水稻外观品质的数量性状基因位点分析   总被引:27,自引:1,他引:26  
利用由98个家系组成的Nipponbare(粳)/Kasalath(秒)∥Nipponbare回交重组自交系(backcross inbred lines,BILs)群体(BC1F9)及其分子连锁图谱,采用复合区间作图的方法,在2个不同年份对粒长、粒宽、粒形、垩白率、垩白大小、垩白度和透明度等7个稻米外观品质性状的数量性状基因位点(Quantiative trait loci,QTL)进行了定位分析。共定位到33个四QTLs,单个性状QTL数目在4-7个之间,以垩白率最多,为7个;粒长和垩白大小次之,为5个;其他性状均为4个,表明该组合外观品质是由多基因控制的数量性状。单个QTL对性状变异解释率粒长为6.2%-15.2%,粒宽为8.3%-32.5%,长宽比为6.8%-19.8%,垩白率为6.4%-28.5%,垩白大小为6.1%-16.9%,垩白度为9.3%-17.2%,透明度为5.6%-25.2%.QTL在染色体上成集中分布的特点,第3染色体C1488-C563、第5染色体R830-R3166和R1436-R2289、第6染色体R2147-R2171均有3个以上的QTLs分布。比较2年的检测结果表明,外观品质性状的QTL定位都受环境影响,但不同性状受影响的程度差异很大。粒长和粒形的QTL定位受环境影响很小,垩白率、垩白大小和垩白度的QTL定位受环境影响很大。  相似文献

In order to understand the genetic basis of the paste viscosity characteristics (RVA profile, which is tested on the Rapid Visco Analyser) of the rice grain, we mapped QTLs for RVA profile parameters using a DH population derived from a cross between an indica variety, Zai-Ye-Qing 8 (ZYQ8), and a japonica variety, Jing-Xi 17 (JX17). Evidence of genotype-by-environment interaction was found by comparing the mapped QTLs between two locations, Hainan (HN) and Hangzhou (HZ). A total of 20 QTLs for six parameters of the RVA profiles were identified at least one location. Only the waxy locus (wx) located on chromosome 6 was detected significantly at both environments for five traits, i.e. hot paste viscosity (HPV), cool paste viscosity (CPV), breakdown viscosity (BDV), consistency viscosity (CSV) and setback viscosity (SBV). This locus explained 19.5%–63.7% of the total variations at both environments, suggesting that the RVA profiles were mainly controlled by the wx gene. HPV, CPV, BDV, CSV and SBV were also controlled by other QTLs whose effects on the respective parameter were detected only in one environment, while for the peak viscosity (PKV), only 2 QTLs, 1 at HN,the other at HZ, were identified. Appearance quality of rice grains is a major problem for rice production in many areas of the world. We conducted a molecular marker-based genetic analysis of percentage of grains with chalkiness (PGWC), which is a determining factor for appearance quality; it strongly affects milling, eating and cooking quality. An F(8) recombinant inbred line population, which consists of 261 lines derived from a cross between Koshihikari (Japonica) and C602 (Japonica), was used for QTL mapping. Three QTLs related to PGWC were detected on chromosomes 5, 8 and 10, together explaining 50.8% of the genetic variation. The 'Koshihikari' alleles qJPGC-5, qJPGC-8 and the 'C602' alleles at qJPGC-10 were associated with reduced PGWC. The QTL contributions to phenotypic variance were 18.2, 9.6 and 25%, respectively. These QTL markers for PGWC could be used for developing improved varieties.  相似文献

以10个云南粳稻和6个韩国粳稻品种为材料,研究了不同生态条件对云南和韩国粳稻主要品质及RVA谱特性的影响.结果表明: 云南和韩国粳稻各指标的变异系数均以消减值最大.云南粳稻的粒长、垩白率、直链淀粉含量、蛋白质含量、碱消值、最终黏度、消减值和峰值时间的变异系数明显大于韩国粳稻,而其他品质指标则相反.随海拔升高,云南粳稻的粒长、粒宽、长宽比、精白度、直链淀粉含量、碱消值、最终黏度和回复值及韩国粳稻的粒长、粒宽、精白度、蛋白质含量、最高黏度、热浆黏度和崩解值明显降低,而云南粳稻的垩白率、蛋白质含量、热浆黏度和峰值时间及韩国粳稻的长宽比、直链淀粉含量、碱消值、消减值和回复值明显升高,但韩国粳稻的垩白率无明显变化.云南粳稻的最高黏度、崩解值和糊化温度及韩国粳稻的糊化温度随海拔升高呈先降后升趋势,而云南粳稻的消减值及韩国粳稻的最终黏度和峰值时间则表现相反趋势.  相似文献

