枫杨,乌桕对钉螺毒性的研究   总被引:21,自引:2,他引:19  
在自然条件下,研究了枫杨、乌桕叶对钉螺生理生化功能的影响,结果表明,与草滩生态系统相比,枫杨和乌桕生态系统中钉螺糖原含量、总蛋白含量分别下降36.3、55.7和27.5、54.5%,谷草转氨酸(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)比活增高2.7和2.6倍,死亡率升高62和41%。本文对抑螺化合物结构与作用关系进行了讨论.  相似文献

旅游、宗教活动及工厂废气等不同类型的人为干扰引起亚热带森林木本植物荷木和马尾松叶片膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量明显增加,超氧歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ASA-POD)活性和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量则减少。荷木叶片的MDA高于怪尾构,而SOD、CAT、ASA-POD活性和GSH含量却低于马尾松。人为干扰使荷木和马尾松叶片蛋白总量降低,酪蛋白水解酶、氨肽酶和内肽  相似文献

实验对活菌生物复合制剂金双歧中三种菌苗双歧杆菌、保加业杆力及嗜热性链球菌对大鼠血清中GPT、GOT、γGT比活力进行了测定观察。结果发现,大鼠服用双歧杆菌30天时γ-GT的比活力显著增高(P〈0.05),证明该菌能够改善肝功能,提高其解毒体系酶比活力,增强肝脏的解毒作用,从而进一步增强对肠道内腐生菌所产生的硫化氢及氨等产物的代谢,减少其对机体的损伤,由此可见,双歧杆菌为主要成分的金双歧生物复合制剂  相似文献

三唑酮处理可提高离体绿豆(PhaseolusradiatusL.)幼苗叶片叶绿素和蛋白质含量。叶片衰老过程中超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(AsAPOD)活性及抗坏血酸(AsA)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量降低。20mg/L三唑酮可提高POD、AsAPOD活性和AsA、GSH含量,对SOD、CAT活性无影响。丙二醛(MDA)含量在叶片衰老过程中提高,并与POD、AsAPOD活性和AsA、GSH含量呈显著负相关,三唑酮可降低MDA含量。表明三唑酮有提高植物对膜脂过氧化作用的保护能力,延缓叶片的衰老作用。  相似文献

应用糖基化蛋白亲和层析技术对兔肌及人红细胞的3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶的分离分析表明,兔肌非糖基化GAPDH的比活为180—200单位,而糖基化gGAPDH的为40—50单位,并占该酶蛋白总量的40%。人类红细胞糖基化gGAPDH的活力占其总活力的55%左右。以上结果表明:哺乳动物体内存在糖基化3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶。由于(1)糖基化明显影响GAPDH的活力;(2)糖基化酶活性部位的巯基(Cys-149)空间位置发生了改变;(3)糖基化影响活性部位的空间构象及(4)OPT对糖基化及非糖基化酶的修饰无论在动力学上还是在KI淬灭时都有明显差异,因此,糖基化的位点可能与赖氨酸残基有关,并且接近或位于酶的活性部位。  相似文献

高氧预适应对大鼠心肌缺血损伤时抗氧化酶的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
抗氧化酶具有减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用,在抗氧化酶中,比较重要的是超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GlutathionePeroxidase,GSHpx)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)。为了解高氧预适应(HyperoxicPreconditioning,HOP)对大鼠心肌缺血损伤时抗氧化酶的影响,本实验将实验组大鼠放入高压氧舱内,每日吸80-85%氧气(1atm,15-20%为氮气)6h,连续7d。利用Langendorf装置做成心肌缺血再灌注模型。实验动物随机分为二个部分。第一部分可逆性心肌缺血(HOPA组与对照A组):缺血10min,再灌注60min。观察冠脉回流液中SOD活力,检测心肌内抗氧化酶活力(SOD,GSHpx,CAT)。第二部分不可逆性心肌缺血(HOPB组与对照B组):缺血60min,再灌注60min。测定冠脉回流液中肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)含量,SOD及心肌内抗氧化酶活力。结果表明:对于可逆性心肌缺血:SOD,GSHpx活力升高;对于不可逆性心肌缺血损伤:HOP能减少CPK释放,SOD活力升高。  相似文献

CaCl2浸种提高水稻幼苗叶片中结合态钙、内源抗氧化剂(GSH、AsA)含量和膜保护酶(CAT、SOD和POD)活性,也增加可溶性蛋白质中煮沸稳定蛋白质(boiling-stableprotein)的含量。冷胁迫期间,CaCl2并能减少因冷胁迫引起的GSH、AsA含量,CAT、SOD和POD活性以及煮沸稳定蛋白质下降的程度。在恢复期间,经CaCl2处理的幼苗其GSH、ASA、CAT、SOD和POD以及煮沸稳定蛋白质水平均有回升。  相似文献

