本文研究了蓝斑核对迷走-迷走抑胃反射的影响。实验结果表明,单独刺激迷走神经中枢端抑制胃电和胃运动,胃电慢波的振幅和胃内压分别下降到对照值的60.9%和45.7%,与对照值相比有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。刺激迷走神经中枢端的同时,以弱刺激刺激蓝斑核时,胃电慢渡的振幅和胃内压分别下降到对照值的42.1%和34.1%,与单独刺激迷走神经的效果相比较有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。本文结果提示:蓝斑核的兴奋加强迷走-迷走抑胃反射。  相似文献

本文用乌拉坦麻醉的大鼠,观察了灰翼区微量注射6-羟多巴胺(6-OHDA)对迷走-迷走抑胃反射的影响。实验动物分三组:空白对照组、溶媒组和6-OHDA 组。实验结果表明,在溶媒组刺激迷走神经中枢端使胃电慢波的振幅和胃内压分别下降到刺激前对照值的36.87±22.07%和32.52±25.41%,与空白对照组相比无显著的差异(P>0.05)。但是,在6-OHDA组,刺激迷走神经中枢端对胃电和胃运动的抑制效应明显减弱,慢波的振幅与胃内压分别下降到刺激前对照值的67.48±13.21%和50.88±21.40%,同溶媒组相比有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。结果提示,延髓灰翼区的儿茶酚胺能神经参与迷走-迷走抑胃反射的中枢机制。  相似文献

电离辐射引起胃排空延迟机理的初步探讨   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文观察了800rad照射后胃肠肌电的变化及切斷内脏神经与电刺激迷走神经对官的影响,初步分析了电离辐射引起胃排空延迟的机理。结果是:800rad照后大鼠胃肠肌电的峰波平均振幅胃幽部窦部照后1小时至第4天明显降低(P<0.05);幽门括约肌政变不大;十二指肠球部照后第3~7天明显下降(P<0.01)。切断内脏神经后照射大鼠胃肠肌电的峰波平均振幅胃幽门窦部变化不大,幽门括约肌照后1小时至第5天明显升高(P<0.05),十二指肠球部照后第3~7天明显下降(P<0.05)。800rad照后第4天大鼠胃对电刺激迷走神经的反应性明显降低(P<0.01)。上述结果表明:照后胃排空延迟的原因不仅与神经-体液调节紊乱有关,而且与射线损伤了平滑肌,使其兴奋性暂时的功能性降低有关。此外照后由于十二指肠球部运动的变化而使内感受器对胃运动的调节发生紊乱也是值得重视的因素。  相似文献

电针及刺激延脑中缝大核对猫胃电的影响   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
以记录猫胃体部和胃窦部胃电为指标,对比观察电针或刺激腓总神经与刺激延脑中缝大核对胃电的影响。实验结果表明:在空腹轻度麻醉的状态下,猫胃体部胃电的振幅约为160μV、频率约为4.3次/分;胃窦部胃电的振幅约为370μV、频率约为4.5次/分。电针或刺激腓总神经与刺激中缝大核对猫胃电的影响均以抑制效应为主。在损毁中缝大核之后,电针对胃电的抑制效应大为减弱,提示中枢的下行性抑制参与了电针对胃电的抑制作用。切割脊髓背外侧索或分别切断双侧的迷走神经,内脏大、小神经,均能减弱下行性抑制对胃电的影响。刺激中缝核的邻近结构,能兴奋猫的胃电,推测在延脑水平还可能存在“下行性兴奋系统”。  相似文献

在狗的急性实验中,刺激尾核对胃电快波和胃的运动功能呈双相性影响。当刺激尾核时.引起胃电快波活动减弱,胃紧张度及其节律收缩的波幅降低,在刺激结束后甚或在刺激末期,胃电快波则增强,胃紧张度增高,胃节律收缩的波幅增大。刺激尾核对胃电慢波的周期和振幅影响较小,且表现多种形式,但多数实验在给予刺激后先表现为周期延长,振幅略有增高,继而发生周期缩短,延长,波幅减小增大的交替性波动。同时观察到胃紧张度与胃节律收缩的强度,决定于胃电快波的活动,与胃电慢波的关系不明显.  相似文献