Improved eating quality is a major breeding target in japonica rice due to market demand. In this study, we performed genetic analysis to identify quantitative trait loci (QTLs) that control rice eating quality traits using 192 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from a cross between two japonica cultivars, 'Suweon365' and 'Chucheongbyeo'. We evaluated the stickiness (ST) and overall evaluation (OE) of cooked rice using a sensory test, the glossiness of cooked rice (GCR) using a Toyo-taste meter, and measured the amylose content (AC), protein content (PC), alkali digestion value (ADV), and days to heading (DH) of the RILs in the years 2006 and 2007. Our analysis revealed 21 QTLs on chromosomes 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 11. QTLs on chromosomes 6, 7, and 8 were detected for three traits related to eating quality in both years. QTLs for ST and OE were identified by a sensory test in the same region of the QTLs for AC, PC, ADV, GCR and DH on chromosome 8. QTL effects on the GCR were verified using QTL-NILs (near-isogenic lines) of BC(3)F(4-6) in the Suweon365 background, a low eating quality variety, and some BC(1)F(3) lines. Chucheongbyeo alleles at QTLs on chromosomes 7 and 8 increased the GCR in the NILs and backcrossed lines. The QTLs identified by our analysis will be applicable to future marker-assisted selection (MAS) strategies for improving the eating quality of japonica rice.  相似文献

Amylose content (AC), gel consistency (GC) and gelatinazation temperature (GT) are three important traits that influence the cooking and eating quality of rice. The objective of this study was to characterize the genetic components, including main-effect quantitative trait loci (QTLs), epistatic QTLs and QTL-by-environment interactions (QEs), that are involved in the control of these three traits. A population of doubled haploid (DH) lines derived from a cross between two indica varieties Zhenshan 97 and H94 was used, and data were collected from a field experiment conducted in two different environments. A genetic linkage map consisting of 218 simple sequence repeat (SSR) loci was constructed, and QTL analysis performed using qtlmapper 1.6 resolved the genetic components into main-effect QTLs, epistatic QTLs and QEs. The analysis detected a total of 12 main-effect QTLs for the three traits, with a QTL corresponding to the Wx locus showing a major effect on AC and GC, and a QTL corresponding to the Alk locus having a major effect on GT. Ten digenic interactions involving 19 loci were detected for the three traits, and six main-effect QTLs and two pairs of epistatic QTLs were involved in QEs. While the main-effect QTLs, especially the ones corresponding to known major loci, apparently played predominant roles in the genetic basis of the traits, under certain conditions epistatic effects and QEs also played important roles in controlling the traits. The implications of the findings for rice quality improvement are discussed.  相似文献

 The inheritance of grain quality is more complicated than that of other agronomic traits in cereals due to epistasis, maternal and cytoplasmic effects, and the triploid nature of endosperm. In the present study, an established rice DH population derived from anther culture of an indica/japonica hybrid was used for genetic analysis of rice grain quality. A total of five parameters, amylose content (AC), alkali-spreading score (ASS), gel consistency (GC), percentage of grain with a white core (PGWC) and the square of the white core (SWC), were estimated for the DH lines and the parent varieties. For each parent, the value of each parameter was relatively stable in three locations, Beijing, Hangzhou and Chengdu, while the differences between the parents were significant for all five parameters. AC showed a bimodal distribution, and the distribution of ASS was skewed toward the value of JX17, while the other three parameters displayed continuous distributions among the DH lines with partially transgressive segregations. For AC, a minor and a major gene were found on chromosomes 5 and 6 respectively. The major gene, which should be an allele of wx, explained 91.9% of the total variation. For GC, two QTLs were identified on chromosomes 2 and 7 respectively. For ASS, a minor and a major gene were both located on chromosome 6. The major gene should be the same locus as the alkali degeneration gene (alk). Genetic linkage between alk and wx was found in QTL mapping. For PGWC, two QTLs were located on chromosomes 8 and 12. Only a minor QTL was found for SWC on chromosome 3. The results and the molecular markers presented here may be useful in rice breeding for grain quality improvement. Rice appearance quality, including traits specifying grain dimension and endosperm chalkiness, represents a major problem in many rice-producing areas of the world. In this study, the genetic basis of six appearance quality traits of milled rice was dissected into quantitative trait loci (QTL) main effects, and the stability of these QTLs was assessed in a population of 66 chromosome segment substitution lines (CSSLs) across eight environments. The CSSLs showed transgressive segregation for many of the traits, and significant correlations were detected among most of the traits. Twenty-two QTLs were identified on eight chromosomes, and numerous QTLs affecting related traits were mapped in the same regions, probably reflecting pleiotropic effects. Nine QTLs, namely qGL-1,qGL-3, qGW-5,qLWR-3, qLWR-5,qPGWC-8, qPGWC-9, qACE-8, and qDEC-8, were consistently detected across the eight environments. The additive main effect and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) analysis showed that genotype (G) × environment (E) interaction was significant for all six traits, with the first three iPCA terms accounting for over 80% of the G × E variance. Both DI values and the iPCA1-iPCA2 biplots showed that the CSSLs harboring the nine QTL alleles were more stable than those carrying any of the additional 13 QTL alleles, thereby confirming their environmental stability and pointing to their appropriateness as targets for marker-assisted selection for high-quality rice varieties.  相似文献