运用核团灌流液的放免测定和高压液相色谱法以及核团内注射拮抗剂,观察了化学刺激下丘脑视上核(SON)对中缝大核(NRM)灌流液内催产素(OT)、精氨酸加压素(AVP)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的影响以及NRM内注射AVP、5-HT或OT受体拮抗剂对痛阈(PT)的影响。结果表明:SON内注射L-谷氨酸(L-Glu)10μg后动物痛阈明显升高,NRM灌流液中OT和5-HT的含量明显高于对照组水平,AVP的含量仅有一过性增加。NRM内注射oT或5-HT拮抗剂可逆转化学刺激SON引起的镇痛作用;而AVP的V_(1/2)受体拮抗剂也轻度抑制这种镇痛作用,但V_1拮抗剂对此作用无影响。以上结果提示:在刺激SON镇痛中,OT起着重要作用,L-Glu刺激SON的OT细胞释放OT,作用于NRM细胞的OT受体和V_2受体而产生镇痛作用,5-HT在此过程中也发挥重要作用。  相似文献

试验用场强为1000GS、1400GS、1800GS的磁场处理番茄(LycopersiconesculentumMil)种子,于子叶期和真叶期进行低温胁迫,发现处理组超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)比活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均高于对照组。子叶期幼苗谷胱甘肽(GSH)和可溶性蛋白含量与对照相比均有所升高。幼苗外观寒害症状也较轻。因此,可以认为磁场处理在一定程度上可提高番茄幼苗的抗寒性。  相似文献

Nodules of faba bean (Vicia faba L. cv. Giza 3) plants grown in pots containing clay-loam soil for 90 d have an active nitrate reductase (NR), while the leaves did not show detectable activity. Spraying the plant with increasing concentrations of Al3+ or Cd2+ (0–1000 μM) significantly inhibited the nodules NR activity, the decline being more pronounced in Cd2+ treatment. The specific activity of glutamate-oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT) and glutamate-pyruvate transaminase (GPT) were more prominent in the 60- than in 90-d-old plants; GOT was always higher than GPT. Furthermore, GOT was more sensitive to Al3+ and Cd2+ treatments and its activity was significantly decreased when the metal concentration increased. Also, Cd2+ proved to be more effective than Al3+ in suppressing the GOT activity in the nodules, with less significant effect observed in the leaves. In contrast, GPT was hardly affected by the various metal treatments, particulary in the leaves.  相似文献

Aminotransferases (GOT and GPT) activities in the hemolymph of Bradybaena similaris under experimental condition of starvation were studied. At the 10th day of starvation, GOT activity was 416.6% higher than that observed in the fed snails, being reduced and ranging values near to that shown by the control group onwards. Diabetes has been reported to affect salivary glands adversely in humans and experimental models. Glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT), glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) are salivary enzymes that also are widely distributed in animal tissues. We determined GOT and GPT levels in saliva samples of 100 type 1 and 30 type 2 diabetic patients using reflectance spectrophotometry and compared them to 30 age and sex matched healthy controls. Statistically significant differences were observed in the mean values of GOT and GPT in type 1 diabetics compared to type 2 and control groups. Significantly higher GOT levels were found in the 1–20 year age group of type 1 diabetics. Our findings suggest that salivary gland damage is due to the same immunological attack that affects pancreatic β cells and results in type 1 diabetes.  相似文献

选取初始体重为(9.46±0.01) g的大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus L.)为研究对象, 以30%鱼粉组为对照, 分别添加5%磷虾水解物(LKH)和10%磷虾水解物(HKH)以替代鱼粉蛋白, 配制3组等氮等脂的饲料, 在室内流水养殖系统进行为期10周的养殖实验, 旨在探究饲料中添加磷虾水解物对大菱鲆幼鱼生长性能、体组成及相关酶活性的影响。结果显示, HKH组大菱鲆幼鱼的特定生长率(SGR)、饲料效率(FE)、蛋白质效率比(PER)、蛋白质沉积率(PPV)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 但摄食率(FI)显著低于对照组(P<0.05); LKH、HKH组大菱鲆幼鱼肌肉总氨基酸含量和必需氨基酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05); LKH、HKH组肝脏谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 而血清GOT活性与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05); HKH组肝脏谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性显著高于对照组和LKH组(P<0.05), 但血清GPT活性显著低于LKH组和对照组(P<0.05); HKH组肠道淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 同时随着磷虾水解物添加量的升高, 肠道及幽门盲囊胰蛋白酶活性先降低后升高, 且在HKH组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上结果表明, 在饲料中添加10%磷虾水解物能够提高大菱鲆幼鱼的生长性能, 促进其氨基酸代谢和消化吸收。  相似文献