选用 Wistar,大鼠68只,乌拉坦麻醉下观察了电刺激弓状核对胃内压的影响。结果为:电刺激弓状核,胃内压显著降低;这一作用被迷走神经切断或腹腔神经丛摘除而减弱;酚妥拉明也能减弱电刺激弓状核的这一作用,但阿托品和心得安对此均无影响;同时去除交感神经和迷走神经时,刺激弓状核的这一作用虽被减弱,但仍然存在。上述结果表明:(1)刺激弓状核降低胃内压的外周神经途径同时涉及交感神经和迷走神经;前者由α-受体介导,后者可能由其中的非胆碱能、非肾上腺素能纤维发挥作用;(2)体液因素可能参与刺激弓状核的这一作用。  相似文献

本文报告慢性清醒猫正常摄食过程中胃电的变化,以及脑室注射心得安和动物麻醉对胃电的影响。结果显示,空腹饥饿状态下,猫胃电图上出现具有特征性的高振幅的“饥饿波”;摄食时胃电慢波抑制,可见较小快波;进食后半小时左右,胃电开始出现每分钟4—5次的振幅逐渐增大的正弦形慢波,多数慢波负载有快波。脑室注射心得安,可使饱猫胃电慢波抑制期出现饥饿波。动物在饥饿时麻醉,胃电慢波幅度显著降低,饥饿波完全不出现,苏醒后逐渐恢复。  相似文献

选用46只 Wistar 大鼠,分别观察了酚妥拉明和心得安对迷走神经完整和切断迷走神经大鼠胃内压的影响。结果为:酚妥拉明对迷走神经完整大鼠的胃内压没有影响,但能使切断迷走神经大鼠的胃内压明显下降,心得安可使去迷走神经和迷走神经完整大鼠的胃内压均升高,且两者无明显差异。结果表明:(1)支配胃的肾上腺素能神经紧张性作用主要表现为抑制;(2)β-受体可能仅位于胃平滑肌上,且介导抑制作用;(3)依赖迷走神经发挥作用的 α-受体介导抑制作用,而胃壁平滑肌上的 α 受体介导兴奋作用。  相似文献

电刺激大鼠蓝斑核区对实验性急性心肌缺血性损伤的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本实验在大鼠尾静脉注射垂体后叶素造成急性心肌缺血性损伤,以心电图肢体导联 S-T_Ⅱ段和 T_Ⅱ以及心率为指标,观察了电刺激蓝斑核区对大鼠急性心肌缺血性损伤的影响。实验结果表明蓝斑核区电刺激组的缺血性心电图恢复时间与对照组相比显著提前,前者为18.8±8.31分,后者为67±12.74分(P<0.01)。脑非蓝斑核区电刺激组的缺血性心电图恢复时间为69.2±6.8分。蓝斑核埋藏电极组的恢复时间为44.5±9.97分,与蓝斑核区电刺激组相比,其差异均非常显著(P<0.01)。这些结果说明蓝斑核区的刺激对大鼠急性心肌缺血性模型的恢复有促进作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨中枢5—HT对胃运动调节的神经机制。方法:采用免侧脑室给药,记录胃内压及胃收缩频率。结果:①侧脑室注入5—HT25μg,胃内压升高,胃收缩频率下降。②侧脑室注入阿托品抑制5—HT的效应,外周静脉注射阿托品仅阻断其升压作用。酚妥拉明和心得安对5—HT的作用均无明显影响。③侧脑室注射纳洛酮或苯海拉明显著抑制5—HT的降频作用,且苯海拉明能反转5—HT的升压作用。④切断双侧膈下迷走神经,侧脑室注射5—HT对胃运动无影响。结论:脑内5—HT引起胃收缩频率和胃内压变化的神经机制不同,升高胃内压的作用与中枢乙酰胆碱和组织胺有关,经迷走神经中胆碱能纤维传出;降低胃收缩频率的作用与中枢乙酰胆碱、组织胺及脑啡肽有关,经迷走神经中非胆碱能非肾上腺素能纤维传出。  相似文献