Protein content (PC) is an important component of rice nutritional quality. In order to better understand the genetic basis of this trait and increase related breeding efficiency, 21 single chromosome segment substitution (SCSS) lines grown in four sites over two growing seasons (regarded as eight environments) were used to associate PC with particular chromosome segments. Segments from 15 chromosomes were found to contain quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for PC in at least one environment. These included segments from chromosome 3 and 8, in which QTLs for PC had not previously been identified. The segment of chromosome 8 in CSSL-48 had the largest positive effect across all environments. The interaction between substitution and environment was highly significant. Some substitutions had large effects in one environment, but no effect in another (i.e. CSSL-08 and CSSL-17), while some substitutions significantly increased PC in one environment but decreased it in another (i.e. CSSL-41 and CSSL-43). By biplot and clustering analysis, the eight environments were grouped into two contrasting environment types, that is, Hainan and Jiangsu. The segment of chromosome 8 in CSSL-48 had PC-enhancing QTLs in both of the environment types. The segments in CSSL-34 had QTLs which increase PC in the Jiangsu environment but have no effect in the Hainan environment. For enhancing PC, CSSL-48 could be explored in breeding for wide adaptation across all environments, while CSSL-12, CSSL-14, CSSL-17, CSSL-41 and CSSL-43, and that in CSSL-34 could be explored in breeding for specific adaptation to the Hainan and Jiangsu environments, respectively. Near isogenic lines are under development to validate the QTLs with large effects in a range of genetic backgrounds relevant to Jiangsu and Hainan breeding programs. Secondary mapping populations are also being developed for further localising the responsible QTLs in CSSL-14, CSSL-34 and CSSL-48.  相似文献

A recombinant inbred line population derived from a cross between Zhenshan 97 and Delong 208 was used to analyze the genetic basis of the cooking and eating quality of rice as reflected by 17 traits (or parameters). These traits include amylose content (AC), gel consistency (GC), alkali spreading value (ASV), cooked rice elongation (CRE), and 13 parameters from the viscosity profile. All the traits, except peak paste viscosity (PKV), time needed from gelatinization to peak (BAtime), and CRE, can be divided into two classes according to their interrelationship. The first class consists of AC, GC, and most of the paste viscosity parameters that form a major determinant of eating quality. The second class includes ASV, pasting temperature (Atemp) and pasting time (Atime), which characterize cooking process. We identified 26 QTL (quantitative trait locus or loci) in 2 years; nine QTL clusters emerged. The two major clusters, which correspond to the Wx and Alk loci, control the traits in the first and second classes, respectively. Some QTL are co-located for the traits belonging to the same class and also for the traits to a different class. The Wx locus also affects on ASV while the Alk locus also makes minor contributions to GC and some paste viscosity parameters. The QTL clusters on other chromosomes are similar to the Wx locus or Alk locus, although the variations they explained are relatively minor. QTL for CRE and PKV are dispersed and independent of the Wx locus. Low paste viscosity corresponds to low AC and soft gel, which represents good eating quality for most Chinese consumers; high ASV and low Atemp, together with reduced time to gelatinization and PKV, indicate preferred cooking quality. The genetic basis of Atemp, Atime, BAtime, peak temperature, peak time, paste viscosity at 95 degrees C, and final paste viscosity is newly examined to reveal a complete and dynamic viscosity profile.  相似文献