为探讨干燥方式对尾巨桉树皮提取物总三萜含量的影响和其杀螺作用机理,实验以尾巨桉树皮为研究对象,比较鼓风干燥和冷冻干燥两种干燥方式对其树皮乙醇提取物总三萜含量及杀螺活性的影响。结果表明,当乙醇体积分数为60%时,鼓风干燥和冷冻干燥的尾巨桉树皮乙醇提取物中总三萜含量最高,分别为10.81%和13.90%。两种干燥方式得到的尾巨桉树皮乙醇提取物对福寿螺均有较强的毒杀活性,在50mg/L的浓度下处理72h,福寿螺的死亡率分别到达93.1%和100.00%;同时尾巨桉树皮提取物还能显著抑制福寿螺离水上爬,抑制效果优于同浓度下的对照药剂茶皂素(P<0.05)。与空白对照组相比,经鼓风干燥的尾巨桉树皮提取物处理后,福寿螺头足和肝脏的蛋白质含量变化不大(P>0.05);经过冷冻干燥的尾巨桉树皮提取物处理后,福寿螺头足中蛋白质含量显著降低(P<0.05),而肝脏中蛋白质含量无明显变化(P>0.05)。鼓风干燥和冷冻干燥的尾巨桉树皮提取物均可有效抑制福寿螺头足部中LDH、AKP和AST/GOT的活性(P<0.05)以及肝脏中ALT/GPT和AST/GOT的活性(P<0.05)。冷冻干燥的尾巨桉树皮提取物中三萜含量以及杀螺活性均高于鼓风干燥的树皮提取物。  相似文献

Biochemical studies on the two transaminases GOT and GPT of swine kidney worm Stephanurus dentatus have been made. GOT has been found much more active than GPT. Enzyme activities are based on the formation of oxaloacetate (GOT) or pyruvate (GPT) from aspartic acid and alanine respectively with oxoglutarate. A linear relationship is observed between the enzyme concentration and activity. GOT shows a maximum activity at pH 8.0 and Michaelis constant 9 X 10(-3) M for male and 2.9 X 10(-3) M for female. GPT has an optimum pH of 7.5 and a Michaelis constant 19 X 10(-3) M for male and 8 X 10(-3) M for female. The optimum temperature for both GOT and GPT was 60 degrees C.  相似文献

This study was performed to elucidate the effects of Undaria pinnatifida fucoidan extract (UPFE) in preventing CCl4-induced oxidative stress. UPFE (100 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally administered to rats for 14 days. On day 15, CCl4 dissolved in olive oil (50% CCl4) was injected 12 h before they were anesthetized and dissected. To measure UPFE-mediated antioxidation, we examined the levels of glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT), glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum, as well as malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) in liver homogenates. CCl4 treatment markedly increased the levels of GOT, GPT, ALP, LDH, and MDA and significantly decreased levels of SOD, CAT, and GPx. UPFE pretreatment decreased levels of GOT, GPT, ALP, LDH, and MDA, by 62.8, 68.5, 41.9, 72.7, and 122%, respectively and increased those of SOD, CAT, and GPx by 111.1, 15.9, and 52.6%, respectively. These results showed that UPFE has antioxidant effects against CCl4-induced oxidative stress.  相似文献

The peel and pulp of the banana fruit and the pseudostem were examined for glutamate-oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT), glutamate-pyruvate transaminase (GPT) and aldolase activities and protein, phenolics, chlorophyll and starch. The peel-pulp ratio at various stages of fruit development on the plant and in detached fruits showing incipient ripening were used as an index of the physiological age of the fruit. The enzymes exhibited maximum activity at a stage corresponding to the initiation of the climacteric. GPT level at this stage was higher than that of GOT. An initial increase in the protein content was followed by a decline in both peel and pulp, the level reaching a minimum in climacteric fruits. Astringency, measured in terms of total phenolics, decreased with development; in mature fruits, peel contained 4–5 × as much phenolics as pulp. Chlorophyll in mature fruits was 10 × higher than in young fruits and decreased in ripe fruits. The onset of ripening was attended with a pronounced decrease in the starch. The various analyses were carried out also on the pseudostem removed from the plant soon after flower formation.  相似文献
