不同小麦品种(系)叶片表面蜡质对两种麦蚜取食的影响   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
采用气质联用(GC-MS)和生物测定法,探讨了不同小麦品种(系)叶片表面蜡质对麦长管蚜和禾谷缢管蚜取食的影响.结果表明:SN80、SN18和ZM12叶片表面蜡质对2种蚜虫取食具有刺激作用,而SN87叶片表面蜡质无刺激作用.对4种小麦材料叶片表面蜡质进行GC-MS分析发现,其表面蜡质化学组分有所不同,但主要组分均为长链烷烃,其它组分包括7-十四碳烯、8-十五烷酮、十四烷酸乙酯和十六烷酸乙酯等.生物测定结果表明:长链烷烃(>C17)、7-十四碳烯及8-十五烷酮对两种蚜虫取食具有显著的刺激作用;而乙基柠檬酸、十四烷酸乙酯和十六烷酸乙酯对麦长管蚜取食无刺激作用;十四烷酸乙酯和十六烷酸乙酯对禾谷缢管蚜取食也无刺激作用.  相似文献

The structures and composition of cuticular waxes deposited on the leaves of a typical desert moss, Syntrichia caninervis, were investigated. The wax crystals deposited on leaves shifted with leaf aging. The results of chemical analysis showed the main chemical components of the moss wax were fatty acids, alcohols and alkanes. Leaf aging increased the content of cuticular wax and the percentage of very long chain components, from 1150 μg g−1 DW and 13.6% in younger leaves to 2640 μg g−1 DW and 37.2% in aged leaves, respectively. Dehydration/hydration also augmented the wax content by 35.17% in juvenile leaves and by 1900% in lab-cultivated leaves after three-cycle treatments. Synthesis of hexadecanoic acid and tetracosane were predicted to be the first step of wax accumulation. The responses of cuticular waxes in crystal structure and chemical composition were recommended as a biomonitor for assessing the shift of ecological and environmental quality.  相似文献

The methanolic extract of roots of Cimicifuga racemosa and its methanolysis products have been analysed by GC-MS. 2-Hexylcyclopropaneoctanoic acid (9,10-methylenehexadecanoic acid) was found to be the marker most specific for the identification for this herb. For the phytochemical standardisation of Rhizoma Cimicifugae racemosae, validated methods for the quantitative analysis of formononetin (by TLC-fluorometry), of isoferulic acid (by GC-MS of the methyl ester), and of total triterpene glycosides (transformed to coloured complexes and measured photometrically) in roots of C. racemosa have been developed. The contents of formononetin, isoferulic acid and total triterpene glycosides (measured as actein) in the herb ranged from 0.0031 to 0.0035, from 1.22 to 1.35 and from 20.09 to 22.06 mg/g dry weight, respectively.  相似文献

The effect of different extraction methods on the composition of samples of soluble cuticular lipids (SCL) of Citrus aurantium L. was investigated. The variation of extraction yields, when whole leaves were immersed in solvent, was studied as a function of solvent type and duration of immersion. Cuticular waxes were also quantitatively extracted from isolated cuticular membranes of C. aurantium and their composition was compared to that of samples obtained by the immersion method. Significant differences were observed. Higher carbon number homologues of the aliphatic constituent classes were discriminated against when whole C. aurantium leaves were extracted by immersion. The alkyl ester fraction was almost entirely lacking in extracts from whole leaves. The dependence on carbon chain length of the saturation concentrations in chloroform of major aliphatic SCL constituents was determined. The results are discussed in terms of the major physico-chemical processes involved in the extraction of SCL.  相似文献

The chemical composition of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) from seeds of S. thymbra and S. cuneifolia were analyzed by GC/MS. 7 FAMEs were identified from the seeds of S. thymbra mainly as 9-octadecenoic acid methyl ester (43.9%), hexadecanoic acid methyl ester (11.4%), 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid methyl ester (Z,Z,Z) (30.2%), and octadecanoic acid methyl ester (14.1%), while from the seed of S. cuneifolia 10 FAMEs were obtained with the main components, similar to S. thymbra. These were identified as 9-octadecenoic acid methyl ester (10.1%), hexadecanoic acid methyl ester (methyl palmitate, 34.6%), 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid methyl ester (Z,Z,Z) (6.3%) and octadecanoic acid methyl ester (1.8%).  相似文献

西南风铃草(Campanula colorata Wall.),又名岩兰花、土桔梗、土沙参,为桔梗科(Campanulaceae)风铃草属(Campanula Linn.)多年生草本植物,产于中国云南、贵州、四川和西藏,阿富汗和老挝等也有分布[1]。民间常以该种的根入药,主要用于治疗风湿、瘫痪、破伤风和虚痨咳血等[2]。有关风铃草属种类的研究多集中于生物学特性方面[3-4],对该属种类化学成分的研究报道尚不多见。  相似文献