High chalkiness is a major problem in many rice-producing areas of the world, especially in hybrid rice (Oryza sativa L.) in China. We previously showed a major quantitative trait locus for the percentage of grains with white chalkiness (QTLqPGWC-8) in the interval G1149-R727 on chromosome 8 using a chromosome segment substitution line (CSSL). Here, we selected the line-CSSL50 harboring the QTLqPGWC-8 allele from the CSSLs derived from a cross between Asominori (as a recurrent parent) and IR24 (as a donor parent), which had higher percentage chalkiness, markedly different from that of Asominori. There were also significant differences in starch granules, appearance of amylose content (AAC) and milling qualities between Asominori and CSSL50, but not in grain size or thousand grain weight (TGW). The BC(4) F(2) and BC(4) F(3) populations from a cross between CSSL50 and Asominori were used for fine mapping of qPGWC-8. We narrowed down the location of this QTL to a 142 kb region between Indel markers 8G-7 and 8G-9. QTLqPGWC-8 accounted for 50.9% of the difference in PGWC between the parents. The markers tightly linked to qPGWC-8 should facilitate cloning of the gene underlying this QTL and will be of value for marker-assisted selection in breeding rice varieties with better grain quality.  相似文献

Phytochemicals such as phenolics and flavonoids in rice grain are antioxidants that are associated with reduced risk of developing chronic diseases including cardiovascular disease, type-2 diabetes and some cancers. Understanding the genetic basis of these traits is necessary for the improvement of nutritional quality by breeding. Association mapping based on linkage disequilibrium has emerged as a powerful strategy for identifying genes or quantitative trait loci (QTL) underlying complex traits in plants. In this study, genome-wide association mapping using models controlling both population structure (Q) and relative kinship (K) were performed to identify the marker loci/QTLs underlying the naturally occurring variations of grain color and nutritional quality traits in 416 rice germplasm accessions including red and black rice. A total of 41 marker loci were identified for all the traits, and it was confirmed that Ra (i.e., Prp-b for purple pericarp) and Rc (brown pericarp and seed coat) genes were main-effect loci for rice grain color and nutritional quality traits. RM228, RM339, fgr (fragrance gene) and RM316 were important markers associated with most of the traits. Association mapping for the traits of the 361 white or non-pigmented rice accessions (i.e., excluding the red and black rice) revealed a total of 11 markers for four color parameters, and one marker (RM346) for phenolic content. Among them, Wx gene locus was identified for the color parameters of lightness (L*), redness (a*) and hue angle (H o). Our study suggested that the markers identified in this study can feasibly be used to improve nutritional quality or health benefit properties of rice by marker-assisted selection if the co-segregations of the marker–trait associations are validated in segregating populations.  相似文献

利用携带qPGWC-9目标区段而其他置换片段上不带有与垩白率相关QTL(quantitative trait locus)的高垩白染色体片段置换系(chromosomal segment substitution line,CSSL)AIS82,以其轮回亲本Asominori(低垩白)为对照,从源库关系角度探讨qPGWC-9的生理功能。结果发现,籽粒灌浆期AIS82与Asominori的剑叶净光合速率没有显著差异,说明光合作用强弱不是AIS82高垩白率产生的直接原因。灌浆前期AIS82的淀粉合成关键酶活性显著高于Asominori,但中后期AIS82酶活下降快,整个灌浆期变化幅度相对较大,推测qPGWC-9主要影响了淀粉合成关键酶活性的动态变化,从而决定了高垩白表型。  相似文献

Abstract

Appearance quality (AQ) is the main determinants of market value of rice. Identification of QTL affecting AQ is the prerequisite for efficient improvement of AQ through marker-assisted selection (MAS). Two sets of reciprocal introgression lines derived from indica Minghui 63 and japonica 02428 were used to dissect the stability of QTL affecting five AQ traits, including grain length, grain width, length to width ratio, percentage of grains with chalkiness, and degree of endosperm chalkiness using 4568 bin genotype produced from 58,000 SNPs across five different environments. A total of 41 and 30 main-effect QTL were identified in MH63 and 02428 backgrounds, respectively. Among them, 9 background-independent QTL (BI-QTL) were found. There were also 13 and 10 stable-expressed QTL (SE-QTL) across at least two environments in MH63 and 02428 backgrounds, respectively. Two important BI- and SE-QTL regions (BISERs) including BISER-I harboring qPGWC5, qDEC5, qGW5.1, and qLWR5 on chromosome 5 and BISER-II harboring qGL7, qLWR7, qPGWC7, and qDEC7 on chromosome 7 were identified. The BISER-II was newly reported and validated by two secondary F2 populations in the reciprocal backgrounds. Among 59 epistatic QTL (E-QTL) detected in this study, there were only four SE- but no BI-E-QTL detected in different environments, indicating that genetic background has stronger effect on AQ traits than the environmental factors, especially for percentage of grains with chalkiness (PGWC) and degree of endosperm chalkiness (DEC) with lower heritability. BISER-I and BISER-II harboring many BI- and SE-QTL with favorable alleles from slender grain rice are much important for improvement of rice AQ by MAS.

