在适应气候变暖过程中的光合生理变化。本研究设置3个温度梯度(白天温度/夜间温度)23℃/18℃,28℃/23℃及33℃/28℃,分别从光合作用、叶绿素荧光特性等方面研究杨树(Populus alba×Populus berolinensis)叶片与树皮绿色组织对温度升高的响应及二者存在的差异。研究结果表明,随着温度升高,树皮绿色组织和叶片叶绿素含量没有发生明显变化,但树皮绿色组织叶绿素a/b的值随着温度升高明显降低。温度升高对叶片和树皮绿色组织的光合作用产生重要影响,叶片净光合速率(P_n)、光合效率(PE)、叶片气孔导度(G_s)及蒸腾速率(T_r)随着温度升高显著增强,但水分利用效率(WUE)却显著下降。树皮绿色组织净光合速率和光合效率具有和叶片相一致的反应,随着温度升高明显增强,但其它光合气体交换指标未发生显著变化。叶片和树皮绿色组织叶绿素荧光参数对温度升高响应基本一致,光系统Ⅱ实际光化学效率(Φ_(PSⅡ))、光化学淬灭(qP)、电子传递速率(ETR)及非光化学淬灭(NPQ)在33℃处理均表现为明显地降低,但二者光系统Ⅱ最大荧光效率(F_v/F_m)随着温度升高没有发生降低现象。本研究的研究结果表明气孔因素是导致杨树树皮绿色组织和叶片P_n随着温度升高而增大的主要原因。  相似文献

为了探究干旱胁迫对两种油桐(三年桐和千年桐)幼苗光合生理特性的变化及响应,采用盆栽试验,研究不同水分处理(正常供水、轻度干旱、中度干旱、重度干旱)对油桐幼苗生长、叶片气体交换及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,轻度干旱胁迫对两种油桐生长、气体交换及叶绿素荧光参数无明显影响(P0.05);中度干旱及重度干旱使两种油桐的叶绿素SPAD值、生长量、净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、气孔限制值(L_s)、最大净光合速率(P_(nmax))、光饱和点(LSP)、表观量子效率(AQY)、暗呼吸速率(R_d)、最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、实际光化学量子效率(Φ_(PSⅡ))、电子传递速率(ETR)及光化学猝灭系数(q_P)显著下降(P0.05),且在重度干旱胁迫下迅速下降,胞间CO_2浓度(C_i)、水分利用效率(WUE)、光补偿点(LCP)、初始荧光(F_o)、非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)显著升高(P0.05);中度干旱胁迫下油桐幼苗P_n的降低是由气孔因素及光合机构活性降低的非气孔因素共同引起的,而重度干旱胁迫下光合作用的下降主要是由光合机构活性降低的非气孔因素引起的。三年桐的光合机构活性及光合效率高于千年桐,对干旱胁迫的适应性较千年桐强。  相似文献

In order to dissect the genetic regulation of leafblade morphogenesis, 16 genotypes of pea, constructed by combining the wild-type and mutant alleles of MFP, AF, TL and UNI genes, were quantitatively phenotyped. The morphological features of the three domains of leafblades of four genotypes, unknown earlier, were described. All the genotypes were found to differ in leafblade morphology. It was evident that MFP and TL functions acted as repressor of pinna ramification, in the distal domain. These functions, with and without interaction with UNI, also repressed the ramification of proximal pinnae in the absence of AF function. The expression of MFP and TL required UNI function. AF function was found to control leafblade architecture multifariously. The earlier identified role of AF as a repressor of UNI in the proximal domain was confirmed. Negative control of AF on the UNI-dependent pinna ramification in the distal domain was revealed. It was found that AF establishes a boundary between proximal and distal domains and activates formation of leaflet pinnae in the proximal domain.  相似文献

Seven bean rhizobial strains EBRI 2, 3, 21, 24, 26, 27 and 29 identified as Rhizobium etli, and EBRI 32 identified as Rhizobium gallicum, isolated from Egyptian soils and which nodulated Phaseolus vulgaris efficiently, were subjected to hybridization with a nifH probe in order to estimate the copy number of this gene. Seven strains (EBRI 2, 3, 21, 24, 26, 27 and 29) which were only able to nodulate Phaseolus vulgaris, contained three copies of the nifH gene, consistent with their identification as Rhizobium etli bv. phaseoli. Only one strain (EBRI 32) which nodulated both Phaseolus vulgaris and Leucaena leucocephala, had one copy of nifH gene. This confirmed the classification of this strain as Rhizobium gallicum bv. gallicum.  相似文献

Many Cola plant species are endemic to West and Central Africa. Cola acuminata and Cola nitida are used as masticatory when fresh, while the dried nuts are used for beverages and pharmaceutical purposes in Europe and North America. Garcinia kola seeds, that serve as a substitute for the true kola nuts, are used in African traditional medicine for the treatment of various diseases, including colic, headache and liver cirrhosis. Seeds extracts of G. kola are also known for their anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antiviral properties. To gain information on the chemical properties of the kolas, we have isolated and analyzed cell wall polysaccharides, arabinogalactan-proteins and phenolic substances from the seeds of the three kola species. The sugar composition of cell wall material of C. acuminata, C. nitida and G. kola revealed that Gal (up to 30%), Ara, GalA and Glc as the predominant monosaccharides, representing approximately 90% by mol of the total hydrolysable sugar present in this material. In Ammonium oxalate cell wall fraction, GalA was found to be the major sugar present in all kola species. In the alkali-soluble fraction, there were significant differences in the level of Glc and Gal. The level of Glc was high in C. acuminata and C. nitida while the level of Gal and Xyl were high in C. nitida and G. cola. Isolation and quantification of arabinogalactan-proteins demonstrate that G. kola seeds contained four to eight times more of these proteoglycans than the seeds of the other two species. Finally, analysis of soluble phenolic substances shows that caffeine and catechin were largely represented in C. acumina and C. nitida seeds, with caffeine accounting for 50% of all soluble phenolics. These findings indicate that the three Kola seeds are highly enriched in pectins and proteoglycans and that C. acuminata and C. nitida can be used as a possible source of caffeine and catechin.  相似文献