在新生大鼠离体脊髓薄片的中间外侧核作细胞内记录,研究细胞膜的静态与动态电生理特性。细胞的静息电位(RP)变动于-46—-70mV,膜的输入阻抗为108.3±67.9MΩ(X±SD,下同),时间常数9.9±5.6ms,膜电容138.6±124.2pF。用去极化电流进行细胞内刺激时,大部份细胞(85.4%)能产生高频率连续发放,其余细胞(15.6%)仅产生初始单个发放。胞内直接刺激引起的动作电位(AP)幅度为63.4±9.0mV,时程2.4±0.6ms,阈电位水平在RP基础上去极18.7±6.2mV。大部份细胞的锋电位后存在明显的超极化后电位,其幅度为5.1±2.7mV、持续90±31.8ms。刺激背根可在记录细胞引起EPSP或顺向AP,少数细胞尚出现IPSP。而刺激腹根则可引起逆向AP。  相似文献

观察了家兔在-20、-40、-60mmHg下体负压下心输出量、心搏量、心率、血压以及心电图、脑电图、视网膜电图的变化。实验结果表明:心搏量与心输出量明显减少,在-60mmHg下作用10分钟两者可下降到负压前对照值的15%。心率大多数加快,以代偿心输出量的下降。如出现持续性心率过缓和心律不齐,标志代偿失调。收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、脉压均呈规律性下降。根据血压反应可将动物分为耐力良好、尚好、较差三种类型。心电图变化主要表现为冠脉供血不足,心肌缺氧特征,并伴有高尖状P波。脑电图出现缺氧性慢波、波幅降低。视网膜电图的b波波幅逐渐下降,持续期缩短,80%以上有b负波,这些变化可能与脑部及视网膜供血不足有关。  相似文献

The time-dependent features of red blood cell flow were evaluated with laser-Doppler flowmetry (LDF) in the left gastrocnemius muscle of 31 anesthetized New Zealand White rabbits during stepwise arterial occlusion. During the control period with a median femoral pressure of 72 mmHg, 29 animals showed minor irregular fluctuations in LDF blood flow, and only two animals displayed periodic variations of blood flow. Lowering femoral arterial pressure induced maximal periodic blood flow variations at a median pressure of 35 mmHg in all animals with a median frequency of 1.5 cycles/min (termed "slow-wave flow motion"). The median amplitude was 48% of the corresponding average flow. These slow waves disappeared at a median femoral pressure of 20 mmHg. The median LDF flow value was 4.00 arbitrary units (AU) at control pressure and 2.05 AU at maximum slow-wave flow motion. When slow-wave flow motion was seen at several pressure levels, their frequency was identical, which supports the local pacemaker concept. This study promotes a novel concept for the role and physiological significance of periodic hemodynamics in that it is a condition not characteristic for normal control situations but is activated below a specific local arterial blood pressure and flow threshold, which is known to be the lower end of autoregulation in the microcirculation of rabbit skeletal muscle. This also suggests that slow-wave flow motion is primarily under local control mechanisms.  相似文献

采取刺激后胫神经(PTN)诱发叠加技术,利用体表无创伤性双极记录方法观察了16例正常小儿和43例脑瘫小儿的脊髓诱发电位(SCEP)。正常小儿的SCEP自下而上潜伏时逐渐延长、电压减小。从椎体C6到T10表现为Pa-Na-Pb三相波,T10~T12为Pa-Na1-Na2-Pb波,T12~L4为多相复合波。左右侧SCEP波形相似,潜伏时、电压相同,它们之间无统计学显著差别;但不同节段之间SCEP差异显著;脊髓传导速度为57.14m/s。脑瘫小儿SCEP正常者占14%;全髓反应低下者占20%;左右侧反应不对称者占46%;节段性反应低下者占15%;其它异常约占5%。不但节段间存在显著差异,而且全脊髓左右侧电压间以及颈、腰骶髓的潜伏时间出现显著差异。脊髓传导速度减低(患侧46.22m/s,对侧53.48m/s)。结果提示:(1)正常小儿脊髓活动左右对称,不同脊髓节段对PTN刺激反应不同。(2)脑瘫小儿脊髓活动左右不对称,一侧功能下降时对侧有一定代偿力,脊髓传导速度减慢。  相似文献