The quantitative trait loci (QTLs) associated with arsenic (As) accumulation in rice were mapped using a doubled haploid population established by anther culture of F1 plants from a cross between a Japonica cultivar CJ06 and an Indica cultivar TN1 (Oryza sativa). Four QTLs for arsenic (As) concentrations were detected in the map. At the seedling stage, one QTL was mapped on chromosome 2 for As concentrations in shoots with 24.4% phenotypic variance and one QTL for As concentrations in roots was detected on chromosome 3. At maturity, two QTLs for As concentrations in grains were found on chromosomes 6 and 8, with 26.3 and 35.2% phenotypic variance, respectively. No common loci were detected among these three traits. Interestingly, the QTL on chromosome 8 was found to be colocated for As concentrations in grain at maturity and shoot phosphorus (P) concentrations at seedling stage. These results provide an insight into the genetic basis of As uptake and accumulation in rice, and will be useful in identifying genes associated with As accumulation.  相似文献

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is seriously impacted by global soil salinization. To determine the quantitative trait loci (QTLs) related to salt tolerance in rice roots, F2:3 and BC1F2:3 populations derived from a cross between the cv. Dongnong 425 of high quality and yield and the salt-tolerant cv. Changbai 10, were studied at different development stages. Two genetic linkage maps of F2:3 and BC1F2:3 populations were constructed. A 66 mM NaCl solution was used to irrigate the field and to analyze the dynamic QTL of some rice root traits. Using unconditional and conditional QTL mapping methods, 30 unconditional QTLs and 16 conditional QTLs related to the 6 root traits were detected on the 9 rice chromosomes during different developmental stages. Fourteen pairs of unconditional and conditional QTLs were detected at the identical developmental stage in the identical population. A number of QTLs were detected at different developmental stages, however, many did not appear at the last stage. Remarkably, qRKC1 appeared continuously at multiple stages in both the populations suggesting its key role in regulating the salt tolerance of rice roots.  相似文献

Traditional basmati rice varieties are very low yielding due to their poor harvest index, tendency to lodging and increasing susceptibility to foliar diseases; hence there is a need to develop new varieties combining the grain quality attributes of basmati with high yield potential to fill the demand gap. Genetic control of basmati grain and cooking quality traits is quite complex, but breeding work can be greatly facilitated by use of molecular markers tightly linked to these traits. A set of 209 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) developed from a cross between basmati quality variety Pusa 1121 and a contrasting quality breeding line Pusa 1342, were used to map the quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for seven important quality traits namely grain length (GL), grain breadth (GB), grain length to breadth ratio (LBR), cooked kernel elongation ratio (ELR), amylose content (AC), alkali spreading value (ASV) and aroma. A framework molecular linkage map was constructed using 110 polymorphic simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers distributed over the 12 rice chromosomes. A number of QTLs, including three for GL, two for GB, two for LBR, three for aroma and one each for ELR, AC and ASV were mapped on seven different chromosomes. While location of majority of these QTLs was consistent with the previous reports, one QTL for GL on chromosomes 1, and one QTL each for ELR and aroma on chromosomes 11 and 3, respectively, are being reported here for the first time. Contrary to the earlier reports of monogenic recessive inheritance, the aroma in Pusa 1121 is controlled by at least three genes located on chromosomes 3, 4 and 8, and similar to the reported association of badh2 gene with aroma QTL on chromosome 8, we identified location of badh1 gene in the aroma QTL interval on chromosome 4. A discontinuous 5 + 3 bp deletion in the seventh exon of badh2 gene, though present in all the RILs with high aroma, was not sufficient to impart this trait to the rice grains as many of the RILs possessing this deletion showed only mild or no aroma expression. Drought is a major abiotic stress limiting rice production and yield stability in rainfed ecosystems. Identifying quantitative trait loci (QTL) for rice yield and yield components under water limited environments will help to develop drought resilient cultivars using marker assisted breeding (MAB) strategy. A total of 232 recombinant inbred lines of IR62266/Norungan were used to map QTLs for plant phenology and production traits under rainfed condition in target population of environments. A total of 79 QTLs for plant phenology and production traits with phenotypic variation ranging from 4.4 to 72.8% were detected under non-stress and drought stress conditions across two locations. Consistent QTLs for phenology and production traits were detected across experiments and water regimes. The QTL region, RM204-RM197-RM217 on chromosome 6 was linked to days to 50% flowering and grain yield per plant under both rainfed and irrigated conditions. The same genomic region, RM585-RM204-RM197 was also linked to harvest index under rainfed condition with positive alleles from Norungan, a local landrace. QTLs for plant production and drought resistance traits co-located near RM585-RM204-RM197-RM217 region on chromosome 6 in several rice genotypes. Thus with further fine mapping, this region may be useful as a candidate QTL for MAB, map-based cloning of genes and functional genomics studies for rainfed rice improvement.  相似文献