以常规溶剂萃取得使君子仁油,取两份油,一份经甲酯化处理,别一份不甲酯化,然后采用重量法和气相色谱-质谱联用技术分别测定使君子仁油含量和脂肪酸成分。结果表明:使君子仁油含量为15%;从甲酯化脂肪油中共检测出5种成分,其中E-9-十八烯酸占脂肪酸总量的46.99%,十六烷酸甲酯占脂肪酸总量的28.25%;另外,从未甲酯化脂肪油中共检测出7种成分,其中含防十八烯酸63.19%,十六烷酸甲酯15.26%,同时还检测出11.79%的γ-生育酚。使君子仁油是具有抗氧化性的植物源脂肪油,是开发和利用E-9-十八烯酸,十六烷酸甲酯和γ-生育酚的理想原料,在食用、医疗保健方面具有巨大潜力和广阔前景。  相似文献

Kloeckera apiculata 34-9 was selected from the rhizosphere soil for its high efficacy in controlling citrus green and blue mold. In this study, the effect of the antagonistic yeast K. apiculata on citrus cuticular wax was investigated in ripening Newhall navel orange (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck). Our results show that K. apiculata triggers the production of cuticular waxes and surface wax morphology changes in the fruit surface. 15 K. apiculata-responsive differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified for wax metabolism by using the Affymetrix citrus genome GeneChip. Using GC–MS, 46 wax compounds were found in the Newhall fruit surface. On one hand, esters including docosanoic acid, 1,2,3-propanetriyl ester and 9-hexadecenoic acid, 9-octadecenyl ester were up-regulated approximately twofold in the treatment condition compared with the control; and on the other hand, the fatty acids and fatty alcohols decreased by 74.4% and 72.3%, respectively, in the treatment condition. The new wax production and increased hydrophobicity of the Newhall surface resulting from the treatment may influence spore adhesion and germination. Furthermore, the response of the fruit waxes to the K. apiculata stimulus is likely to be regulated by intra-cellular H2O2 signaling. This study demonstrated the response fruit waxes to K. apiculata in Newhall navel oranges, thus providing new clues that aid our understanding of the mechanisms of action of antagonistic yeasts in postharvest fruits.  相似文献

研究了印度獐牙菜(Swertia chitayita Buch-Ham.)挥发油的化学成分。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取、毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用技术对印度獐牙菜挥发性化学成分进行了分离,经计算机质谱谱库检索对分离的化合物进行鉴定,并用已知烃类进行标定,共确定了其中63种化合物,所鉴定出的化合物含量占全挥发油的81.36%;用峰面积归一化法测定了各化学成分的相对含量。研究结果表明,印度獐牙菜的主要化学成分为:十六烷酸乙酯(19.54%)、4-(苯甲基)哌啶(11.72%)、油酸乙酯(7.82%)、丁基化羟基甲苯(6.70%)、亚油酸乙酯(5.80%)、丁二酸二乙酯(3.21%)、3a,6a-二氢-2(3H,4H)环戊二烯并[b]呋喃酮(2.13%)等。  相似文献

采用气-质联用法对杉木(Cunningham ia lanceolataHook.)叶醇提物石油醚溶解组分的化学成分进行了研究,经毛细管色谱分析分离出38个峰,共确认出其中36种成分,鉴定出的化学成分质量占总量的98.06%以上。应用色谱峰面积归一法分析各成分的质量分数,含量较高的物质有:十八酸-1,3-甘油二酯(16.929%)、二十七烷(15.178%)、棕榈酸-2-(十八烷氧基)乙酯(11.038%)、油酸(6.531%)、三十七醇(6.877%)等。化合物的类型主要为饱和脂肪酸酯(33.834%)和烃类化合物(22.031%)。  相似文献

采用毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用技术对藏药短管兔耳草挥发性化学成分进行了研究,经毛细管色谱分离出62个峰,共确定了其中41种化学成分,所鉴定的化合物含量占全挥发油的77.32%;用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各化学成分的相对含量,其主要化学成分为:二苯胺(16.47%)、邻苯二甲酸丁基—8—甲基壬基酯(6.42%)、二十六碳烷(4.76%)、十六烷酸(3.66%)、二十四碳烷(3.40%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(3.38%)、二十二碳烷(3.30%)、二十碳烷(3.26%)、十六烷酸乙酯(2.77%)、十八碳烷(2.76%)、戊酸(2.48%)、3—乙基环辛烯(2.05%)等。  相似文献

The qualitative and quantitative compositions of leaf cuticular waxes from potato (Solanum tuberosum) varieties were studied. The principal components of the waxes were very long chain n-alkanes, 2-methylalkanes and 3-methylalkanes (3.1-4.6 microg cm(-2)), primary alcohols (0.3-0.7 microg cm(-2)), fatty acids (0.3-0.6 microg cm(-2)), and wax esters (0.1-0.4 microg cm(-2)). Methyl ketones, sterols, beta-amyrin, benzoic acid esters and fatty acid methyl, ethyl, isopropyl and phenylethyl esters were found for the first time in potato waxes. The qualitative composition of the waxes was quite similar but there were quantitative differences between the varieties studied. A new group of cuticular wax constituents consisting of free 2-alkanols with odd and even numbers of carbon atoms ranging from C25 to C30 was identified.  相似文献