【目的】为探究转Cry1Ac/1Ab基因棉花对异色瓢虫生长发育及其捕食功能的影响。【方法】以转Cry1Ac/1Ab基因棉与其亲本常规棉为实验材料,利用取食不同棉花品种叶片的棉铃虫饲喂异色瓢虫幼虫。【结果】与常规亲本棉相比,取食饲喂转基因棉花叶片的初孵棉铃虫幼虫的异色瓢虫幼虫从1龄发育至化蛹期时间延长0.77 d,但差异不显著;除1龄幼虫体重增加(0.0773 mg)外,其余各龄期幼虫体重均有所下降,但差异均不显著;异色瓢虫1、2、3、4龄幼虫对初孵棉铃虫捕食量均随棉铃虫密度的增加而增加,捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ圆盘方程。【结论】转Cry1Ac/1Ab基因棉花对异色瓢虫生长发育无显著影响,饲喂取食转Cry1Ac/1Ab基因棉花的棉铃虫对异色瓢虫捕食功能无显著差异。  相似文献

Results of molecular studies regarding the phylogenetic placement of the order Ostropales and related taxa within Lecanoromycetes were thus far inconclusive. Some analyses placed the order as sister to the rest of Lecanoromycetes, while others inferred a position nested within Lecanoromycetes. We assembled a data set of 101 species including sequences from nuLSU rDNA, mtSSU rDNA, and the nuclear protein-coding RPB1 for each species to examine the cause of incongruencies in previously published phylogenies. MP, minimum evolution, and Bayesian analyses were performed using the combined three-region data set and the single-gene data sets. The position of Ostropales nested in Lecanoromycetes is confirmed in all single-gene and concatenated analyses, and a placement as sister to the rest of Lecanoromycetes is significantly rejected using two independent methods of alternative topology testing. Acarosporales and related taxa (Acarosporaceae group) are basal in Lecanoromycetes. However, if the these basal taxa are excluded from the analyses, Ostropales appear to be sister to the rest of Lecanoromycetes, suggesting different ingroup rooting as the cause for deviating topologies in previously published phylogenies.  相似文献

The potential of Fusarium oxysporum var. cubense UAMH 9013 to perform steroid biotransformations was reinvestigated using single phase and pulse feed conditions. The following natural steroids served as substrates: dehydroepiandrosterone (1), pregnenolone (2), testosterone (3), progesterone (4), cortisone (5), prednisone (6), estrone (7) and sarsasapogenin (8). The results showed the possible presence of C-7 and C-15 hydroxylase enzymes. This hypothesis was explored using three synthetic androstanes: androstane-3,17-dione (9), androsta-4,6-diene-3,17-dione (10) and 3α,5α-cycloandrost-6-en-17-one (11). These fermentations of non-natural steroids showed that C-7 hydroxylation was as a result of that position being allylic. The evidence also pointed towards the presence of a C-15 hydroxylase enzyme.The eleven steroids were also fed to Exophialajeanselmei var. lecanii-corni UAMH 8783. The results showed that the fungus appears to have very active 5α and 14α-hydroxylase enzymes, and is also capable of carrying out allylic oxidations.Ceratocystis paradoxa UAMH 8784 was grown in the presence of the above-mentioned steroids. The results showed that monooxygenases which effect allylic hydroxylation and Baeyer–Villiger rearrangement were active. However, redox reactions predominated.  相似文献

黑粉菌属是Roussel 1806年建立的,全世界记载有三百余种,主要寄生于禾本科,是经济作物及牧草的重要致病菌·长期以来,对黑粉菌的邢子使用过各种名称,如厚垣孢子,冬孢子及黑粉孢子等.本文采用黑粉孢子以区别锈菌的冬孢子. 芳’(1979)在《中国真菌总汇》中列出黑粉菌属五十种及一个变型.作者经过显微结构和超显微结构的研究,承认其中二十九种为正确名称,八种及一变型为异名,顶黑粉菌(Ustilago acrearus Berk.)由于错拼而被废弃.埃地黑粉菌(Ustilago emodensis Berk.)被转移至利罗粉菌属(Liroa).另有十一种黑粉菌因缺少标本留待今后订正.自1979年以后,杨信东(1983)增加黑粉菌属二种我国新纪录,K.范基和郭林(1986)描述一新种,四种新纪录.在本文中,作者描述一新种:鸢尾蒜黑粉(Ustilago ixiolirii Guo L) ,孢子堆生在蒴果内,不开裂,黑色,粉末状.黑粉孢子球形,近球形,稀椭圆形, 12.5-21×10-21μm,黑褐色,壁厚1-1.Sμm,纹饰脑状.是迄今生在石蒜科植物上唯一黑粉菌的种,其它几种黑粉菌均属条黑粉菌属.本文增加七种我国新纪录.共计四十九种,寄生于六科四十四属植物,主要是禾本科和蓼科.这仅是黑粉菌属研究的初步报告,在全国范围内大量采集黑粉菌标本后,作者相信会有更多新种和我国新纪录被发现.利罗黑粉菌属(Liroa)是从黑粉菌属(Ustaligo)分出的,此属为单种属.  相似文献