Vitreousness and kernel hardness are important properties for maize processing and end-product quality. In order to examine the genetic basis of these traits, a recombinant inbred line population resulting from a cross between a flint line (F-2) and a semident line (Io) was used to search for vitreousness and kernel composition QTLs. Vitreousness was measured by image processing from a kernel section, while NIR spectroscopy was used to estimate starch, protein, cellulose, lipid and semolina yield. In addition, thousand-grain weight and grain weight per ear were measured. The MQTL method was used to map the QTLs for the different traits. An additional program allowed for the detection of interaction QTLs between markers. The total number of main-effect and interaction QTLs was similar. The QTLs were not evenly distributed but tended to cluster. Such clusters, mixing main-effect and interaction QTLs, were observed at six positions : on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 6, 8 and 9. Two of them, on chromosomes 6 and 9, concerned both QTLs for kernel-weight traits and QTLs for kernel-composition traits (protein and cellulose). Technological-trait QTLs (vitreousness or semolina yield) were located less than 16 cM from a protein-content QTL on chromosome 2, and were co-located with lipid- and starch-content QTLs on chromosome 8. The co-location of a vitreousness and a semolina-yield QTL at the telomeric end of the chromosome 2 (Bin 2.02) is likely to be meaningful since measurement of these related traits, made by completely different methods (NIRS vs image processing), yielded very close QTLs. A similar location was previously reported independently for a kernel-friability QTL. Comparing the map location of the numerous loci for known-function genes it was shown that three zein loci were closely linked to QTLs for vitreousness on chromosome 3, for semolina yield and starch on chromosome 4, and for protein, cellulose and grain weight on chromosome 9. 以旱稻品种IRAT109与水稻品种越富杂交构建的DH群体的116个株系及其亲本为材料,在水、旱2种栽培条件下种植,研究了稻米蒸煮和营养品质性状的变化规律,在水、旱2个土壤水分环境下对直链淀粉含量(AC)、胶稠度(GC)、碱消值(GT)和蛋白质含量(PC)4个蒸煮和营养品质性状进行QTL定位及QTLs与环境互作分析。结果表明,以上4个品质性状在水、旱2种不同栽培条件下差异较大,说明这些性状受水分条件影响较大,旱栽条件下稻米蒸煮和营养各品质性状均有不同程度的升高,其中蛋白质含量平均提高37.9%。QTL分析结果表明,4个稻米品质性状在2个环境中的表现型值都为连续分布,均存在超亲遗传类型,共检测到7个加性效应QTL与稻米蒸煮和营养品质性状4项指标有关,分别位于第1、2、3、6、8、11染色体上,单个QTLs对性状的贡献率在1.91%~19.77%之间。位于第3染色体上控制碱消值的QGt3,第6染色体上控制直链淀粉含量的QAc6,在2个不同土壤水分条件下均与环境存在显著互作,对环境互作的贡献率分别为8.99%和47.86%。控制直链淀粉含量的2对上位性QTLs与土壤水分环境显著互作,贡献率较大,分别为32.54%和11.82%。并筛选到5个主效QTL(QGt6b、QGt8、QGt11、QGc1和QPc2)在抗旱育种中可用于蒸煮和营养各品质性状MAS改良。  相似文献