本研究用中国蛇协研制的青龙胶丸治疗血管性痴呆40例。经二个月的治疗后,显效4例,有效16例,改善17例,总有效率达92.5%。随着患者智能的改善,有86%的病例脑电图好转。其表现为枕部α指数增加,异常慢波减少等。36例红细胞C3b受体花环形成率检测结果表明,治疗前明显低于正常值,治疗后显著提高并恢复至接近正常人的水平。提示青龙胶丸可能通过神经一内分泌-免疫网络各环节的同时改善,提高机体的红细胞免疫  相似文献

In an anesthetized, open-abdomen, canine model, the propagation pattern of the slow wave and its direction, velocity, amplitude, and frequency were investigated in the small intestine of 8 dogs. Electrical recordings were made using a 240-electrode array from 5 different sites, spanning the length of the small intestine. The majority of slow waves propagated uniformly and aborally (84%). In several cases, however, other patterns were found including propagation in the oral direction (11%) and propagation block (2%). In addition, in 69 cases (3%), a slow wave was initiated at a local site beneath the electrode array. Such peripheral pacemakers were found throughout the entire intestine. The frequency, velocity, and amplitude of slow waves were highest in the duodenum and gradually declined along the intestine reaching lowest values in the distal ileum (from 17.4+/-1.7 c/min to 12.2+/-0.7 c/min; 10.5+/-2.4 cm/s to 0.8+/-0.2 cm/s, and 1.20+/-0.35 mV to 0.31+/-0.10 mV, respectively; all p<0.001). Consequently, the wavelength of the slow wave was strongly reduced from 36.4+/-0.8 cm to 3.7 +/- 0.1 cm (p<0.001). We conclude that the patterns of slow wave propagation are usually, though not always, uniform in the canine small intestine and that the gradient in the wavelength will influence the patterns of local contractions.  相似文献

电刺激大鼠颈髓背外侧束(DLF),在脊髓腰段用微电极记录到—诱发场电位,将其长时程慢电位正波称为 DLF-FP。DLF-FP 的潜伏期为7.22±1.41ms,达峰时间为15.12±5.58ms,时程为93.92±9.06ms。绘制 DLF-FP 等电位图发现:其负电场中心位于背表面下1.0—1.3mm,与外周传入诱发的场电位(P_1-FP)的起源部位基本一致。印防己毒素抑制DLF-FP,士的宁加强 DLF-FP。在一定时间范围内,先后刺激腓肠神经和 DLF,两者所诱发的场电位具有总和和抑制现象。这些结果表明 DLF-FP 是初级传入末梢去极化的反映,可能和刺激外周神经诱发的场电位共用脊髓环路。  相似文献

The mechanism of interactions between receptor activation in the musculoskeletal system and stimulation of the spinal cord in the regulation of locomotor behavior was studied in healthy subjects. Afferent stimulation was tested for effect on the patterns of stepping movements induced by percutaneous stimulation of the spinal cord. A combination of percutaneous spinal cord stimulation and vibratory stimulation was shown to increase the amplitude of leg movements. It was demonstrated that vibratory stimulation of limb muscles at a frequency of less than 30 Hz can be used to control involuntary movements elicited by noninvasive stimulation of the spinal cord.  相似文献

The effect of CL 115,347, a topically active antihypertensive PGE2 analog, and PGE2 on changes in blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR) response and plasma epinephrine (E) and norepinephrine (NE) levels induced by stimulation of the sympathetic spinal cord outflow were studied in pithed stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRSP). Surgical pithing significantly reduced plasma E but not NE levels suggesting that the sympathoadrenal medullary system differentially affects E and NE release. Sympathetic stimulation of the spinal cord of pithed SHRSP increased HR, BP, plasma E and NE levels. Topically applied CL 115,347 (0.001-0.2 mg/kg) dose-dependently decreased BP, while intravenously infused PGE2 (30 micrograms/kg/min) did not alter BP except for a brief initial drop. Topical application of CL 115,347 (0.1 mg/kg) also inhibited BP responses to sympathetic stimulation without effects on HR or plasma E or NE levels. Intravenous infusion of PGE2 (30 micrograms/kg/min) inhibited both BP and HR responses to spinal cord stimulation but did not alter plasma catecholamine levels. These studies in SHRSP suggest that CL 115,347 and PGE2 modulate cardiovascular responses mainly via postjunctional effects, but act differently on the cardiovascular elements, viz. CL 115,347 acts primarily on blood vessels while PGE2 acts on blood vessels and heart.  相似文献