Eight propolis samples from Croatia were analyzed in detail, to study the headspace, volatiles, anti‐Varroa‐treatment residue, phenolics, and antioxidant properties. The samples exhibited high qualitative/quantitative variability of the chemical profiles, total phenolic content (1,589.3–14,398.3 mg GAE (gallic acid equivalent)/l EtOH extract), and antioxidant activity (11.1–133.5 mmol Fe2+/l extract and 6.2–65.3 mmol TEAC (Trolox® equivalent antioxidant capacity)/l extract). The main phenolics quantified by HPLC‐DAD at 280 and 360 nm were vanillin, p‐coumaric acid, ferulic acid, chrysin, galangin, and caffeic acid phenethyl ester. The major compounds identified by headspace solid‐phase microextraction (HS‐SPME), simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE), and subsequent GC‐FID and GC/MS analyses were α‐eudesmol (up to 19.9%), β‐eudesmol (up to 12.6%), γ‐eudesmol (up to 10.5%), benzyl benzoate (up to 28.5%), and 4‐vinyl‐2‐methoxyphenol (up to 18.1%). Vanillin was determined as minor constituent by SDE/GC‐FID/MS and HPLC‐DAD. The identified acaricide residue thymol was ca. three times more abundant by HS‐SPME/GC‐FID/MS than by SDE/GC‐FID/MS and was not detected by HPLC‐DAD.  相似文献

Cuticular waxes from grape berry cuticle of Vitis vinifera L. have been investigated by X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and gas chromatography. The waxes were mainly composed of n-alcohols and n-fatty acids and a considerable amount (about 30%) of the cyclic terpenoid oleanolic acid. The physical techniques used showed that the waxes have a high degree of molecular order in spite of the presence of the cyclic component. Molecular dynamics of the reconstituted waxes were measured to characterize the transport properties of the cuticular waxes that form the transport-limiting barrier of plant cuticles. For this purpose, the diffusion coefficient of labelled cholesterol, imitating the terpenoic acid, was measured. The value obtained was around 10-21 m2 s-1 indicating a low mobility of the cyclic part of the reconstituted waxes. Temperature dependence of the diffusion coefficient was studied in the range of 5-45C. Arrhenius plot analysis yielded a high activation energy, 196.4 kJ mol-1, of the diffusion process. This indicates dense molecular packing of reconstituted cuticular waxes.  相似文献

Seven ferulic acid esters of 1-alkanols ranging in carbon length from C16 to C28 were synthesized and an HPLC protocol for their separation developed. Extracts prepared from wound healing potato (Solanum tuberosum) tubers and analysed by HPLC indicated that alkyl ferulate esters begin to accumulate 3-7 days after wound treatment. Of the nine esters identified by EIMS, (including two esters of odd chain length alkanols) hexadecyl and octadecyl ferulates were predominant. Alkyl ferulate esters were restricted to the wound periderm.  相似文献

Multidimensional LC-tandem MS was used to investigate the protein compositions of three tissues of silkworm, Bombyx mori. A total of 162, 259, and 175 peptides from silkworm larval integument and trachea, and adult scale obtained by database search were matched to 48, 51, and 40 proteins, respectively. Forty-one cuticular proteins were identified from three tissues and covered all five cuticular protein families of silkworm. In the adult scale, all seven cuticular proteins were identified for the first time in the final pellet after SDS extraction. The majority of cuticular proteins were found in each tissue differentially, suggesting that tissue-specific cuticular proteins were involved in the building of the specialized tissues. Seventy-three non-cuticular proteins were also identified in this analysis mainly including muscular proteins, proteinases, inhibitors, transport proteins, and redox-related proteins.  相似文献

The phase behaviour of cuticular waxes from leaves of Hedera helix L. and Juglans regia L. was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. For this purpose reconstituted waxes, isolated cuticular membranes, dewaxed polymer matrix membranes and whole leaves were studied in the horizontal attenuated total reflection and transmission modes. Melting curves of cuticular waxes were derived from temperature-dependent changes in the absorption maximum of the symmetric stretching mode of CH2 groups (νs, at approx. 2856–2848 cm−1). With increasing temperature absorption band doublets due to CH2 scissoring (δsciss) and rocking (δrock) movements (at approx. 1473–1471 and 730–720 cm−1, respectively) indicative of an orthorhombic arrangement of alkyl chains merged into a single peak. The area ratio of the peaks at approx. 720 and 730 cm−1 was used as a measure for aliphatic crystallinity of plant cuticular waxes at a given temperature. The investigations of reconstituted cuticular waxes and those still embedded in isolated cuticles or in situ on the leaf produced comparable results.
